Hotel is in a beautiful area but the reason I’m giving it 2 stars it’s because I’m the description of the hotel says elevator. I choose the hotel because of the closeness to the Eiffel Tower and because it says that has elevator, well no elevator and that was an issue for me as I have back issues and a surgery so it should be removed from Expedia that it has elevator

The room was smaller than it appeared in the website photos, which was a bit disappointing. Although it had both a radiator and an air conditioner, neither worked properly during our stay.

The room phone was also faulty, it kept making a loud noise throughout the night, preventing us from sleeping. We ended up disconnecting it from the network the next day to stop the noise.

Additionally, there was no shower gel provided in the bathroom, so make sure to bring your own toiletries.

We stayed on the 3rd floor, and the stairs were very narrow with no lift available. If you have large luggage, I strongly recommend asking for a room on the ground floor, as carrying bags up can be difficult and even risky.

Overall, the location was perfect with 15min walking distance from Eiffel Tower

Small Room, Slow Service, and Cleanliness Issues

The location is good, with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. However, the room was very small, and the blanket wasn’t always washed daily, which sometimes left an odd smell. Cleanliness was inconsistent, like some things were clean, others not. I also had an incident where I lost my passport for two days. They gave me a room key, but the room was already registered to someone else. I later found my passport in the dresser where I had left it, fortunately when no one else was there. This felt unethical and concerning. The service was slow and not very helpful because I often felt left to figure things out on my own. I understand the staff are older, but in hospitality, more effort is needed to assist guests. It’s clear that not everything is cleaned or managed properly. Personally, I’ll never book it ever again.

Walkable and we would book again!!

Close to Eiffel Tower, Trocodero and many amazing spots. Walkable to the metro! We were able to see the Iron Lady sparkle at 11pm. There is a croissant, restaurants that are nearby..we would booked again!

The area is perfect, safe and quiet. I would recommend this place for solo travelers or couples at most. Rooms are adequate for solo or couples not for families. But the price for the area you are staying is great, you can walk practically anywhere and the area feels safe even after midnight, plenty of places to shop or eat around.

We stayed in this hotel for one night and the hotel room was sufficient for our needs. We stayed in room 330 and the best thing about the room was the air conditioning and the mattress, it moulded to your shape which is perfect for me and gave me a good night’s sleep. The only drawback was the spiralling staircase that we had to use to access the bedroom which was inconvenient when carrying around two small hand luggages. However if you have a backpack - no problem. The hotel is tucked away in a shopping high street and has a beautiful courtyard. The bathroom was clean, there was only shower gel in the shower. We walked to the Eiffel Tower which was a 15-20 mins walk.

Staff is nice, most speak English to some extent, it’s located in a closed off alleyway in a quiet area, rooms are nice, maybe a little dated, hard walls so no noise. No ac but a floor fan is included. About a 5 minute walk from the river Seine and 20 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. Bus and Metro are nearby.

So when we look at the name and other reviews of the hotel we thought it’s a quaint little hotel in the city. But when we went there, the entrance was sort of small and narrow, ok we thought no worries. Then we went to the counter with two suitcases and 3 backpacks, so far so good. The receptionist was helpful and told us your room is on 1st floor, ok, not bad. When asked about elevator, there was none so needed to carry over the stairs. We asked where the stairs were, and he pointed to a door. We thought it might be easy now. Just drag the suitcases up. But the stairs are spiral stairs so drag them up one at a time. We started sweating heavily to take the bags from the narrow stairs and thought there must be an ac or something in the room. But we were wrong. No ac in the room in the hot summer and a piss poor floor fan that didn’t do half its work. The room was hot humid smelly stinky and musty. For the price we paid this was definitely not worth it. Don’t look at the other reviews this is one of the worst choices you can make while searching. Avoid.

Very nice stay. It’s quiet and easy access to transportation, supermarket, and a lot more shops. Close and walkable distance to Trocadéro and Eiffel Tower. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only thing I didn’t like is it didn’t have AC or fan since it’s summer. But has heater for winter time. Just had to open the windows to let fresh air in and cool down the room. It gets chilly at night so We just kept the window open so it’s cool inside our room throughout the night. But will still recommend

We were only in Paris for the night so I wanted a hotel by the Eiffel Tower. This was exactly that, it was a walkable distance. We arrived late but the staff was there to greet us. They also held our luggage after we checked out but before our flight. The room was clean and comfy.

Make sure you keep a look out upon arrival as there is no big sign off of the street, only a simple sign that says 'Hotel.'

This is a nice little property, my only complaint is there are no elevators so walking up and down a staircase with luggage is not cool, lol. The area is about 15 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower. And on Sundays, a lot of the stores and shops nearby are closed.

Overall it was good for being around the tower and it was walkable. The room was good. The only things I didn’t like were the bathroom design, the shower door specifically was odd and water would spray out of the tub area. We also didn’t get replenished towels from house keeping (I’ve never stayed at a place that didn’t replace towels) and the bathroom and towels kinda smelled weird, no mini toiletries either. Otherwise if you’re on a budget this place works out well. The area is nice.

Not impressed by this hotel given the price. Rooms are small. Bathroom door doesn't close properly. Toilet seat broken. Paper cups in the room. Did not replenish cups, tea and coffee after room cleaning.
Front desk clerk spoke no English.
I will stay somewhere else the next time I am in Paris. I expected better, given what we are paying.

The property (in my opinion) was not as described as the pictures show. The man at the front desk (older one) is extremely rude and condescending. Room was quite dirty and spills / stains on carpet. I would also like to add that they are price gauging. The man tried to charge me more than i paid (€69) and tried to say that that was “just a deposit”. I showed him my booking on expedia and through having to kind of argue, he agreed. Only access to the rooms on different floors is a spiral staircase that’s quite steep. Bathroom was clean. The location fabulous.

The hotel was not quite what I expected, but it was fine for a two night stay. It's walking distance to some prominent locations, but there isn't much in the immediate vicinity besides shopping (which was closed on Sunday when we arrived). We were there during the heat wave and there was no air conditioning (common in Europe) but they did provide a fan which was helpful. There are not elevators for every room either, so if you need access be sure to mention that when booking (the stairs are quite narrow and winding). The bathroom is very small too. I have to say the staff is amazing though - my husband left his wallet in the room and they called me right away and mailed it to us at our next hotel.

Hotel was nice, staff were friendly. Eiffel tower was a short walk away, was easy to find on our own. Its also directly across the Passy Plaza, as well as a variety of other surrounding shops. Only issues we had with the hotel was carrying luggage up and down the spiral staircase, its not the easiest to manoeuvre and there is no assistance. Also the shower is really small so if you are a bigger person its not ideal. Other than that it was clean and comfortable.

Great Location for multi day stay

The stay at Le Hameau de Passy was wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel entrance is off the street through a little entry way and a pleasant surprise. There is no street traffic noise, which is a plus, because once the sun comes up Rue de Passy can get busy. I traveled by myself in Europe for 2 weeks and had two suitcases, one of which was quite large. Check in was easy, and the lady at the desk who checked me in helped me take my bag up the stairs, which was greatly appreciated. The only downside to the hotel would be that they have no lifts and I could see how the spiral staircase would be a challenge for someone with mobility issues. The breakfast was nice, I only had a chance to go on 1 of the 3 days I stayed because of an early tour one day and a 6am check out for my departure flight. The location is great as I was able to walk to the Eiffel Tower in under 12 minutes, also public transportation is close, though I did not use it. It was safe walking back to the hotel at night, the area has several other hotels as well.The night clerk was exceptionally helpful, the night before my checkout he booked a 615am taxi for me the next morning and the taxi showed up early! The clerk also came up and took my big suitcase for me and allowed me to finish getting ready for the airport. I would definitely stay again when in Paris!

I liked the area as it was easy to get to places I wanted to go to. I liked the way it was tucked back from the main road. I liked that were trees and shrubs nearby and I could see and hear the birds singing from the window.
Lovely little room with little en suite shower room, all very clean, towels, shower and hand wash gels supplied. The room was cleaned daily.
Continental breakfast was lovely and it was in the deal for us.
Staff nice, always helpful.

We arrived in Paris on a hot sunny day, approximately 40 degrees celsius. After walking 10 minutes from the train station to the hotel with all our luggage, we were given keys to our room. We had to climb several flights of very narrow, circular stairs with our luggage. The room was neat and clean but in an attic with NO air conditioning. We had two skylights without screens that opened for ventilation. With the skylights open, bugs kept flying in the room, we were also concerned about birds possibly making their way in.
After unpacking, we asked the hotel about a place to eat dinner which was close to the hotel. We were given a name of a restaurant and told it was around the corner. The directions were very ambiguous, we used google maps to find the restaurant after 20 minutes of walking. Turns out the restaurant was closed for the evening. I would hope that a hotel would know not to send us to a restaurant for dinner that was already closed for the night.

Tiny and smelly room. People sitting smoking deurectly outside window. No garden to sit in just chairs along the path! Awful breakfast, if you want anything other than rock solid bread and a croissant you have to pay. Not even served with plates and if you want to carry your own tray to eat outside you have to pay! Cleaners wake you up really early. Just awful. Would never go back there. Lots of better hotels in the area. Only good thing is location.

It was a charming little place, with a fantastic location. Easily within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and near several Metro stations. Plus the breakfast in the morning was great as well.

The only thing I would mention to be aware of, is that in order to get to the rooms, you have to go up a spiral staircase, and doing that with a large suitcase or two is a bit of a pain. It wasn't a huge deal for us because we were staying multiple days, and you only have to do it at the beginning and end of your stay, but if you were only staying one night or something, that might be a hassle.

Cons: 1. The staff was not necessarily rude but it was not friendly at all. (Except the lady serving breakfast, she was very friendly).
2. There were construction in garden. There was no information about construction.
3. The room was small (already knew that).
4. Note big guys: the bathrooms, especially the shower booth extremely small. I'm 6.0, 85 kg and could barely fit.
5. There was almost no insulation. You could hear water pipes and people walking like they were inside your room.
6. Carpet in the room very old and not clean. Staines all over.

Nice place, just across Passy plaza, cross it and you’ll find lots of restaurant.

Staff was really nice to help me with the microwave machine one evening.

Only bad thing is the lack of elevator and the spiral staircase make it a lil hard to bring the luggage up, other than that, all’s good!

There’s ongoing construction but there isn’t much of a disruption :)

amazing location for visiting the Eiffel Tower and from there we did a hop on, hop off tour so accessible to the whole city.

Hotel room was coverted attic to room
Room no 130
But was on 3rd floor
With spril staircase to go to 3rd floor
Last staircase was very natrow
Difficult to take even carrying on bags
Price was more for the room
Not good for your knee
High risk for fall
No elevator in hotel
No amenities in room like refrigerator,microwave,katlles or complimentary waterbootles.
Overall disappointing with the price paid
Needs to mention by hotel about staircase and no amenities
Heating system was not well

I was on second floor without lift. It was not indicated that there is no lift... makes difficult to bring the suitcase. Not enough place in the room to put clothes. Aprat this, all OK. Good Internet. Staff nice.

The only problem with this hotel is that there is no lift to access the rooms. The stairs to the rooms are all metallic stairs outdoor in the courtyard (they look similar to a fire exit). And we don’t see that in the Expedia description!

Great location, but every room has at least two flights of teeny spiral staircases which were nearly impossible to climb with a longer-stay size suitcase.
