Very good value for money, located in a quiet residential neighborhood, 10 minutes from the tramway leading to La Defense in 5 minutes. The room was comfortable (as pretty much all hotels, could do with a brighter main light). The buffet was a highlight in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has the added convenience of underground carpark, but beware of the tight turning when exiting if you have a large car.

Amazing for family , such a comfortable stay .
Loved the breakfast and enjoyed every bit of it each morning. The rooms were spacious , the staff was extremely warm.
They even took Deliveru food delivery for us when we were running late in the night
Reaching from La Defence or disneyland is convienent as there is a train station in 10 min walk.

Close to Eiffel tower , there is a bus station in 2 min walk from where you can catch a direct bus to the tower ~40 min ride.
Or book an Uber for us it was just €11 which is quite economical.
Very quiet neighbourhood, felt safe .

Good location bar area good very comfortable bed good shower although a non slip bath matt would be good in the bath. Upon checkout we where asked if we had eaten breakfast that morning which we had not yet the young lady on duty decided to double check with not one but two of her colleagues on duty and her attitude was rather rude..not a good check out experience..housekeeping could be a bit more pro active about removing dirty room service trays left in the corridor, no milk in room for making coffee or tea and no fridge in room so for a 4* hotel not good..

The room was average in cleanliness and dusty. The front desk staff wasn't very helpful, though it's a plus that they spoke English. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection. The breakfast staff were friendly. There was only one working elevator, and the rooms were accessed via stairs outside the hotel.

Hotel has two small lifts, one lift was out of order, therefore caused queues both ways.

A nicely decorated room but the light at entrance next to the storage area was so low that it was difficult to see things, another light was not working, locker was not working, no hand lotion in bathroom.

Due to the lift situation, to access gym - had to go out of the building and take fire exit staircase - gym was extremely small, maximum dumbbell weight 5kg, music was on but remote missing and no water.

Staff was nice, cordial and very responsive.

Nice clean hotel, a little further out.

We arrived in Paris beauvais airport. We took a taxi to the hotel. This cost us €180 from the airport. It took around 50 mins. It was around 10pm.

Lobby of hotel was very nice looking and clean. Check in was simple and straight forward. The person at the check in desk was very nice.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Was painted dark green on one side which was too dark for my liking. Bed was comfortable. A little bit on the soft side for me. Enough pillows. Bedding was adequate.

Bathroom situation is not good. Toilet is seperate to the shower and sink room. We already knew this when we booked but we didn’t realise the toilet room doesn’t have a sink so you have to come out of the toilet with dirty hands, enter the next room and wash your hands. This isn’t ideal although both toilet and shower rooms were very clean.

Breakfast was organised. Nice spacious light dining area to eat. Plenty of choice.

We ordered food one of the nights from a local take away but they didn’t allow us to eat in the lobby even though we offered we would tidy up. We then took the food to our rooms.

Distance to get to places like arc de triumph and Eiffel Tower was about 30 mins in a taxi for which we paid around €45 each way.

It is the perfect hotel if you are going to Longchamp,as it is located a short walk away or a very short taxi ride.
The room was very spacious and the bed was to die for, with an extremely comfortable mattress.
Staff was really helpful, from letting us check in *really* early to booking us a last-minute taxi to go to Gare du Nord.
The town of Suresnes has a wonderful vibe on the weekends and feels very safe (very family-oriented). There are lots of dining options around the hotel too.
If we are ever coming back to Longchamp, I wouldn't think twice and would book the same hotel.

We had a great 3 night stay at the Novotel in a family room. The location was great for getting to the train station for day trips out to Versailles and central Paris (line L/U). The room was clean and comfortable, although the lighting a little gloomy and the shower tended to flood the bathroom floor despite best efforts to avoid this. The tea and coffe making facilities were generally good but we had to buy milk as no little pots or creamer were provided. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and healthy options as well as the delicious pastries. We would would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel and would very happily return.

The hotel is outsite Paris in Suresnes/Longchamp location in residential area across Seine river. By Uber we paid about 25 for a trip to Paris Centre. Public transport may not be that good and frequent. The hotel is small compared to big Novotel hotels and the Rooms were also not big when you pay high. The room was Okay but dark theme was not so pleasant. We missed minibar and a proper working table in the room. Breakfast is expensive but very basic. My wife lost her shoes, and they finally tried to find out, but more disturbing was that 2 ladies at the reception were speaking too much and were claiming that as it never has happened before, there should be no question of any theft. So we thought perhaps it was our mistake to complain. However, we believe that they did check and they also tried to compensate. One staffs at frond desk with beared appeared to be a responsible and friendly Front office manager. Most importantly nobody speaks English except frontdesk while the hotel wrongly claims that they speak international languages. We had to struggle a lot with room service and cleaning and restaurant staffs as they only spoke French and they couldn’t understand even small words of English.

Good place to stay in Paris

Nice, recently renovated hotel in good, quiet location. Parking a little tight, but normal for a European city. Pleasant lobby and rooms. Trash cans could be a bit bigger!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel condition was disappointing. No hot water on all the days we stayed, Thermostat not functioning over heated our room even though we set it to 15 deg c, renovation work made loud drilling noises starting in the morning.

The hotel was good, a bit dated but clean. I think the last day of our stay they were closing it for renovations.

The room was clean and nice, I liked the fact that the toilet was at the entrance and there was a door that separated the room of the toilet, had a separate bathroom with a nice bath. Good size tv, lots of french channels and 1 english channel, not bad!

In my opinion breakfast was really good. They had a variety of cereals, pancakes, sausages (really nice!), scrambled eggs, bacon, cured meats and cheeses, orange and apple juice, water, any type of coffee and teas, lots of diferent breads and pastries, they also had a non dairy milk option althought I only saw soja milk. Breakfast is served from 7am until 10am.

The reception is 24 hours as we arrived at 4am, no problems with anything. All the receptioniat are very nice and helpful.

I recommend to stay in this hotel.

I have stayed for 2 nights and in the room the ac was not working. First day kids was fully sweating and didn’t sleep pripoerly next day they have given fan to cover it because of no proper sleep our entire plan was spoiled

157 euros was a terribly high price for a hotel that should not charge customs more than about 85.

Hotel interior upstairs in scruffy and run down.

In times when hotels are virtually empty why give me the
nearest room to the elevator.

Novotel should be ashamed of the people running this hotel.

Staff was very friendliness and the room size is great mainly for Paris. Bed was quite comfortable. We had an issue with shower pedestal that did it hold at the highest position. Also, the water from the toilet has a weird smell. This could be improved with use of some products to improve the odour. Apart from this the hotel is very well located at the heart of Suresnes and close to two tram stations.

Nice and quiet

Nice room, on the small side but space was used efficiently. Very quiet area with many charming local shops and eats, not far from the heart of Paris. Staff on check in day was very cordial.
Next morning I requested if they could give me some coffee creamer since we had used the 2 that were in the room the day before and after making me state which room I was in they provided me only one single serving. I found that pretty awkward and cheap considering we were 4 in the room. Other than this good experience.

Some of the staff was very helpful. My room did not have conditioner so I went to the front desk to request, at the beginning one staff told me my room was not entitled to it then someone else told me I could have one until I could purchase more.
One morning I requested the iron and was told there weren’t any available, apparently the hotel only has 5. The next morning I called earlier to request the iron and was told to come get it from the front desk.

Great hotel, far away from metro

It was very good experience. The only thing is it is a little far away from atractions so if you come for one day sightseeing like we did it could be not great:/ but it was my fault i didnt check that it was not on underground/T/metro line :) hotel amazing, breakfast great!

Lovely stay in hotel - room was perfect, mattress on bed superb, great spacious sofa bed for my son and there was plenty of room. I would definitely stay here again! We parked in the hotel car park underneath which was a little tight to get up and down - though in August there is free parking on the roadside though these are taken up very quickly - it is also very safe to do so. Would’ve been a nice touch if the hotel had offered the same. An enjoyable stay!

Paris is so pretty, so clean. Every building, house , etc. has a garden. My experience was very nice at the hotel. The breakfast was complete. Capuchino was excellent. The staff was very respectful and polite.

Nice clean hotel with good service and hot breakfast. Decent size rooms. Alot of shops and restaurants near by. €2.00bus ride to La Defense metro station and from there €1.90 to Trocadero stop, for the best Eiffel Tower and park view and access. Overall good!
