The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and assisted us with questions that we had. The location was great. Attached to a huge mall where there is plenty of shopping and we could get to the train station and metro without seven going outside. We used the metro a lot and it was very easy once the staff explained it to us. The only reason this is not getting 5 stars is because I could hear sometimes hear other guests while I was trying to sleep. I would go definitely go back.

Excellent location if you are going to the event at the arena. Right above the Westfield with direct access to train station. The members assisted our check in and check out were helpful and friendly! Room was tidy however if a deep clean on carpet and bathtub can be done will be super great. The room size was good as well when compare with other hotels in Paris. Overall it was a nice experience and we will stay there again in the future.

Great hotel, good location.

Clean room, very friendly and multilingual staff. The room was very spacious, very clean with bathrobes, slippers and towels provided. Excellent location for La defense arena with shops and eateries surrounding. We also had breakfast which included continental and hot breakfast options; very tasty and again very friendly staff.
My only small issue was that our room was not ready, despite being able to check in from 2pm, when we arrived at 4pm we had to wait nearly 30 minutes in the lobby waiting for our room to be ready but this would not stop me from booking this hotel again.

I liked the hotel overall and the surrounding area even though it was far from sightseeing. The breakfast area was very nice with lots of options and very friendly and helpful staff. The AC did not seem to work properly throughout my stay which is not good during a heatwave which was the case during my stay. But the staff put fan in the room which helped. Housekeeping though did not typically replace things that ended like tissues or body wash and that too was not good at all. I like the Hilton brand but this one has some catching up to do. If I go during winter I will consider staying here depending on price.

Great location for links to centre of Paris

We chose this hotel due to the proximity of transport links and parking facilities. There is a choice of the metro or the RER so access to visit the sights is quick and straightforward. Parking was a little difficult to find as we turned up in the evening the car park entrance was closed. Through contact with the hotel via the Hilton app, they said to use the exit. For anyone travelling at night to the hotel with their car, the exit is literally the next gap which you enter and then on the right you can access the entrance - note do not go up the ramp of the exit! It would be helpful to have information about late night access to the car park on the Hilton website. Check in was simple and the rooms were spacious and clean with plenty of floor space for a family of four. Showers were fab! For a business hotel that gives good transport links can recommend for short stays. Food in hotel was lovely but expensive as to be expected in hotels but beneath the hotel there is a selection of restaurants and a carrefour market.

I came from the uk, I have a receipt for the city tax and was changed more - I did email them but they still haven’t got back to me, I also had issue about someone going into my room and asked for the log for the keys and still haven’t been sent this, when I checked out they told me they will take the city tax out of the 150 euro but after I left they charged me the city tax - no verifying I’m getting the 150 full amount back as of yet. My room was okay, still can see little dust and dirt especially around the bathroom. The air con makes a very loud scary noise around night time waking you up. My sisters room had no air con and they said they would fix it but they did not. Which was a shame as this is one of the reason we decided to stay here. Overall not a good experience from such a high end hotel. Also no help with baggage going in and checking out, not very nice at all.

This is in very convenient location. Easy to transport as train station is just underneath. Trains are running even at midnight. Even with family and kids I feel safe staying and travelling in trains at midnight. This hotel is Much recommended.

No AC.. we cannot sleep at night AC is not cooling. I asked for an electric fan and front desk said they are all out which means no AC in n the hotel. Finally my 3rd night they have available fan. When you pay a good amount of money you will expect that your stay will be comfortable but its terrible. It was set to 65°F but room is 77 °F. In celsius the room was set to 18.5 °C bit room temp is 25°C. Sweating all night. Ridiculous..

Great property. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Weird noise kept going off in room. Sounded like a drill and went off almost hourly. Brief but annoying. Difficult for drivers to get you close. Be aware they may need to drop off and pick you up at another location but brief walk to the hotel. Overall room was large and nice.

Things started to go wrong from the moment I got to the Hilton (which is inside a shopping centre called CNIT). I arrived later than expected (around 9.30pm) but the CNIT closes at 9 so the main entrance (with signed for the Hilton) was locked and no other signs anywhere to show where to do or what to do! After 20 minutes of looking around, I had to give up and call the hotel to be given instructions of how to go through the construction ground to find a side entrance with a small sign to press a button to call the hotel so they can open the door! WHY! It shouldn't be this hard just to get in!
Once in all went as expected. Checked in, went to the room number 210 (odd room with a Gym in it - See Pics). View from the window of the construction outside I walked thought to get to the Hilton. Went to bed, then at around 3:30 am, the noise started from the guys doing the construction outside my window! 3:30 AM - Are they mad? Do they not know its a hotel with people trying to sleep! Needles to say, that was the last of my sleep, and the hotel said I was \"unlucky\" and they \"cant help what time the workers starts\" as its not them doing it! Well, that makes it OK with me - NOT! £200+ to have a crappie night sleep!?! This was my first time in the Hilton here, and my last time. I come monthly to La Defense and I normally stay at the Renaissance nearby and its far far better all round. If only it hadn't been fully booked, I would have stayed there this time too :(

I had to change rooms, because they put me in a room next to a construction crew that started working at 9am. After, I call the front desk to complain they moved me to around room. The air condition in this made this very annoying sound every 5 minutes all night long. We got no sleep.

Hotel entrance at the back side of the building, long way to the metro, the reception iss at the 1st level, means you should carry your luaggage up in elevator, then change the elevator , the rooms are totally closed overlooking some covered internal glass cone, there is no direct normal lighting, the lobby do not encourage any body to sit, in the room itself, it was clean, but no water, no enough shampoo , even no pen or piece of paper to write anything, as for the TV, all non-French channels were closed, I felt its a 3 star hotel with larger room

Excellent & welcoming staff, always ready to help with a smile, Davide & Malki made my son's bday extra special by sending the cake to the room on the day. Marc in the breakfast room took such good care of us.
Very convenient to get to the city with the metro underneath the hotel, clean & spacious rooms. There was an internet issue with the room which was promptly resolved by Malki at the front desk. Davide, you are exceptional..we miss your greetings every morning!!

The front desk staff was great, but when i checked in no one mentioned that there would be construction in the building that started at 7am and lasted all day (i was on vacation and wanted to relax being up at 7am everyday was not ok) and when booking they do not say that you won’t have direct access to the front door, housekeeping stole from me, but i did get reimbursed after a long debate with staff, i probably will not stay at that Hilton again when visiting Paris and I do not recommend it

We were put in a room with 2 twin beds, each of which was very narrow to fit 2 people each! The air-con didn't function, either. Sleeping experience was not good (too narrow). The complimentary coffee creamer in the room had expired and already dried out (evaporated) probably months ago. When I complained about this at the reception, showing the little creamer containers, they agreed with me that it's a no-go, but did not solve the problem for my entire stay. Just there, I got some milk from the bar. No further apologies or creamer supply into the room. On our final night, people next-door were having a party incl. music, loud chattering, bass, etc. until at least 2am. We complained at the reception multiple times and were always told that the security would take care of it. They couldn't/didn't. Finally, I asked to switch rooms, which saved the remaining night. I am just wondering why the reception did not proactively offer this to us instead of making us call them multiple times!! Finally, every morning, there was some kind of construction noise outside, which made us wake up punctually at 7.30am every day! This was not how we had imagined our holiday to be. Upon checkout, we were not asked how our stay had been. I would've expected at least some discount or waiving the EUR 60 dinner or similar.
On the positive side: Good breakfast buffet incl. friendly and forthcoming service, also daily housekeeping was good.

I liked the room was very clean and large. I didn’t like there was no blanket and the air conditioner didn’t work, so I felt little bit cold. I asked staffs three times to bring blanket, but they did it bring soon. When I checked out, I found three items at mini bar in my room which I didn’t drink and eat were included in the fee. The Bed is A little uhm squeaky so had to put the mattress on the floor but the room was more than big enough and the staff did not mind at all. Also having 24 hour room services saved us after long metro rides so many times as restaurants close after 11:30. The staff were so helpful with direction service they were glad to help. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in January and we absolutely hated it. The location and convenience get a 0 from us but everything else about it was fine. It was very business centric so if you're looking for a boutique or something romantic this isn't the place for you. The room was clean and just OK, I'd say more of a 3.5 star hotel.

A huge caveat is that Ubers cannot drive up to the hotel. Not even from the airport. We had to walk with our luggage from someplace nearby and we realized this after a few days of no one being able to take us to the front door which is infuriating.

We chose this hotel because it's super close to lots of public transportation and near my family, which is the reason we chose it. Well, the doors to the transportation hub are closed early so you have to go through a maze to get here. At least 15m out of your way. To go outside you take the elevator down to the mall and then walk 5m to another elevator to get to the street.

If you're traveling for business and everything you need is walking distance this hotel may be great. But we absolutely hated our stay and wished we'd stayed at least somewhere where we're not traipsing our luggage around and exhausted. On our last day in order to take an Uber to the airport we had to go to a different hotel in order to get picked up. Walk across the square, cross a bridge and take an escalator down and walk to the other hotel. We were so done with the Hilton we'll never come back.

Ewent to a great deal if trouble calling the property twice abd expedia once to ask them not to cancel the reservation as the guest wax arriving early the next day. Bith exoedia and the hotel assured me they wd not cancel his reservation if he did not arrive monday but early tues. Sure enough he arrived early tues and was told his reservation had been canxelled bc he did not arrive on monday. Very frustrating.

We had an awesome experience. Room was clean and to our expectation. Check in was smooth and the staff were friendly, polite and welcoming - we don’t speak the language, but staff were accommodating enough to talk to us in English. A friendly place and service is amazing. Shout out to the guy who helped us find a taxi - (didn’t get his name) he went out of his way to negotiate a taxi for us when we had an issue with our Uber booking and even helped us with our luggages —Thank you!! Staff like him just confirms we chose the right hotel!
Location is great too! Just a stone throw to Metro and RER! Will definitely be back!! Kudos!

I was in Paris for a business trip. The hotel location was ideal. It was 5 minutes walk from my meeting location and the shopping area around the hotel was a bonus. I had a relaxing room with a jetted bathtub. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no bath salt or anything to use with the bath. It would have been nice to find some to use on the day that I arrived. Overall the hotel was good. Breakfast was Ok, and the room was very quite and clean. The staff allowed me to check out late and they were very helpful. I’ll stay there again.

Great hotel and service. We included the breakfast and it was well worth it. I strongly recommend it. There is a mall and supermarket next to the hotel which is very convenient. Only inconvenience is it doesn't have a curve/front entrance like regular hotels. You need to walk a little to catch an Uber but the metro/train is next to it. Also they let only taxi access an area closer to the door for passenger pick ups. Over all, the Paris Hilton was nice. LOL

The hotel is located close to shopping mall- that was good.
Transportation sucks- have to walk far to get to Uber ride as the hotel only allow the taxis to park by entrance.
The toilet in the room doesn’t flush well.
Carpet had a smell.
Staff were not friendly.
They were charging me for mini bar items that I didn’t use. About 100+euros. Good thing I checked the detailed charges.
I will not come back to this hotel.

A nice place

We really liked the hotel and atmosphere. The only problem was the powerful fragrance in the lobby and rooms. Convenient to shopping and the metropolitan.

Top notch staff

From the time we checked in to checkout, the staff provided top notch service. The front desk provided quick service and there were rarely any lines. Most staff we contacted actually spoke English. The free breakfast was very good quality and they had a person making custom omelets. We were there for a week, so the restaurant hostess learned our names and provided personal service every day.

Close to Metro stop but not a real neighborhood.

The area is not a typical Parisian neighborhood. It is all built up with modern sky risers and hotels. I stayed there because it was available with my Hilton points. That being said it is super handy for the Metro and RER line. The mall is right there. And the hotel is very nice!

Hotel to Stay if You Really Need It

It overall thrilled with my stay. Here are a few I can share:
1. When I did my online check-in through the app I requested to have a birthday cake ready for one of the days I was staying. When I went to the reception desk, they had no clue about my request. They offered me a free cake later to find out that the cake never made it to the room between the hours I requested. I complained and they sent me a platter of desserts. Really? It was my daughters birthday. Highly disappointed that this request was not handled properly and with empathy
2. The evening/night staff was rude, especially. When I approached the reception desk to complain about the cake situation, the gentlemen that took care of me was not concerned about the cake nor offered a way to make it right. I believe his name was Sylvian. (Bold high in his late 30/early 40's)
3. When visiting Paris, I will definitely not boom with Hilton, especially in this location and will not recommend this location to other folks I know travel to Paris frequently.

Good comfortable hotel definitely stay here again

Metro very close. Shops very close. Very helpful staff . Breakfast cheaper if you book it with the hotel on arrival/ during your stay at 20euro per adult and kids eat free- good selection we felt. However plenty of places like paul patisserie nearby to pick up a pastry and coffee if that suits! we did a bit of both. Ask them to empty the mini bar if you have kids as it's an automatic touch the bottle and you are billed, that way you can use the fridge for food and drink from the local supermarket. Paris is generally very expensive for food. Metro cheap we bought carnets of 10 t+ tickets which you need to move around anywhere on the metro/bus and this worked out cheaper for us , kids tickets 10years and under are half the price.
Hotel in a good safe area. Both double beds Comfortable although smaller than an English double size. room looked out on to the cnit mall but air con was good and didn't mind we couldn't open any windows. The hotel is linked to the metro so line 1 which was very convenient to get to most places. Museums are free first Sunday in every month but get there for Half hour before opening time!
All in all would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again without a doubt.

amazing staff & excellent location for Paris metro

Excellent staff, one person while checking out helped me get 2 of my huge suitcases to parking garage. He waited for my rental car to arrive. Out of the world breakfast. Huge variety. I haven't seen this variety even in US Hiltons.
I paid for for room with breakfast, it took a few hours to verify that. After that it was smooth.

The best in Paris

Well first the location of the hotel was perfect. It was a little away from the city.you can access the city via the metro. In 15 min you were there. So you were close enough yet far enough from the city. It was in a business district so at night not much to do. After spending all day in the city it was a great retreat. The room and the entire hotel was very clean. It had all the amenities you needed.the best part of the hotel was the staff. Not
speaking the language was difficult. Everyone spoke English. They were attentive to our needs. They help us with recommendations in the city . They also helped with directions to the city. They also explain how a lot of things worked in Paris. The staff was perfect courteous and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel especially for the staff. This is the place to stay if your visit is to Paris thank you
