The hotel is close to the Eiffel Tower on a pleasant street. The staff were very courteous and the room was very comfortable and clean. We had the breakfast which was a continental buffet with lots of selection including eggs and bacon. It was close to a few metro stations and some local restaurants.

Nice hotel. Nice location, quite and near the restaurants. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. They always change the towels and clean our room. The only problem was they never sweep the floor.

Great stay at Hôtel Eiffel Saint Charles. Check-in was simple with the friendly desk clerk (who took note from my passport that my birthday was in a few days). We were on the third floor. The elevator is quite small -- just enough room for the two of us and three backpacks. We had a Superior Room (Room 306) which was small, but comfortable and very clean, with a nice view of Rue de Saint Charles.. There was an in-room safe in the closet, and a regular blow dryer in the bathroom. No iron. Near the desk were two USB power ports, along with a standard plug. There were two other plugs in the room, and one in the bathroom (for the hairdryer). The bed was very comfortable, and we were given a full bottle of still water every day. Additionally, there was a water dispenser in the lobby (still and sparking) for free use. On my actual birthday, the hotel left a box of chocolates and a nice note on the bed -- such a thoughtful gesture!

Only used the TV twice. There wasn't much on in English other than the news. Did try to stream from iPhone to the TV, but couldn't get it to work. I didn't look to see if it had USB ports that might support movie files from a thumb drive.

It was roughly a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Almost a straight shot. The area around the hotel is commercial and residential; but quiet. We felt safe walking around both day and night. It was a bit rainy during our stay, and while I brought my own umbrella, the hotel did have umbrellas available.

This hotel is located in a lovely area with easy access to tram lines, making it very convenient to explore the city. The neighborhood felt safe and had a nice atmosphere, with cafés, shops, and other amenities nearby. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, and was everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and efficient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and great value for the location. We’d definitely consider staying here again!

Nice convenient hotel, based 15 mins walk away from the Eiffel Tower and less than 10 mins walk to the nearest metro. Polite and friendly staff at reception and breakfast which set us up for the day ahead. As it was based conveniently near the Eiffel area, we could view most landmarks along the river from Eiffel and Arc de Triumph continuing left to right. This hotel location was helpful for our 3 day itinerary. Close to a nice shopping street with some nice boulangeries and bars. A good option for fair budgets.

Lack of English channels and the TV is outdated. No Netflix or streaming. The hotel is a bit outdated. Small elevator. Staff do not explain the entire amenities and what’s covered at check in. Example: we were not told that water bottle was only covered for the first night and additional water bottle will cost 2.50 euro each. it was not mentioned breakfast cost 18 euros however, there was a sign. There is a lack of communication and explanation at check in. However, I did like the location because it is close to the Eiffel Tower.

The cleaning lady was fabulous. She cleaned our room each day of the stay and made it spotless.
There is a pizza spot on the same street, called amalfi pizza, which was an easy access, good quality food and coffee spot.
It’s about an 8 min walk to the metro, which was pretty reasonable.
There is a laundromat at a 3 minute walk which was great. For about $11, you can do a large load of laundry. The hotel itself doesn’t have laundry facilities. When we booked, it was advertised on the Expedia website that one of the hotel’s amenities was included laundry. That is NOT true and it was disappointing to learn that after checking in.We were lucky to find a nearby laundromat.
The staff at the front desk was also really nice. However, one male staff member with blonde-ish hair had a lot of B.O. You could smell him as soon as you entered the hotel lobby. Besides that, he was aright. The rest of the staff was wonderful.
Additionally, our specific room had a super unpleasant odor that was prominent upon entry to the room. It faded a little bit as the days passed, but was still unpleasant nonetheless.

Very cute & comfortable hotel. Staff is bilingual and very friendly. I asked them a few weeks prior to my visit if they would accept a package on my behalf and it was waiting for me when I arrived. It was very kind of them & I greatly appreciated the gesture. The hotel room itself is a typical one you would find in a European city, small but comfortable.

Breakfast was very nice, had eggs and some meat options, yogurts, cheese croissants.. It was very safe and in a walkable part of town (very close to Eiffel Tower). Would stay again & would recommend to friends and family traveling to Paris.

Family trip with husband and siblings, 5 of us. Room is very small, no space for luggage. Water only give the first day, we stayed for 4 nights, if we asked for water, they will charge you . One of the front desk was nice enough to give us some water . The weather was super hot and humid. Convenience for location , easy to walk to Eiffle Tower.

Smaller than what it looks on the photos but it was clean, comfortable, beautiful, partial Eiffel Tower view, working air conditioning, hot water in the shower. 15 min walking from the Eiffel Tower and many restaurant options walking distance. No parking on site of course, but my husband and me found street parking. We had a car because we drove from The Netherlands to Paris but having/renting a car is not recommended because of the lack of parking or difficulty of finding parking.

The place is nicely decorated but their staff is notably unexperienced. The beds are unconfortable there is no airconditioning (only in summer) but we stayed in March and the room can get pretty hot at night. The front desk recommended to sleep.with the window open which is not acceptable even considering that we were almost at dteet level. The hotel is not recommended for international turism.

Property was close to the Eiffle tower but very small. Room was nice but could hardly fit our luggage and the elevator hardly fit two people with luggage. Staff was very nice and breakfast was available on site.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Paris.

Hotel is located in a centralized area with lots of good restaurants around and easy access to transportation. Blocks from the Eiffel Tower. Super clean and staff is very friendly. Loved it.

We had a great time staying at Hotel Eiffel St. Charles. The staffs were very courteous & friendly esp the guy in the front desk. Fausi was very accomodating & very helpful with all our inquiries. He goes above & beyond with helping us with our needs esp we have a 3 year old with us. They really had an excellent customer service. We're glad that we chose this place to stay in Paris.
