The hotel was cute, the staff is very pleasant and the location is great but the rooms are very small, I had to go to the desk to get the iron that I found out was broken and the room with the view of the E Tower that I paid extra for is only of the top of the tower. It’s not a full view.

Was our first stay here after doing our homework re which hotel to choose. Really lovely little hotel, very good service from Eva and she helped print out a list of fab restaurants to try snd gave us advice about getting the metro etc. Wonderful help it was. Room was nice and clean but would have been nice if there was some storage space at our bedside tables and hooks to hang jackets on in the room. We would not hesitate to come back BUT it’s much cheaper if you book direct as we could have saved around 80 Euros booking direct to hotel over our 4 day stay. Super easy to walk over the road to get the metro at Duplex and from there it’s so easy to go anywhere……just use Apple Maps and voila! The cafe on the corner of Hotel was fab for croissants and coffees. It’s very popular hotel with guests from all over the world. Highly recommended.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The hotel looks recently renovated and very clean. Our room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent — only about a 10-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. There are also many convenient places nearby such as bakeries, mini markets, and small bistros. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Hôtel is situated 1 minute from the nearest metro station and plenty of shops and places to eat all within seconds walk. Hotel is lovely and decor is what you’d expect of a Paris hotel. Our room had an Eiffel Tower view that made it all the better. The room upgrade for this is absolutely worth it. Breakfast is continental and everything you’d expect and plenty of it. Staff were all amazingly polite, helpful and professional at all times. I would 100% book this hotel again for future trips to Paris.

Very clean room, all amenities provided and the staff was very courteous. They spoke English well which was easy to understand. We did not have the breakfast but there were a lot of cafes close by (one next to hotel), markets and groceries. The metro was two minutes walk away with direct transport to all landmarks and monuments. I will definitely visit again.

Great location. A few steps from the metro. 10 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Amazing cafe right next door for all meals. Grocery store, specialty food stores all next to hotel. Rooms were clean, big shower, comfy bed. Highly recommend.

Reception staff were very helpful.. Room was clean, very compact and cramped. Luckily it was for only 1 night. ,Breakfast was basic and below average. Had to wait to be seated as there was no room, food was not replenished to demand. Further they take 100 Euros as deposit which was very unusual.

Staff were very kind and attentive, and allowed us to leave our luggage for an hour or so after our check out due to moving to another hotel.

The location is phenomenal, without a doubt. Unfortunately even with a corner unit, we were very cramped with hardly any room to walk around. The walls had some scuffs that showed drywall, and the pocket door for the bathroom had been chewed up a bit from use. Also the drain cap was cracked, to a noticeable degree and worried me it my cut my foot.

Overall, if you're a solo traveller looking for the PRIME location and can overlook a couple of aesthetics, it's a good buy.

The room was a closet and if I were to make a valid complaint, the odour coming from the bathroom was fairly sewerish, but with the door closed to the bedroom there were no issues in the room. As for everything else it was the best sleep I've had in 6 months at least. The bed and pillows were very comfortable at least for me. I lay in bed looking at one of the coolest Parisian scenes I could have ever imagined. Standing at the window and looking to the right I could see the Eiffel tower in all its majestic form, dwarfing the buildings in the forefront. We stayed in room 409 and I would highly recommend it. My brothers was 209 and the decor was a bit brothelish. The dark red walls and decor maybe off putting for many people. I saw his room first and was glad to see that mine was in beige lol. Seriously! How could I complain, I was in Paris!

I enjoyed the stay overall. The room was very small, so it was a bit of a struggle with the suitcases. Service was overall friendly, however, do no leave your room key with them when you leave the hotel. They say it is more "secure" this way but the keys are just left behind the front desk. The front desk is easily accessible by anyone. One night we came back there was no one at the FD and the keys were just there for anyone to grab.
Breakfast is good, room was clean, overall property good.

No lift to the first floor and a tight spiral staircase. The light only came on when you started walking up the stairs, quite tight with suitcases. Staff didn't offer to help sadly.

we had to leave our key but there is front desk service 24/7. small, tight boutique hotel but not worth the price. It has a "view" of the Eiffel Tower which was not much of a view at all. Will definitely book something different if I ever return to Paris. I felt like I could have stayed in a hotel much closer with a better "view" and a little taken advantage of on the price as a tourist. Not even Breakfast was included and the price was equal to staying at the Ritz on the water in Miami.

Nice small hotel located only a few blocks from the eiffel tower. Metro station across the street, a few options around the area, you find anything you need around here for food,drinks, souvenirs. You need to leave your key at front desk when you leave the hotel, there is a safe in the room, rooms are very small but comfortable to spend the night after a long day of walking around. Front desk staff very courteous and friendly.

Honestly I was quite disappointed when I walked in
It is much much smaller than the pictures on Expedia! I left it as a Paris boutique hotel feel and tried to enjoy the process!
When we got to the fourth floor there was a housekeeping cert and what seemed like garbage beside it! The lights were motion sensored
However our room!!! Was so incredibly small and again nothing like the pictures! The bathroom shad a terrible smell and by day 2 evening we couldn’t even stand the smell and held our breath going in!
The safe inside was not working! Someone prior had locked it while open and left it so I was locking my passports in my suitcase!

The room we had was a twin room, perfect size for two adults. There was a TV with some English channels.
The bathroom was a great size! Amenities provided such as towels, soap, hair dryer.

Perfect location for the Eiffel Tower. And lots of restaurants and supermarkets located close by.

During our recent Europe Trip, we stayed here for 3 nights, and unfortunately the experience was not great.

Room: Extremely small, with the bed taking up almost the entire space. No room to walk around or sit and have food comfortably. Very inconvenient.

Hotel Condition: The property feels quite old, with outdated interiors and very narrow hallways. Overall, not very welcoming.

Location: The only positive is it's great location. Located right opposite Dupleix station, which is just 2 stops from Trocadéro (Metro Line 6) station the main station for accessing the Eiffel Tower. The other end of the Eiffel Tower is just 10-mins of walk from the hotel.

Apart from the location, there wasn’t much to like. The staffs were good and welcoming. Wouldn’t recommend unless you only care about being close to the Eiffel Tower.

The friendly staff and the location make this a superb location to stay when in Paris. Closest metro station is a short ~3-4 minute walk. Eiffel tower is about a ~15 minute walk. Staff is polite and very helpful, they go above and beyond. Area is quiet, with lots of boutique shopping and grocery stores nearby. Rooms are small but is expected for Paris hotels. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family

I loved the place it was super cute for a couple with the small view of the Eiffel Tower. Though the top part, it was still beautiful at night and with the weather in August being so beautiful we were able to sleep with the windows open with the view. We stayed for 1 night and it was perfect. Tiny room but cute.

The staff were kind and helpful and it is very close to the Metro 6 line which was positive. It was within walking distance to the tower but the rooms were a little dated and extremely small but is probably to be expected with this price range. The only reason for giving it a 4 star is not for hardly being able to move in the room.
