The downstairs bar was very loud. The water in the room made my husband super sick - believe it was a glass bottle filled with tap water that had been sitting for who knows how long. The family suite was two awkwardly connected separate rooms. The area outside the hotel had human feces and kids on the roof across the street threw rocks at my family and I as we were walking on the sidewalk. Do not recommend.

The hotel is so cute and in a great location. We were bummed because the terrace hot tub is the only reason I brought a bathing suit for my four week trip and, upon check in, we were told to use it whenever we want, however when we went out to use it, it was cold. We mentioned this to staff and they said they didn't have the key to adjust the temperature and they'd try to get it fixed. The hot tub was not hot for any of our three nights.

It was also weird that I received WhatsApp messages upon check-in and was asked if we needed anything and when I replied that we could use some extra pillows, the message went unread. We did get extra pillows eventually but why message and ask questions if you don't actually have anyone reading responses.

It it still a beautiful and well-located hotel.

Property is average and does not qualify as a 4 star. Rooms and bathrooms were very tiny though they were clean. The bar was closed for most of our stay though the receptionist was very kind to make us drinks and bring to our room. That was the only good thing about this hotel. Location is far from most of the sightseeing attractions and we were often stuck in traffic returning to the hotel. Would likely stay in another part of town next time.

Really nice hotel in a wonderful neighborhood. The neighborhood is not in the center of all the tourist attraction, which is a huge advantage if you are willing to be an explorer. The hotel is surrounded by great shops and places to eat. We found getting to the city center my metro or by bike to be really easy.
Hotel is clean and modern. The staff was outstanding. Our room was small but very clean and had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower.
Bed, pillows and linen are dreamy.
The hotel has a really nice deck, which is fun with the good weather. Also, the hotel and the neighborhood are very quiet.
Breakfast was so good, with homemade treats and personalized attention.
We are coming back!

Overall - the hotel is very good - convenient location between a few metro stations, 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower, clean and we loved that the window can be opened. The staff definitely need some sort of training. They tried their best to be helpful but we could see their inexperience. I would consider staying here again in the future though - the convenience is unbeatable.

A pleasant stay for my family and I for the 5 nights we were there. Unfortunately we had an issue in one of our bathrooms in the family chamber rooms however the staff were great in rectifying the issue and moved us to new rooms once it was known the problem could not be fixed. In addition, we also received a free bottle of their boutique lotion and free bar drinks for the inconvenience. It was a nice touch by the hotel. The buffet breakfast was good. Good options for the kids and they always received a warm welcome from the staff each morning. The location is bit off the beaten track but if you walk towards rue du commerce, there’s a nice shopping strip filled with bars and restaurants. Overall, a great stay and would consider staying here again, should we visit Paris again.

Hotel Wallace went above and beyond for us. We booked this hotel because of its location and cleanliness, both of which exceeded our expectations. It is a 10-minute safe and scenic walk to the Eiffel Tower and the public transport system is right around the corner. We arrived in August celebrating our honeymoon, we never expected the staff to add to our honeymoon celebrations by upgrading our room. The service was exceptional and there was always an attentive member of the staff at the front desk willing to assist. Hotel Wallace had a direct impact on our enjoyment of Paris, and because of that when I return to Paris again I will stay at Hotel Wallace and I will continue recommending it to my friends and family. This unassuming hotel is in a fantastic location! The staff was amazing, friendly & helpful. Our room was quite small, but well appointed with an amazing view. The hotel patio also had a great view of the Eiffel Tower and was fantastic for late night drinks. Our room was very quiet and clean, with a deep tub in the bathroom.

A 5 Star Hotel

A perfect place to stay in Paris. Location was incredibly good with shopping and transport links very close by. The room were very clean throughout, the bed was very comfortable. They also can with a excellent coffee and tea to use. Staff very friendly and helpful with regards to information about the city. English spoken by all the staff, which made communication a breeze.

As a family of 4 with 2 teenagers we had connecting rooms 207 & 208. They are superb, very comfortable, very clean & have great air-conditioning units.

Location is perfect, with a metro station just a few hundred metres away.

All the staff that we met at reception and at breakfast were very accommodating, but we'd like to give very special mentions to both Samuel & Kevin who were incredibly helpful and went above & beyond during our stay. A credit to you both & a very big thank you from our whole family.

If we ever go to Paris again, we'd definitely stay at Hotel Wallace!

We had the most awesome stay at Hotel Wallace - it lived up to the reviews we based our choice on to stay there. Fabulously located - short walk to all the sights, easy to bike and was so quiet and comfortable. We liked that it is quite funky, but large room compared to others we have experienced in Europe. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We will be back to stay again.

Good location, pictures online did not really look like the room. Some lights didn’t work in the room, but it was clean. But when I asked about laundry services they said they could do it. So when I went back down to bring my clothes, they told me they weren’t sure if they could do it and then never followed up with me the next day after telling me they would find out.

We booked based on the reviews but unfortunately we’re disappointed. Upon check in we asked the receptionist to change a dinner booking from 8:30 to 9pm and when we arrived at dinner we received a rude welcome as they thought we were an hour late! It has been changed to 8pm. On the same evening I asked for an iron for our clothes and never received it, so I went down in my robe to ask again and the receptionist was no where to be seen, fortunately someone else was able to find an iron instantly! I also called down 4 times for milk for our coffee and never was answered. The breakfast is fairly expensive for the type of hotel. It is a good location in terms of out of huddle and bustle but close to metro; however if I went back to Paris I would stay more central for ease. The bed is big and comfy, we had a superior room and the room/bathroom spacious. Room wise is was good, but not so great on location and disappointing service.

Suggested if you don’t need to spend so much time in the Hotel and don’t have big expectations.
Hotel rooms were on the small size.
Rooms were a bit smelling and need a bit of refresh.
Pictures were a bit different from reality.
Hotel staff nice and polite.
I do not suggest the breakfast since it’s very limited.
Neighborhood is convenient and full of options.
You can walk to the Eiffel Tower in 15-20 min.

Fabulous boutique hotel, great location

Fantastic, nothing too much trouble, great location, close to at least two main Metro stops, some great restaurants nearby. Lovely hotel, AMAZING smelling toiletries. Great room, very comfy bed and some fab choices at breakfast. let us leave on our bags on arrival and last day. Word of wearing for Paris in general, don't lose your Metro ticket as it is a 50 Euro on the spot fine even though I could prove I had bought a ticket :-(

Great hotel! Would recommend to anyone going to Paris. A short walk or metro to the \"main\" attractions. Staff incredibly helpful. Staying at the hotel was so relaxing. In room coffee, comfortable beds, rooms larger than expected, great water pressure. Terrace is lovely.

Little gem

Hard to find boutique hotels in the 15th so Wallace was perfect. Walking distance to metro and also down to the Porte De Versailles Expo centre. Nice surprise to be upgraded to the wonderful top floor room where the views of the Eiffel Tower at night are spectacular - must be even nicer when the weather is warmer with the balcony.
