The rooms are incredibly small. We booked an accessible room. But the property decided to change it to a regular room which was a miserable experience. It was absolutely impossible to move. And when we asked they said they don’t have any accessible rooms.
Only good think about this hotel is location.
If you just want a shower and a bed and you are able to jump over the bed, then this is the place for you.

Halfway decent hotel, but prone to theft. A designer bag was stolen from a friend's room on our trip. The man in the lobby during the late-night hours would not show the surveillance video or the key access log. He smiled when questions were asked. Then, had the audacity to say \"Maybe the window was left open.\" The individual either stole the bag himself or knows who did.

Be forewarned.

I stayed at Best Western au Trocadero for 5 nights solo. The first night I was in a room that had a view of rocks so I asked if my room could be changed one with a better view. Anika was very helpful and changed my room the next night. My room was changed to a better top and view which I was very grateful for. The next day I left the room to get food and was only gone for about an hour. I came back to my room and the maid was in the middle of cleaning my room and I found my suitcase open. I honestly felt so violated and couldn’t believe it. This made my experience completely poor at this hotel and I would never stay here again. The area is nice for the view of the Eiffel tower and the metro is really convenient making it easy to get around. The water isn’t replenished everyday which I wasn’t aware so I was surprised that I was charged when I was leaving. It just felt like a slap in the face after my stuff was rifled through. Anika and Omar were the only positives during my stay.

The hotel staff was so kind and helpful. The location is perfect because it’s an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and around the corner from Carett. Roy’s Chocolate shop is a short walk away and there is a lovely baguette shop close by. Definitely get the Eiffel Tower view. We watched the light show each hour. Just stunning to see in real life.

Stayed here for 8 days for the Olympics in room 31. Worst stay I have ever had in Paris from a hotel perspective. Will NEVER use this hotel again. Not worth the €3100 total cost. Rooms are very tiny which is not unusual for Paris. Noticed several gnats in the room during our stay immediately upon arrival. From the start, our mini-refrigerator did not work. This issue was immediately reported to the front desk. We were told the issue would be resolved by the next business day. No one ever came. So we reported the issue again the following day and was told by a lady on the evening shift that the person that can fix the mini-refrigerator would be back in the morning to resolve the issue. Again, no one ever came. In the meantime, we would ask the front desk to store our wine and sodas. Staff were semi-ok with this but some staff seemed annoyed. What we did notice was that our beverages were labeled with our room number and on several occasions we were given bottles/sodas with other guests room number so this clued me in that other guests were possibly having the same issue as well. We asked the front desk to keep our beverages in their refrigerator because when we asked was their ice available we were looked at oddly and told they didn't have ice. Showers/tubs were slow draining. Infact, water that smelled like sewage would back up into our tub on several occasions and left the entire room smelling like raw sewage for a few hours. Hotel was near restaurants and shopping.

Cozy, perfect location and comfortable beds

Thisbwas a great place. Super clean...beds were comfortable, shower was great. Our particular room was a little on the cozy side. Def good for a couple or parent and one child. We spent most of our time out of it lol as far as location, super perfect! Close to amain metro station, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and shops. They have a good variety for their breakfast. Refrigerators in the room and microwave down stairs for use. Only 3 blocks from amazing views of the eiffell tower. Would def recommend this place and will stay here again!

The room was clean, shower water pressure was excellent. The room may be small compared to the hotels in the US, but it was just right for the two of us. The location was perfect as it was close to Place du Trocadéro where you can can easily walk to the Eiffel Tower. Great cafes once you walk out the hotel and a great pizza place, Mokus Pizza. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay here, the location was amazing- walkable to so many amazing places. Our room had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. The reception area and lifts were always clean and the staff were always friendly. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely come back!

Great location. Very friendly staff. Room itself was above average.
Breakfast was average. Although choices were available, if you were an egg eater, they were not very good. They tasted very fake. Could have been powdered eggs. Not sure. Overall a very above average stay.

Free in-room mini bar and coffee is a nice surprise. Great location, only steps away from Eiffel Tower. Excellent customer service from Hakim and especially Christine. I plan to bring my sisters next time and I'd hope to stay here again.

Location is right next to the Eiffel Tower! It’s within walking distance and plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. The view from the room is worth it even though we didn’t have a direct view. It was a little obstructed.

Best. Location. Ever. This gem of a hitel was right across the street from the Eiffel Tower. Right outside of the metro. And you have two cades on either corner.
Bernard at the front desk was superb and very informative.
This hotel is clean, safe, and has everything you need and nothing you don't.
For the location the price is right and their staff is great!!

I am responding for our friends we booked for. One of the guests has a disability so I booked her an accessible room. She does walk on her own. I was pleased that they gave her a room on the ground floor for convenience. Her husband showered first, an area that had no barriers or walls but also no grip on the
floor. Because of the floor being so slippery she could not shower during her stay. Perhaps the hotel could investigate and apply a non-slip surface to the shower area.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.
Even before my stay, the staff was friendly and helpful via email. The location was super convenient, as it was close to the Eiffel Tower as well as grocery stores and cafes. Housekeeping came daily, and the place certainly felt clean.
I only had two small issues. One, the layout of the small room was a bit inconvenient. For example, I couldn't fit more than my phone on the \"nightstand\". Plus the plugs were over by the desk, so I couldn't plug my phone in overnight if I wanted it to be next to me in the morning. Two, the in-room coffee pot was dated and broken. So I had to head downstairs for coffee in the morning. Thankfully, the coffee downstairs was excellent. Although I did have to pay for the coffee, and I had no option to try the free coffee in my room.
Overall, I would say this hotel was still a good value for the price and I would consider staying again.

From dropping off our bags early at 10am, to looking after them after checkout, the hotel staff did all they could to make our stay as easy as possible.

The Eiffel Tower view room was clean and of a good size (for a city hotel) and the sideways view of the Tower made our break more special.

The hotel is in a good location, with easy access to the Trocadero Metro and a number of restaurants nearby. It is easy to walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe.

Overall, a great stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

PERFECT hotel for our anniversary trip!

We LOVED this hotel! This was an anniversary trip for my husband and I, and this hotel was a blessing to us.

The Trocadero square area is idyllic for views/access to the Eiffel Tower and Seine River. (Literally, in walking out of the hotel, the Eiffel Tower is visible!) It is an easy 15 minutes walk from the hotel to the base of the Eiffel Tower and Parisian boats on the Seine.

The restaurant scene at Trocadero is fantastic for outdoor/indoor dining and a variety of dining choices.

The hotel is just steps away from the Metro stop and the pick-up for the Big Bus tour!

The hotel decor was truly lovely and perfectly appointed. Everything was spotlessly clean. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious! The room was sized well (did not feel cramped at all) and the bathroom was actually quite large! The elevators were in working order. The air conditioning of the room was perfect. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and we felt that we had adequate privacy. The staff members were quite friendly and very gracious in speaking English with us!

We will certainly stay here again and we recommend it for any other couples looking for a romantic Paris getaway! (We would not suggest trying to stay in a \"double\" room with more than two people).

The hotel location is very convenient and accessible to all public transportation, and a good view of the Eiffel Tower. I didn’t know that I have a VIP access, though the receptionist offered us another room on the second floor but no view at all. Breakfast is okay, not the typical continental but still good. I would stay at this hotel again.

A room with a view

Unfortunately, the elevator was not functioning well. We had to carry our luggage by the stairs ( with the help of the receptionist who was apologetic).
And we got a queen size bed instead of 2 double beds on the 1st and 2nd night. But was transferred on the 5th floor for the right room category.
The elevator was fixed on the 2nd day.
Location though was perfect for tourists. Everything was walking distance! It made up for the elevator fiasco ! We had a view of Eiffel Tower from our room , the best consolation !
