We really enjoyed our stay . The hotel is ideally located for the Eiffel Tower and a variety of restaurants and shops a short walk . The staff very very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and cosy and facilities excellent. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at this hotel the day we arrived in Paris. We were eager to see the Eiffel Tower as soon as we arrived so this was a perfect location for us to walk and be able to do that immediately after we dropped our bags. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, which was wonderful considering we had such a long travel day. They helped us navigate our transportation the next day when we had to leave as well. The hotel itself is a super cool little spot. The room was a bit small but had everything we needed and was clean as well. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to be somewhere near the tower in that area of the city.

It was perfect! The view was amazing, we were at the 7th floor so we saw the Eiffel Tower and part of the city. I loved how at night they looked the front door so not just anyone can come in. The breakfast was good. I don’t eat red meat or pork and they had good options. It was close to many things walking distance.

The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel is a short walk from a well-connected metro station. However, the check-in area was shabby. The bedroom had a chair in it with a palm-sized while in the fabric. The bathroom had tepid hot water and the handheld shower head did not work at all. The emergency phone in the bathroom had shredded wires connecting the handle to the phone. Worst of all, the heating for the bedroom and bathroom were not working.

Hotel location was great and safe. Hotel was about 15 minute walk to the base of the Eiffel Tower. I reserved a room for 4 people (my wife, 14 year old and 11 year old daughters and myself). I did feel like the room was way too small for 4 people. Not enough room to walk around and not enough space for our luggage. Our room size would be fine for 2 people, but not 4 people.

The staff was great! The location was amazing it was a short walk from the tower and we got to see the Eiffel Tower from our room! There were plenty of restaurants nearby as well. The bed was really big and comfortable. The only cons were that they only had small size bath robes, when I called to order a bigger size even a medium the front desk informed me there are no other sizes. Additionally, they have a QR code for room service. However, not only do they not deliver it to your room and make you come get it from the front desk. But it is not in building, it seemed to be from a third party the food was cold and there is no microwave. When I went to pick up the food the staff did not know what was going on and didn’t know room service was available. Another down side was the shower, there is only a 2-3 foot piece of glass covering a fraction of the shower which leads to a lot of water on the floor which makes it very slippery and dangerous. Other than that everything was great there is a subway entrance near the hotel which made it easy to get around. Roberto was great and friendly! Thank you again!

The staff was wonderful and the rooms and hotel were very clean. The staff was very helpful and even helped me with my Navigo pass. The beds were not comfortable at all. That was the most unpleasant experience. I tossed and then all night for 7 nights. They have a mini bar for 5 euros everyday it was worth it. They have a coke, Perrier, and 2 waters everyday. The rooms have a mini fridge and coffee maker. We had a balcony and I loved that the double door opened. The hotel is close to the station. The hotel was about at 10-15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower.

The room and the staff amenities were all good and very good. The poor rating was given because at check in, in addition to a deposit, there was insistence to scan my credit card (and passports). I was told that is the hotel requirement, but I stated clearly that a request for a copy of my credit card including pin, expiry and long card number is unacceptable.

Desk staff was friendly.The room was really small. We were there for 2 weeks and it was tough.The shower in the bathroom leaked. The solution was to give us more towels to catch the leak to keep from slipping on the marble floors.
The bathroom was pretty but not very great for function. The small oval mirror over the sink was set at a height for a tall person. I am 5'2\" and the bottom of the mirror cut me off at my throat. The small sink area had a vessel sink so I couldn't really lean in to see better. The lighted magnigying mirror didn't work.
The hairdryer is hidden in the armoire in the bedroom. It's attached to the inside of the armoire. Hair drying meant standing between the end of the bed and the armoire and bumping elbows into the other door while blocking traffic to get to the small table and chairs or just try to get around the bed. Moody and dim lighting made seeing what you're doing tough.
Breakfast looked adequate. For the price of one person's breakfast, we went to the yummy local bakeries instead. There is a no charge afternoon tea service that has leftover baked goods from breakfast and an electric tea kettle.
Listed as a 4 star hotel but not sure why. There's no real restaurant or bar, just the breakfast room. No gym or room service or any other 4 star services.
Airport transport for a fee.
Great location for Metro and Eiffel Tower.
Quiet at night typically.

The staff were very friendly, and accommodating for our last minute booking. The front desk went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, which we both appreciated very much. The building is older, so you can hear other guests staying near you, but everyone seemed respectful and we didn’t hear anything at night. The hotel is in, what felt like, a safe area and is within walking distance from the Eiffel Tower and other incredible historic sites.

The hotel is stingy about keeping coffee/ creamer pods in the rooms. We stayed for 6 nights and we had to keep on asking at the front desk. Front desk staff except Christin were very friendly and approachable. Christin was very cold and very short.

Bonjour. It was a very short stay, but none the less, Raul was fantastic to accommodate for anything! He added humour to every interaction and was great at advising on general Paris information. It’s a small hotel away from the hustle bustle but within 10 min walk to Eiffel Tower. Great location to walk to many attractions and if not, it’s well connected to public transport. The night manager was great when something happened in our room. Rooms are smaller. It has convenient access to the metro and some good restaurants nearby. It is also very convenient to walk to the Eiffel tower! No views. I do like the area the other side of the Eiffel tower a little more but this was still great. There's a market that opens late maybe 2-3 short blocks away. You also can't beat the convenience of daily breakfast. I'd give it a 3 star in terms of quality, it is not a luxury property. You should be happy here.

I cannot rave enough about this property. The staff was what made the stay perfect. They were so kind, welcoming and helpful. This is a boutique style hotel in a quiet part of town, yet still within a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. 10 minutes to the lawn infront of the tower, not just 10 minutes until you see it. Lots of stores, pharmacies and dining options were walkable and the metro station is just a few steps away. Our room was nice and the breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again should life bring my family back to Paris.
