I was skeptical about this place but for the life and the proximity to the Eiffel tower. It's a good deal! The room was clean and well maintained. However it was very hot in the room the A/C did not work . Opening the window meant hearing the sound of the train passing. Overall good deal for 3 nights .

Wonderful for a Solo Travel

Solo traveller here: my room 701 was very small but so comfortable. Perfect for one person. I felt incredibly safe at the hotel and in the area in the evening. There is a large supermarket 10 minutes away with everything you need. Lots of Lime Bikes outside so you can get to the Eiffel Tower in under 10min on bike. Well connected to the metro.

The location is quite good just a 5 to 8-minute walk to the nearest metro station and only three stops away from the Eiffel Tower, The air conditioning worked well, which was essential during the hot summer days. The beds were large and comfortable, with extra pillows provided, the property has a charming, vintage-style elevator very small, fitting just one or two people at a time which adds character to the stay. The 12 pm checkout time was convenient.

Areas for Improvement:
The rooms and corridors are quite small, which might be expected in Paris, but still worth mentioning for travelers seeking more space. The toiletries provided were very basic an all-in-one dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A particularly unusual policy was being asked to leave the room key at reception every time I went out, which felt a bit outdated & inconvenient.

The biggest disappointment came at the end of my stay. I had left my luggage with the hotel after checkout, informing the staff that I would return to collect it at night before catching my train to Zurich. Unfortunately, my train was delayed and later canceled till early morning. I ended up returning around midnight. I politely requested to wait in the lobby for a few hours, explaining that the train station was closed during that time. Despite my situation and having been a paying guest, the receptionist firmly refused. This lack of flexibility and empathy was disappointing and left a negative final impression.

Dispute my initial shock at how small the room and elevator were, I enjoyed my visit. Service was responsive and friendly. The neighborhood was very accessible and had several very good restaurants. The neighborhood was so serene and quiet at times it was very pleasant.

Room 404 was at the front of the property facing the train tracks. With the windows closed you’ll barely hear a thing. However, the noise of the airconditioning unit on my room and the rooms on either side mine were awful. Machine noises kept me up for 3 days straight. And because I have prepaid, I couldnt cancel without losing money. They couldnt move me to another room because the hotel was fully booked. On the other hand, the staff were amazing. Very polite and accomodating. Apologetic about the noise but hey ho their hands are tied too in terms of what they can do. Overall, the facilities match the amount of money you pay for. Decent as long as no one turns on the airconditioning unit.

The manager, Mohammed was very kind, knowledgeable and effecient. The lady on the reception desk on the day I arrived was also very helpful. The hotel is well situated, close to the metro, shops and eateries. The room was compact , very clean and bed comfortable. Little noisy at night outside my room on top floor. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. Excellent service.

Our room was small and dated. The bed was old and the boxspring was stained and they never changed the sheets. The AC was great, which was a lifesaver because of the hot and humid weather.

Seriously over priced and bad location

Unfortunately I had to pay over 550 per night (!!) For a tiny room in this very mediocre and badly-located hotel, just since there were no orher option and they seemed to take advantage of that.

The woman at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful, but she also ordered a driver to the airport that charged my colleague 20 euros more than she had said it would be, and then she called to get the money back and they never showed up to pick me up the following day as we had scheduled.

Good hotel I will go back again!Its close to everything.When you go outside v on your left you can see the Montparnasse Tower.If you have higher floor you can see the Eiffel Tower from your room. Lots of restaurants.Safe to walk during night time.Many restaurants and some malls.Supermarket.You should go to that bakery name SECCU its 15 minutes walking from the hotel when you get out of hotel turn left and its in the other side.You can also take train if you are tire of walking going there.Closest station is Cambrone.Good price if you go book for 3 nights and its off season.Its expensive of course during peak season where the prices is crazy.

Clean, decent, close to eiffel tower about 10minute walk. Close to all great restaurant around..has 2 nearby metro. used tripadvisor for restaurant reviews. We only go to restaurant with 4/5 stars or above which they have lots closeby to thid hotel.. our fridge never worked but wasnt a big deal. We always ate out anyways... the guy at the front desk was amazing. It was a convenient hotel for everything.. didn much jave to take transpo as this hotel was so close to everything and to all the tourist spots.. PS: breakfast was not worth it ( food was not that fresh especially the pastries). Would be almost worth getting breaky outside. Train was loud if you open your window. But small balcony was sweet.

Great location, quiet most of the time but if you are lucky enough to have nosiy neighbours you will hear absolutely everything... Very small rooms (and I had the double luxe standard), they do clean every day but the carpets and curtains haven't been probably washed in years. I was personally bothered by the fact that every time they would clean they would move my things and not rearrange them I even found my toothbrush on the floor. Poor internet connection, was not working most of the time.Personally I will not book again as you pay way way to much for what you. They really need to modernize and clean the hotel

Staff was wonderful - very helpful to show me where to go and answer many questions. Rooms were very tiny - suspect this is normal for paris. Elevator was basically fit one person, so we each had to ride individually with luggage. Felt odd but you could not take the room key outside the hotel - you had to leave it at the front desk when you left. Neighbor was not the best for a family. Price was very good for paris. We walked to the Eiffel tower and Champs-Elysees

The hotel was very close to public transportation and there is a person available at front desk 24 hours. The staff was very helpful making trips for us. Breakfast was alright. They have cold cuts, hard boiled eggs, a variety of breads and cereals, yogurt, coffee, teas and juices. Room was very small. Had a double twin. The door almost hits bed when you walk in. Bathroom was very modern but smelled awful. Room was cleaned and beds made every day. Couldn't see tower and there was construction on rail right outside window. Some noise but nothing horrible.

The stuff was very friendly, and were able to accommodate us despite arriving several hours before check-in.

The room and bathroom were small, but very clean. The bathroom has a hair dryer and a plug for shavers only.

No iron in the room, and I don’t know if one was available.

The only thing that was odd about our stay was the hotel’s policy of leaving the key at the front desk when you go out. They are staffed 24/7, so there was always somebody available to unlock the door at night.

There are two metro stations and a taxi stand within/under 5 minute walking distance, and plenty of food options within walking distance.

The property manager was an awful guy. I was there for 3 nights, so 1st day I check in I saw that I needed few of the hotel complementaries after a long long flight. Tried to find the number the number for reception to be written no where on the phone or nearby. Had to actually climb down 3 flights of stairs because this awesome hotel doesn’t have an elevator and made me carry 3 huge luggage’s all by myself to the top floor this guy assigned me to. And when I asked him in person for the toiletries and asked what is the number for reception, he goes, in a perfectly snooty French man style “ like everywhere in the world, it’s number 9”. I so wanted to punch the hell out of him there saying “ had it been so obvious to a traveler after a long journey I would’ve dialed that. Thank you for not taking the minimalistic efforts to just write the number down on the phone”.

This is incident 1, and before I was checking out, which was going to be at 3AM WITH THOSE HUGE BAGS ON ME, climbing down those stairs. So I tried to check out a day before. So this guy goes, “ I would try to not make any noises while coming down the stairs to not disturb any of our guests. IF I CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT ( for bringing those huge ass bags down by myself by making no noise at 3 AM to catch a flight)”. I couldn’t hold my anger anymore. He seemed pretty chilled with all the locals and French people so seemed a bit racist kinda guy to me. Had no manners unlike other Frenchmen to say the least.

It was okay with the staff generally friendly and very helpful. There are some nice Asian eateries close by for lunch and dinner if one wished to. The bathroom was my main problem. I felt breakfast is on the high side and could get better-priced breakfast elsewhere. As a final thought, I would stay there again if I have to.

Overall a positive experience. With only one exception, front desk staff were helpful and friendly. As expected with any Paris hotel, rooms are tiny by American standards, but clean and serviceable. Bed was comfy, the shower has almost no water pressure, so allow extra time for shampooing your hair if you have longer hair! Breakfast was nice continental style but for the 12 Euro extra per day, you can get better at nearby cafes. Location is very convenient to a couple of Metro stations, about a mile walk to the Eiffel Tower. There was construction in the building next door (and our room was directly on that wall), so no chance of sleeping in, work started every morning at 8am. Over all a positive experience, but could have been better.

The location ended up being a bit farther from where I wanted to be but the price was pretty great so that explains it. The hotel staff was very nice and the rooms was generally pretty clean. However the room was a bit small and it was clear that the photos of the room had been taken a long time ago. Time for a remodel. Very worn and used. Shower was very small, If you are anything more than a touch overweight or taller than 6ft good luck. The bathroom was very small, thankfully I was staying alone because I could be on the toilet and shut the bathroom door or my knee would have hit. Overall it wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed but I would have paid €10-15 more to stay somewhere a bit newer/nicer. If you need a cheap/decent place this is for you. If you like nicer/larger places try another location.

The location was within walking distance of the colosseum, also about a 5 walk to the nearest metro station. I will admit I was hesitant about the neighborhood because it was not brightly lit but we had no problems and arrived back late a few times. There’s also a restaurant right next door, which was convenient. I called the day before to say what time we would be arriving and we had no problem checking in, as the host was waiting for us. The bathroom is shared but the host comes to clean daily and was pleasant!

This hotel is very close to the metro station which was surprisingly easy to navigate. Be prepared when you leave each day the staff keeps your room key which was good for me because I lose everything. The room was small but clean. The staff members could be a little short at times but never rude. It’s advertised as free breakfast but on the last day my partner ate a croissant while waiting for our Uber and was scolded by staff that it wasn’t free. There weren’t many outlets for guest use but overall would stay again if I couldn’t find anywhere else.

Such a great hotel for the money. We were greeted with nothing but kindness and helpfulness by the staff. (We had a cancelled train and one of the desk staff called the train company and spoke to them in French for us). The room was small but clean and comfortable, same with the bathroom. In a great neighbourhood, easily within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and tons of restaurants and cafes. We walked to the Louvre from here too but if you don’t like walking it’s a bit of a mission (about 40 minutes). Will absolutely stay here the next time we are in Paris.

Felt welcome. Desk staff were very helpful especially Mohammed and Rosalie. Breakfast was decent for continental. Very walkable to Eiffel Tower and Big Bus Hop on Hop off tours.

Nice Close to the Eiffel Tower , the Metro, nice restaurants and bars. We had a great time.
