From the very beginning of our stay the receptionists were kind and very professional, The lady at breakfast was just so sweet she even borrowed an umbrella for our rainy day!

My room was a bit small, but cleaned. Absolutely love the hard working staff. Not only were the staff helpful with all our needs, they went up and beyond my expectations. Very close to the Effie tower and very good restaurants around. But definitely save some space for their breakfast.

The hotel itself was amazing. The staff, though… less than stellar. We were told breakfast was at 6am by the very kind guy who checked us in. We came down at 6am and the new front desk guy was incredibly rude about breakfast not starting until 6:30am. Then, when we left, we didn’t know I had to check out with my room key in hand (in America, we leave them in the room) and the same man followed us out into the street, yelling at us for not coming down with our key card. We apologized and explained that in America, that is not customary but there was nothing we could do about it now because the room was locked. He got even more angry with us, followed us to our car and continued yelling. We are very disappointed with how we were treated by this individual.

Very tiny elevator. Only fit 2 people with a carry on luggage. Small room but with everything we need. I reserved the room for 2 people and requested for 2 twins beds but when i got to the hotel, the reservation said only 1 person with a double room. Breakfast was included but only for 1 person. Otherwise everything was good

The nightjift staff w very very rude an insulted my wife with horrible words made her scared and shake feel uncomfortable terrible servce threatne to kick us out as threatend to get her arreste by police. Terrible time at the hotel. Hallways are filth the lift is disgusting and the room have molds celing falling down. Elevator, shower/bathroom are tiny so not ideal for big size persons. No fridge.
If you’re a light sleeper, beware of a loud buzzer sound from the A/C unit every few minutes :(
There’s a drinking water dispenser by lift lobby, quite helpful. Lots of good restaurants/food stores along the street.
Laundry machines opposite the hotel is so handy n costs €8-10 per load.
Eiffel Tower / Big Bus stop is 13mins walk.

I stayed at the Tim Hotel Tour Eiffel and was satisfied due to its location. The hotel is close to the Dupleix metro station and within walking distance to the Seine river, Eiffel Tower, Champ de Mars, and Trocadero. The area is quiet and peaceful, with food businesses and markets nearby. The room was comfortable, with hot and cold water and a small bathtub. However, the room was extremely small, with limited storage space. There is no mini-fridge. The hair dryer was a nice touch. The price seems high considering the room size and amenities, but I understand that prices in this area tend to be higher. Despite some limitations, I think the Tim Hotel Tour Eiffel is a good option if you want to stay in a central and quiet area near the Eiffel Tower. The location is unbeatable, and the hotel's proximity to public transportation makes it easy to explore Paris.

I was only there for one night as I had a 24 hour layover in Paris. I had no idea it was located in the hip and nice part of Paris. It's very close to the Eiffel Tower too. Nice accommodations. Friendly staff!

I arrive very late at night and had no complications checkin in. Breakfast was really good with a good variety of options. My first time in Paris and everyone was really polite and talk English and Spanish and where nice about it that really helped a lot. Rooms are good and clean. 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Over all I would stay there again. It made me feel safe and welcome.

Room has no control in Heater, too hot inside, that’s why we leave the window a bit open, same in bathroom. Theres no, tissue/facial tissue in the room, just a toilet paper. No clock, no microwave oven and TV don’t have closed caption for English language.

The hotel stay was great. Room is in the smaller side but has everything you need. Walking distance to everything. Staff was amazing and though the breakfast variety was small, it had everything you needed. I will say the room itself had a moldy smell but no visible mold although it is definitely lurking somewhere in that room.

The rooms were too small, no place to keep 2 suitcases in the room and the mobility in the room was almost not there.
The standard room is not meant for 2 people at all. The carpet was stinking, the shower water was luke warm. the tea pots were not cleaned properly.

I love how convenient it is from this location to move around. It took me 10mns walk to go to the Eiffel Tower. Daily they clean up the rooms which I loved, the metro is right around the corner and there’s a lot stores and restaurants around, however, the rooms are a little small and the elevator is really tiny but it’s a great place to stay. Breakfast was also nice.

This place was magical. Our room was so beautiful and I loved that they had robes and slippers waiting for us. We had the most amazing view of the Eiffel Tower, I highly recommend the suite on the 6th floor.
Yes the elevator is tiny but who cares when you are staying in such a beautiful place. We also had two balconies!
David at the front desk was fantastic and if we come back we will definitely be staying here again.
Also the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!

This property was no where near the main restaurants or cafes as it was more in a residential area so there were very limited choices. The rooms were extremely tiny, including the elevator that only fit two people and the bathroom was tucked in a corner so you had to keep the door open to use the bathroom and I am only 5 ft 6 inches. I would NOT stay here again because of the location and extreme lack of space.

It's definitely not what I expected and not what was stated online. Something needs to be done about the smell of sewage in the hallways and when you open the door to the room. The bedroom has no place for luggage and walking to either side of the bed. The bathroom cannot have two persons standing in there at the same time, and I am not talking about the shower (it is the whole bathroom). The staff should be trained in cultural sensitivity, primarily if the Olympics will be held in the country next month. Offer basic amenities such as an iron, a bottle of water, and a mini fridge, and let your guests feel special, especially if they are celebrating something big like a birthday. Also, the front desk really needs to be trained or take customer service more seriously.

This place is frighteningly bad. No ac. Under renovation. Rooms so small no place to put bag down. Smelled horrible. Rude and uncooperative staff. $199/ night but at hotel they are $30/ night. Had to leave and find hotel around corner. Absolute rip off. I expect a refund from Expedia

Cosy hotel situated just a short walk from Dupleix Metro Station and the Eiffel Tower. Not all rooms have a view of the tower though.
The reception staff were helpful.
The area around the hotel has numerous bars, shops and restaurants.
The room was quite small but I guess that’s Paris for you!

Nice hotel walking distance to Eiffel tour

The hotel is a in a nice area of Paris with easy access to the Eiffel Tour and next to the underground.
The hotel itself is ok and its nice to have coffee tea facilities as well as a complimentary bottle of water in the room. The breakfast selection is also good.
I was in room which was fine but its bathroom was minute. As I am small I just fitted but for a normal size person might really be a squeeze. The sink tap was also on a funny angle. I was in room 24.

The rooms are terribly small. We didn't have space to open our luggage unless it was on our bed. Our shower door wouldnt stay closed. It had been repaired but poorly. This hotel could use a good refurbishment.

The staff, however, was wonderful. They were extremely helpful in obtaining taxi service and giving directions.
