We stayed here for Lollapalooza Paris and it was so convenient to the venue. Close to the transit also so going into Paris was easy. Nice restaurants and grocery’s store/shops right around the corner.

Lift was out of service, which led us to lift the heavy luggage , baby pram to first floor and down twice, also tv (netflix and YouTube) was not working for almost a day. Other than that, staff was helpful and very polite.

a quiet (and clean) corner of Paris.

The Ibis in Surennes has been our go to hotel for many years (we are a British choir) and always stay with you. It is reasonably prices, clean, and quiet. I would also like to add that this year the breakfast buffet has greatly improved to include hot items which particularly appeal to us Brits!

Bad bits no tea or coffee in rooms ,double bed was 2 singles pushed together that parted often and small room also TV in room waste of time unless you speak French.Good bits was very clean with nice shower, breakfast was nice buffet, easy check in and out .

Good hotel in pleasant location

Hotel is located close to Bois de Boulogne, close to some busy main roads but tucked slightly away from these in a pleasant small neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants. Central Paris is easily accessible via RER (about half a mile away) which takes you to La Defense for connections to the centre. This station is in zone three, so make sure you have the right type of ticket (zone 1-3 tickets are only a little more expensive than the zone one alone tickets).
Hotel was pleasant and clean, room was a little on the small size, but that didn't bother us. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. I'd happily stay here again.

If you pursue for a night in a hotel with a cheaper price, this hotel will be a good choice. It is a bit far away from Paris city centre, yet there is tram station nearby, like within 10 mins walk. It provides free wifi which is something important to me, even though the connection wasn't very stable. The hotel has only one lift, and I was unlucky that the lift was out of order when I check out, so I have to carry my heavy luggage all way by the stairs.

Easy access to main paris, there's a bus stop outside you get the 244 to port maillot or theres a metro as well. The hotel was clean and modern, the staff were friendly, gave us a map and pointed things out. Is a bit out the way but easy to get to places. Would stay again

Great hotel in a quiet area near Paris centre

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the tram stop at Suresnes Longchamp and from the Eiffel Tower to the hotel it costs around €16 for a taxi (though it's useful to know that the area is pronounced 'Surenne', as otherwise taxi divers don't know where you mean). There's also a carpark right next door if you're bringing a car, which is useful. The area of Suresnes is very quiet yet really welcoming. We found a great patisserie around the corner of the hotel called Le Fournil Henri IV and there's fantastic food at Le Pub Suresnes a short walk from the hotel.

The hotel itself was very clean - we often bumped into the cleaning staff when returning during the day. The rooms were small, but had everything you need without being cramped. The reception staff were very welcoming and attentive. Whilst there's no restaurant, the bar food was good and you can take it to your room, which was useful for us given we'd had a very long day and not had chance to eat.

Overall I wouldn't hesitate in returning to the hotel or recommending it to others. Suresnes is a great area and as it's only 20 mins on the tram and metro into the centre of Paris, it's not too far out of the centre given its excellent value.

Relaxing Stay in Paris

The spot is very nice if you want to travel to Paris or Versailles. Very quiet as well after a long day of tourist that was well appreciated.
The room was a bit small, the door of the bathroom could not be open fully due to the bed.
The hotel accommodated us with a cotbed which was really nice but they did not have any blankets for the cotbed so make sure to take your own.

Functional and good for Longchamp races

This hotel has quite small rooms based on the number of times I've stayed there. The hotel is generally very well maintained/cleaned. The amenities are functional. The location is perfect if you want to attend Longchamp racecourse and Suresnes is a very pleasant little place that has been gradually improved over the years. Happy to stay here again.

This hotel is in modern west side of paris. It is very convinient for public transport, in zone 3 of paris metro. Get down at Port Maillot metro station and just outside the station bus no 244 starts. 10 minutes ride to the stop suresnes ( stop easy to identify as it is the first stop after bus crosses the river Seine). Hotel is 1 minute walk form bus stop. Area looks very clean safe, nearby shops, mc donalds, banks etc. Still the rooms are noise free. Hotel staff are excellent, speak decent english, very helpful. Rooms are small, but comfortable. Breastfast charged extra and no coffee making facility in the room

Convenient for long jouneys via Paris

I booked this hotel as the price was reasonable and we wanted a quick getaway on the second morning for our trip to Cognac. It was easy to find and has good secure parking nearby. About 16e for 24 hours. However, the car park closes at 10pm and I think opens at 7am, so you can't move your car overnight, although you can access it with your parking ticket. You can park right outside the hotel to unload. The staff were friendly, the room was small for the 3 of us, but clean and comfortable. There was very little noise, and we slept well. I liked the walk in shower. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, the first night we were there, the water was cut off from 11pm to 7am, (not the hotel's fault and they did warn us when we arrived). The surrounding area is very pleasant, seems safe and with lots of charming restaurants in walking distance. We ate both nights at a lovely pizzeria on the far side of the market place. To get to Paris, it is a short walk to the tram stop. Take a tram to La Defence, then change to the metro for central Paris. Buy an all day ticket at the station for 9e, and you can travel anywhere. There is a good tourist information stand near the tram station. I would stay here again.

I booked 3 rooms for my family from and my self to meet each other in paris. I should say the only fair price and place I found in Paris was my Hotel. staff very friendly and helpful. in the first night of arrival I found one of the rooms a bit small and as soon as I asked one of the staff he changed our room with a bigger one. room service every morning. breakfast is good value comparing with the expensive places in Paris. overall happy and would definitely recommend this hotel.

A little disappointing but good value

The most disappointing aspect to the stay was that there was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. This meant one had to go to Reception to ask for a drink and was charged two Euros for it - a real pain first thing in the morning or last thing at night. Also, the used coffee cups (which were not the disposable type) were not removed during daily room cleaning, so you arrived back to dirty cups in the room and another trip to Reception to return them.
Breakfast was a little expensive, so I made use of the cafe across the road. The room was also a little small compared with other IBIS hotels I have stayed in. That said the surrounding area was very pleasent and access to Paris easy with the tram system only five minutes walk up the road.

Ma carte de crédit ne fonctionnait pas et je venais de la charger. Il fallait attendre 5-10 min afin que l'opération bancaire se passe. J'ai proposé à la réceptionniste de revenir et payer dans 30 min, mais elle m'a refusé de partir en disant que comme c'est l'Hotels, il faut qu'on paie. Peu de confiance aux plateformes de réservation et du coup le traitement des clients très différent...très décevant..

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und perfekt gelegen. 2 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle und 2 Minuten zu einem Parkhaus (19€ am Tag)

Die Zimmer sind etwas älter, dennoch ist genügend Platz im Zimmer, obwohl es nur 12qm sind. Das Bad ist sehr klein, doch auch hier genau ausreichend. Man ist ja schließlich nur unterwegs und nicht den ganzen Tag im Zimmer.

Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig, von Broten und Croissant, viel Müsli, Eiern, Säfte, Kaffee.

Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat immer weitergeholfen.

Dans l'ensemble très propre et plutôt confortable, personnel aimable, petit dejeuner au top, mais... impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre alors qu'il faisait très chaud pour la saison, d'ailleurs une couette atrocement épaisse pour la température du moment, et pas de demi-mesure avec une couverture légère ou autre. Banquette tâchée, support de douche qui ne tient pas tout seul, portes des voisins qui claquent très fort car pas de système de retenue, chambre minuscule, et équipements usés. Cela ne m'aurait pas posé problème en dessous de 70/80 la nuit, à 135 euros la nuit ce n'est pas tellement acceptable.

Je trouve simplement dommage qu'ACCOR prenne l'excuse COVID pour ne plus nettoyer et faire les chambres pendant toute la durée du séjour et limite les choix au pdj... quand on reste 4 jours on termine dans une chambre limite et quand on paye le séjour on ne voit aucune remise alors qu'ACCOR doit faire beaucoup d'économies !

Propre oui, un peu vétuste, sdb (joints un peu fatigués, gel pour les mains pratiquement vide et cassé, il manquait une serviette de bain qui m'a été donnée sans soucis, pas de serviette pout les mains).
