I had a wonderful stay at this ideally located hotel, situated in one of the city’s most beautiful and affluent neighborhoods. It is right next to the iconic Arc de Triomphe” landmark, with metro stations just a short walk away and bus tour stops conveniently nearby - making it perfect for exploring the area.

Much appreciation to the staff for making my stay so pleasant. They graciously changed my room at the last minute to accommodate my needs, which I truly appreciated.

The room was perfectly clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I enjoyed some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The amenities were thoughtful and plentiful: tea and coffee with cream, a kettle, hair dryer, body lotion, soap, shoe shiner, shower cap, and more - everything was very useful. And yes, there is an elevator!

One thing to note: the elevator does not reach the top floor, so guests staying there will need to carry their luggage up one flight of stairs, which could be challenging for some.

The €15 breakfast buffet was a great addition, offering a simple array of food options and hot drinks - definitely worth the low cost!

The hotel was very old and while they tried to update it, the rooms are still old and the bathroom was painted a dark green, which when using the toilet you felt trapped.

I wasn’t in Paris to stay in my hotel room but…..

Room climate horrid….no control of ac …only heat and it was warm in October. Staff not overly friendly. Outside is a mess…with activity and people under windows all night long …and we needed to keep open to get air circulation in. Safe in room didn’t work. Convenient location for riding metro and sightseeing, but overall , disappointed for the price.

This was my second stay at this hotel and I had another great experience. The staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious (we reserved the jr. suite) and clean. Breakfast had good food options and was convenient for us as we had to eat early before heading to reserved activities. It was an extra charge, but we were okay with this given that we could eat what we needed to give us energy for our busy days. The metro was a short walk from the hotel, which was very convenient for us as we used the Metro/RER during our entire trip. There are several restaurants in the area, and a few fast food places- lots of options for dining! Additionally, there’s a market just a few minutes away where you can grab food, water/drinks, and more (we stocked up on water). Lastly, the Champs Elysee is just a short walk from the hotel, and the Arc de Triomphe is also close by (use the metro tunnel to access, don’t try to cross the street at the circle!)

Everything was as expected except for the fact that water will leak out the shower onto the floor unless you shower a certain way. People in the other rooms had the sam problem also. Other than that it’s a perfect place to stay!

I have stayed at boutique hotels before in Paris. I am really impressed with this hotel. We had no problems. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a junior suite and it was very spacious. The air conditioning was very nice and the bathroom was really roomy. The “petit dejeuner” had lots of good choices and was worth the supplement. I’ll be going back for sure.

Very easy access to Metro, only about a block from Arc de Triomphe. There are many restaurants all around the hotel. Place was cozy, clean. Staff was very friendly.
It is not large (small lobby) but it’s all we needed. They also offer breakfast, and they have a small bar in lobby.

Easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had when it comes to helpful and friendly staff, and my family owns timeshares, stays at resorts, Airbnb etc … location was around the corner from metro station and a block away from Arc. Staff was great emailing prior to trip to answer questions, and they were helpful about every question I had during my stay. Room was clean. This was one of the best hot water shower pressures in a hotel I’ve had! The cute window with balcony was a very nice touch for fresh air and views. Safe and quiet 24/7 staff coverage.

You really are just paying for the location. The room was spacious but outdated. The bathroom was not ideal and the bottom of the shower seemed to have issues when you stood on it. Faulty attachment on the hairdryer. We asked for additional pillows that never came. The walls were extremely thin and could hear everything happening. Every morning there was banging on the walls.

They also took a security deposit before we arrived which was mentioned no where in the booking conditions. This would have been fine, but there was no notice given.

Positives: the lady at reception was very lovely. Air conditioning worked fine and the bed was okay.

All I think it was very overpriced for what it was.

This was a great location and the hotel staff was very helpful.

In the original listing it said there were laundry facilities and unfortunately that was not true. We were able to find a close laundromat so it wasn’t a huge deal but it was originally one of the reasons I had chosen this hotel.

All in all we had a great stay!

Just a warning that walls are a bit thin and you can hear the plumbing and pipes at times, doors opening/closing and people coughing from other rooms.

We were extremely dissatisfied with how warm our room was. We paid over $250 euro per night and the air conditioning did not work. We questioned this at reception and basically was told they can only have the heat on OR air conditioning for the entire hotel. It was not controlled per room even though each room has separate controls. We also had to leave our room key at the desk every time we left the hotel….even when running across the street for a meal. They said it was for security but honestly, it felt more like they were being cheap so they didn’t have to replace any lost cards. We would never stay at this hotel

Room service was very disappointing. Brought a salad instead of 2 burgers, sandwich and dessert we ordered. Had to call and wait another 20 minutes for them to bring 1 burger, sandwich and dessert.Had to call a second time for them to say it would be another 20 minutes for the missing burger or we could cancel it and they would refund. I canceled the missing burger and they have yet to refund me. Spent 100 euros and the food was not that good. Sandwich was the best thing.

Terrible wouldn’t stay again. No help for luggage, No toothbrush or toothpaste, no ironing board, very small room, the room barely got cold even with max AC…. In the middle of summer. No free water in room. Construction noise and nailing in early morning. Sonita at reception was horrible. Terrible construction noises, the door closes very loudly to wake up everybody around you. To make matters even worse, the air conditioner stopped working. We had to ask for another room in the middle of the night and when we got to our room, the hallway was dark with no lighting, and it smelled like sheep!!!! As things couldn’t get any worse, the following day, I was awoken by the receptionist Sonita stating that I must relocate to my old room now because the air conditioner has been fixed. When I told her I’d be checking out anyways and an hour, she said no it has to be done now. You have to take your kids and your belongings and move now. Unbelievable. Would avoid this place at all costs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was a great location, close to restaurants and bars and metro and buses and 1 block to Arc de Triompheand 2 blocks to Champs elysee. We arrived at about 8am and check in is not till 3pm but our room was ready at 10am. We were able to store our bags and walk around a bit before we went to our room. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is small but the room was a nice size, AC, sitting area, 3 large windows looking out and a nice size bathroom. They had an elevator which was suitable.for 2 persons. My husband went down to breakfast everymorning, it was a buffet and he quite enjoyed it for 15 euros. I would definitely stay again. Location location location
