This is the second time I have stayed at this property - convenient location close to the METRO and bus links.
Rooms are very comfortable! Breakfast is excellent and the staff are very dedicated - the night shift staff went over and beyond, ensuring breakfast items were out (in advance of the 7am breakfast time) as our taxi to the airport was 6:30am
We have found a gem and will be back!

Great stay for our short stay trip

Ok, so i did have to recharge the room key but no biggie quick jaunt down the stairs and always met but friendly staff ( morning noon or night).

Kids had buffet each day and set them up for the day.. only negative by the time they were hungry it was after 2pm.

Room was advertised nice clean and perfect for 3 visitors to crash after exploring Paris. Passy is awesome a rest bite from the madding crowds and only 2km easy walk to the eiffel tower or vantage points for night sparky views.

Out of 10 a 9.5 (would have liked more pillows.. and the 0.5 is probably against me as too tired to ask)

Horrid service for check-in. Woman who checked us in was extremely RUDE. Hotel is over priced, I had many issues, asked to speak to a Manager on 4 separate occasion and my request was completely ignored. Got to the hotel 12:30 pm early, was told room would be ready for 2 pm. Walked around Paris until 2pm and went back to hotel only to be rudely told room was not ready. We didnt get into a room until 3 pm. The room I paid for on Expedia was not the room I was given either. I paid for the larger room for 3 people and was given a room with a double bed and a cot for 3 people. Manager totally ignored my requests regarding my room and the way we were being treated!. Paid for breakfast only to be told by the front desk staff breakfast is FREE. Yet Expedia robbed me more money by charging me for breakfast that was free??? I do not recommend!

We needed a room for three, and this hotel came through with a queen bed and two singles for a reasonable price. The bathroom was large, with two sinks. Everything was spotless. I had read some complaints about the tiny elevator, but it holds one person and one suitcase -- if you need more, make several trips! The staff was kind and welcoming.

Great location close to Monoprix grocery and exceptional bakeries and restaurants. Located in a high-end retail and residential area so didn't feel touristy. Room was a good size with nice, large, comfortable bed. We had 2 extra beds set up for the children but still had plenty of room to move around. Our rear room overlooked pleasant interior courtyard gardens. Room was quiet (no traffic noise) but unfortunately can hear plumbing and hairdryer in next room's bathroom. Staff were friendly. A few irritating niggles that I wouldn't expect of a 4 star hotel lost the hotel points from us such as: plug sockets not all able to charge phones properly, dirty carpet seemed not to have been shampooed in a long time, erratic replenishing of bathroom sundries and a lose, cheap quality toilet seat! We won't return as didn't blow us away and was relatively expensive for what we got. But give it a go if you get a good deal!

This is a nice property in a quiet neighborhood yet convenient to the tourist attractions, e.g. 10-15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero. There are also shops, bakeries, restaurants, and cafes within 5 minutes, even McDonald’s. The rooms are clean and spacious, staff is nice, for the price point you can’t beat this. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great location, easy 10 minute stroll to Eiffel Tower and Trocadéro, with lots of cafes and restaurants plus metro.
Good size family room, easily accommodated 2 full size single beds for children and very comfortable plus a queen size bed, didn’t feel cramped. Nice bathroom, bath, shower and double sink. Fresh towels daily and friendly staff. Will stay here again.

The property is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Specially the director and Jessica The gouvernante. I stayed there for 2 weeks. I have no complaints. The hotel is located in a very nice area of Paris… walking distance to Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe. If you live to shop this the area to be. 😀

We loved the decor especially in the lobby and dining area. We also had a fairly good amount of space in the room for a centrally located hotel. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very roomy and there was always hot water. All of the staff were very pleasant and a special note to our breakfast attendant who knew our room number and beverage preference by heart after the first day.

Quiet little hotel in the heart of the Passy neighborhood. Calm surrounding areas, staff at the desk polite and attentive. Eiffel Tower is walkable, about 10 to 15 minutes depending on the route (we had to divert a few times because streets were blocked for the Olympics). Plenty of little shops and botiques in the area. Easy to get an Uber to get around. The elevator is tiny, which is common for Europe, so be aware of that if you are from the States. We didnt eat at the hotel but it looked good for the price. Gladly would go back!

We stayed at this location during the time of the Olympics. This was by far one of the quietest and safest locations in the city. We were a very convenient walk to the Trocadéro. We had access to two wonderful Metro lines. We had wonderful shopping and eateries on rue de Passy. The site and absolutely quiet to city noise. We could hear some of our fellow residents at times but otherwise the hotel was perfect. Staff were kind and attentive and rooms were very clean! We had ample space for our family of four.

The hotel is in a great location near shops and a local food market. Also near to Trocadero although we were unlucky it was all closed off due to Olympics prep. The room was lovely, traditional victorian style bathroom with double sink. Beds were comfortable.
The only downside was the lift was very small (2-3 people) although never waited more than a minute at either end. Kids got extra steps in walking up and down stairs.

This was our first time in Paris without any prior knowledge, I booked this accomodation with much anxiety. I did reach out to the hotel a few weeks prior to arrival to relate this information and was told that the staff will take care of us and ensure we enjoy our stay in Paris. They even relate to us that our early arrival was not an issue and they had storage for our luggage until check in time. Despite this, I was still a bit nervous. I am happy to say that The Best Western Premier Trocadero La Tour lived up to all promises made. My daughers and I enjoyed our stay, we experienced a warm welcome, with smiling faces and check in was an easy process. The facility and our room was clean and they provided us with all that we need and requested. I especially looked forward to water, coffee, tea and chocolate being delivered to our room. I will definitely recommend The Best Western Premier Trocadero La Tour to friends and should I visit Paris in the future, this will be my place to rest. Thank You to the staff for taking care of us.

The hotel was too expensive, the room quite dowdy. The dining room upon entering was not well maintained. It is not a hotel I’d ever consider revisiting. The location was good, but the street like many Parisian streets was dark. The reception was the only signal the hotel was active.

Terrible and NOT AS DESCRIBED

(1) Room WAY TOO SMALL for 4 grown adults. (Not as in promotional pictures). Hardly any room to walk about for an adult. Asked to be moved. Hotels.com refused and refused any refund.
(2) Absolutely no HOT WATER on our first night. Hotel had to restart boiler and we were told to wait
(3) Queen bed were 2 singles pushed together
(4) Guest bed broken on arrival
(5) No toiletries (as stated) on arrival
(6) No robes (as stated) on arrival

The room was clean and everything was set up for us.
Plenty of space for 4 people.
The bathroom was clean, great shower.
Front desk staff very polite and helpful.
Location was excellent! Very close to the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. So many places within easy walking distance.
Beds were very comfortable, very little noise after 10pm and before 7am.
Our first trip to Paris. Very grateful that the hotel was such a good choice. I read reviews and they really helped in making our choice. I appreciate the reviewers experiences. I hope mine helps others!

This hotel as described by Expedia was a sham. The address given was incorrect. 4 Rue de Masenet was an empty building probably the original Best Western. 5 Rue Masenet was across the street and they explained that they were th. BW Trocadero. The street was fully under construction. we had to drag our bags to the tiny entrance. I can't explain every thing in this space. 646-522-9607is my number, feel free to call. The extra large room shown in the Expedia photo was not even close to what we wound up with. We had to literally live out of our suitcases. It was awful. The photo Expedia showed had to large windows. This room had one small double door leading to a very small terrace right over the loud dirty construction. Coming in at night there were no lights on the street and we tripped on the broken sidewalk more than once. I travel often and this booking was the worst experience overall I ever experienced.

The sheets - OMG such qualty and softness large room with balcony and tub . Quiet street in beautiful working neighborhood, but walking distance to best view in Paris of Effiel tower . The staff of two women in the front amazing . Nice little breakfast . Thank you Ladies we enjoyed !

The location is accessible. Near to metro, near Eiffel tower, near to high street, near to grocery.with bakery around the corner.The room was great. The bed was very comfee. Our first time in Paris and couldn’t be happier with my choice of hotel.
I traveled with my 11 year old daughter, we walk up and down the city including late nights and felt super safe in the area we stayed in.
A few steps from the hotel there is mall with a big supermarket which was convenient. Shops every where, restaurants and whatnot.
About 10 min walk to trocadero where you have a great Eiffel Tower view and about 30 min walk to Arc of Triumph.
The hotel was cozy, clean, staff very cordial. I would stay there again and I would recommend this hotel :)

The hotel is in a great location. Rooms are big, nice beds, good A/C. First night- 15 year old gets stuck in the elevator for 20 min.
Last day, stuck in the 3 by 3 elevator for an HOUR. Almost missed our flight home. Had to crawl out lifted by the wrists as we were stuck between floors. Very little concern for what we experienced, and the fact that we had an hour and 45 minutes to catch a flight to Canada once we eventually made it to the airport. Worst customer experience in my life.

No working Wi-Fi. Broken lights. Rude staff. We left a ring and some shoes behind at the hotel and called back two hours after checking out. They have refused to follow up for three days and are very rude when we call. The items were either stolen by their staff or they haven’t looked. Zero interest in helping out.

Hotel is a good location and rooms are around average. But other than that - rubbish experience.

The room was definitely dated, some issues with our safe not working properly and the shower head not staying up. However, the staff were amazing and very helpful and it was definitely cute and a very Parisian style hotel. The view from the balcony was also super pretty we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower from it and it was in a nice area. Definitely a good hotel for the price!

This hotel was fine, close to the Eiffel Tower and walkable area. Rooms were clean, faucet in bathroom didn’t work well. Shower sprayed water all over the bathroom but it was okay. No fridge. Mini fridge with drinks for a high price. Only instant coffee that we saw. It’s very small, no kitchen or actual bar as it stated. So that was disappointing. But overall it was fine.

The hotel’s location is great. You can walk to Eiffel tower approximately in 10 minutes. There are great cafes near hotel if you wish to eat something. Staff was great and friendly. Rooms are not big but who need a big room in Paris. We just ised it to sleep. The bathrooms are huge though compared to the size of the actual room and also they were very clean.

Decent hotel in a very good location in the 16th

The hotel is pleasent and clean, and the staff were helpful. The From was clean and condition of the furniture is decent, but it could use some renewal. My executive room was of good space (for a room in Paris). If you prefer a room with a shower to a bath be sure to indicate that in advance.
