Pleasant hotel to stay

Grate selection of breakfast, large sized quiet room, but no usb sockets available, remember to take your charger with you.
Reception staff don’t like smiling, free car park available. Pleasant place to stay, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Fabulous Hotel! Extremely clean with the most kind staff members. Room was perfect, especially being able to see the Eiffel Tower from the bed - INCREDIBLE!! Swimming pool extremely clean, felt like our own private pool. Great for younger children as has its own seperate shallow section.Lift was ok, do need to use door card to activate which is a nuisance when it deactivates before check out time. Absolutely would recommend this hotel and would be my 1st choice again when coming to visit Paris.

Lovely hotel

Our stay was great, the staff were friendly and pool was perfect and not busy at all. Most days we had pool to ourselves! Restaurant not open so there was no bar. Breakfast was really nice and staff were chatty and very helpful. Downsides would be not enough water given in the room and no where to fill up except for poolside bar. Reception suggested filling up using toilet tap!

Disappointing not to be told at the point of booking that the hotel would essentially be operating reduced services through the duration of our stay. With two young children, not ideal to have the restaurant on site closed throughout due to staff being on holiday for the month of august. Being given a list of alternative restaurants at check in does not constitute an appropriate recompense.

The service was excellent. The people were very professional. The rooms are kind of small I encountered some mosquito in the room. The beds are not really that comfortable but great location very clean breakfast was excellent. I don’t know if I’ll stay there again and it’s a little pricey, for what you pay.

Really enjoyed our time here, rooms clean, beds comfy, chair in room was luxury. Some furniture I would describe as “shabby chic” but all good.
Staff couldn’t do enough, staff at breakfast fantastic and it could be described as over service just think it and it appeared. My daughter asked for some toiletries and 20mins later it was at the door. Neighbourhood felt safe and very quiet, hotel is in a country club so very quiet. Free parking excellent, if you have an EV bring your wall connector cable. The only downside and not for us is access to public transport station is 20-30min walk, there is a bus or taxi I’m sure but that is walkable for us but may not be for all. I would have no reservation going back.

Best hotel close to Paris

This hotel well located (10 minutes away from Paris) is very quite and the room are spacious. In addition the Renaissance is extremely well managed with a strong sense of customer service especially form the reception (Chanelle, Teephan) and the management (Coralie).
As a very frequent traveler to Europe this Parisian address is my go to!

Staff at reception are very pleasant and helpful. Cleanliness is great.
Although they advertise a heated swimming pool, however it is still closed during winter. Cardboard cups at room is very annoying, but they provided me with proper glasses once I asked.

This hotel is definitely the best place to stay for anyone who is willing to visit Paris for business or leisure. The staff is extremely professional and efficient.
I have been to a lot of hotels in Paris and this one is definitely the One I intend to use for now on!!

Great hotel for a business trip

This is one of the best hotels in the Rueil-Malmaison area. It's nearby to local businesses, a supermarket, bars and a restaurant all within walking distance. The hotel is a reasonable size and has good facilities all round. It's also one of the few hotels in the area that has an outdoor swimming pool (although I haven't used it). The hotel staff are all very friendly.

The hotel staff is helpful and professional. The pool is very clean. The bed, pillows etc are comfortable and the breakfast buffet is nice with a good selection. My family was able to travel to and from Paris by hotel shuttle and by public transportation. There are several buses within 2 blocks that connect to the train. There's also a E LClerc hyperkarket and a pizzeria a short walk from the hotel. My kids and I felt safe. We loved the quiet town of Rueil Malmaison and our stay at the Renaissance Paris Hippodrome hotel was perfect.

The hotel was in a lovely location pretty convenient for trips into Paris. It was clean and the facilities good.

What let it down was faulty air con which was reported but not acted upon which spoiled both our nights’ sleep. Still waiting to hear back from management a week later which is so disappointing.

Wonderful and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Easy and convenient parking at no charge. Local restaurants were very good. Public transportation into the city was challenging but not a problem for us. Need to take bus and metro with multiple options. We had a wonderful stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

We checked in for three nights and the room was clean and spacious with two queen beds for four of us. The hotel parking is free and there were plenty in the basement.

The hotel also provided a shuttle in a form of a sports car, which was very enjoyable, to the nearest train station, though the station is just outside of the Paris Metro zone 1 to 3.

Overall a great stay and a memorable experience.

A very nice hotel with great parking. Breakfast was great and the location was far enough away from the city to be affordable. The front desk helped me get Uber to the front door. WiFi was not very good but since it was a vacay that didn’t matter. Will stay here again for sure!

The nightmare Hotel -Renaissance Paris Hippodrome

I was extremely disappointed By this hotel and would expect better from a Renaissance hotel.

1 when we arrived had to request a second room due to the first one having loads of flies crawling around it. Health issue.

2. We only stayed 4 nights - room was not made up on one night because we had been missed out. On other nights basic tea and coffee facilities were not replaced and room was still dirty

3. The pool was misty as if it hadn’t been cleaned. The one time we did go down to it we couldn’t get back through the security door because the door key didn’t work meaning we had to walk through reception in our swimming gear.

4. Another issue with the pool was a set of steps to get you in or out of the pool are broken. They are ready to snap away from where it is fixed to the edge of the pool and cause someone to have a series accident.

5. Not near any RER or metro stations. They did offer a shuttle to the nearest station but be careful what the driver promises as he is likely not to actually do it for you. All he is after is a large tip..

6. I did mention all these points to the Manager and his attitude and customer care skills were extremely poor

7. If you want a drink from the bar you are very unlikely to be able to find someone to serve you. It seems the hotel are under manned and don’t have enough staff

8. What was good were the Reception staff, they did try to help where they could.

If I were you I would pick another hotel.

Terrible food service and customer service with in room dining

We were told upon arrival that the restaurant is fully booked and decided to order room service, only to be told that the 2 dishes we wanted to order were not available (out of a choice of 5 in total).
We decided to order something else from the remaining 3 choices, the food came in about 30 mins only for me to discover that they had changed my dish without informing me.
I tried to call room service for about 10 minutes and no one answered eventually I called reception and explained the problem and order something else.
An hour later I’m still waiting.
Tried room service again- no answer
Called reception to be told the kitchen is closed!!
This ordeal continued for a while by which time I’d lost my appetite

My only minor complaint was that the bar staff were hard to find when I was trying to order food in the bar. Apart from that the everything was excellent, check in, check out was quick and efficient, the room was spacious and comfortable and the free WiFi was great.

This is a lovely looking hotel from the outside and interior did not disappoint either. The room itself was comfortable and a nice size (Family Room) however I was disappointed to see that the toilet is separated from the shower room. The toilet is in a very small room with a tiny sink and honestly there is no room to move in there let alone try and wash your hands properly in this tiny sink. I would have expected more.

Furthermore, there were no windows in our room so it became very stuffy, especially overnight and we had no choice but to open the back door (we had a view overlooking the car park) to allow some air into the room which swings wide open!

Overall it is a nice hotel. Not too far from the city centre (about 10 mins drive) and great to have free packing.
If the room cleaner can put in sufficient supply, such as bath towels / shampoo / body gel / etc.., without our call, it will have much improved rating.

Great hotel with plenty of room for a family

We loved our stay. Plenty of room for a family of 4 (2 teenagers), a great pool and the staff was unbelievably helpful. We rented their Autolib (electric car) each day to go into Paris and is was so easy if you are willing to drive. If got us free parking and allowed us to see so much more of the city. I would highly recommend the hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Lovely hotel but a bit difficult to get to

This is a beautiful hotel which cannot be faulted! However, it's a bit further from central Paris than we were lead to believe! The hotel is quite a bit from the station and that is where the 'shuttle bus' will take you!
Returning from Paris centre it's then a 20 minute (12 stops at least) bus journey as there is no taxi rank at the station (which the hotel staff said there was)
The lovely pool made up for this as you wouldn't get that in the centre of Paris!

Must stay hotel for Paris

Its the first time we have stated in this hotel and the location and the quality of the rooms were fantastic. It's 40 minutes drive from CDG airport and its 20 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. We stayed here before heading to Disney Paris which is only an hour away. Definitely stay again for any stay in Paris.

Lovely hotel, a bit at the mercy of Parisian traffic

Only staying for one night ahead of a morning meeting elsewhere in Rueil-Malmaison, but very pleasant welcome, very nicely appointed room (and comfortable bed), and super-helpful staff (taxi was stuck in another Parisian traffic jam so the hotel porter gave me a lift to the RER station).

This hotel is beautiful, the location is beautiful, 15 minutes outside Pairs. Wonderful would recommend it to all my friends and family. Me and my family will definitely be back and it would be the only place I would ever stay when I return to Paris. Well done such a lovely experiences thank you

This is a great little place to stay in/near Paris

i invited a couple of friends to join my wife and i there for my 60th birthday and the hotel was excellent, the staff were extremely attentative and helpful (nothing was too much trouble for them). They would book taxi's for us and they would turn up on time and clean. This really is a small gem in the middle of the Saint Cloud area of Paris and very close to Longchamp. We will be returning again next year. To cap it all the PSG football team stayed there on Saturday.
