This was what I expected of a Paris Boutique Hotel. The morning walk ended me up at a great sidewalk cafe with a close up view of Eiffel Tower, the walk along the Siene to get there was great.

Everything inside the hotel was an outstanding Parisian experience. I will definitely stay there again.

This property was in a beautiful area and it was walking distance from several stores and restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The only complaint that I have is that after day 1 of my stay, the air went out and it was very warm in the room. My husband had to put in a notification twice but it was handled shortly afterwards. The other issue is that the sink was stopped up and it was reported but never resolved. We were still able to deal with it. All in all, this was a beautiful hotel and it was very comfortable and I wouldn't mind staying again. The themed artwork in the lobby, the hallway on each floor and each room was absolutely beautiful!

It is a 4 stars hotel but condition is like a 2 stars in Canada and US. They did not have a iron inside my room. I had to ask them. They brought for me an old iron that made colours on my clothes. The taxi that I reserved by hotel while online checking, did not appeared. But they charged me 8 euro down payment in advanced. I had to go with another taxi from airport. I asked the receptionist to refund my money. She tried het best and she was very nice snd polite. Finally I got my refund email. But the taxi service was refused to return it back at the begining. With my insist and her effort, I finally got email for refund. Staffs are very nice and polite. Cleaning was good. Overal was good experience.

The heat did not work. We were told we were not allowed to turn it on. The hot water didn’t work for two days out of our four day stay. With weather being in the 30s hot water and heat is a must. I won’t ever stay here again.

Modern hotel in Paris

The hotel was clean modern with very good breakfast. Everything available in my specious room. You just have to pay extra for spa, though I didn’t have time to use it anyways. About 20 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much all.

I would like to start off by saying the staff was amazing. I do not want this review to be hard on them since they did they best to try and keep their guests content. However, the hotel itself is a different story. The check in time is super late, who checks in at 4:00 PM while their checkout time is still 12:00 PM. Thankfully the hotel does let guests leave their bags at reception and it gives you time to enjoy the city while you wait. The hotel is very misleading especially with their photos. They portrait a jacuzzi and bar common area on the roof top but it is only accessible to guest with suits. One of the reasons why I chose this hotel over others with parking was the jacuzzi and bar common area. I rented a car and had to pay weekly parking instead. For the price I paid at the hotel, I found different hotels with better bang for your buck in the sa

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. All the staff is super friendly, so accommodating and made my stay super easy. Polama is trilingual (Spanish, English, and French) she has my stay something to remember! Se explained local restaurants, bars, shopping areas that I could get to within 24 hours of my visit and the best part everything is extremely close within walking distance. Thank you so much Hotel Felician and Polama. If I ever go back to Paris I must here!! 5 stars!

The staff was \"PERFECT!\" The shower was bellow standard. I would stay there again. We walked to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, and the Arc de Triomphe. There are many nearby grocery stores and resturants. I highly recommend the facility. My only justification for not giving all five stars, is associated with the shower issue.

AN 'honour bar' type system where you have to help yourself.
Breakfast where you have to get your own drinks. Buffet sort of OK
Toilet has no washbasin so after using it you have to touch door handles before you get to the bathroom to wash your hands
Outside of hotel littered with cigarette butts. UNpalatable
Overall very very disappointing. Definitely not worth the price.

Good location but hotel needs improvement.
Located in a area that felt more local the touristy with good restaurants and shops within walkable distance and some tourist attractions within a walkable distance.
The hotel staff was courteous and professional.
We were provided an early check-in.
The let down was the room and the wifi.
A stain on the box spring of the bed was the first thing we noticed upon walking in. I believe this could be covered up and question why anyone would leave something so ugly to greet guests. The bed was two singles pushed together so if your a cuddly couple expect someone to be sleeping in the crack! The bed had for pillows... 2 small hard pillows and 2 large lumpy pillows. Not great for our sleep. The bathroom garbage bin was broken as well. Plan ahead if showering as the hot water takes forever to get to the shower.
The wifi was almost unusable for simple thing like reading text and Netflix barely functioned once in three nights staying there.
While not essential it was noted that this VIP hotel did not recognized our Expedia VIP status in any way.

Silver Suite is worth every penny

The Silver Suite was absolutely worth it. It could easily sleep six, but it made for a very cozy couple's getaway. The rooftop terrace included a hot tub and some chair to lay out on. The staff was very helpful and patient with my atrocious French.

This hotel has been a let down from the moment we arrived. I booked this hotel because it was a VIP hotel and had a bath tub and airconditioning. When we arrived we were upgrade to a room without air continuing, we had to go back to our standard room without a bathtub because they could not fix it. Then the shower didn’t not work. When asked to fix it, they did not. The hotel might look shiny and new in the pictures ,it is not, it is not a VIP hotel nor is it a four star hotel. Please don’t stay here. Spend the money on a nicer hotel with great service.

The Felicien pulled a fast one, dishonestly, on me.

I checked in and everything was okay. Hours later, at 11 pm, later, I came back to be told that my reservation was for the previous night (an error which I did not know and they did not inform me of when checking in. \"As a courtesy\", they changed my room to a higher level room \"because it was easier for them\" and \"we hope you don't mind\" And, \"you might be billed for this night since your booking was for the previous night.\" After 11 pm, tired, with son in tow, I accepted the 'might be charged\" ... the next morning, i was charged full fare -- not for the room level I had been in, but for an upgraded room. The charge was 80 Euros more than I had paid for the first night. If Felicien had said at 8 pm that there was problem and that they would charge me full fair (over 220 Euros) to stay that night, I would have looked elsewhere.

They will say otherwise, but they took advantage of the situation to fleece me. Thus, I warn others -- if you deal with the Felicien, make sure that you have everything in writing before you before you agree to anything because they simply won't make the effort to deal with their customers in a reasonable manner.

\"Fleeced by Felicien\" is how I summarize this experience.

Great stay at The Félicien

Great location and friendly (helpful) staff, this is a good area of Paris to stay in and a great walk along the river to the Eiffel Tower. Although the rooms are slightly on the expensive side you don’t feel the informal feel of a larger hotel as is usually the case in a large city like Paris.

The pool is small, but the sauna and steam room spa facilities (with lift access from your floor direct to the pool) were the deal clincher for staying here after a long day of walking around this great city.

A few more ££$$€€ than other hotels possibly, but it’s worth the extra!

I've stayed here twice (1.5 years apart), and will be staying again in a few weeks.

This hotel is close to the Eiffel tower (20 minute walk through a nice residential neighborhood with cute bistros and restaurants). The walk in itself is pleasant as you get to experience the non-touristy Paris. The hotel is clean and the rooms are nice and modern. We generally opt in for high end brand name hotels (to avoid surprises), but this hotel is an exception that delivers quality and value that we are choosing it over other mainstream options for the 3rd time. The staff is very helpful also - when there was a problem with our booking, the staff spent a lot of time helping us and working with the travel agent that made the mistake.

There are also really great non-touristy restaurants about 5 minutes away by foot - so we really enjoy that.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Felicien

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel itself was lovely and the location was excellent too. We stayed in a standard room the first night and then in one of the suites on the second night. Both rooms were modern and stylish as well as being clean and tidy. The staff were all friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only small issue I had was that there were a few small issues such as the shower in the suite was coming loose from the shower head and they'd used a bit of folded up paper to keep it in place rather than fixing it. There were also stains on the curtains. Considering it's a suite I'd expect these things to be sorted properly.

Well, the fire alarm went off at 3am because some idiot was smoking, and apparently a different idiot did the same thing the night before.
Ended up almost not sleeping after that which is not really nice if you are working.
When this type of shenanigans happens, usually you get at least breakfast, here there was nothing
room's were interesting, the shower had a glass door which usually you don't get when there is no necessity for a splash guard and it was so clean that I did not see it and bent over to get the shower mat and almost broke the door with my head

Few amenities and even fewer options in the area

The area itself is very residential and the hotel business oriented—the area is surrounded by corporate headquarters and most restaurants and cafes are closed by 10:30-11PM. The hotel has a \"honor bar\" that lacks much atmosphere, and the restaurant only serves breakfast. Biggest disappointment: housekeeping made the bed but didn't clean the room after the first day, leaving us short of towels and shampoo. We expect more from a hotel in this price range.

I arrive at the hotel on 27 of August 2017 to do check-in for 2 nights. The receptionist did not speak English. What is not acceptable in a 4 star hotel in paris. After She was trying to explain that I needed to do a pre authorization of 100€ in case that i use the minibar. I was not expecting that because they don't say that wen I book the room. After some minutes I was able to understand what she was saying and I pay. At 4pm she gave me the room and when I went there it was the toilet lid broken. I call the receptionist and she change me the room but in that room was missing some items on the mini bar and towels, so I call again the receptionist saying that was missing some items on the mini bar and towels and the receptionist said it was okay because they didn't check the minibar before.
In second day I went to the hotel at night and the housekeeping only put one bath towel and it was 2 people in the room.
When I did check out I said again to receptionist (this time a different one) that was missing some items on the minibar and she said it was okay because she know it before because I call wen I arrive.

Now after 3 days they was supposed to give back the money wen I realise that they take 12€ from my account.
I didn't use nothing from the minibar, the hotel is so disorganised and the costumer service is terrible.

This boutique hotel within walking distance to many of the major attractions is a real find. It is reasonably priced for Paris. But beyond the price the staff are extremely helpful truly understanding client service. I came to the hotel early well before check in to drop off my bag and go to a meeting. When I returned check in was swift and the bag was already in my room. Very quiet and well laid out room. The room is small but it doesn't feel that way. The hotel is clean and cost. Each floor is themed which is adds to the charm. There is a small lift so no need to walk up flights of stairs

Nice hotel, close to Roland Garros and plenty more

This place was great: my room was clean and cool, there's a nice little bar in the lobby for hanging out and relaxing, all the staff members I saw were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good.

I picked this place because it's an easy walk from there to the French Open at Roland Garros. But it turns out it's also close to a ton of other things: the Seine is a quarter-mile away, and walking along that takes you to the Eiffel Tower, Musee d'Orsay, the Louvre, Notre Dame.

I would stay here next time I'm in Paris, even if I'm not going to Roland Garros.

Decent Hotel Near Trains/Buses

Felicien was a beautiful hotel with English/French speaking clerks. Each floor is color coordinated. I stayed on the first floor which is the 'Black' floor. The room was not the biggest room ever, but that did not matter because the room was very nice, and has a small patio with a patio door that opens. Everything was very modern and classy. There was also a towel warmer, which I truly appreciated. The shower was great- very hot, but the floor flooded each time, so I would have to place a towel or two on the floor during showers. The staff was helpful and decent. Hotel is also very close to bus stops and train stations. Overall, a very decent hotel and would recommend staying here and would def stay here again. Also, there's a 'spa' sort of jacuzzi type pool in the hotel. Its warm in there with candles, but the water is still.

Not as advertised - NO PARKING / Not worth it

I am so disappointed at this hotel. Yes it's quaint but it is not as advertised. We got a car and it stated there is \"self parking\" but when I spoke with the concierge she was just not that helpful. It is not a matter of language barrier but at least try to find a way to ask a colleague of you are a new employee. She did not know anything about parking situation. The streets were so small and we had to go round and round everyday to look. I asked if there was a place for 24hr parking and she said she will check. I was standing there for a good 5 mins then she totally forgot about me! And then I asked if she can help me about the parking meter and help me figure it out, even that she couldn't help me with it. If you will put on Expedia that there is parking, do not falsely advertise. I was not even comfortable as I do not know if it was a safe neighborhood.
The rooms were so small and the sink keep on clogging. The bed was so hard and pillows were so thin. For. \"4 star\" it was definitely not worth it.

The front staff was terrific at this hotel. Extremely helpful and nice guy at the front counter spoke English for us and spoke French as well when we told him we have been trying to learn. I can't say enough nice about him. He made our stay at the hotel.

The pool was in the basement with a nice sauna.

The front-desk staff was multi-lingual and very friendly. The location was great. It was a little far to the metro while hauling luggage, but the front-desk ordered a taxi for us when we left. It is only a couple of blocks from the Seine between the Tour Eiffel and the Statue of Liberty, on the Pont de Grenelle. The hotel room had all the amenities for which we could wish: heated towel rack, mini-fridge big enough to hold bottles, in-room safe, a little foyer with a luggage area, and the Wi-fi worked reliably. They provide room-service and although we did not have time to use it, there is a spa in the basement. I would definitely book this hotel again for a special occasion.

We didn't have breakfast in the hotel and choose instead one of the local bakeries and used uber to get into the centre of Paris which cost around €10 (but subways were 5 min walk away). This hotel is a great find, four stars in Paris for a very decent price. It is close to two subway subs but these stops are convenient to left bank sites, not so much if you want to see sites on the right banks away from the river. Staff was very. Ice. Modern hotel, 20 min walk from Eiffel Tower

Hotel was very nice, very modern and well decorated. The staff helped us with anything we asked and were very polite. We had breakfast in the hotel on our last day and there was a lot available. Cooked, cold and pastries. We didn't use the spa facilities due to being out and about so much. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

Stayed as suprise for my partners birthday, only bad things if you can count as bad would be the fact that after using toilet you had to go to the shower room to wash your hands and the decor had a few bits of cosmetic damage. But apart from that the hotel, staff and area great, would stay again, stayed in room 405.

Nice but bit out the way

We had a balcony room-it wasn't really well marketed online but the balcony was pretty and large and would have been great to sit out on (but we had rain).
Not so many close by restaurants and cafes as in other areas and being on the end of a circular tube line made it a bit confusing. Staff are great hotel pool absolutely tiny but it is sold as being a plunge pool

When Style Meets Service

Expedia moved me here after I had a nightmare experience at the original hotel I booked. This was definitely where I needed to be. This place is modern, sheik, and clean! And the staff is OUTSTANDING!!! They boast a swimming pool, a spa where you can get a massage, a hot tub, beautiful rooms and workout area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Paris.

The only thing that could be better is the location. The closest Metro station is the # 10 line; which, unfortunately, is quite a distance from most of the other lines. Many of the other lines are in a closer proximity and connect to each other more than the # 10 does.

Good hotel - quiet location

Nice little boutique style hotel. The hotel is in a nice residential quiet neighborhood. It is a little far from main attractions and museums (With the exception of Eiffel tower), however there's a couple of metro stations close by (5 minute walk). Staff is really nice and helpful, the breakfast costs 12 euros per person and includes cold meats, delicious baguettes, some fruit, cereals, milk, great coffee, pancakes, sweet bread, and scrambled egg with cheese. There are a couple of good local restsurants near by that I highly recommend since they are aimed for the locals and don't have any tourists (Again due to location) - try Bistrot 31, Le Receptour, Le Ogre for steak house, and Genio which has better italian food than in Italy. Room is quiet and comfy, nice water pressure, good wifi, good bed, and good size safe box. I recommend this hotel if you want to be away from touristy areas and do not mind 30-45 minute metro ride to main attractions.

Hotel in the quiet 16th arrondissement of Paris.
The room wasn't what you should expect from a 4-star hotel, there were no coffee/tea facilities in the room, the sink in the bathroom was broken and overall it was a very small room/bathroom for two people.

There were no special amenities for Expedia gold+ members (although it was mentioned when booking the hotel).

The hotel also doesn't have a parking space, it was in an other hotel further down the road.

Clean and Comfortable

I stayed there for one night before returning to the US. Very clean, comfortable and stylish.
The bed was very comfortable.
I arrived early vs. 1pm and they couldn't let me do an early check in unlike the other hotels.
The staff were very courteous and friendly however, they couldn't offer any useful help when it came to the ride to the airport.
Most hotels have shuttles that takes a few people at the time, this hotel would offer a ride that was more expensive than regular taxis in Paris.
That was the only down side.
Also, no coffee machine or hotel water boiler in the room.

Nice hotel at a very quite neighborhood.

We stayed at Felicien for five nights. It's a wonderful hotel at a great location with easy access to many landmarks by bus, train and metro. The staff is great and very helpful. I gave 4 stars because the roms are very small for long stays. The hotel is in a very quite neighborhood. There is a spa with steam room and sauna. I definitely recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

Great art nouveau type hotel.

Enjoyed very much our 5 nights stay.
Very close to a supermarket for fresh water and fruits in the room. Buses are close by, number 72 runs all along the Seine however you can walk to the Eiffel Tower just crossing a bridge close to Felicien. The hotel is great, very clean and staff is very friendly.

Romantic weekend

This is a perfect little hotel for a couple to relax and see Paris. Short walk from the Eiffel Tower and on a small, quiet street. Rooms are beautifully decorated, a bit small but bathroom is great. Everything is modern, clean and stylish. Little spa downstairs was used by us twice a day, great sauna, steam room and even small pool with an exercising bike in it :) The only thing that was missing were shelves with fresh towels as we had to go and ask for them every time. Breakfast was great but it would be even better if there was a choice of porridge for healthy orientated people like me added to the menu. Staff were so friendly, always ready to help and smiling. We will be back to this hotel again for sure.

Excellent hotel

Beautiful modern and clean hotel. Not too far from city centre and easily accessible by metro, just 5 minute walk from Mirabeau metro station. Check in was simple and the receptionist had good English and was very helpful. Room was nice and clean. Some nice restaurants within walking distance ( La Firenze and La Recepteur). You can walk to Eiffel Tower in 25 minutes from here also. Would stay here again.
