Hotel changed my booking to another hotel 30 minutes walk away without informing me by either email or phone. Walking the streets in the dark in a strange city at 10.30pm in freezing cold was not a pleasant experience. No offer of a taxi to take me there.

Do not recommend using this hotel.

AC not working in August. Elevators in very poor condition, and 2 of them were not working while our appartment is in 14th floor. No hot water in the room. Breakfast service is poor. Appartment is not clean even after cleaning service passed. Not worthy of 4 stars. Worthy of 2 stars.

You pay for what you get. The hotel is very cheap. However the rooms are dated furniture broken. In need of desperate maintenence and a deep clean. Would not stau again, my advice spend that little extra. Even when I stated we were not happy with the room very little was done to try and resolve this at all. They were well aware I couldnt get my money back and did not care if me or my family were happy with our stay. Very poor.

Property is in a good/ safe area of Paris and train station was not far. However the staff need to communicate with one another. After asking for a early check in and was confirmed, upon arrival the woman at the desk told us that it’s not possible and that check in is at 12. We left the hotel to find food and returned at 12:30. At this time we were told that check in is at 3. It was to frustrating and the service from the staff was just plain rude. Upon finally getting into the suite. It stunk. The A/C did not work. The shower in one bathroom was clogged and would not drain. There was broken glass all over the deck and living room carpet and gum stuck to the walls. Even after bringing it to their attention nothing was done. Management was contacted however they didn’t even acknowledge the concerns. Very poor experience. Besides location I would not recommend this place.

Nice place and staff. It was near plenty to see do and eat as well as an easy area to travel from. The staff was kind and helpful and the room was clean and amazing for a family of five. There was a stain on the carpet but literally the only thing off about this place. However outside there are a lot of people that like to hangout (many were nice but of course not all are going to be as such) we had two men loitering about by the front gate that made very crude motions and comments towards one of the females in our group and followed a bit to continue to do so. Besides that the majority of people that hung about the front gate were nice and the area was too. The restaurants nearby the workers were extremely nice as well and helped us better translate the menu. Over all 9/10 and highly recommended.

The receptionist was excellent. However the hotel and the room were in really bad condition. Very dirty, smelly, not well maintained- door knobs falling off- ants everywhere although in higher floors. Very disappointed with the room. But as mentioned the reception area staff were very nice and helpful. Definitely not a four star. Maybe a 2.

The hotel was quite a distance from the major attractions although close to the metro station. The rooms were spacious and had big balconies with great city views although they were a little run down. The kitchen was tiny and the cookware wasn't usable, it was old and scratched and needed to be replaced. The neighborhood felt safe.

Ok hotel, but needs some maintenance work

The rooms were fairly comfortable and reasonably spacious, and it had been well cleaned. However, there were a number of not insignificant niggles:
- No warning that parking was restricted to 2.0m, which posed us a problem with our car roof box at 2.25m
- Dishwasher was mouldy and the filter looked like it had never been cleaned so left items smelly after a 'wash'
- No towel rail in WC or kitchen
- Only 5 chairs for a 6-person apartment
- Fewer than 6 items of various pieces of crockery and cutlery
- Blown light-bulbs not replaced (above entrance door and in double bedroom)
- No takeaway cups left for their advertised takeaway coffee & croissant
- 1 out of the 2 lifts was not working for most of the time

In short, it's an ok hotel if you don't mind putting up with niggles such as these. We didn't get time to mention all this to staff during our stay because we were busy with other things. Hopefully this message might get back to them so that improvements can be made.

I will stay here again. Main concern was sightseeing in an affordable manner. The staff is great and they have answers to your questions. The room has a refrigerator, stove top and utensils for cooking plus more. There is a supermarket in 7 pleasant walking minutes. There was always hot water. The room is sound proof and clean. I felt safe in the area - Metro zone 3.

it was absolute and complete unsatisfactory and insulting. The photos shown have nothing to do with what was actually presented, not to mention the fact that it was sold to us with the idea that it was 5 minutes from the Eiffel Tower WALKING when in reality it was actually 20 minutes DRIVING. There was a footprint under one of the pillows. PLEASE let me know how you can get a FOOTPRINT under a PILLOW?

Reception and check in & out were good, staff was helpful however breakfast was poor, staff in restaurant was aggressive and not professional at all in terms of communications.

Perfect family abode for Paris trips... :)

The hotel is conveniently located and gives good access to the La Defense and Courveboie train stations.It also has a range a restaurants around it incase you need to choose from.

Considering its a service apartment more than a hotel, having a supermarket around helps.

The overall experience was great with the exception that our request to change a defective microwave was deferred for 2 days. Also being a service appartment, the breakfast spread wasnt that great. Very basic for the price you pay.

Nice hotel near La Defense

We like the hotel. However, the location is not in La Defense but near La Defense. I believe the hotel should be informing its guess the easier way to get to the hotel as we end up walking from La Defense to the hotel which is quite far. Actually, to get to the hotel, it is easier to take the bus from La Defense bus station or the bus stop just outside of the hotel.

I stayed in the Hotel but overall experience was bad. The bed shown on Expedia website are very different then they are actually. Very uncomfortable!! I had to change the hotel. My passport and money was locked for 3 days and I wasted by weekend in the hotel as locker didn't work and staff told me they don't have any technician available.

Apartment in hotel... fridge and dishwasher...great view of Eiffel Tower from balcony, comfy beds, short walk to metro and restaurants. Carrefour supermarket nearby. Enough beds for all 5 of us, 2 showers & one toilet. Not high spec but clean and a great Base to explore Paris from.

It was a worst apartment/hotel. We had to change our hotel to a different one as soon as we walked in there. This is was a real apartment where low class people live there. I was really surprise that Expedia would even put this on there. The rooms are terrible and would not live there more than 5 minutes in the room. DO NOT GO THERE

High standard 10 mins walk from La Défense Métro

The modern Métro line to La Défense is clean an gives quick access to anywhere in Paris. The quality of hotel was much better for the price than anything near the main attractions.

We stayed at the apartment for 3 disappointing long nights . The apartment was poorly maintained , smelly with outdated furntiure, faded carpet and poorly lighted. The AC system did not work properly and the bathrooms wash basins were blocked most of the time .An experience that we don't want to repeat .

Recommend the Hotel Adagio group.

My husband and myself and our 14yr. old grand-daughter spent a week at the Hotel Adagio La Defense and found it to be excellent as we had a lovely Apartment which consisted of 2 bedrooms, a large lounge with dining area, a kitchen with lots of equipment to be self catering if we wished plus a separate bathroom and shower room. The staff were very helpful with our checking in and out and also gave us lots of info. about Paris, the Metro, places of interest etc. It is a very modern Hotel with 14 floors and 2 lifts - we were on the 12th floor which gave us fabulous views of Paris by night. This Hotel would be ideal for families who want to spend time together on holiday. Lots of shops and restaurants in the surrounding district.

Our family of 5 stayed here over the Easter weekend. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. It was close to the La Defense metro station (about 5 minute walk) which provided access to the entire city. Also was close to grocery store which allowed us to get stuff for breakfast - saving on the price of the hotel breakfast (which would have run nearly 45 EUR per day for the family).

A home from home

This hotel is great when you want your own space but the convenience of a hotel. Reception staff were very helpful and kind helping me with plasters for my sore feet! The apt was big enough for the whole family. 2 kids are 12 & 16 and both are tall kids. Kitchen very modern and easy to use and well equipped.
The area around the hotel is busy with office workers during the day but is pretty quiet at night. The local restaurants seem to close on Sat/Sun which we found to our annoyance (other than oriental ones) so we had to hop on the Metro to go further into Paris to eat.
All in a very enjoyable stay!

Cuenta con lindas vistas y está rodeado de tiendas y restaurantes y a solo unid minutos del metro de la Defensa. We booked the hotel for a visit to Paris, although it was not in Paris. With the price that we paid (with keeping this in mind that we were there during Easter holidays) it was a great place to stay. It is specially a good choice if you are also deciding to visit Paris and having a car. The hotel itself had a parking space, but we decided to use parking places at the streets around it.

très médiocre. Problème de chambre à l’arrivée. Au lieu de deux lits double nous avions un lit double et un canapé lit. Problème de propreté dans le couloir ainsi que dans la chambre. Sachant qu’il y a des voisins qui sont propriétaires d’appartements la conciergerie nous indique qu’il ne peut rien faire lorsqu’un chien aboie jusqu’à 2h du matin. Aucun retour de la part du directeur ni d’excuse ni quelque soit le geste commercial. Nous ne recommandons pas du tout cette hôtel à nos amis. Nous sommes extrêmement déçu par le manque de communication de la direction. Nous avons demandé à faire le ménage un certain jour ils ne sont pas passer le bon jour. La chasse d’eau était cassé à notre arrivée, des problèmes de réfrigérateur qui selon la direction peut attendre le lendemain.

Neuf jours prévus. A notre arrivée dans cet hôtel, pas de gel douche, papier toilette moisi, sac d'aspirateur pleine et pas vidé, clim hors service… mis à disposition d'un ventilateur inutilisable car très poussiéreux. Au 3ème jour intervention du service technique pour changer le coffre fort qui faisait un bruit assourdissant et au 8ème jour nouvelle intervention pour changer la chasse d'eau qui est hors d'usage.
Pour le service petit déjeuner, machine à café régulièrement en panne...café et chocolat chaud nous sont préparés dans un local à l'abri de nos regards et servis dans une tasse...petites cuillères en manque sont remplacés par des cuillères à café plastique transparent.
Malgré tout cela le personnel très accueillant et les consignes notées dans le cahier ne font pas trop réagir la direction que nous avons rencontrés et qui sont surpris d'apprendre ces problèmes énoncés.

Super hôtel !
Nous avons profité d’une chambre avec salon, cuisine et balcon. Très lumineuse et dans un quartier calme, à quelques minutes à pieds du centre de La Défense.
Derrière vous pouvez profiter d’un petit parc ombragé public et de la terrasse de l’établissement.
L’accueil était sympathique.
Nous reviendrons à coup sûr pour nos prochains concerts à la Defense Arena !

Accueil très long (une demie-heure environ) car le pauvre hôte tout seul à son deuxième jour de travail. Place de parking mais payante ( ce n'était pas annoncé) et apres un parcours compliqué ( heureusement qu on avait un GPS). Lits d appoints sans draps pour les couettes et sans taies pour les oreillers. Réveil avec alarme pendant une demi heure sans nouvelle. Vraiment nulle à tout point de vue

Die Lage ist sehr gut und durch die komplette Küche ist man sehr preisgünstig in Paris. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen!
Natürlich gibt es einige Kleinigkeiten die nicht perfekt sind - Abfluss der schlecht abläuft, Dusche die etwad \"hakt\" oder der Fahrstuhl der immer wieder defekt ist. Aber keine wirklichen Probleme.

Muy deteriorado, no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y en la recepción decían que si. Un mal olor increíble en las habitaciones y sucio en las esquinas de los Baños. Fui con mi familia completa y fue un poco decepcionante, de no haber pagado por adelantado me hubiese ido a otro hotel. Para completar te dicen que tiene parqueo luego en el checkout que cobran 15 dólares por noche sin haber informado.

また利用したい

パリ２０区の外側にあるが、巨大なショッピングモールがあるLa Defenseの駅まで１０分ほどと便利。メトロの１号線の始発駅で、凱旋門、ルーブル、バスティーユ、コンコルド等にメトロ１本で行ける。RERを利用すれば時間短縮が可能。またホテル周辺にもレストラン以外にスーパーやパン屋、惣菜店などがありキッチンつきの部屋なので部屋でゆっくり食事ができる。バスタブが付いていることも良い。今回は１泊だけだったが、ゆっくり滞在したい宿である。また、ホテルからCDG空港までRERで１時間かからない。
