l'hotel est très beau et les chambres aussi.
Nous avons regretté que la literie ne soit pas aussi luxe. Notre matelas était creusé on ne pouvait pas dormir sur le ventre.
la restauration était délicieuse.
Le gardien de nuit pas très bon car j'ai demandé à prolonger d'une nuit et il m'a répondu que l'hotel était complet donc je suis retournée devant lui sur le site hotels.com et j'ai pu réserver en direct une chambre. Il m'a répondu que ce n'était pas possible or nous avons bien pu prolonger d'une nuit.

The rooftop and the bar terrace are perfect gathering spots. Our room was elegant and filled with art, making it a perfect spot for both relaxation and creative conversation. We loved the Brach.

the hotel is beautiful- however this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. they came into our room “accidentally” on two separate occasions. they woke us up at 9 am, then again at 9:30 for housekeeping (even tho the privacy light was on). in the second night, a slipper was misplaced during the clean. definitely had 2 to begin with as they were worn the night before. they said there’s nothing they can do and if it turns up they’d let us know. we ordered room service on more than one occasion. food came cold and wrong. every. single. time. there was a weird drilling sound all night (finally stopped around 3:30am) on our last night, which we didn’t even complain about because at this point we were so over it. and the worst of them all- there was a disgusting and inappropriate incident in their sauna with a male member or perhaps guest, which I would rather not get into too specifically. anyways, when I informed the attendant his response was “well the man looks normal”. this hotel is not safe for women, not respectful with their disturbances, can’t get orders correct, and does not deserve to have 5 stars. I will say the staff was nice, but with the money you pay to stay, there should not be even one of these incidents to complain about.

Mice 🐁 in the rooms

I feel compelled to share the shocking and repulsive experience I had during my stay at the Brach Hotel. In the middle of the night, as I was trying to fall asleep in what should have been a luxurious setting, I noticed something moving out of the corner of my eye. Turning my head, I saw a mouse climbing up the wall, right next to my bed!

This wasn’t just a small, faint shadow; I could see every detail of this creature, its tiny paws gripping the wall, its tail swaying… It was so close that I almost felt it was about to jump onto me. My heart was pounding, and I was completely frozen with shock and disgust.

After contacting the reception, they kindly offered to switch my room before the night was over. But the damage was done – I was utterly shocked and traumatized. Even in the new room, I couldn’t fall asleep, haunted by the image of that mouse on the wall. An incident like this is simply unacceptable in a hotel of this caliber, and I am still shaken by the experience.

The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, stylish interior, but wouldn't say this was a 5 star experience. No coffee machine in the room, you need to ask for Apple TV or else they won't give it to you, and it gets very noisy at night. A lot of weird knocking noises as well throughout the stay, the lights in the room don't work properly as well.

A gem in Paris 16eme

Very nice hotel, I love the rooftop. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and other cool spots. I definitely recommend.

I didn’t like there was no coffee machine installed, and no tea sets at all in the room. I asked the hotel and they brought at least a machine. The bed was in the middle of the room made the room even feels smaller. The closet always had body order from previous guests and didn’t go away until I checked out. It just didn’t match with the price.

Don’t stay at this hotel. Room
Was very expensive and the bed so small my feet stuck out and I am only 5’9. The concierge took forever and I had to make my own reservations ( as places they said were full). Avoid like the plague this rio off hotel.

Brach doesn’t give you the five star luxury feeling of a hotel but rather like their manager said it’s a place to let you explore. In other words, the quite luxury (all in details). What I like the most is their 24/7 pool and their reliable cab service which saves our day to the airport when all Uber options failed.

Worst \"5 star\" hotel in Paris

We were celebrating our 2 year wedding anniversary in Paris, and booked this hotel based on the reviews, so I feel compelled to share my experience in hopes others can think twice before booking this hotel that does not care about their guests. There was no air conditioning for the entirety of our stay, and when it got super hot at night, we were told by the receptionist to \"open our windows\" and were covered in mosquito bites every day - they still said there is nothing they can do. The restaurant on the main floor receives precedence over everything, the hotel is on the next floor, so you are constantly trying to get around people. Many times we tried grabbing drinks and food at this restaurant, and we were constantly told that we should just order room service, because you know, we traveled all the way to Paris to sit in our rooms. We weren't even spared by the doormen; asked for an umbrella, a taxi, and the answer is \"no \" or a reco to do it yourself. Side note we are people of color, and they are clearly trying to attract a certain vibe, so I am inclined to believe that we were treated so differently because we didn't fit their \"aesthetic\". This is also the only establishment in Paris where not a single staff member wore a mask, it was just fascinating to see a hotel with ppl coming in from all over not care about anyone's safety. TLDR; for the price, you can find a way better hotel that cares about you.

Nice stay but service lacking in parts

This is a really nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The decor is to die for and the rooms have a very luxurious feel and the beds are up there with the most comfortable we have experienced! It is top end however and I feel the service could have been a little slicker - especially during the dinner service on Saturday evening. The restaurant was extremely busy and whilst the staff were very nice, they were rushed off their feet and couldn’t give tables the attention that we would expect from an establishment like this I.e., there weren’t enough of them.

Superbe stay in Paris! Love the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant.
