O hotel é maravilhoso e tem uma localização perfeita!

Fica a apenas 2 ou 3 minutos a pé da Torre Eiffel, cerca de 10 minutos do Arco do Triunfo e aproximadamente 15 minutos da Champs-Élysées. Para atrações mais distantes, como o Louvre, a Notre-Dame ou o Sacré-Cœur, o acesso também é muito fácil, com várias estações de metrô bem próximas.

A região é super segura, fica ao lado de uma área policial, e o fato de o hotel não estar em uma rua muito movimentada torna o local bem silencioso — o que foi um ponto super positivo.

Os quartos são confortáveis, o banheiro estava extremamente limpo e a equipe foi sempre muito educada e solícita. Recebemos ótimas dicas sobre o que fazer em Paris, o que fez toda a diferença na nossa viagem.

Bem pertinho do hotel tem um restaurante e uma padaria, onde tomamos café da manhã em vários dias. O restaurante também é excelente, com um bom cardápio e funcionamento até mais tarde. Chegamos uma vez depois da meia-noite e ainda conseguimos jantar muito bem por lá.

Só tenho elogios! Nossa estadia foi tranquila, segura, confortável e muito prática. Recomendo demais!

Been here twice and it is a great place with a nice staff. The rooms are small but I never stayed in them anyway during the day. I walked everywhere and it was really close to the Batobus on the Seine.

Prime location

The hotel is fine. It’s clean. The beds are flush the bathrooms clean the water is hot. The location is prime you are within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, the arc de triumph, and champs Elysee. I need to do in the area.

I was able to navigate here very easily from CDG on the train. There were a few transfers, but nothing complicated. It’s so close to the metro. You can get anywhere in like half an hour max

The staff was delightful however I would caution anyone staying here to request not to be staying on the first floor. the entry level. It is noisy and disruptive. I couldn’t rest every morning. I woke up to someone talking loudly. You can hear every word that they’re saying at the front desk. I did complain about this and they try to make it right, but they told me that I could move on the second day of my trip as I was walking out the door to visit scheduled attractions I didn’t want to lose the time, but I had already scheduled so I told them never mind. They offered me free breakfast, but it was so loud on that night when I returned, but I didn’t get to bed until later and then I slept in late so I didn’t even get a chance to take advantage of breakfast overall again the staff is extremely courteous just don’t stay on the first floor.

Arrivée tardive à la réception plongée dans le noir et personne pour accueillir les clients. J’ai du récupérer ma carte seule. La chambre était très spacieuse mais la literie horrible…gros trou entre les 2 matelas et ressorts dans le dos au milieu. Difficile de ne pas se lever avec un mal de dos. Sinon le petit déjeuné simple mais apprécié.

Perfect Paris stay.

Compact, clean as a whistle, chic and cozy, quiet My hotel fitted my needs perfectly for my Olympic Opening ceremony and games visit. The room was the most thoughtfully designed one I've stayed in. A place for everything despite it not being large. Very quiet other than noise of people opening doors and restaurant over the road desposing of bottles early in the morning or late at night. Close to a street full of cafes and Boissiere metro is a couple of minutes to walk too. During the Olympics there were many constrictions so travel was impacted in Trocadero area. . Pleasant helpful staff. Sad to leave.

Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Location is excellent, very close to Eiffel tower and shops. Breakfast is filling.
Cons that I can mention though it may not be correctable due to the age of the building are sound-proofing (you can hear the adjacent room conversing and doing their personal stuff) and rooms/elevator being tiny (though real-estate in the heart of Paris is limited). 3-night stay is just fine for me and my wife, more than that I could consider a more spacious room somewhere.

I booked this hotel because it was near an appointment I had very early in the morning. I was transferred to another hotel much farther away. This hotel was not very high quality. Even though I was told I would receive the \"Executive Room\" which was little more than a bed and a small bathroom. Additionally, the host accidentally charged me for my stay a second time after I already paid via Expedia. They ensured the amount would be sent back to me the next day and I still ahve not received it.

This place is tiny and almost unloveable. If you are looking for a place to flop on a tiny bed for a night, it may work for you. If you are expecting any type of accommodations or luxury, run!!! You can barley fit one adult in the elevator. It is almost laughable.

The room we got was not the room that was pictured when we originally booked.
The room was way too small for two people and it was filthy, our bed sheets were not changed for our entire stay and the walls and carpet were stained and dirty.
Breakfast was a joke, they charge €15 for some small pastries and subpar coffee so I would suggest going to one of the many cafe’s in the area for a much better breakfast!
The bathroom was tiny, hardly any room to move around in and no toiletries were provided.
Overall I would definitely suggest spending your money elsewhere as this hotel was a major rip off, the only good thing about it was the location as we were very close to the landmarks and the friendly night staff who were very pleasant.

The rooms are good the shower is excellent air conditioning in all rooms
Yes the lift is small but this is usual in Europe
2 minute walk to an amazing patisserie with beautiful fresh eclairs
Many many good cafes close
3 minute walk to metro station
The Hop on Hop off bus stop is 2 minute walk
An excellent pub the Frog XIV close by with good atmosphere

A wonderful French experience!

From the moment we walked into the hotel till the time we left it was a wonderful experience. Margot was at the desk and she treated us with the best of hospitality that anyone could expect. She helped us in every way possible, from answering our questions, providing us with directions to laughing at my silly jokes and letting-me practice my French with her. She did all she could with helping with the plans we had that night to calling us a cab. She made our stay special. Margot was the best!!!

Disappointing Stay...

The front desk staff was not friendly. The rooms were not maintained. Wall paper lifted, carpet stained, issues with lights in room. The room air conditioner thermostat was controlled my front desk. Had to ask them to lower the temp cause the room was super hot. The walls so thin could hear conversations from the room next to ours. There are 4 rooms per floor and when you get out of lift the area is pitch black and have to figure out where the light switch was located for hall which only stays on for a couple minutes and turns off. The pictures on the website don’t reflect the true condition of this hotel. The lobby is super small.

Room is small and elevator can only accommodate 1 person with luggage. Breakfast is self service and not worth with what I paid for. Have to ask for shampoo/conditioner twice since they forgot or they don’t have anything available. Good thing is that it’s close to everything. ( bus stop, metro,shopping area)

Cozy boutique hotel in the heart of Paris!

Our experience was very satisfactory! The hotel is tucked away on Rue de Longchamp, and is a walking distance of 5 minutes to Trocadero, and 10 mins to the Arc de Triomphe. The rooms were small, but cozy enough for two people. Paula, at the front desk, was very nice, helpful and very accommodating. She made our stay extra special! I’ll definitely recommend this boutique to my friends traveling to Paris.

Location was nice...walking distance to Eiffel tower; metro about a block away, HOWEVER, getting a good night's sleep was a challenge EVERY NIGHT.
Our room overlooked a small, one-way street that echoed EVERYTHING from cars, scooters, and the construction (still going on) across the street, to music and inconsiderate passers-by.
Normally, it wouldn't be a problem, but had to have the window open because our room would reach over 80 degrees at night...even with the radiator off (which we thought was the actual problem for the first three nights). Even with the windows closed, you could still hear everything. The solution would be to upgrade the windows to double-paned or at very least some noise-dampening curtains.
The bed pretty much sucked. Finally resorted to earplugs. The pillows completely sucked. Basically, just stuffed with the pillow stuffing you buy at WalMart or something. Lumpy and cheap. Come on...the room wasn't cheap and a small investment would make a huge difference in the quality of the stay.
On the brighter side, the front desk gal, Paula, was a gem!
She is a 5 STAR concierge and should be working at a W Hotel.
She gave us highlights to see, directions how to get there...even local restaurant and attraction suggestions that were excellent. She is PHENOMENAL! Breakfast was included with our stay. Not bad, not great. You can make your own hard boiled eggs, chocolate/regular croissants...baked there from frozen. Yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea.

Great hotel and positive experience. Staff were very helpful and informative, all members of staff spoke great English. Rooms where quite small but we knew that from the reviews and for the price and area you can’t complain. Hotel situated in upper class area. One recommendation is to provide a kettle with tea and coffee services in the room as a lot of other hotels do.

At greeting - the front desk woman was charming and more than accomodating. Very helpful with the map and pointing out local areas to walk to or visit. The room is small...can't get around that. But if you are planning on using this as a place to sleep, not a problem.

We ran into a problem when around 6 AM LOUD construction started directly outside our window...no chance of sleeping in past then. It was so loud that we felt like it was happening inside the room.

At one point the power also went out...not sure if this was a result of the construction, but it went back on not too long following.

Overall - the service made thes stay worth it, and the location was perfect for sightseeing and getting the most out of your Paris trip if you are willing to overlook a few things.

Great Location but very small room

We were in Paris for our honeymoon. I had emailed the hotel in advance to notify them of this and that it was to be my partner's 50th birthday during our stay. They promised that they would ensure a nice room to make our stay as memorable as possible. When we arrived, I was disappointed that there was no reference to the circumstances of our stay, and that the room allocated was in no way special. It was very small and very basic, and whilst I wasn't expecting champagne or flowers, some acknowledgement that we were on honeymoon would have been nice.
The bathroom was tiny - just the width of the wash basin with toilet on opposite wall and a very small gap between toe two. The shower unit alongside was lovely, but on getting out of the shower it was almost impossible to dry oneself in a space measuring no more than 18 inches square.
However, all staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was clean.
Not a bad hotel but disappointing under the circumstances.

The room was a bit small, but other than that it was a great place to stay close to the Trocadero and about 15 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. The main thing was that the staff were excellent. They spoke English reasonably well, were extremely helpful and were very flexible. That sort of service appears to be luxury in Paris. The hotel's condition was very good. It is close to restaurants and a small supermarket. I would definitely recommend it to non-French-speaking tourists. There is a laundrette straight across the road. The breakfast was a bit overpriced for what was provided but you don't need to bother with it. The price was good considering the location.

The welcome was friendly, check-in and out efficient and generally the staff were helpful. The room was tiny, but well maintained and there was a good WiFi signal. No tea and coffee making facilities. There was plenty of piping hot water and the shower was big enough. We did not try the food as it seemed expensive for what was offered, but there is a good patisserie around the corner for an adequate breakfast. The location is about 10 minutes walk from the Arc de Triumphe and 5 minutes from the brilliant view of the Eiffel Tower from the Trocadero, and there is a close Metro station. The room is too small for a long stay, but if one is out all day, for example, sightseeing, it is OK for a couple of nights, being well-located.

Close to Eiffel Tower

Just blocks away from the Eiffel Tower (though you can't see it - unless maybe you went to the roof) and close to the metro and any of the other sites to see in Paris. The staff was very friendly and helpful and all spoke English as well as other languages.
It is a small boutique hotel, so you get individual service.

Beautiful stay and convenient location

I heard the room was small but it is relatively spacious for being in a tight space. The elevator is tiny so if you have several luggage pieces, each person will probably need to take a separate trip. Aside from that, very nice stay! Very central to many major landmarks.

cozy and safe 16th arr. hotel.,

We really liked the hotel because it had two twin beds, but I was shocked at how tiny it was. Even the bathroom was very tiny. But, the neighborhood in the 16th arr. is terrific since it was upscale, clean and very very safe. We were a 10 minute walk to the Eifel Tower and 10 minute walk to the Arche de Triomphe. Lots of great restaurants and an amazing fresh marketthat we walked through every morning.

Nice boutique hotel

Had a great stay at this nice boutique hotel in Paris. It's got a great location within walking distance of plenty of great cafes, the Eiffel tower, and the metro. There is a self-service laundry across the street (for those who like to travel light). The staff at the hotel was really friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but clean, comfortable, and quiet. I would definitely stay here again if I go back to Paris.

noisy cleaner next door
there’s tv but all in french
bed is 2xsingle, and they split apart when we sleep, needing to stay on each side of the bed
internet is super slow
elevator is scary, and only room for 3 people

Great budget hotel in the centre of Paris

Easy walking distance of Eiffel tower, Champs Elyese and two metro stops. Small but comfortable and clean room with mini bar and free WiFi.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. The room itself is clean and reasonably spacious for ur basic things. The bathroom is ok size but clean. The lobby is very small no breakfast is being served. We were very surprised by the tiny lift. Only 2 people can fit in. With ur luggage only 1 person can go in. We stayed in the 2nd floor, the hallway is also very very tiny. There was no light when we went up and u have to figure out where the switch was in the darkness. But once you get used to all of this small flaws, the hotel was pretty convinient. The Location is great! Ist near trocadero for the eiffel tower and is also near champs elysse.
