This is a very good hotel for the money in a very vibrant part of the 15th. We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The breakfast is great. The rooms are a little small but not unreasonably so for Paris. The big bummer was that the pool was closed for renovation and this wasn't announced during booking. We booked just 6 weeks from our stay so it's not like they wouldn't have known. We didn't go to Paris to swim, but we did expect this amenity.

I recently spent a magical stay at Les Jardins de Mademoiselle in Paris, from January 9th to January 17th, and I can’t stop raving about it. This boutique gem truly embodies the charm of the City of Light.

From the moment we arrived, my wife and I—I'm a Californian Hippie and my wife is breathtakingly beautiful—felt instantly welcomed by the warm, attentive staff. The check-in was smooth, and the lobby exuded a serene, almost botanical calm that set the tone for our entire stay.

Staff were amazing! I had a really bad experience with Room 108 but staff found a solution and moved me to another room as soon as possible and provide me a goodwill gesture! the new room was very good! I do hope that they will make much needed improvements in room 108 as that room is not fit for purpose and definitely not worth the price they were charging! Because of the staff's invaluable attitude, I will definitely go back next year!

I was not happy that the city tax was added after the fact. And I was charged for an espresso when they could have easily absorbed the cost.
The rooms were clean and well serviced. They were tiny, if you have young kids, this may not best place. The location was good.

Perfect for a city break

Really lovely, compact and well located hotel. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful, even taking time to investigate the nearest Bubble Tea place for my daughter sand ringing them to see if they were open! A lovely touch.
Room was very modern and well maintained, beds were very comfortable. The only minor problem was that there was a bad smell of drains in the bathroom.
Breakfast was ok, not remarkable since the area was very small and the pastries were not super fresh.
All in all this was a great hotel that I would recommend and return to.

A pleasant welcome and able to use the pool straight away which was a big draw for this hotel. We used the pool every day (apart from day of departure) which really added to our trip.

The room was big enough, very clean and well equipped. The terrace area was a very nice area to relax in (but maybe a sign to remind guests to keep the volume down on personal devices!) and plan for the next days activities.

Recommend the local Italian, Gioco, where we had a lovely pizza, and Eric Kayser bakery (around the corner) for patisserie!

A very enjoyable stay and wa a great base for our first visit to Paris - we will be back I am sure!

My stay at your hotel was from June 6th to June 9th, 2025. Upon discovering the absence of my expensive sandals after checking out on Monday the 9th, I emailed your hotel around noon on Wednesday. I received a response at 6 PM indicating the sandals were not found, despite my certainty that I left them in the room. I then had to follow up the next day I followed up with the manager because no one reached out to me and she then informed me that after investigating they didn't find the sandals. I now know that it was stolen by the cleaning staff and was told that they are known for stealing. The manager isn't trying to find a solution. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here because their cleaning staff isn't trustworthy and the manager doesn't care about her customers.

We loved our stay at Les Jardins de Mademoiselle! This was our second stay. We stayed in the Eiffel
Tower suite. It was so great to see the Eiffel
Tower twinkle every night. Such great service and friendliness from all the hotel personnel- from the people at the front desk, to the breakfast ladies and the cleaning staff. The breakfast buffet was great for the variety of French food- the baguettes, crepes, pain au chocolate, and the fresh squeezed orange juice and yogurt. My husband loved the huge Chocolate chip cookies for breakfast! We loved the authentic French experience that your hotel in
the 15th arrondissement offered. We will definitely return to your wonderful hotel!

Really enjoyed staying at this small and friendly hotel which has a nice ambience, helpful and welcoming staff who assisted me with using public transport. Alexi, the lady on reception was wonderful and made me feel very valued as a guest.
I loved the pool Spa and roof top terrace.
We booked 2 adjoining rooms which was great for my nieces on level 4.
We were disturbed by noise from locals and traffic twice during our 5 day stay so felt the soundproofing was not quite adequate for road facing rooms.
Great supermarket, good choice of bars,
restaurants, shops, metro station ( Commerce ) close by. Line 8 takes you to a retail paradise, a Park, Louvre museum, place de la Concord, Jardin Tuilleries, Champs Elysees.
I would recommend this beautiful hotel for singles and couples and would love to return.

The property had decent facilities l. I really enjoyed the sauna room and the pool. The gym was mediocre. As for the staff, very polite however I found mysel and other residents that also booked with this place waiting outside for a long time in the middle of the night because for whatever reason the reception staff locked the entrance door and left their desk for a long period of time. Was not nice waiting.

A nice hotel in Paris

The room was very comfortable with a view of the Eiffel Tower above the neighboring buildings. The bathroom was very good as was the shower. Towels excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a very nice rooftop patio. The bus stop was a 2 minute walk. A grocery store was a 1 min walk. Very nice restaurants short walks. The breakfast was ok. There was an indoor pool that we did not use. The atmosphere of the hotel is very pleasant, well lit, with flowers and potted plants around.

This is the best hotel that I have ever stayed at in Paris. Neighborhood was nice and lots of restaurants and shops close by. Breakfast at the hotel is rather expensive but several restaurants close by for breakfast, lunch and dinner options.
Commerce metro station just a few blocks away which is very convenient to all Paris has to offer. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival, we found a handwritten welcome note and a box of macrons on our bed. This was a lovely surprise and a great personal touch.

The room was cleaned twice a day and restocked with anything we used (e.g. milk).

The property has a fantastic bar on the ground-level, and you can get some delicious 'happy hour' cocktails from 6-8PM for €10. You can have these delivered to anywhere on the property, but we chose the lovely sun terrace on the 4th floor.

The hotel is well situated near the 'Commerce' metro station, about 5 mins walk away, so it makes travelling anywhere very convenient. There are some decent shops and restaurants nearby too, with the supermarket Franprix a couple of doors away from the hotel.

The spa was a welcomed feature after trekking around Paris city centre all day. There's a pool (with jets in it) and steam room. It never got too busy - the most amount of people we found down there was 6 people! The steam room worked the first evening and was very warm, but didn't seem to get 'steamy' or warm again for any of the rest of our stay, which was a shame. The pool is a cold water pool, and it did feel very cold. Although you soon adjust to the temperature, we did think it could benefit from being a tad warmer - especially because it's in the basement and therefore has no light to naturally heat it. The waterfall feature in the pool also didn't work, which was a shame.

Overall though, a brilliant stay. We would consider staying here again in future

We loved this hotel! It is in an authentic residential area of Paris with a 8 minute drive to the Eiffel Tower. We stayed in the Versaille suite. We could see the Eiffel Tower twinkling from our small deck. We had plenty of room in this suite. The only thing that was not perfect was the high bathtub with the shower. This hotel was remodeled in 2018, The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of croissants, French bread, crepes, pancakes, scrambled eggs, chocolate muffins, scrambled eggs, cheese, cold cuts (ham deli meat), fruit and bacon. Everything was so delicious! I was so happy with the small crepes and Nutella toppings. The bacon is true European style that is baked and cut differently. It isn’t like the American bacon and would be the only item I did not care for. The fresh squeezed orange juice was wonderful! The staff was awesome! They did not all speak fluent English but did their best to provide great service. Loved the terrace and all the green landscaping in the back. We stayed for 4 days but wish it was longer. Great value! It is a gem of a hotel!

Lovely little hotel. Great and very helpful staff. Very clean rooms, clean bathrooms and great selection of products in them. Rooms were a little small but as we had 2 connecting rooms this was good for us (2 adults and 2 kids)

The swimming pool was great. Kids had a great time in there. Steam wasn’t really powerful but wasn’t too much of a problem as the swimming pool was perfect.

There was some pavement work going on outside so unloading/loading was a little awkward but luckily it’s a one way street so we could park to the side.

Car park is a 5 minute walk away.

Location is great. Few minute walk to the nearest metro. Great restaurants and shops around the area too.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location with plenty of amenities close by. The reception area has a pleasant smell when you enter which is very welcoming. We used the spa facilities which were fine for our short stay. The weather was terrible, however the staff were very attentive and provided us with umbrellas to avoid getting wet. We had a issue with our room key, but this was professionally dealt with by the staff by offering us complimentary drinks while we waited for the key card to be updated. I would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Thanks to all the friendly and supportive staff, the stay was very favourable.
A little disorganised in a few minor areas such as no bottle opener in the room and requiring a trip to the hotel bar to borrow the only opener in the hotel, so had to return immediately and the plug in the bath was broken so no bath and a couple of other tiny things, but overall I was very impressed and happy

I loved the fact that there was an on site spa in the basement level with a full size heated pool in the heart of Paris. Even though we did not use the services, it was elegant and exceptional.

The roof terrace, the ground floor terrace, the foliage and live strawberries on the railings were all such an amazing touch.

The staff was quick, courteous and knowledgeable in helping us find the proper train to visit the south of France by train.

This made my third trip to Les Jardins de Mademoiselle. I love Paris and love this hotel. Pools are uncommon in Paris so finding a location with one is unique. The hotel is in a nice, quiet area near restaurants and shopping. It’s close to metro lines or just walk. We walked to the Eiffel Tower and it was only about a 30-40 minute walk. The hotel staff is so nice and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel this past week for my birthday. From the door I was in love. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Alexandra who I had the most interaction with. She was truly helpful and made my birthday even more special. I loved my room and amenities this hotel provided. I have and will continue to recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
