Great looking hotel with beautiful spaces. We were happily surprised by all it had to offer. Great location with just little walking distance to public transportation. Ideal to get to anywhere in Paris in no time. Staff was very friendly and cleaning was spotless. Le Club is a great space to take advantage of, drinks food and games. Only negative, one side of the building is exposed to nearby train rails which can be a little annoying to hear. We were warned about it by a previous traveler but it wasn’t terrible.

Close to RER A station, this district is safe and modern.
I went there for the concert and this hotel is just right next to the Paris La Défense Arena, it was amazing.
And the hotel offers concert menu in the lounge area for their guests that is really cool, especially it’s a bit hard to find restaurants still open after the concert.

We attended a concert at the Paris la Défense arena and chose the Okko hotel as it was a 10 minute stroll away .
The hotel is excellent staff were great checking in was easy . Rooms are fantastically clean smallish but modern decoration with a low but extremely comfortable bed concrete ceiling and quirky furniture.
Club lounge with free snacks coffee juices all day . Breakfast was great with pastries ,meat eggs ,bread ,fruit plentiful.
Great stay for a gig or event .

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately had quite a disappointing experience.

Firstly, the noise level was unacceptable — loud train noises started as early as 5 AM and continued until almost midnight. It was difficult to get a good night’s rest.

Secondly, the room lacked basic amenities such as a rubbish bin, which was quite inconvenient.

Housekeeping was inconsistent throughout the stay. On multiple occasions, essential items like toilet paper and hand soap were not refilled, even though they had run out completely.

The most serious issue was with the shower. The drainage was blocked, and water would not go down properly. I reported this to the front desk before leaving the hotel for the day, and they assured me someone would take care of it. However, when I returned in the evening, not only had nothing been done, but the problem had worsened — water from the bathroom had flooded into the bedroom area. We ended up having to switch rooms late at night, which was very inconvenient.

Overall, the stay was far from comfortable. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes improvements.

Although quite a walk to train stations, it's in the middle of La Defense and Nanterre stations. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. The hotel has coffee, tea and pastry available in the lounge for 24 hrs. Has coffee maker in the room.

We spent four nights at the Okko Hotel in December, 2024 as we flew to Paris to see Paul McCartney's two concerts at La Defence Arena. The Okko is located across the street from the arena. It was a breeze getting to the arena and returning to the hotel. The hotel staff was amazing!!!! Jonathon, Paul and Ali helped us plan a day trip to Disneyland Paris. They arranged a driver who on time and friendly. Paul helped me obtain Disneyland tickets and even printed them out for us. The staff could not have been any better to work with!!!! We loved the Hotel Club with snacks. It was a fun place to meet other Paul McCartney fans who came for the concert. Our room was ample size and all of the ammenities worked just fine. Our room was immaculate. If we ever come back to Paris for another concert Hotel Okko is definitely where we plan to stay again!!!!

Was on business. Surprised only 1 iron and ironing board for entire hotel! There was a coffee machine in room but no proper kettle. To get tea you had to go to the restaurant. The snacks could have been better...fruit was limited and under ripe all 3 days. I think it was over priced but was convenient for my work. The Italian restaurant underneath had good service and reasonably priced. Room was fairly small. Bed comfy. Good shower. Good quality hairdryer.

The service staff are really helpful and friendly. Special mention to Sarah and Jonathan who helped me booked restaurant. They all spoke English fluently.

Free access to level 1 lounge which provides free coffee, biscuits and fruits 24 hrs. It’s Fabulous.

Room is newly furnished and very clean.

My only gripe is it doesn’t provide a kettle for boiling water. To have hot water, one need to go down level 1 lounge to get it. It’s really a hassle.

There is a filter where You can top up cold water at the common area outside the room.

The room provides only basic soap for hair and body. No slippers. One has to ask for toothbrush, and conditioner and lotion from the reception which again I feel unexpected of a 4 star.

The shower door glass is transparent. So would be awkward if you are travelling with someone else.

Location - Good. it’s located 2-3 stops away from the central tourist attractions stations like Auber, Chatelet le Halle etc . The RER red line.

To note - it takes 12-15 mins to walk to nearest Metro station- Naterre Prefecture. It’s very quiet at night to walk back to hotel, can be scary. Not recommended for families as there is no nearby restaurants nor supermarkets. If it rains, there is no shelter along the way.

More suitable for solo/business traveller.

The staff is what made our stay memorable. Everyone from check-in and in the guest club were complete professionals. This was so close to La Defense arena. It was about a twenty five euro Uber/cab ride to places like the Louvre, Eiffel Tower and Seine cruises. Would definitely recommend.

All is great just turn down volume a bit :)

It’s the fourth time my family and I stayed at Okko hotels and the experience has been always great with friendly and multilingual staff plus areas cleaned and comfortable. The only downside I would like to point out is common areas ambiance music: as a person/family, there is no need to have music at 7 or 8 or 9am, and also during night time. I could not talk over the phone and stuff like that. It’s a small detail but great companies take them on.

We stayed here because we were seeing Taylor Swift at the arena. For that reason, this was the perfect hotel. Close and walkable. It’s a very simple hotel not a lot of amenities. But it was comfortable, had nice options in a common lounge and was safe.

Cute hotel in La défense!

This is a really cute boutique hotel in La défense. The club is a great addition if you just want a break, work, hang out with friends or family. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the toiletries were minimal. There was only soap provided and towels for one person. Even when we asked for more towels, they simply replaced the ones there and left a couple of towels. We had the large family room which was comfortable overall. Generally the service was very good, the staff was quite kind and I would recommend staying there.

Convenient location but not clean

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in this hotel. We need a hotel close to the arena as we were there for a concert and needed a convenient location which this provided. The hotel is fairly new and modern. However it lacked in hygiene. When we walked into our room it appeared it had been rush cleaned and with little care or attention to detail. There was hair on the bed, hair in the sink, and the toilet was disgustingly dirty. I was so exhausted from my flight and was traveling with my young daughter so just needed to deal with it, tidy up myself and not have to wait yet again for them to find a new clean room for me. Would only recommend for one night if going to a concert/ event at the arena.

Excellent week's stay at Okko, service excellent, Italian restaurant very good, rooms very comfortable, eco friendly(crinkle bed linen) and large enough. The appero's and snacks in Le Club were a nice touch. Only shortfall in my view, was the gym - eco friendly but inadequate sports apparatus. Apart from that, thoroughly recommended.

One thing I found interesting was the style of the room. The toilet was separate from the bathroom and was quite small. The bathroom door was also open, I.e a glass door that leads directly into the room, so anyone else in the room can actually and completely see you shower. I don’t know if all the rooms are like this but this was uncomfortable as there was no privacy for the bathroom. Thankfully the toilet had a proper door and was private. I just wish the bathroom was the same. There were also limited toiletries in the room and no water, coffee/tea which is standard in hotel rooms. Other than these, overall a lovely stay

We had an amazing time at this lovely hotrl, staff were very friendly from the person we met at check in( wish we took his name down) to everyone else working at the hotel. The club lounge has tasteful tidbits and coffee, juice, water included for free. We discovered it had a sauna and after a day of walking around Paris we spent time relaxing in the Sauna( our recommendation for the sauna area is to have a floor squeege so that the water spray from the sauna shower can be cleaned up) Transport link wise, it’s easy to get into Paris. We used Nanterre-Préfecture station to easily navigate from the hotel to Paris. All in, we had a great stay and will be back to this hotel. Please ignore the negative reviews left - this hotel is a gem in chaotic Paris.

We arrived at the property off of the interstate. It took four times 1 hour 20 minutes later to actually enter the property because construction was blocking the entrance and there was no other way to enter. Then the security had to help us three times to enter the parking structure which took a lot of back and forth. Afterwards the receptionist kept being interrupted and assisted other guests before completing our check-in which also not seem less check-in due to having two room reservations. By the time we settled into our rooms, the air condition did not seem to work and no bottled waters in room for the nespresso machine. The whole stay was inconvenient from construction to arrival to departure it was not seem less. Unfortunately we will not return.

I stayed here with my teenage daughter after a music event that ran late. We walked back to the hotel just after midnight and felt pretty safe in the neighborhood surrounding. With it being a newer built area everything feels modern and cozy. The only downside was the construction has the walk from La defense station blocked so you have to exit at the next station and walk. My daughter and I really enjoyed the hotel and the staff was really accommodating. After a long night it was nice knowing we could sleep in and not be rushed out with a 12p checkout time. We didn’t get to enjoy the amenities because we were so busy but it sounded like they had quite a bit to offer. The only thing I would like others to know is the toilet and sink are behind a closed door however the shower in our room was visible from the bed. It didn’t make a difference on this trip as it was just me and my daughter. Over all we were happy with this stay and plan on returning. Highly recommend to others!

This hotel is a lovely new business hotel with a fairly large room for Euope. It is clean and comfortable, and the sauna plus afternoon apertivo service was a bonus. It's quiet here--a plus. But it is nearly impossible to get to right now, by foot or by auto. I had intended to walk from the Metro station, but the bridge accessing the hotel is closed. All but one of my uber drivers (whom I didn't intend to hire in the first place) struggled to access the hotel as Google maps is not cureent on the area.

Not a great experience at the hotel, our room smelt, no idea what was causing the smell but had to constantly have the window open. The rest of the hotel smelt fine. A very open plan bathroom, not ideal considering I had travelled with my brother. A tiny toilet, not good for a big person. No mini fridge, pillows were uncomfortable and the bedding seemed to shed off onto clothes. Breakfast was very limited with next to no hot food options, with items being stocked very slowly.

Pros: Room is of a decent size for Paris, modern, tastefully decorated, clean, friendly and helpful staff, early check-in available for 30 euros extra (convenient when arriving from an early TransAtlantic flight!), restaurant in the lobby, elevator, good sound-proofing between the rooms (I was not able to hear the neighbors as much as I do in similarly priced hotels), safe neighborhood, free happy hour for guests, nice outdoor area. Overall excellent find, I highly recommend it!

Cons: 15 min walk until nearest RER/metro. This was not a problem for us as the weather was amenable to walking. There was also some road construction in the area which made it a little confusing for taxis (and thus increased our final fare).

Exactly what we needed, clean comfortable and extra bi us was the common space with snacks for my daughters!

If you are planning to go into the city it is a 22 minute walk to the train. If you take the RER it’s about 15 mins to the center if paris!
