Great place, Great staff! Rooms are small, they look a lot bigger in the pictures. Shower was very very oddly small. This made for an interesting experience for a 6ft tall guy. This shower would not work for a larger person or elderly as it had tiny steps up to get in and a tiny door. This was the real Paris shower experience so we welcomed the cultural experience. It was a funny and humbling for us but probably wouldn't be as entertaining to any one over 200lbs regardless of height. That being said the shower was clean and hot so no complaints just informational for others. We enjoyed the stay and would stay again. Coffee and breakfast in the lobby was wonderful!

The staff were very attentive and the lady saved our trip as we forgot adapters and she had spare ones we could use. Also shout out to the young man night porter who gave us a Lovely suggestion to see the sacre-coeur basilica and helped us with translating a menu for us. Rooms are comfortable and clean shower could do with a little attention but everything was super clean which is more important to me than anything else would stay again A+++

Night clerk couldn’t find the electric plug adapters so I could plug in USA electric devices. They were available but he couldn’t find them. If you don’t carry your own adapters, be sure to ask when you check in.

The Villa Eiffel Garibaldi was a massive disappointment. I had stayed here in 2017 and thought it was a cute boutique hotel. Unfortunately, things have changed drastically. Prior to our arrival, they sent a survey asking a few questions to improve our stay. I was surprised by this and checked off that we wanted a top floor room that was quiet. Upon arrival, we found the hotel was undergoing massive construction and the sizes of the rooms have been cut down further. My friend and I were given a room on the second floor (clearly the survey was pointless) and barely made it with our two suitcases that had to remain closed and standing. The shower was small (not uncommon) but had terrible water pressure. The beds were dirty more than once and instead of a fitted sheet, they used flat sheets that didn't properly secure under the mattress. On one of the cooler days in August, we came back to our room to find the staff turned our heater on and left my bag and a plastic garbage bag against it. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eiffel Villa Garibaldi. The staff were great and always ready to help especially the young gentleman Avonta. He went above and beyond to help us with our travel needs. We loved the close proximity to the Eiffel Tower, train lines and restaurants and supermarkets. It's a 2 minute walk to Grenelle. We will definitely be back.

Main concern was the noice from the adjacent room
Any movement from the adjacent room was waking us up and even when they open or close the door of the adjacent room, the noise was so loud that woke up us each time through out the night

Overall not bad for one night stay considering the proximity to Eiffel tower.

That was our first visit to Paris. The villa Garibaldi is great located, very close to Eiffel Tower, metro stations, and local restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the triple room which we were booked was absolutely clean, and the beds were comfortable. I really recommend the Villa Garibaldi, Paris.

We arrived and went out to explore the city. On return we came back to find the bed had not been changed from the previous user. The bed was covered in black hair. I had to go to reception and they said it had been cleaned and the could not leave the reception to come and look. I had to get then to give me sheets and I went up to the room to change it and realised the new bedding I had been given was soiled so had to go down a further time and ask for clean bedding. It is unacceptable! You can forgive a lot in a hotel but an unclean bed is beyond a joke. I told reception in the morning and she didnt know about it and said there was a free breakfast as a gesture. I did not accept this as it is not a fair exchange! If a hotel cannot clean beds I would query the cleanliness of the food preparation! I feel robbed on this occasion and feel I deserve money back after not receiving the most basic service expected.

Linens and towels of good quality.
The room and bathroom were small, but ok for 2 nights.

My issue is that I paid for a room with double bed and Eiffel Tower view (that's what the photos show), and I got two twin beds and no view.

The employee (very friendly and helpful) told me only 1 room has that view, on the 6th floor, and was unavailable (we were put on the 2nd).

Photos are misleading.

If you plan to stay here, contact the property to make sure you'll have what is shown in the photos, and what is listed in the room description...

Also, a lot of water was leaking from the shower to the bathroom floor, even with the shower door closed.

Honestly chose here for its proximity to places. Great location and easy walk to a bunch of nearby shops and restaurants. And about 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower! Room is average size, bathroom is a small. No AC but they do provide a fan and honestly leaving the windows open was a great help.

Nice property with a close 15-20min to the Eiffel Tower. Small rooms but clean. Courteous staff. Quiet street. Only downside was the building was extremely loud from within. We could hear word for word conversations in the rooms next door and the slamming doors were quite loud.
Some good ear plugs would do the trick!

Great location 20 min from Eiffel Tower and the hotel staff were very friendly and polite. We had some issues with a clogged shower drain on our first night but they managed to move us to another bedroom the next day.
During our stay in January, they were serving nice wine & cheese on the ground floor/bar - for free - between 6:30pm and 7:30pm for all guests. Good job!
On the other hand, there is no bar fridge in the bedrooms and the beds could be a bit more comfortable for a hotel. In regards to the showers, the shower cubicle was really tiny but the water pressure was quite good.

The property is older and small, which was fine but the only room they offer that has 2 twin beds is on the 2nd floor and is very Very small. We travelled from Disneyland Paris to the Eiffel villa hotel and arrived in the evening around 5pm. I was traveling with a friend and the hotel room wasn’t set up for 2 twin beds like it should of been and the hotel room keys were not working properly, we had to redo our room keys three times to get them working properly, I think they must just use an old system as the hotel manager said that sometimes the keys can deactivate being next to your mobile phone.

The property is nice and centrally located, which was great as we were using the metro a lot while in the city. The only things I was upset about was that there was on going construction in the hotel and we were awoken by construction noise in the morning for 3 out of the 5 days during our stay and also a painted headboard was in the hallway during our whole stay which made the entire floor smell like oil paint and was just Nauseating, just wish I was made aware that this construction would of been happening while I was there.

The buffet breakfast was from 7am -10am and was included in our nightly rate and it was I believe 13€ if not but it was pretty much just a continental breakfast, cereal croissants and yogurt, they offered soft or hard boiled eggs but if you weren’t down there early enough they were gone and would bring out more, which I thought was odd but whatever.

Burgled there in the middle of the night.

We were burgled there. There are no security cameras on the building. The night guard was useless and didn't call the Police. He lied to us saying they wouldn't come. He delayed us. The service afterwards was terrible and the attitude unacceptable. Strangely enough, the outside security lights went off the night we were burgled. The\"Directeur\" has not given me the money back for the pre-paid room we were going to stay at for one more night. He is apparently \"unavailable\" when I call and the staff are quick to put the phone down! We are trying to claim through their own insurance for the loss of our stolen goods according to French Law. There were no empathy from the staff who didn't feel concerned by the event which made us feel traumatized. We were the victims but they made us feel like the guilty party, the annoying people, even accusing me in an email of harassing staff when I email two questions regarding the claiming process. Don't expect good service like in the UK, they don't care once they've got your money!
The rooms are unbearably HOT and there is no Air Conditioning. We were on the first floor and didn't sleep much as it is very noisy in the street. The breakfasts are meager and extortionate at 13 euro per person. All in all, it is a relatively cheap room, in the center of Paris but don't expect good service if something goes wrong. If you are going to stay there, close the window even when you are in it and take a really good insurance against theft!

Not what we expected but was quite pleased with our stay. 10-15 minute walk to the Wall of Peace which is the start of Champ de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. There were 3 of us in our room, and although it was very tight with the 3 of us, and all our luggage, the room and the bathroom was very clean and tidy. The air conditioning wasn’t working when we got there but we were provided with two fans. We got the room with breakfast but wasn’t worth it for the breakfast they served; Fresh croissants were better down the street. There was a laundromat near by which was very convenient and a simple free Wine & Cheese tasting every night. Would probably stay here again just because it’s near the Tower.

Too many negatives to even count.
The day time receptionist was ridiculously rude, unhelpful and even insulted us multiple times. For example: “I don’t care, you mean nothing to me” and then she insulted our mums who were not even travelling with us. No words can describe her complete lack of professionalism or inability to do her job. After squeezing ourselves and our luggage into the tiny lift, we opened the door to a tiny shoebox of a room. Paris was experiencing a heatwave and there was not even a fan to provide any relief in what was now an immediate sweat box. The cherry on top of this horrible accommodation was then the 24 hr construction that was right outside our only window. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE WE PAID (or any price). Find a different hotel to stay at!!

The property is close to to two Line 67 stations which makes it convenient. Centrally located within a mile of Eiffel Tower. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I was looking to making some purchases. The staff suggestions were good. The hotel is undergoing some external renovation that should be done soon. One thing to keep in mind is that the bath/ toilet are small especially the shower, so not likely to be a convenient experience for a larger frame person. Rest of the facilities are good and functional.

Good location and really nice staff. Hotel offers free cheese and wine in the evening. (except Sundays). The room was nice but really small for 3 people. There was literally no space for bags. It was not a problem, but for somebody who likes to hang out in the room it may be to small. A bit of a problem was the bathroom. So damp that there was condense water running down from the mirror.

Cozy hotel room. Free wifi but poor signal to cell phone on 4th floor, though laptops picked it up easily. Bathroom decor is a little dated and the shower is small but it was clean and everything worked very well. We loved the location. Easy walk to one of the metro stops, and easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and Montparnasse tower. There's a market across the street and cafes everywhere. We even used the laundromat 2 doors down. Very kind and welcoming staff!

There is no air conditioner in the room of this hotel. It was terrible in the hot summer.
There is no coffee pot in the room so should ask to the staff to have hot water.
It’s not convenient. No chair in the room as well.

Small size rooms & non-cooperative staff

Though the hotel is in city area & a metro station closeby, the room size is very small and staffs are not very customer friendly.

Although the hotel is in a great location and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower there’s a lot of bad that comes with staying here. First there is no AC at all your room just has a fan. The rooms are small and tight and if you ask for the larger bed it’s just two twins pushed together. The elevator feels like a death trap and only 2 ppl can fit in at a time. Lastly the WiFi is spotty at best, it’s not like your in a tropical remote location your in Paris. They gotta update the place

Rude Night Staff and Ants in Room

Too much to write in the limited word count. However, we regularly had issues with a patronzing night manager who was very rude. He lectured about us being late for an event when we asked him to print off tickets for us, and was extremely rude when we asked to keep a bottle of champagne in the hotel fridge for 15-20minutes. When I came down to retrieve the bottle and two glasses, he yelled for me to put them down and take the plastic cups. He also kept calling me 'baby', to which I told him that I was uncomfrotable with that and he was not allowed to speak to me like that. He then began swearing at my and told me to 'F*uck off' and be grateful that he printed off my tickets and let me keep the bottle in the fridge.' I am not a confrontational person, so I was very shocked as I had simply calmly asked him not to call me baby. I thanked him for providing me basic hotel services, and he continued to be verbally agressive. THEN he began yelling on his cellphone on the street outside the hotel, in French, which I understand, and was forced to listen to him yell about me and share our conversation with (I'm assuming) a friend - as this was clearly a private call. When I spoke to the hotel day manager the next day she was uninterested and didn't offer to help at all. As well, another guest overheard me recounting my story to the day manager, and told me he overheard the manager yelling and swearing at me, and could alos hear him screaming on the street afterwards.

Great location! Great staff and pretty good breakfast.
Our only complaint, they have no AC in the rooms...we visited July 2018 in the middle of a heatwave and all we had was a fan!?! The staff was very accommodating and hospitable. We would gladly return since it really was the perfect location but probably think twice if it's the summer.
