The room was tidy but very small for the price the bed cover had a rip in it the rooms weren’t quite at all could hear everything happening in the hotel and not to mention the drilling at 8am on a Monday morning when I’m supposed to be on holiday

The staff didn’t seem to understand why I was there. The vacant expressions and bewilderment wasn’t reassuring. All parts of the hotel are small and cramped. It’s extremely noisy all the time with banging doors and creaky stairs. The window in my shower had mould and the toilet stank with blocked pipes.

we reserved 1 room for 3 people and there was only one blanket for 2 beds and not enough sheets. I have to go and asked for more. And on the next day when we came back to the hotel, cleaning staffs took all the towels, and they only left one hand towel for us to use. And took the shhets as well.

This hotel is quiet and small. The rooms are what you would expect in French hotel. The bathroom is a good size. The room had a small fridge which was not cold. The staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator is really small but nostalgic of an old elevator. There were shops around the hotel and Uber was easily accessible from this location. I would definitely stay again as this was a nice area. Oh, the bed was comfortable and I appreciate that they had extra pillows!

This hotel is within walking distance of the arc de triomphe and the metro stations. The surrounding area had a number of nice restaurants, particularly close to the gluten free restaurant Little Nonna which was perfect for our dietary needs, and served the nicest Pizza and pasta ever, washed down with gluten free beer. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, room was small but clean and had tea and coffee making facilities and a nice sized bathroom with tub. It was a quiet area so our sleep was not disturbed. I would definitively stay here again.

We recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share our experience. The room we booked was described as a standard double room ,and we were excited to see a photo featuring two double beds. However, we were a bit surprised when we arrived to find that our room was quite small and only had one double bed. As a mother and daughter traveling together, we were hoping for a bit more space or even two separate beds.

During our stay, we encountered a few challenges. Unfortunately, we did not have Wi-Fi or air conditioning was not working properly ,which made our visit less comfortable. Additionally, the kettle's handle was quite hot, which resulted in my mom sustaining a burn. We also found the hairdryer difficult to use, and the bed was not as supportive as we had hoped, leading to some discomfort.

We noticed that the elevator was primarily used for transporting housekeeping items, which meant we had to take the stairs several times. Moreover, there was some confusion regarding complimentary items; while the receptionist initially mentioned that one bottle of water was free, we later learned that it actually had a cost.

While we appreciate the efforts of the staff, we believe that addressing these issues could significantly enhance the guest experience. Overall, we felt that the hotel may be better suited ted for a two-star rating at this time. Thank you for considering our feedback, and we hope it helps improve the experience for future guests.

I was traveling with my 75 year old mother, 17 and 13 year old daughters who were all in Europe for the first time. I warned them about the small rooms. We each had a carry on suitcase and I was worried. This property ended up being perfect for us. We got 2 rooms that were joined by a private courtyard, so having 2 bathrooms was perfect and gave us the space we needed. The access to outdoor space was a great treat to have a tea or coffee before or after a long day. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also a nice option that I felt was reasonably priced. We could decide each morning if we wanted to take advantage based on when everyone woke up. Location was close to 3 meto lines which got us everywhere we needed to go with ease. Tons of places to eat. Short walk to arch
de Triomphe. Definitely recommend

Great location, friendly staff, affordable prices! Great place to stay to get to all the top places in Paris. Some items were inconsistently stocked in our rooms (ex on check in we had water, glasses, towels, etc, but after our rooms were made up on day 2 we had no towels replaced, no extra water was replaced, glasses were never replaced with clean ones). All that to say this could just be a Europe thing, we are not experienced travellers. We also had to wait over an hour to check in, which was hard for tired travellers. Maybe it was just a bad day for staffing!

I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back again! Merci!

We stayed with a friend, but their room had bedbugs. Even after switching to a new room, they found dead bedbugs, which made the experience extremely unpleasant.

On top of that, we were charged for breakfast even before we arrived in Paris. Despite requesting breakfast for only one day during our stay, we were charged for every morning of our stay plus an extra morning when we weren’t even there.

It’s been a month now, and despite ongoing email exchanges, we still haven’t received a refund.

We will report our credit card company

It’s on a great location close to numerous cafes and restaurant's. Walkable to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Room was relatively clean, just a few marks on the curtains and walls. Reception very helpful. We found that there were many places to eat nearby so we skipped breakfast at the hotel, but it was relatively good value from what I saw.
I would stay there again.

It was an amazing stay. Room and bathroom are Very clean, bed very comfy. nice staff, very helpful, very pleasant. Not far from the Metro or train station. So easy to travel around.
I would highly recommend this place. If we ever come back to Paris again, definitely stay here.

As an old property in Europe you will find everything small but not that small
We rented an air conditioning room and we had to open the windows to sleep at an outside temperature of 75.
We rented a room for 3 adults and we didn’t have a space for luggage, the bathroom was very uncomfortable, the water outside of the shower because the only (typical) shower door was broken

This is a gem in Paris! Short walk away from Trenes metro station, easy to walk upto Arc de triomphe and has big clean rooms! Overall amazing experience for 3 days in Paris.

Staff is very helpful, especially Julia who was very polite and helpful from the welcome to the final check out. I will definitely stay here for my next visit to Paris.

If you are looking for a place closer to wide variety of restaurants, easy to access via metro, that has big clean rooms for your next stay in Paris, this is the place. :)

Wouldn't recommend this hotel. Room was freezing cold with barely any amenities, no tissue paper, already opened bottle of water, just two bar of soaps, no shampoo or moisturizing cream. Wifi wasn't great either. Also no cellphone service when in the room. Also thin walls between rooms.

We booked a three-bed room but such room was much smaller than in the photograph to such an extend that there was no space to store or open our luggage. Also, the employee who welcomed us showed hostility because I did not speak French by clearly stating he spoke only French: when I moved forward speaking in English, we perfectly communicated in this language. He also said that our group “did not need two keys” and handed only one to us. The management was apologetic but the experience with the employee ruined our three-day trip to Paris. The location is great, though: you have to walk approximately 1.5 miles to get to Champs Elysee.

This hotel is a great option for those who have come to explore the city of Paris. The hotel is located in a safe and charming neighborhood close to Arc de Triomphe with easy access to Ternes Metropolitain station. The lobby and rooms are small and clean. I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and considerate, with personality, and not mechanical like you may find in some chain hotels. If you are seeking a basic, yet charming and safe place to lay your head at night, this hotel should be on your list to consider. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
