Did not have breakfast there as it was not included with our room. The room itself was very small and stuffy. The bathroom small they did not have any hair conditioner or body lotion in the bathroom. When I asked the front desk they said their hotel did not provide these in their hotel rooms. Rooms need to be updated, tile in the bathroom was broken carpet was dirty. Definitely not. 4 star as recommended. Only thing going for this place was their lobby was nice and clean they had nice water fountains to fill your weather bottles. This hotel is waking distance from the Eiffel Tour and a local train station.

There was a lot of things within walking distance of our hotel, my room wasa little tiny to my liking, but I do live in California so there’s that…..

Overall, we had a beautiful, wonderful memorable experience in Paris. I would do it again and yes, I would stay at that hotel breakfast. Every morning was amazing. The staff was amazing. Very helpful. The concierge was wonderful. The hotel restaurants were delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for my husband 60th birthday and yes, we are recommending your hotel to others.

The room is poor and lacking basic facilities e.g. No English breakfast tea, milk, the room temperature was warm and I couldn’t regulate it to cool enough to match the weather outside, the small refrigerator was not functioning, the tv channels are mainly in French which is great but the Netflix should be available for use in English language.

Overall despite the location and ambience of the hotel, it lacked the features that would make it a 4 -star hotel. I’m quite disappointed with the overall standard.

The room was in good condition, but the shower pod and glass door kept leaking on the floor. Wasn’t so great as it’s slippery! Checking in wasn’t so great very much supermarket style welcoming . Wanted to settle payment on arrival and during the stay was ok. Breakfast range wasn’t the best. Also was very hectic and busy. Not a really good range with hot breakfast and overly price not so much value for money. Great locations to iconic landmark!

This is not a 4 star hotel. I would say it is more equivalent to a 3 star hotel.

The room we was presented with on arrival was totall different from the photos when we initially booked on Expedia. Also, booking details said minibar + water will be included, but this was not the case.

We made a complaint to the manager and he changed our room. However, the new room was also appalling.

The room was very dirty, body hair in bed sheets, black/ brown stains on carpet, broken/ damaged furniture, bed was very dusty which left us with itches/ rash, and ventilation fan in bathroom did not work.

Won't be staying here again.

We choose this property to be as close as possible to Eiffel Tower, and it was the perfect choice! The hotel was just perfect, the view to the city was amazing and staff very friendly. Breakfast was also up to the standards with plenty of options. We loved this hotel and would definitely go back!

General room cleanliness could be improved: Stains on carpet, small ants in washroom, wine bottle top (not ours) under the desk. Drying line in washroom removed/unavailable. Wake up function on phone unavailable for use and advised is not a service provided by hotel staff. Snack room available with microwave but without easy access to disposable utensils, plates or cups. Unable to purchase a la carte breakfast or dinner - only buffet type which had limited choices spread out over a noisy, large room. Only available luggage scale locked in luggage storage requiring staff access - not always readily available. No in room hand lotion provided - helpful during dry, winter weather. When requested some, staff brought up shower gel and shampoo.

It was our first time in Paris, the location we okay however the staff there was very rude, not welcoming g specially the ones in the main restaurant, it's like they don't want to be there, they don't assist you no proper service and no proper cleanliness, plus the breakfast was terrible, I wouldn't recommend booking a room with breakfast, the only good thing was the water bar

The breakfast appears to be a bit chaotic as so many people are filling up the room up and it was a bit difficult to access the food so it would be good to get two rooms ready with food before 6am.

It would be great if you provide slippers and biscuits for a night snack. Apart from these minor points, we bith immensely enjoyed our stays. Thank you.

Honestly this is a 2 star hotel not a 4 star like they present it.
Hair dryer old obsolete the ones from 20 years ago. Mine had holes in the hose. I have pictures. I requested to be serviced and I got from the receptionist a “maybe” and they didn’t have any more portable ones. I requested tape and I kind of fixed the hose to keep the hot air in.
The mini fridge kind of broken.
Between the closest plug to a mirror to style your hair were eight feet. It took me double the time that I usually take because I grab a curl in front of the mirror then get closer to the curler. I have pictures to support all these issues.

We enjoyed the breakfast menu , especially the egg making station. The rooms are decent size from a European standard. We picked the room with the two queen beds. The second queen bed is a pullout sofa bed.
I didn’t appreciate the €125 for checking in 2.5 hours earlier . I guess my expectations are high when international travelers with kids arrive early .
The location is great. It’s a walking distance to a lot of places .

The staff here were friendly, helpful and polite. It was great having water dispensers in the welcome area and the location of the hotel was great. The rooms were basic but ok. Only having 1 plug socket by one side of the bed was problematic. The hairdryer in the bathroom became too hot to hold after a few minutes of use. There was no aircon (winter season but temps were warm) and no opening window for fresh air or air flow..the rooms were therefore uncomfortably hot. This was a real negative

Our room didn’t have enough towels or pillows. Both took a long time to arrive when we asked.
There were some small bugs in the room and the sink in the bathroom were dirty.
There was tea but no milk and only very small paper cups to have hot drinks in. When we asked for milk at reception we were rudely told to call room service and when it did arrived it was powdered milk which wouldn’t dissolve.
Check in was abrupt and we were not told anything about the pool leading to disappointment.
Breakfast . There was a huge queue which we waited 10/15 minutes in before we were offered to eat in the bar area. There was only one person working and limited choice of food which kept running out as well as the glasses. Replenishment was very slow. You could not get your own coffee, you had to ask and we waited 15 minutes for ours. By which point we were just done.
We paid over £300 for one night, kids on a sofa bed. This hotel was not worth this money in any way and we were so disappointed!

My stay at Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel was a mix of positives and negatives. The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming no smiles, no greetings, and an overall attitude that made guests feel like they were asking for favors rather than receiving service. I’m not sure if this is part of the company culture or just a lack of care for their jobs, but it definitely affected my impression of the hotel.

Thankfully, the breakfast staff completely changed my experience. Mohamed and Abellie stood out for their kindness, warmth, and professionalism they genuinely made my mornings enjoyable and turned a disappointing stay into a more positive one.

The hotel’s location near the Eiffel Tower is fantastic, and the breakfast selection was excellent. I hope management recognizes and learns from the example set by Mohamed and his team.

We stayed at the Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel. We really enjoyed the location ... it's just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and right by the Seine. The hotel has great amenities, including a pool and fitness center, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable with a nice city view, though it had a weird smell that you get use to. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for convenience, good service, and great access to Paris attractions.

Pros - the area was great, only 10b mins from two RER stops, near two meto stops, and barring had there we always 2-4 taxis waiting outside. There were several great cafes nearby (go south is all I'll say) plus a supermarket accessible by an overhead walkway. Clean lobby, filtered water on tap, easy bag storage, and a self service convenience store right off the elevator bank were all good things.

Cons - let's start with check in. We arrived at the hotel around 1130am. As ive done innumerable times, i said to the desk agent that \"hey, I'm here early, any chance my rooms available?\" I was told by agent 1 that sorry, it's not come back in two hours. We dropped our bags and returned three hours later, at 230, and spoke to agent 2. \"Hey, we're a little early, but we were told to come back around 2, is our room ready?\" Agent 2 flatly told us in no uncertain terms there was no check in until 3, he could not assist me till then. Bear in mind it's 230, we're 30 minutes after our return time, and I'm watching other check ins happen next to me. Okay, we wait 45 minutes and come back at 315. Agent 3 now tells me he can check us in, but our room won't be ready for at least another half hour. Great. We finally get into the room at 430/1630hrs.

On getting into the room, the cleanliness is... questionable. The carpet is filthy. There is what appears to be a vomit stain right next to the trash can. We have no soap or shower products and it takes a call and desk visit to fix that

We didn’t find too many amenities at the hotel. Room service was great, quick and friendly. The inability to control the temperature in the room was horrible. It got extremely hot. Also, the placement of the toilet in another small closet like room was really strange. No sink for hand washing. No shower curtain in the wash area. I would not return.

Overall, our stay was okay, but it didn’t really feel like a 4-star hotel experience. The ground and first-floor reception areas were welcoming and nicely presented.

Unfortunately, the room had a very unpleasant odour, which made the stay less comfortable.

On a positive note, the location is good – it’s around a 20-minute straightforward walk to the Eiffel Tower, even with kids.

One suggestion: during the live breakfast cooking, please use separate pans for bacon and vegetarian options. Seeing both cooked in the same pan really put us off.

We had booked the hotel for a family with a 7 year old child and were expecting a spare bed made-up but all we got was a large bed with a sofa that could have possibly been made into a bed but no bedding.

The breakfast queues were extremely long and the wait to get fresh eggs was even longer.

The location of the property is great as you are about a 20 min walk from the Eiffel Tower. There are tons of shops and restaurants in close vicinity.

The view from our rooms was just beautiful!!! This is a 20 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and you can see from the rooms depending on the side of the property your room is located. Just accross the Eiffel Tower is the departure point for the seine river cruise. The evening/ night ride is the best. We had the day view of the city at departure and upon return it was night!

Disappointing Stay Despite Prime Location

The hotel’s proximity to the tower and the friendliness of the staff were the only redeeming features of our stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short of expectations.

The property itself is noticeably dated and in need of renovation. Breakfast was chaotic—poorly organised and almost comical in its execution. The quality and selection were disappointing (3/10), with miniature hotdog-style sausages and bacon floating in oily water. If you do attempt breakfast, go early; the staff struggled to keep up with replenishments.

Our room was booked as a family room with two singles and a double, but we were given a double bed and a sofa bed, which was extremely uncomfortable—especially for our teenage son and daughter. Reception informed us there were no alternatives, and the only option offered was a second room at an additional €187. We had no choice but to make do.

A word of caution regarding the shop on level 2: it’s not operated by Novotel. It pre-authorises €50 to unlock the fridge and supposedly tracks what you take. However, even briefly touching an item adds it to your basket, and there’s no way to remove it. When I approached reception for a refund, I was redirected to the restaurant, where I was simply handed an email address. To avoid further hassle, I accepted the unwanted items.
