Overall, I am satisfied with my stay. The location and room were good, and the experience was pleasant.

However, the check-out time at 11:00 am is a bit early. Late check-out was only available until 12:00 pm after signing up as a member. It would be better if there were more flexibility, such as checking room availability to allow an extension of another 2–3 hours. The staff did not check availability and immediately offered only the 12:00 pm option with membership sign-up.

Additionally, the room key card frequently had errors when tapping, and I had to return to the front desk several times to reset it.

The apartment was big and clean. The decoration and furniture were basic. The staff was friendly and helped us with local recommendations and with questions about the heater. The location is excellent, just 10- minutes walk to Trocadero, 15-minutes walk to Eiffel Tower and the Arch of Triump. There are groceries, restaurants, cafes, and a pharmacy in the area.

The hotel was more than perfect for us (not fancy but very suitable ). Receptionists were very very helpful. Room was clean however they do not have any cleaning services unless you order one and pay extra. the location was very good, safe and quiet with several cafes around.The hotel was near the champselysee and the place de L'alma/trocadero/tour eifel. I highly recommend the hotel

The place is a remodeled apartment building. Not bad, but layout of rooms is unusual. Typical european hotel . No housekeeping. Very noisy. Service personnel shared the one elevator which is unacceptable, noy at this price . Again , other than location wouldn't recommend unless a very brief stay ....

Great location and lots of shops around, easy walkable access to main attractions such as champs élysées, tour Eiffel, and the metro.

However, some of the rooms are extremely small and you never know which one you will get- we had a great room one stay and a much smaller room the next, with barely any space to walk around the bed, or to sit at a table.

The unit we stayed was nicely appointed and equipped. Although we did not get daily cleaning services (the unit was an apartment), we had easy access to additional towels, toiletries, etc. The breakfast had an outstanding selection and the dining area was really nice. All sorts of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk and the hotel felt very secured.

Really loved our stay here.
The hotel was super clean, and the location couldn’t be better since it was less than 15 minutes to the Eiffel Tower and close to pretty much everything. Tons of great restaurants and supermarkets right around the corner, too, which was super handy.

The staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful every time we walked in. They always asked how we were enjoying Paris and gave great tips when we needed them.

The only downside was the air conditioning. It wasn’t working during our stay, and with the heat (28°C+), it made the room really uncomfortable. The fan just didn’t cut it, and there were nights we couldn’t sleep from how warm it was (literally sweating all night). Coming back to a room that felt like an oven after a day out in the city was exhausting. We asked about it and were told that it’s not typical in France to use the AC until the end of May, but honestly, it was just too hot. The hotel advertises that they have AC, so it should work as expected, especially for the price we paid.

That said, the room itself was great and super comfy, loved the separate shower and toilet setup, and being able to grab fresh towels and sheets whenever we wanted was a nice touch.

If they fix the AC issue, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

I spent three nights in the apartment room, which had a kitchenette. It was spacious enough for a family of four. My only concern was that cleaning services came at an additional cost. It would be wonderful if the hotel provided a vacuum cleaner in the room.

They gave us the wrong room we reserved and paid for. The room was small. We reserved and paid for a room that can accommodate 3 persons. They gave us 2 person only room capacity. Room is small. Toilet room was small. Room was hot and humid. Even we set ac to cold. Evening time no room attendant to give us shower gel. Not available during evening and night. You have to get your own towels.

I really loved how helpful the staff was. I inquired about the heating situation in my room because I felt cold despite the heater being in the highest setting. They brought us an additional heater straight away. The room itself is very very spacious! If you are looking for a place to stay in Paris THIS is IT!! it has everything you need and a little market down the street. The Eiffel Tower was within 20 min walk! Will absolutely be coming back <3

The location we stayed was closed to Eiffel Tower. Noted this hotel chain has 16 locations in Paris. I went to the wrong one initially. Family style with small kitchenette is really convenience to have breakfast before leaving for the day. The only down is that they do weekly cleaning only, or 25 euro per clean. Other than that. It is a great stay with good size room, bathroom compared to traditional European hotels.

Everything was good until our last day. My husband was stuck in the elevator, between floors. The alarm inside the elevator didn’t work and there was no phone inside to notify anyone that he was stuck inside. The receptionist called for help and it would take over 30 minutes for the tech. to get there. My husband figured how to open from the inside, the receptionist brought a chair and he helped him jump out of the elevator while I looked down to a bottomless pit since the elevator does have -4 floors. The receptionist was kind but we never received an apology to what had happened. As if nothing had occurred but I have pics. Elevator needs to be up to code. This wouldn’t have happened in the states.

Absolutely no amenities or services were given, no changing of the trash, toilet paper, no house keeping at all.

Great hotel, location, service, and breakfast!

This is a great hotel that balances price, location, and amenities. If you like walking, you can reach all of the things in Paris in less than an hour. I really enjoyed the location, and spent my first night walking to the Eiffel, the Lourve at night (I really enjoy the light coming from the pyramids), and the Avenue. The service here is really amazing, and the room even has a small kitchen if you are into doing your own cooking. There is also a great small grocery store just across the street. I thought the bed was very comfortable, and the temperature in the room could be controlled quite accurately. Also, they have a great breakfast in the morning for either 10 Euros or included (I didn't partake), but the spread was really wonderful. Had to include a picture of the Nutella canister with electric pump just for my own memories. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location - close to the sites but also quiet when you needed to get away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment was perfect for us, had everything we needed, was cool and clean and we even had a lovely balcony which was a bonus. The lounge area and patio were also very useful as was the cold water and coffee machines. Handily close to local supermarkets so we could easily get supplies and the pizza restaurant next door is excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend to others.

The reception director was not willing to allow me (a hotel guest0 use one of the hotel computers so that I could register for a bicycle company website in order to use the city's abounding bicycles. I thought that this was a very poor public relations and left me a very bad impression of the hotel management..

Paris Family Trip

This is a fantastic location that also felt very safe and the staff were extremely welcoming. Situated very close to some of our favorite restaurants downtown, a short walk can also take you to the Eiffel Tower or Arc De Triomphe. Our rooms were clean and spacious which is hard to find in Paris, it also included a washing machine and AC which were greatly appreciated. The only reasons I am docking points is because the toilet would emanate a strong garlic smell at night that would slowly get stronger as time passed even if nobody used it the entire day. Also there were no outlets in the bedrooms except for USB-A ports and since everything now requires USB-C it made charging our devices bothersome since everyone shared the ones in the living room/kitchen. Overall we had a great time and would stay there again, highly recommended.

The hotel is located in a safe location and there is a restaurant next door, so if you didn't want to go far and have a glass of wine, a few steps is all it took. I would definitely recommend.

A practical little gem which serves as a good base

This hotel is a secret treasure. it is about 5-10 minutes to the nearest metro station, but in the heart of Paris. it is quiet, comfortable, the rooms are larger then average of similar Parisian hotels. The staff are excellent, friendly and well informative. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe with a typical of shops, small supermarkets, and places to eat. I would guess it is one of the Jewish quarters as there is a Jewish bookshop just opposite and a Jewish baker on the corner the roundabout. The front door is automatic and brown glass and it isn't immediately obvious the first time where you need to stand to trigger it to open. No problem afterwards. Covid restrictions are in force while I was there, but nothing unreasonable. Given the rates charged by age of the hotels in the area, it is a great find. It may not have great style, but it is practical and everything works well, particularly the air-con which is a boon in the summer. if you want style go to the Louvre.
