What was unexpected was the whole pool from 2011 had changed no lanes have to make reservations and sure family friendly but too tiny and the gym tiny too for such a big international hotel I expected different especially for the price of stay.
I understand have a conference area or two but still noticed a lot of wasted space. Otherwise, comfortable beds and nice air goad the fridge worked for my chocolates that i was taking back for friends and family

The property was in a good location to access some of the sites of Paris. This is definitely included the Eiffel Tower. The staff were very helpful and particularly helpful when our Uber that we booked for the airport cancelled and they were able to arrange for a cab that we needed urgently to be at the airport on time for our trip home. Thank you to the staff there for making our state comfortable.

Never staying in this hotel again. Just know that I booked for almost six nights, and our initial room with them was full of mold. My daughter has asthma so this was detrimental to her health. The next day I asked for a switch, they gave us a room that was later on infested with bugs! Bed bugs!! Find a hotel that is well maintained. Do not even think of saving money and booking a hotel with them. I was disappointed. I shoulda followed my gut. Something was telling me that this place was off but I didn’t listen. Never again!

quick, easy check-in. It was a bit stressful for us after our journey in, but they allowed us to check-in early and let us choose a room on a higher floor for a nice view of the Eiffel Tower.
Great system for luggage storage as well, very convenient.

The clean room and towels were on point and up to my standards, the staff at the hotel looked stressed to try and make the most memorable holiday for me and my boyfriend and they did so and more, breakfast was perfect… even more than perfect with the most gorgeous view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower and good lighting and good quality food at all times

At our arrival, the room was already ready, but they charged us 125Euros just to access it. The rooms carpet is so dirty that it stink. Toilets too tight. The noise from the elevator is constant.

Reception staff super rude and unhelpful and said No basically no o anything. Asked for early checking and was not done then asked for card to goto pool with kids they wanted extra money for that. Didnt say toilets needed key card too. Like 20 -30 people were waiting in lobby and till 3pm werent given a room even 15 mins earlier when i asked.

Food especially breakfast was really nice.
Only reason for 4 rather than 5 was because I struggled to get the TV to work. The remote control for the most part never worked despite being changed 3 times and I was unable to stream Netflix or anything else on the TV.

Other than that minor issue the hotel was wonderful.
A great location, lots of local amenities.
I would have no hesitation in staying there again, which is the best recommendation.

We had a good stay. The staff were efficient and the amenities good. Breakfast was great and a good variety of dairy free / gluten free options too.

Please note, the swimming pool and changing rooms are quite dated and look MUCH bigger in the pictures.

Location is good near Eiffel tower, shops and smaller restaurants.

Room was dated and in need of a refresh but we really appreciated the blackout curtains and aircon in a May heatwave!

I am accustomed to having an iron and ironing board in my room.
I had a short turn around between checking in and going to my function and had to wait a little while for housekeeping to bring the iron and ironing board.

Also, I had requested an early check and never received a reply one way or the other. I appreciate the hotel was busy and it may not have been possible but it would have been good to have received a reply.

Generally, the hotel was comfortable. The room was a bit \"dusty\" and perhaps the carpeted needed to be cleaned a little better. Otherwise, I was happy.

The hotel is clean and in a good location. It advertised air conditioning. As soon as we walked into the room we noticed it was hot. We turned the AC on. 2 hours later it was still hot. Like sitting in shorts hot. We called down to ask for someone to check on the unit. Waiting an hour and a half. Called again. Waited another 30 minutes before we headed out. Let the front desk know. When we returned, one of the panels to the ceiling was open but the temperature never changed. It being $5 for a coffee from the bar is very expensive. However the evening staff in the bar a very friendly and offer excellent service.
The bathroom in our room had a tub/shower. However there is no shower curtain. A piece of glass covers less than half the length of the tub. When you shower, the whole floor and sink area gets soaked. This being the only sink in the room means when anyone goes to wash their hands, their socks get soaked. Install a shower curtain!

We really had the best time staying 4 nights at Novotel Paris, my kids loved it too. The free breakfast was good and it's a 15- munute walk to the Eiffel tower so we went to the tower every afternoon to end the day. Our room was cleaned everyday. The only thing I don't like is that the sink was separated from the restroom, but that is not a big issue really. There is also a water refilling station which we used everyday. The lobby is always clean and they have 6 elevators so it is very convenient! Our room also has the view of the Siene River so it's beautiful at night!

The rooms are not clean and carpet is very dirty. Seems like 30 years old. Also, they charged more than Expedia price and the receipt they gave me took it back when I asked why the price is higher than Expedia confirmed price. So in overall the experience was not good.

Really nice hotel, great location for the Eiffel Tower. However, one of our rooms was very hot and could not be cooled, and the sofa bed is awful. Rickety, uncomfortable and very dated in all three rooms we had. Main beds were very comfortable, so would recommend for a couple.

Excellent breakfast, beautiful view from the room. About 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower. You can see Eiffel Tower right from outside the hotel entrance. Location is excellent . So close to a mall and good dining options. Staff is very helpful. They let us check in 2 hours before the check in time.

Did not have breakfast there as it was not included with our room. The room itself was very small and stuffy. The bathroom small they did not have any hair conditioner or body lotion in the bathroom. When I asked the front desk they said their hotel did not provide these in their hotel rooms. Rooms need to be updated, tile in the bathroom was broken carpet was dirty. Definitely not. 4 star as recommended. Only thing going for this place was their lobby was nice and clean they had nice water fountains to fill your weather bottles. This hotel is waking distance from the Eiffel Tour and a local train station.

There was a lot of things within walking distance of our hotel, my room wasa little tiny to my liking, but I do live in California so there’s that…..

Overall, we had a beautiful, wonderful memorable experience in Paris. I would do it again and yes, I would stay at that hotel breakfast. Every morning was amazing. The staff was amazing. Very helpful. The concierge was wonderful. The hotel restaurants were delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves for my husband 60th birthday and yes, we are recommending your hotel to others.

The room is poor and lacking basic facilities e.g. No English breakfast tea, milk, the room temperature was warm and I couldn’t regulate it to cool enough to match the weather outside, the small refrigerator was not functioning, the tv channels are mainly in French which is great but the Netflix should be available for use in English language.

Overall despite the location and ambience of the hotel, it lacked the features that would make it a 4 -star hotel. I’m quite disappointed with the overall standard.

The room was in good condition, but the shower pod and glass door kept leaking on the floor. Wasn’t so great as it’s slippery! Checking in wasn’t so great very much supermarket style welcoming . Wanted to settle payment on arrival and during the stay was ok. Breakfast range wasn’t the best. Also was very hectic and busy. Not a really good range with hot breakfast and overly price not so much value for money. Great locations to iconic landmark!

This is not a 4 star hotel. I would say it is more equivalent to a 3 star hotel.

The room we was presented with on arrival was totall different from the photos when we initially booked on Expedia. Also, booking details said minibar + water will be included, but this was not the case.

We made a complaint to the manager and he changed our room. However, the new room was also appalling.

The room was very dirty, body hair in bed sheets, black/ brown stains on carpet, broken/ damaged furniture, bed was very dusty which left us with itches/ rash, and ventilation fan in bathroom did not work.

Won't be staying here again.

We choose this property to be as close as possible to Eiffel Tower, and it was the perfect choice! The hotel was just perfect, the view to the city was amazing and staff very friendly. Breakfast was also up to the standards with plenty of options. We loved this hotel and would definitely go back!

Room temperature too hot with no way to adjust. No top sheet provided so removed comforter from it's lighter cover and used that to sleep. General room cleanliness could be improved: Stains on carpet, small ants in washroom, wine bottle top (not ours) under the desk. Drying line in washroom removed/unavailable. Wake up function on phone unavailable for use and advised is not a service provided by hotel staff. Snack room available with microwave but without easy access to disposable utensils, plates or cups. Unable to purchase a la carte breakfast or dinner - only buffet type which had limited choices spread out over a noisy, large room. Only available luggage scale locked in luggage storage requiring staff access - not always readily available. No in room hand lotion provided - helpful during dry, winter weather. When requested some, staff brought up shower gel and shampoo.

It was our first time in Paris, the location we okay however the staff there was very rude, not welcoming g specially the ones in the main restaurant, it's like they don't want to be there, they don't assist you no proper service and no proper cleanliness, plus the breakfast was terrible, I wouldn't recommend booking a room with breakfast, the only good thing was the water bar

The breakfast appears to be a bit chaotic as so many people are filling up the room up and it was a bit difficult to access the food so it would be good to get two rooms ready with food before 6am.

It would be great if you provide slippers and biscuits for a night snack. Apart from these minor points, we bith immensely enjoyed our stays. Thank you.

Honestly this is a 2 star hotel not a 4 star like they present it.
Hair dryer old obsolete the ones from 20 years ago. Mine had holes in the hose. I have pictures. I requested to be serviced and I got from the receptionist a “maybe” and they didn’t have any more portable ones. I requested tape and I kind of fixed the hose to keep the hot air in.
The mini fridge kind of broken.
Between the closest plug to a mirror to style your hair were eight feet. It took me double the time that I usually take because I grab a curl in front of the mirror then get closer to the curler. I have pictures to support all these issues.

We enjoyed the breakfast menu , especially the egg making station. The rooms are decent size from a European standard. We picked the room with the two queen beds. The second queen bed is a pullout sofa bed.
I didn’t appreciate the €125 for checking in 2.5 hours earlier . I guess my expectations are high when international travelers with kids arrive early .
The location is great. It’s a walking distance to a lot of places .
