I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were friendly and supportive, and I would especially like to thank Arnil, a trainee, for his excellent assistance during checkout. I’m not entirely sure if I spelled his name correctly, but I hope he can be given recognition for his great service. I also truly appreciated the well-organized elevator system and the strong security measures, which added to my overall comfort and peace of mind.

There were a few areas that could be improved. The room doors tended to slam loudly when closing, which became disruptive when other guests didn’t close them carefully. I also hoped for a more favorable rate considering the length of my stay.

Additionally, the TV system could be updated to include a clearer channel list and a wider variety of channels, including more dubbed and subtitled options.
The in-room dining service shown on the TV menu also needs updating to reflect current offerings and provide a more accurate and convenient experience for guests.

Overall, thank you for the warm hospitality. I genuinely appreciated my stay and am grateful for the efforts of your team. I look forward to seeing continued improvements in the future.

Poor staff response to coldness of room despite air-con being attended to by engineer. I was wearing 3 sets of blouses that included 2 layers of 100% cashmere. Offered only 2 duvet blankets which didn’t help. Staff initially offered small heater but later say not enough heaters. I got the heater only on my third night. Poor follow up of 2 blouses left behind in my room. No reply to email to remind the staff to keep for me when coach bus returns. Very disappointed at service standards by this hotel with reputable branding !

No car is required when you stay here. Was such easy/safe walking to work and any amenities are right around the corner at Westfield. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Quick walk to the metro line one.

Is a modern hotel. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The room size is just right as compared to city center rooms are relative small. The bathroom is big. Good spread of breakfast. Walkable to The Defense Station which consist the varous mode of transports (Metro, RER and Bus). Nearby there are the Westfield CNIT & Les 4 Temps shopping malls with lots of eateries. Overall is a good hotel. If the rooms are brightly lighted & bathtub has antislip mat, that would be perfect.

The moment we checked in,the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was nice and big and the beds were comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant 2 nights and it was very good. We didn’t eat the breakfast buffet, we thought it was a little expensive (27 euros). Overall, it is a nice hotel with good value for your money.

This hotel is a complete disaster, they have charged our credit card twice for the same service.

Room service didn't cleaned the room for two days
Shower was not working they repaired it a the third day

We (the complete hotel) have had in the middle of the nigh a complete power and internet failure. The power was established at som outlets in after 3 hours, however internet was available at 9:00 am in the morning.

Beside a box with some candies, the hotel has not compensated us at all for the inconvenience.

We appreciate if expedia can handle this issue and demand a full or partial compensation of our fees paid to this hotel.

We will never again stay in this hotel and don't recommend any body to stay in it.

This property is outside of the main areas where you would want to visit, but that also means that the accomodations are newer and larger. Easy access to the metro and a €25 Uber ride to the Louvre, Arc, or Notre Dame. The staff has been very pleasant and no issues.

Very friendly welcome from Polina. Very informative and helpful.
Very clean room, comfy bed and the most powerful shower ever !

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a bit of a mixed experience. On the upside, my room had hot water, which was a relief because some of my colleagues weren't so lucky. However, the front counter service left much to be desired.

When we all checked in together, I ended up being the odd one out and couldn't get sorted even after waiting for over an hour. It was frustrating to see my colleagues handled promptly while I was left standing there. Eventually, one of them had to intervene before I could finally get checked in.

The service overall was disappointing, and it's hard not to wonder if my experience had anything to do with being the only Asian in our group. Hopefully, this was just a one-off situation, but it definitely put a damper on an otherwise decent stay.

The property is near a train-station and shopping center which made it very convenient to travel to the city center of paris and back. The breakfast is epic with a wide verity of options to choose from. The property also has a restaurant which is convenient. The room cleaning service is also very nice, our room was clean every day during or stay. The rooms were spacious and clean.

The hotel is ideally located for activities taking place at La Défense (in this case à concert at the Arena). It is also a 5 minutes walk from Paris public transport system; so you can be downtown in no time with Metro line 1. Bottom line: great location, comfortable room, well-managed property and extremely friendly and competent staff. Warmly recommended.

The staff at the property were extremely pleasant and helpful. The property is in a very modern and safe area with a convenient 5-minute walk to the train, shopping and dining. The mall is next to the train station, which has several dining options. We were there for 5 nights and the room size was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We would have preferred pillows that were not so flat. When we asked for additional towels for the room, housekeeping were not at pleasant and were unwilling to accommodate our request. They allowed 2 additional drying towels but refused to issue us 2 hand towels. They would only give us 1. I was not particularly impressed with the breakfast and was glad that we did not purchase the breakfast package. We did have dinner on the night of arrival and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful, and the meal was enjoyable. Overall, this is a great hotel and we will gladly book again if we should return to Paris.

The hotel got a little crowded and noisy in lobby and restaurant when there was a conference but otherwise was very relaxing in the other days.

The restaurant is okay - could stand to have more selections on menu. Also breakfast was very busy and difficult to find a table during prime time.

Overall it was a good stay and good experience. Good location!

Clean modern bathroom mostly, some wear and tear (towel rack coming out of partition), two double beds, provided slippers on request. Helpful staff. Air-conditioning / mostly adequate, set at 24C minimum. A bit far from city centre, but accessible via RER or metro. Westfield shopping mall and other stores, eateries, but most close by 9 pm.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is tucked behind the arch. Close enough to the local amenities but away form the crowds. Nice buffet style breakfast and comfortable room. The la Defense area is often overlooked by visitors. 15 minutes fats train into town and with shopping mall, restaurant and cinema to hand.

Overall a nice stay. Hotel location is right at the metro, so easy access to Paris attractions. Parking facilities are a big plus. Hotel room was nicely appointed and with very comfortable beds. We had a family room and the size was quite ok. While we were warmly welcomed by the receptionists we didn't feel the same about breakfast staff, although the variety of breakfast buffet is nice, found it really challenging to get a table and didn't get any smiles while asking for it.

Lack of space in the lobby area for guests to relax in. No swimming pool. Breakfast is not to a standard that it should be. For example pastries are not fresh, lacks variety, eggs are too fluidic and cold, fruit is not fresh. The facilities in the room are dissappointing as the a.c. was not working correctly, there was no coffee machine which they stated there would be so instead it was just a kettle and coffee sachets with teabags. I felt intruded on and uncomfortable when in the lounge area near the lobby as security guards kept walking into that area talking and were just loud. The elevators are very small and sometimes smell.

I had 3 problems during my stay. First, although the stay was booked as a 4 night stay, Hotels.com apparently broke it into two 2 night stays. This caused a problem when the hotel cancelled my keys after the first 2 nights and tried to change my room despite the fact that all my luggage was still in the first room. The manager resolved this. The second and third issue related to housekeeping. Because it was so hot in Paris we took multiple showers each day. But despite numerous requests, we never got more than 2 towels and constantly had to request more. The second was for tissues. When the tissue box was empty, the hotel did not refill it and it took 3 requests to finally get a tissue box. I think the split reservation caused the hotel to not adequately address our stay as a single reservation would have.

And Metro. It’s outside Paris but very convenient ride back and forth. Super delicious all you can eat breakfast.
Restaurant crew heard my son birthday and prepared a surprise breakfast table the following day. Front desk were all super nice. Hotel Navigator was extremely helpful. Follow their suggest and you’ll be delighted.

If you don't mind a little walk to public transit, this hotel is great. Here's my complaint. I spent a week here in April, and four days in May, and the A/C wasn't on either time. Most of the hotel rooms are bathed in direct sunlight at least part of the day, so the A/C needs to be turned on.

Having lived in Paris for two years, I understand that the French wear coats and scarves into June. There's still no excuse for the rooms to be so hot due to lack of A/C that you can't sleep under the blanket. I would definitely stay in this hotel again in November, December, January or February. Other months, I'm going to stay elsewhere.

Hotel room was on the small side. Stained carpet and shower was too low and no power. Shower was also over a bath, who takes a bath in a hotel ? Breakfast was a farce. Plenty of staff running around but the buffet was always lacking something. Bread ran out, no cups for coffee, no yogurts, no honey, etc etc. I ordered poached eggs one morning and they had been pre cooked and warmed on order. This resulted in the white being warm and yolk cold. Not present. The area is ok and there is slot of development work going on, thus must explain the total lack of sinage for the entrance from the road.

Ok, but improvements could be made.

The Renaissance Paris La Defense hotel is nice enough, but could do with some improvement.
I stayed in a Deluxe room. The room was a decent size and it was nice for there to be a bath with overhead shower. The bed was okay, but not the most comfortable I have stayed in. The air conditioning was quite loud and it was difficult to set at an ideal temperature.
The breakfast was disappointing; on the days I stayed it was very busy and with only one coffee machine this resulted in long queues.
Would not recommend the restaurant. I had a rump steak which was very fatty and not enjoyable at all.
Service at reception when checking in was not great. I had breakfast included, but the receptionist did not notice this until I pointed it out and I had to ask to get the information on where to get breakfast.
I was not given any details on connecting to the wifi and had to visit the reception again later to get this information.
Check out was fine and efficient.

Food in bfast and dining was not as good as the first time we were there.. although , the Concierge was very good in helping us out with our box at the Post Office, and the Russian lady ( a Navigator) was also super nice and helpful in calling an Uber for us when we check out. The Mall nearby was s great plus!

This hotel and it's convenience was a very pleasant surprise! Because it is located just outside the inner circle of Paris, it is half the cost ($ 120/nt). There is a metro station 5 minutes away that will take you directly to almost all the attractions (Notre Dame, Louvre, Eiffel etc) in a 10-20 minute metro ride. The hotel itself was good (clean, roomy, good food), the staff was GREAT!! Air France lost our bag for 6 days and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in filing the papers and trying to help us get some inexpensive things in the meantime. Lyubov Lifanova the concierge was particularily helpful!! If you give this place a try, you cannot go wrong!!
