This hotel was small roomed but worked great for our travel purposes. We were looking for a hotel that was close to the Eiffel Tower and other common Paris travel amenities. We were only a couple minutes away from the Eiffel Tower so walking was also accessible!

The room however was very small and hard to maneuver our luggage and space. It worked well for what it was and I would go back primarily based on the cost and location.

No breakfast.

Staff was very friendly, every evening chatting with us.

Daytime receptionist was so lovely. Early check in was not possible but was grateful that hotel agreed to hold our luggage until our room was ready. They even moved our luggage into our room ahead of us coming back from lunch in the city. We ended up coming back to check in around 6:30PM, and headed out shortly after. Room was very small. Grateful that there was a mini fridge. Minimal circulation in bathroom. Shower could only be used as a handheld. Ahead of heading out on our first night, I forgot to talk to the new receptionist about an issue with my sheets that I noticed so I decided to discuss it with him after returning from dinner. Long story short, evening receptionist was rude. I asked for new sheets because I saw a stain on the sheets I had. I didn't even ask for housekeeping to change my sheets, I just wanted new sheets so I could change them myself. He yelled at me that it was impossible that there was a stain and I basically had to fight for a new part of sheets. After he brought the sheets he snarkly said \"I hope these don't have a stain on them\". Was very surprised on this change in attitude because when first meeting him ahead of dinner, he was very friendly.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s a good 3 star hotel in a great location. Disappointed that air conditioning was not available throughout our entire stay. Staff provided us with a portable fan which helped but I don’t think A/C should be listed as an amenity when not available. Also no window coverings for bathroom window which was floor to ceiling snd made it very uncomfortable to use with lights on. Breakfast was included and quite a nice assortment of food provided.

Wonderful location with easy walkable access to Eiffel Tower, River Cruises and neighborhood restaurants and Metro subway. Room was neat, fresh and tidy for us two. Staff very friendly and helpful. On site breakfast was perfect.

Hotel is ideally located for lots of tourist sites. Metro stations near by and in walking distance. Hotel is nice, staff are very accommodating and helpful. Rooms are on the small side but comfortable. Breakfast is adequate.

Also a very cheap market right next door and my fiance and I got a €3 bottle of wine and other items for any early nights we had

Front staff were amazing. Very nice and friendly, loved them!

It does get a bit warm at night, but we opened the windows and that helped a bunch, but other than that, we loved it

We loved our short stay!! The room was perfect for the 3 of us. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Location was so easy to get around.

Location was amazing within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower train station cafes and supermarket right next door. Property was very clean and our room was cleaned daily which was amazing. Only downside was that there was no AC running at the time because it’s spring. We had to open a window to get some air. Staff is super friendly and attentive would definitely come back.

This hotel had the perfect location to visit the major sites in central Paris. It is a very short walk to the Trocadero with stunning views of the Eiffel Tower. Additionally, it is very close to two Metro stops and the Arc de Triomphe. The staff was cheerful and fun. We had a great visit.

Just a walking distance to the iconic landmarks of Paris, with restaurants few steps away, a convenience store and stations for public transpo nearby. Firstly, I would like to mention the attentive staff. The daytime desk attendant was nice enough to cancel our dinner reservation after our luggage was left in NY and we did not have on proper attire to attend the restaurant. The next day when we were able to obtain our luggage, we had to leave our room quickly for another reservation and the housekeeper on our floor cleaned our room and made our beds anyway. Then there was Allan! Allan helped us find clothes and toiletries and helped us with recommendations for restaurants and museums. The hotel is small but if you don’t plan to hang in your room as we didn’t, it is perfect for sleeping and showering. The location is perfect for restaurants and not far from quite a few attractions. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Hotel: pretty Average - one Elevator, small to hold only 2 persons. Heavy foot traffic can have you lining up to use elevator. Get a room on bottom floor.
Breakfast for 17 euros NOT worth. All pastries are stale. No warm scrambled eggs or warm sysages all old stale variety!
Go to supermarket few doors down. Cheap sandwiches

I hope that this would serve as a warning to non white folks and unable to speak French. I didn’t expect this kind of hospitality. I wasn’t asking for a royal type of treatment. I treat all people with respect and I was merely hoping to get it reciprocated.

After a long flight and 24hr without sleep. We arrived at Hotel Floride Etoile around 9:30am. We were so tired. We were asked to come back since it’s still early, respecting their check in time even though we were tired we left and walked around the city.

After about 4 hours we went back to the hotel and we were told that still NO room available. So we waited patiently.
Then
A group of white folks came in to check in, they handed their passports and they got a room and handed a key.

I was a bit in shocked but remained patient.
Then

Second group of white folks checked in and they got a room.
I was not believing it.
Then
Third party check in, French guy got a room.

3 groups checked in, they all got a room. But NO room for us.

Sadder part, even though I couldn’t understand French, sometimes you know when people are talking about you. They were giggling and keep on looking at us like we were nothing.
I was helpless, tired, angry, and couldn’t believe what’s happening. I remained patient.
It really felt bad. I was with my daughter. So heartbreaking that she experienced it on our first time in Paris.
We ended getting a beat up and older room.

I do not wish anybody to be in the same situation. It’s a sad experience.

Good hotel: very firm bed (which I like), helpful staff, nice area close to everything you need. The only complaint is the walls are extremely thin: we heard snoring across the hall and suitcase zipping next door. This made it very difficult for me (a light sleeper) to get any rest before our long days.

Didn’t have any food here so can’t comment on that but it’s a Lovely hotel in a really convenient location for Trocadéro/Eiffel Tower. There’s a Carrefore shop next door but one for snacks/drinks etc. Staff are so friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

Noisy, adjacent hallway door was constantly closed with a loud bang. Thin walls, you can hear every single person passing by in the hallway. The room is very old. Fridge items were extremely pricey: a small can of pringles, 1 small Evian bottle of water and a cup of black coffee totaled at €44.40 including a city tax (ridiculous price).
Staff were friendly and checked us in 4 hours before the regular check in time. No question about it.

This little hotel is close to the Eiffel Tower and the Champs -Elysees. It has a cozy, warm vibe to it and the staff are quite helpful and friendly. I loved the comfotable dining area with plenty of healthy foods for breakfast. I would definately recommend this hotel.
