Great position for paralympic swimming. Transport links good to travel all over Paris. Bathroom needed to have few things fixed including tiling and grout to bath/shower and extractor fan not working. Hairdryer became extremely hot while using.

Much good, but not all

Fast and friendly checkin. Modern and smart room. Very quiet. Smell of cigarette smoke in the room and corridor. Shower water smelt of chlorine. Breakfast was OK. Location was further from metro station than I’d expected. Nearby park was pleasant but there wasn’t much else in the immediate surrounding area.

Location is not ideal for us since the nearest station is quite long walk and not feel safe at night. But once you get know alternative ways, i.e. bus route, it’s not a big problem.

One night was enough, this hotel is Not for me !

Hotel needs cleaning and some updating. The bathroom was not cleaned properly especially the shower and it was smelly. I had to leave the main window opened to try to get rid off the smell. Breakfast is not the best with a range of cheap quality products. Staff are polite and friendly , area is not great. Will not come back. Parking charge is over the top as well.

A hotel close to the city with free parking

I was looking for a hotel with free parking and close to the city, if you are in the same situation then this would fit perfectly. The neighborhood is decent, easy to get to from the A86. The room is smaller than expected but neat, not much of view from the window. Please be aware, restaurant in shut at weekends.

decent value for the price

The room was in sort of a low-income area, so we took everything valuable with us every day instead of leaving it at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful enough, but it's definitely not worthy of the \"3 Star Rating\" they seem to think they deserve. The price was good for being a Paris suburb. We rented a car so that made transportation easier. The room smelled strongly like smoke, and when we asked the front desk if we could have a new room that was non-smoking, they informed us that technically all the rooms were non-smoking, but people never follow the rule... so that sucked. The breakfast was good though, and a good price compared to what you would spend for that food anywhere else in Paris.

It's quite acceptable: the room was nice and comfortable enough. You cannot expect the staff in the reception to speak English, but this is the case anywhere in France. Some of them were not particularly polite either (but again...). The street outside can be noisy, sometimes the room service forgets certain things; it can also vary widely when the room service happens. The area is nice enough next to the park.

With its free private parking, it is excellent for family traveling by car.

We had to cancel trip because my wife's sister died immediately before we were due to travel. Asked hotel for concession/discount on cost of stay but nothing forthcoming, and hotel charged the full amount. This booking would have been the third time we had stayed at this hotel. Never again.

Good Value and Comfortable stay

The rooms are very tidy and clean. The mattress was firm and very comfortable. We both had a good night's rest. Instant coffee and tea with a kettle and 2 small biscuits are in the room.There is lots of space for free parking on the grounds. There is also a large lounge. Although it's available, we didn't try breakfast.

We would stay again quite readily. It's good value for 65 Euros.

The only down-side is the hour it takes to get to the centre. The bus to the metro is right outside the door of the hotel and it's a 20 -25 minute ride to the Metro station (La Defense). Then it's another 25 minute ride to the centre of Paris (The Louvre). The Metro is great. It runs frequently and will take you almost anywhere in Paris.

Modern hotel with great air conditioning and convenient drive from Eiffel Tower and other such sites using Google Maps/GPS. Easy to find. Good fast internet, comfortable bed. And easy no-charge parking. Bathtub- shower combination appreciated. Public transit nearby. Helpful staff.

First trip to Paris

We arrived at the train station and were told which subway and bus to take to get to the hotel. Unfortunately, the bus had quit running. A very kind French man helped us walk there... About 1/2 mile. The front desk clerk, Myriam, was so VERY helpful to direct us what to do in Paris while we were visiting. There was a server in the restaurant, however, who nearly refused to serve us. She generally just ignored us when we came in and was quite rude. The accommodations were very adequate, small as expected, but clean and neat.

Nice hotel. Close to train into Paris.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were driving and chose to stay outside of Paris so we did not have to deal with city traffic. The woman at the front desk was so nice and very helpful to us. We asked about the train into Paris and she told us where to get it, which train to take and even the local bus to take. As well as what Train/Bus pass to get. It really made our day in Paris much less stressful than it would have been otherwise.

Alors là ! 10 sur 10 ! La chambre était géniale, avec tout le confort et un lit géant et ultra confortable ! J'ai regretté de ne passer qu'une nuit dans cette chambre !

Côté localisation, c'est pas le top, y'a rien autour. J'avais pris cet hôtel car j'avais un concert à la défense arena. C'est à une quinzaine de minutes à pieds.

L'accueil est vraiment sympathique.

Il y a un petit bar avec tout ce que vous voulez si vous avez soif ;)

D apparence correct et situation bonne, ma chambre donnait sur une rimue peu passante pour l idf mais malgre tout, une grille dessus la fenetre laissait passer le bruit. En gros c est comme si la fenetre etait grande ouverte !!! Pour le petit dejeuner, les plats etait encore sous emballage plastique, juste posé et pas déballé, peut etre que le chef de salle est arrivé en retard !

Hôtel avec personnel agréable attentionné, par contre la chambre quelques finitions a terminé ( photos jointe )
La douche fuyait car manquer un joint dans le tuyau qui rejoint le pommeau !
Notre chambre ne disposer par de balayette wc ainsi que de cintres dans la penderie. Dommage !
La lumière du couloir restant allumée toute la nuit.
Bref ! Dommage pour ce tarif j’ai régler 83€ avec 2 petits déjeuner. A 10€ par personne.

Hotel super agréable. Cependant le parking est payant ce qui n’est pas écrit lors de la reservation. Dans la chambre il y faisait froid car de l’air rentre au niveau des fenêtres. Die Lage st gut für Paris man ist in 20Min Fußweg beim Grand Arc und die RER Station ist 10Min entfernt. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber man hat alles was man braucht. In Summe e ein gute Qualität und Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für Pariser Verhältnisse.

Hotel 3 etoiles qui n en merite que 2 les photos sur le site montre des chambres spacieuses c est un mensonge le parquet est abimé les sdb trop petite pas de pression d eau dans la douche qui est tres etroite avec le wc a l interieur j ai eue la chance de rencontré un cafard le petit dejeuner mediocre produit de moindre qualité.
Le seul point positif une responsable soucieuse de vouloir faire plaisir a ces clients et le personnel a l accueil portail pas fermé le premier soir apres une remarque celui ci a etait fermél la qualité du dejeuner qui avait etait amelioré le 2 eme jour l etait pas le 3eme .
Nous deconseillons cet etablissement et n y reviendront pas

Personnel accueillant, perit déjeuner correct et varié. Nous avons aussi tester le dîner, il y a du choix et c'est bon.
Ce choix d'hôtel s'est fait pour être proche du centre d'examen où ma fille avait une épreuve pratique tôt le lendemain matin. Sinon, je ne serai jamais venue dans cet endroit, d'autant plus que les environs ne sont pas des pkus accueillants.

Chambre petite, rien à voir avec les belles chambres en photos qui paraissent spacieuses.
Murs qui étaient légèrement dégradés, salle de bain minuscule. Literie convenable.

Attention aux bruits, on entend tout, les autres clients rentrer tard le soir, les bruits sur le parking en face, squatté par des jeunes en voiture tard ou tôt le matin, comme si ils étaient avec nous dans la chambre, même si vous êtes au 3 eme étage.

Good for the price, but don't come for the food

The room was basic and quite small, but for the price we paid it was quite nice.
We stayed there for two nights. Saturday morning we came to the breakfast at 7am, and it was a very basic offering with some bread, croissants, yoghurt, and scrambled eggs but no bacon.
In the evening we wanted to eat at 8pm, but the kitchen was already closed. Luckily there were some other restaurants in the area.
Sunday morning we came down for breakfast at 8am, and there was literally nothing left except for some very dry cake. The tables were not cleared, and there was nobody in the kitchen. We asked the staff to fill up the breakfast, and we waited a bit, but in the end we decided to go and have breakfast somewhere else.

De algemene staat van zowel het hotel als onze superieure kamer laat te wensen over. Klein, oogt verwaarloosd en veel mankementen.De tuin rondom het hotel is niet netjes en overal ligt rommel, Het ontbijt is prima, om het af te maken nog een gekookt eitje erbij serveren? Het beste aan dit hotel is het aardige personeel, de prijs en de snelle verbinding met bus en metro naar Parijs in 10 minuten sta je vanaf het metrostation op de champs elysees of louvre, echt top! Als je hier voor komt is het prima en erger je je hier ook niet aan.

Etablissement vieillot avec des chambres ne disposant que d'un faible éclairage. Mauvais état de la salle de bains et problème d'isolation phonique. Literie peu confortable. Depuis peu le parking est désormais payant.
