Stayed here for the Olympics so we wouldn’t have to be in Paris. There are a few bus stations within 5 minutes and a train station that’s a ~20 minute walk. Room was smaller than expected, but clean and had a nice window and comfy bed. They gave us mugs as gifts when we checked in and there are board games and a foosball table in the lobby. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Good vibes, good neighborhood.

Good location.

Hotel was undergoing refurbishment while we were staying but it was a clean hotel. Check in and out were quick an efficient. Breakfast was good. Room was compact but had everything needed with a decent shower.
There was a high demand for the small single lift at peak times.

Good hotel for Business stay if you're not planning to spend long time in a comfy hotel room, the room I had at the end of the corridor was small but adequate for me. Clean comfortable bed. The hotel and room felt newly renovated and fresh. A good breakfast selection was available. Good and easy to connect Wi-Fi service. So I was happy with my stay.

Nice hotel for a business trip

The hotel is very nice and clean. I used it for a business stay. It is not far away from train station (around 15 minutes walk).
Rooms are clean and modern design. Bathroom clean with towels, soap, washing gel.
There is room service and reception open 24/7.
Breakfast: selection of cheese, ham, croissants, coffee, tea, cereals, fruits and juices.
It was a pleasant stay and I will deferentially use the hotel again.

The standard room we stayed on the 5th floor is very small. Not the same as pictures shown...which is as hey said in the small print. The door can't fully open coz the double bed is so close to the door. The shower glass door can't really stop the water from wetting the bathroom floor. The reception got confused n asked us to pay cash in a rude way without checking our hotels.com booking confirmation even I offered to show the booking info while checking out. We were attending a wedding nearby. We were told by other guests the issue then we walked back to the hotel to make it clear to the reception. A simple \"sorry for your inconvenience \" is what I expected. The service needs to be improved.

Clean and what you expect from an IBIS

Hotel is situated on the outskirts of Paris with good transport links into the centre. The hotel staff are friendly and the rooms clean. Parking is secure and 9 euros a day which is a plus. Perfect base to explore Paris and avoid the traffic jams closer to town

Overall the hotel needs a major renovation.

Our bed sheets had stains on them and they were not even removed the next day during cleaning. Odor comes out from the carpets. Overall, would go somewhere else.

We had a fabulous stay. The hotel is very clean, the room excellent with a lovely bathroom & very comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful as our French and knowledge of Paris is minimal! Rueil Malmaison is a lovely town and we very much enjoyed staying a little way out, only about 20 minutes on the Metro and no problem with the 3 day tickets that we purchased on arrival. Plenty of friendly places to eat & drink at in the evenings. Will definitely stay there again as we want to arrange another trip to Paris.

Rooms were small, but adequate. Train station 15 minutes walk, but there is a bus stop right outside the door which operates every 7 minutes. Takes 5 minutes by train to La Defense. Hotel in nice residential area outside Paris. Found staff to be extremely helpful.

This hotel is a very uninspiring place. You get what you pay for. Prices during the week end are good but rates during the week are high compare to what you get. Shower/shampoo fixed on the wall, small towel, leaking shower, cheap flooring... at least it is resonably clean. ironing has to be done in a room by the reception. concl. hotel is fine for a 8hr night or if you just need a base in the area. Not a place for doing business or enjoy good time. Charming city center 5 min walk.

Good for Rueil business

I chose the hotel due to low cost and distance to business meetings. Since there is a lack of lower price hotels close to the RER station, the 15 minute walk from Ibis to Rueil RER is pleasant with a good walkway. The hotel facade and reception is fantastic and looks very recent, however the small lobby area also seems to serve as the bar which is confusing, especially if you would like to eat. Room service is offered, but there at least 4 or 5 restraunts within 100m of the hotel (Italian, Chinese, Steak, Moroccan etc). The standard room was a good size, with large bed, bathroom small as you would expect, but certainly adequate for 1 or 2 people. Wifi is free with Orange and TV has normal choice. Breakfast was quite good value compared to others in Paris, I have paid 15 or even 19E for continental breakfast, so the Ibis cos of 9E seems Ok value. The selection was excellent with fresh bread and pastries as you would expect. Overall this offers a good value stay in Paris, close enough to business areas and RER/Metro as long as you dont mind a short walk.

The hotel has a good value for money. Although located in zone 3, the city centre is easily accessed by bus and RER A in about 30 minutes. The room was not vey large, but very well organized and tidy. Some nearby restaurants and particularly a muslim (Turkish) restaurant was an added advantage. If you are looking for staying in Paris with budget, definitely this hotel is a good option.

We stayed at the Ibis Rueil Malmaison because of it's distance from Paris. We wanted somewhere out of the centre but easily commutable. We found the hotel and it's staff to be very pleasant. Rooms were larger than expected (we were travelling with our small daughter who required a cot and this fit nicely in the room), cool, quiet and clean. Staff were polite and helpful and all spoke English. The area of Rueil Malmaison was lovely- a typical French town within a stones' throw of Paris. Only a 20 minute commute on the RER (Charles de Gaulle Etiolle stop for Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomph). We'd recommend trying the Italian restaurant just down the road from the hotel as food was excellent and very good value for money. All in all a lovely stay and we'd return no problem.

Le personnel est attentionné, toujours prêt à rendre service. La chambre était petite mais fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. L'hôtel est situé prêt du centre ville et si lon veut se déplacer, l'arrêt de bus est devant l'hôtel. Je retournerai volontiers dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour à Rueil-Malmaison.

Mon séjour était pour cause de certification sur l'énergie vert.
Il se trouve que nous sommes en hiver et que le chauffage était éteint.
Les interrupteurs des radiateurs électriques, ont été remplacés par des caches-pots.
Nous avons payé une chambre sans chauffage en hiver.

Dommage que nous n ayons pu accéder au parking, celui vipère étant souterrain, notre véhicule était trop haut de 10cm et ne passait pas, plafond bas ! Penser aux personnes qui travaillent avec des véhicules un tout petit peu plus grands qu une voiture..... Stationnement pour le coup difficile en ville.
En dehors de cela, confort extra et petit déjeuner de roi...... Accueil agréable et très bonne température de la chambre.
