Please if you have a sense of customer service, please avoid this place. The Staff mostly the white one would not even smile or say hello to the guest. I felt like they are either feeling better or annoyed with their job. Room extremely small compare to online pic s. The place need some renovation.

The pool was nice the workers were also nice and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel is only bread juice and coffee.
The lock on my door didn’t work so when I was gone my door wasn’t locked. The rooms are so small!! They don’t give you but one towel the entire time your there. They also don’t come in your rooms and take out the trash or clean. It’s hot In the rooms with no A/C.

Although the staff were very friendly & helpful the actual hotel needed to be refurbished to a modern day standard. Rooms & public areas were covered in dust & dirt. The backing on the carpet in the room had started decomposing due to wetness from the bathroom which made us feel itchy when we walked over it.
Our next trip to Paris will not be at this hotel.

LONG WEEKEND SIGHT SEEING AND SHOPPING PARIS

The adagio aparthotel near Leonardo da Vinci and near La defense Grande Arche station is very easy to reach by RER and metro. It takes 7 min to city centre by RER A. The hotel is in the small village Courbevoie which has a pleasant market on friday and wednesday. It has a good monoprix with all food in good quality, and in the area are a range of french , asian, and italian style restaurants in all price classes. The the rooms have a small kitchenette with fridge, oven, and cooker, the rooms also have a safe, television, internet, well equipped shower room, some have a balcony, and there is enough space about 23 m2. The hotel staff is friendly and helpfull.

We stayed at this basic apartment for 4 nights.
The location is AMAZING - 5 minutes walk from La Defence Paris; more shops and transport systems you could ever need. Good restaurants and diners also in centre. View from La Defence incredible down to Paris central
Limited room comfort and facilities; although it has a small indoor pool we didn't get round to using it.
No veranda or air conditioning, bed very firm and pillow like fluff! (prefer substantial pillow).
Hob, fridge & coffee maker (no kettle or toaster; both would have been useful). No bath, shower curtain doesn't fit all the way around base or wall - 6\" gap left open when using shower!!
Plus sides - very good value for money but don't expect more than basic facilities. Launderette and bakery next door. Can leave luggage after check-out if transport later in day

Great location, terrible smell!

Located in La Défense, less than a mile away from the metro station (few stations from Arc de Triomphe). Great neighborhood, quiet and safe. Rooms are dated and could use some refurbishing. Excellent private parking!!! Actually, the only downside is the terrible smell inside the rooms (combination of cigarettes, food and aromatizers). I would stay there again.

unfortunate!!

The hotel was in a lovely location and upon arriving at the hotel all seemed quite nice, clean bright lobby area however that is where it all ended. The hotel staff were rather rude and unhelpful. Finally got to the room and as soon as we opened the door there was an awful stench which was undescribable! we put this down to just general airing however the smell was so bad that i had left a scarf out on the table while we went out for the day only to come back to find the scarf smelling the same as the room. Not only this but we found there to a number of very very small insects crawling in the bathroom and on the desks and in the corners The room was neat however all we could see was dust around the edges of the room, some unsightly stains on the carpet and overall in need an update.
I would definitely not recommend this to anyone and will definitely not revisiting this hotel.
A sad disappointment!

I reached there at around 11 and I was met with the most unfriendly person on the counter.. And spend over 15 mins to check me in.. Well photocopy of passport and other stuff etc etc

I wasn't very pleased with the location as well but was easy to find though..

Cleanliness was an issue as well .. A weird smell in the hotel, don't know what it was :)

Anyway not going there again

Great room for a couple.

Be aware that there are 5 Adagio hotels in the area. So you need to know exactly where you are going particularly if you are on foot with your luggage! Otherwise, very nice hotel.
The kitchenette is fully equipped and helps maintaining the costs low as eating out in Paris might be expensive.
The personnel is all very kind and willing to help.

Very basic - poor value for money

Past reviews and photos of this hotel led us to believe it would be a lot smarter than it actually is. It's actually run down and scruffy. The room we had was cramped and very hot. The shower had no fitting to hold it on the wall and despite several requests for it to be fixed during our 3 night stay it was left untouched. The staff were rude and unapologetic for the inconvenience caused to us even when one of them locked me in the swimming pool whilst I was changing. I would not return.

We found the hotel convenient for our week-end racing at the Arc only 4 stops on the metro from the free bus to the track. Well equiped but in major need of a make-over. Rooms had no kettle but make do and mend with a pan .On previous stay overs in Paris sometimes felt a little intimidated with the area ,but not here. The reception staff always helpfull. Would stay here again.

For the price in Paris it was o.k. Poor cellphone reception in room. No air conditioning,not even a fan in room which in summer made room very hot and stuffy at night. Having a fridge was great but an electric jug instead of a coffee maker would of been better. Location was fine though not much around hotel but a supermarket close by was useful

Saved a lot

The hotel was nicely located after we realized where we were. We took the taxi which was the best way to get to and fro. The girl working the desk most the hours was very helpful, friendly and really deserves a raise. She helped with every little thing we had a problem with and how to get around town. On the first night however there was hammering right above our room and it was explained that the building was connected to another place and it wasn't there fault. Otherwise for a cheap place to save money and not expect much it was a good place. We didn't stay in the room much except to sleep after our long days/nights in Paris. There is no AC in the rooms. No iron, you have to ask for one. It does have a oven, stove and dishwasher which is amazing. We never got to use the pool because the hours are minimal and the breakfast was only cereal, bread, yogurts, orange juice and coffee. Nothing to consider a meal. I liked the place but next time I think I'll spend more money to get a nicer hotel. To save money and enjoy Paris this place is great.

We had a studio booked for 6 nights. There was no daily housekeeping and so we had to wash the towels in the self-wash laundry down the street. The washing machine and dryer in the common laundry did not work. The furniture are old and need replacing. The kitchen bench, sink and hot plate also need replacing. The photos in the ads must be at least 20 years old. It is a 20 min walk to the station of the Grand Arch. Although once you get there, there are lots of shops and eating places. Direct train to Versailles. RER line A and Metro line 1 to Paris are available from the La Defense station.

Perfect location, cheap and comfortable!

Hotel was in a PRIME location! Right opposite an awesome bakery, 2mins from Starbucks and a supermarket and countless corner shops and takeaway restaurants, and 5mins from an enormous shopping mall and La Defense Metro station, which is perfect and takes you anywhere you want to go!

The pool was \"being cleaned\" the whole time we were there (5 days) so don't go to this hotel to use the pool!

The \"kitchenette\" was tiny and had no toaster, kettle, oven, salt or pepper, but had cutlery, a chopping board, fridge, microwaveand stove and pans etc. BRING YOUR OWN TEA TOO!!

Good bathroom, comfy bed, and lots of desk space which was nice!

The people we had at the reception desk were all very helpful and spoke good English which made things easier!

All round it was a great place to stay when exploring Paris, very pleased with it, just would like to have known more about the kitchenette in advance, so hopefully this helps :)

This Hotel was perfect for what we wanted to get out of Paris. It is situated in La Defense, 5 minute walk from the tube station. Very easy to get to all the main attractions from here including Disneyland. The hotel staff were great, we got in at 2 in the morning and there was no drama at all checking in that late. They also went out of their way to help us print off our Disneyland tickets. The room was small but definitely worth what you pay and it has cooking facilities as well so we saved money that way too. Overall would totally recommend.

Fab, no hesitation in recommending or returning

Check in - no problem storing our bags, same when checking out. Really helpful and friendly staff - lobby is very nice. Reception ordered pizzas for us, let us use their phone to book a tour and even printed off info ona day trip for us. The staff were just fab throughout and all spoke English.

Room - Not massive but more than adequate. Overall the room was a little shabby but it was spotless down to the inside of the bathroom cabinet and all of the kitchen equip. 2 chairs, a long desk, breakfast bar, wall shelf and big wardrobes for storage would have made a longish stay here very easy.

Beds were very comfy - firm foam matresses, not saggy at all. Old style sheets and blankets with an old eiderdown. Had a few really good nights sleep. Kitchenette - Very well equipped with knives, cutting board, colander, casserole, saicepan, frying pan, peeler etc. Much better than any other self catering set up I've had anywhere. 2 electric hobs and microwave and a full under counter fridge with freezer sectiont. With a large supermarket round the corner, we made full use of the kitchen and with the breakfast bar adding counter space.

Location is good - Bus opposite and RER/Metro a 5/10 minute walk (with escalators in all the right places). Large mall near the metro and a gorgeous bakery across the road.

Pool - nothing amazing but had a really nice swim and a massive bonus in this price range.

Overall, fab cheap stay, couldn't reccommend it enough and would def go back here.

Lovely Hotel. But in need of some work!

The room was very clean apart from the stained bed cover. When reported to reception, firstly he did not understand what i meant and promised me that it would be changed. In total we stayed at the hotel for 5 days the bed cover was never changed. The kitchen was very useful and helped save alot of money as we could cook our own meals. Also the location of the hotel is very good, right in the heart of La Defense which was very handy when visiting central Paris. Was disappointed to find out on arrival that the pool was closed for the holiday. Had a quick look inside and it looked clean enough. It's just a same that i wasn't told before i had booked the hotel as i partly booked it for the pool.

Overall a pleasant stay, although most of the staff spoke English, it was very limited and frustrating at times.

Average Hotel with some minor glicthes

The hotel was situated in a nice business district with some small bars, shops and restaurants just around the corner. The service was okay and quite good compared to Parisian standards. The staff was helpful although command of French is crucial. Parking the car was a bit of a hassle, because you need to double-park, run in to the hotel, get your access card and then proceed into the underground garage. Parking spots are tiny. The room was dark, but clean and there was a musty smell. There was no toilet paper, which is a big no no. Breakfast is served in a tiny room with one small window, but the quality of the food was ok. Overall, looking at the price, if you are business traveller who needs a place to sleep and nothing more than that, this is a nice back-up plan.

le séjour s'est bien passé , le personnel n'était pas désagréable ni très agréable . En revanche , je trouve que la salle de bain ne faisait pas très propre, notamment avec le papier toilette. Quand nous sommes arrivés, la première feuille était déchirée et le rouleau presque vide . Cependant cela dépanne lorsqu'il y a un concert à côté.

Par contre la salle de bain est indigne d’un hôtel! Le bac de douche est une baignoire sabot qu’il faut enjamber de près de 50cm. Alors quand on a des problèmes physiques ou qu’on a un certain âge, il est impossible de l’utiliser. Cela n’est pas mentionné dans le descriptif! Honteux!

Il était indiqué que les chambres étaient climatisées or ce n’est pas du tout le cas. Il faisait une chaleur terrible dans la chambre mais un ventilateur faisant un bruit énorme était fourni. Par contre très insuffisant en période de fortes chaleurs. C’était très inconfortable. Chambre propre mais vieillissante.

Hôtel avec des chambres très mal insonorisé et une décoration vieillissante. Pendant votre séjour aucun ménage ne sera réalisé. Le petit-déjeuner est correct mais la salle de restauration est tellement petite qu'il est préférable de se lever tôt pour disposer d'une place. Au vu des tarifs pratiqués cet hôtel et à fuir.
Attention la piscine n'est d'ailleurs pas accessible (travaux)...

Hall d'accueil moderne et agréable, mais couloirs et chambres vieillots et nécessitant un rafraichissement.
Lit confortable, espace cuisine correct, salle d'eau petite mais correcte.
Gros bémol : la lunette des toilettes était criblée de \"gouttes jaunes\" (urine ?) à mon arrivée.
Un jeune homme très aimable est venu nettoyer au bout de d'une heure et demie en s'excusant, mais la personne à l'accueil a eu l'air exaspérée par ma demande d'intervention.
La moquette de la chambre est sale (tachée).
Chambre bien insonorisée, on peut ouvrir la grande fenêtre, c'est très appréciable.

J'avais choisi cet hôtel afin de me relaxer après une journée de travail très chargée, résultat :

1- piscine fermée, sans que cela soit signifié lorsque j'ai réservé. Explication à la réception : \"c'est comme cela Monsieur, désolé\"

2- hôtel très bruyant, 0 isolation entre les chambres

3- je me suis demandé s'il n'est pas réquisitionné pour héberger des familles dans le besoin. Des enfants avec des cartables dans les couloirs ...
