I never give bad reviews, but in this case, I just want to spare someone from making this mistake. This place is a dive. Reminded us of an old brothel or something. The front counter folks were not overly welcoming or friendly, for starters. Also, our bathroom had several big strands of hair on the floor, and did not seem very clean. The carpets are old and stained. The bathrooms are tiny and do not have room to store many things. The room was small, which would be ok if it was also cozy, but it wasn’t. The lighting was bad, the view was non-existent, and the floors were so strange. We stayed on the second floor. There was a working elevator, but once you get up there, you have to go up and down several platforms and steps as you move through the halls. It’s so inconvenient and weird. The lights would automatically cut on from hall to hall as you walk through, but were a tacky red color. The bed was not comfortable, the upstairs neighbors were loud and stomped around a lot, and I swear I kept hearing something in the walls…. I don’t even want to speculate about what it was. The climate control in our room was good, there was a working safe, and a poorly working refrigerator. The hair dryer worked nicely, even though the plug in outlet was situated oddly behind a mirror. I feel like they should rate this as a two star hotel, as it is in poor condition. One positive thing was that the location is near a train station, and that was helpful.

Family of four not very well treated on arrival. No smiles, no conversation, businessman with suite seemed lost looking for reservation. Dealt with several reps on a two day stay and the same unfriendlyness persisted.

We booked two interconnecting rooms advertised as a family room, both had double beds that you could not get round as the rooms were tiny. The decor was tired and the carpet not very clean. There was a heatwave when we visited but somehow the air con turned itself off in the middle of the night and we had to open a window. The whole hotel was very poky and dark. Photos on the website seemed to be of a completely different building! Really disappointed.

Like most hotels in big European city’s, very expensive for small rooms, we stayed in 307, there a leaking radiator in the bathroom, which by the way is tatty, open bathroom window and the flower box is full of cigarette ends, and you could actually hear someone snoring in the next room through the night, nowhere near value for money, glad we only had 2 nights here.

Rooms very small you really cant move. Good location for metro if we travelled to paris again we would stay more the arc de triomphe area. Served our needs but not quite a 4 star hotel. Receptionists could have been a bit more pleasant & helpfull. Breakfast was a bit busy but that was probably due to the near by concert that was taking place. Continental breakfast was good quality plenty of variety but no diary free alternatives & when i requested it i was told to go the supermarket?

The elevator was not working all 5 days we were there. Staying on floor 3 with a kid was not fun.

The room was so tiny you only have 1 sqm to move. Its like a mini children room. No new soap and bathe gel the next day. Poor breakfast and really uncomfortable room. I WAS DECEIVED that it was a 4 star hotel and images are deceptive.

We stayed at this hotel together with my two sisters and brother in law and in general we found the hotel somewhat less than the 4 star level it was supposed to be. This was largely due to the size of the rooms. Whilst the beds were very confortable and the cleaning good, the rooms were quite small and there was little room for placing our clothes. The buffet breakfast was adequate but the room where it was served was a little tight on space.

The hotel location is ideal and very central to main attractions. In terms of the room, it was on the smaller side but on a plus note it had everything you need. One thing id suggest is to take some ear plugs as with most City hotels it can be a little noisy

Nice room by very small. Everything was fine except the AC did not work and they weren’t going to fix it anytime soon because it was “cold” in Paris, to me it wasn’t. Also another negative was that it was very noisy outside making it hard to get a full nights rest.

Bed quality is correct, and the room was calm. Except an fire alarm raised at 07:30 am. A person smoked in a room.
Breakfast is complete but not an organic source of product. Nevertheless it is tolerable.

The 2nd night they didn't provide (replace) the Kleenex tissues. They didn't replace the shower floormat outside the shower. The airconditioning didn't cool enough. Bad lighting in the hallways to the rooms. No coffeemachine in the room. No possibility for dinner in the room.

Never a 4* in a million years! Smallest hotel room ive ever seen. No soundproofing at all, poor selection and repleneshment of toiletries and not even tea/coffee in the room.

Just leaves you feeling people just make up the star rating and laugh at you.

If theyd called it a 2* you would be very happy.

Nice hotel in pleasant surroundings. Room was a bit small but comfortable and clean; no coffee or tea though! I need tea in the morning. Staff were nice enough, always pleasant. Close to the metro and good local shops. Have stayed at better and worse, that said I would recommend it and would stay there again in the unlikely event that I visit Paris again.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I requested 2 bed room for my daughter and I was given a double bed instead. Informed reception and next day given 2 single-bed room which was bigger than the first room only problem air conditioning wasn't working. Moved again to another room which was smaller than the previous one but bigger than the first.

I liked the way the staff were attentive and helpful and were happy to find alternative room.
The staff were friendly and approachable (which I liked).

The only fault I would say is the small sizes of the room and that I chose this hotel for spa treatment i.e; pedicure etc... but the person wasn't available due to being on holiday as it was August which I wasn't aware of.

But nonetheless good hotel to stay at which definitely return in near future.

Excellent hotel is a quiet and safe area that is also convenient to the major tourist sights. The staff was friendly. The hotel is modern and nicely decorated. My room had air conditioning and free fast internet. This hotel is a short walk to Metro Pont de Neuilly (on the yellow 1 line. This metro line provides easy inexpensive access to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triumph, the Louvre, and the Seine River. The hotel has a comfortable restaurant / café.

Chambre dans son jus, la moquette toute tacher fait sale, mal laver.
Trace sur les mur de la douche (gel douche ou dentifrice) un bruit de tuyaux eau/air tres bruyant en permanence dans la chambre de jour comme de nuit.
Le petit déjeuner passables pour 18€ rien d'exceptionnelle.
Chambre communicantes non ouverte, obliger de descendre à la réception demander la clé, porte qui s’ouvre tres difficilement.
Personnelles ne demandant même pas comment cest passé notre sejour au moment de notre départ.
Seul point positifs je dirais la proximités au métro.

L’hôtel étais nickel très bien placer, facile d’accès. La chambre étais sublime. Seul bémols la fenêtres qui étais dur à fermer et qui doit avoir un petit problème de joint se qui fait que la chambre étais mal insonorisé. A part sa tout etais parfait.

Clean, stylish and friendly hotel in a nice neighbourhood. Metro is a 4 minute walk, via line 1 you are in Paris city centre within 10 minutes. Rooms are small but comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of options for a relatively small hotel. Staff all came across as friendly and helpfull.

Slitt hotell. Dørlåsen til rommet funket ikke annen hver gang den skulle låses opp…personalet måtte låse opp. Dusjen kunne ikke henges opp, og måtte holdes i hånden. Renholdet var ikke helt bra. Ellers bra størrelse på rommet og god seng.

Nous avons du attendre 25 minutes à la réception avant que le réceptionniste arrive. Une file de 3 personnes s'était formée. Le biper pour appeler le réceptionniste était sur le bureau..
Dans la chambre, il y avait une grosse tâche de café sur le mur (voir photo). Il n'y avait qu'une seule petite poubelle dans la salle de bain, aucune en chambre. Le lit double promis n'était que deux lits simples zippés ensemble, il y avait donc un creux désagréable au milieu du lit. Je précise que nous avions demandé un véritable lit double à la réception et que cette demande n'a pas été entendue.
Ma compagne a demandé un fer à repasser qui ne fonctionnait pas et aucun autre n'était disponible.
Enfin, il faisait affreusement chaud dans la chambre. Deux versions différentes selon les réceptionnistes :
- Problème de chauffage
- Aucun problème de chauffage, la seule solution est d'ouvrir la fenêtre
Autant vous dire que je suis très déçu et je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Les 4 étoiles sont fictives.
