Maybe a 3 star if you have a telescope

Location is great for Roland Garros or Rock en Seine. The front desk staff have clearly had zero customer service training. There was never any warmth or welcome. The room had aircon....that did not work. Other than that....it's ok. But definitely not 4 stars.

Must be a hidden gem. Prices very reasonable. Higher end property in what seems like a safe area near Roland Garros and great bus and metro connections. Breakfast buffets for $20 euro per person were worth every penny and food quality was beyond great. Fresh everything. Freshly squeezed OJ and fresh fruit salads. French breads and croissant were made that day.

Nothing but great and fabulous staff at the property. Well taken care of, clean, daily room service done properly.

This is a very average hotel and below average when considering price point. The area is not pleasant , our rooms was a very odd shape which meant the bed was in an alcove type of position. I would not return to this hotel. Perhaps I’m just used to better I don’t know.

We stayed 3 nights, 2 adults and 2 children. There was no possibility to open a window or any other way to get fresh air. So we had to breath each others co2 during our stay in the rooms. Front desk and service were polite but not friendly. Beds were very poorly made. Waste bin basket in bathroom was not emptied. Overall ok, but definitely not great. They seemed to be use to big traveling groups, because there was no personal experience. Roof terrace was closed, only reason we had booked that hotel.

A disappointing experience

I will just state the facts here :
1. was asked to pay a huge deposit on arrival which was unheard of as my booking was through hotels.com. Contractual parties are the hotel and hotels.com, not the customer.
2.outside temperature was around 9C and the heating was terribly low. I was brought an air heater as if I was staying in a low budget hotel.
3, the hair dryer in the room was not working. Made a point on 2 consecutive days. The solution offered was to move to another room (upgraded) with a nespresso machine that was not working
4. my friend's jewellery disappeared from her room
5. only decaf coffee available at breakfast.
So considering that I have booked a Marriot to have a comfortable and stress free stay the whole thing went terribly wrong.
I have been travelling for 20 years and this was by far a disappointing experience.

Great hotel in ideal location.

Visited whilst attending the Prix De L’Arc horse race. Perfect location! Uber to racetrack (€7 ) and a lovely 30min stroll back-with a beer stop on the way. Would also be a great place to stay if attending the tennis. Hotel perfect. Plenty of eateries around as well as many independent shops. A nice change from bustling central Paris. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay at the Courtyard, Eric and the rest of the Reception Team were amazing, great welcome, room spotless with A/C that worked well even on the hottest day of the year. he hotel is located on the No.72 bus route which takes you into the centre and past most of the attractions, easy way to get around the city. When I have travelled to Paris, though the people of the city are friendly, I have found hotel staff to be curt, unfriendly and even just rude. I booked Courtyard Paris Boulogne because majority of Trip Advisor reviews praised the friendliness of the service. I was not mislead by these reviews and the service we received from all the staff was exceptional and a rarity to find in Paris! The hotel itself, is nice and modern and comfortable although a bit characterless but perfect for short stay and good location on direct bus route into Paris centre. The breakfast buffet does not offer a vast choice but is perfectly adequate and all the essentials are there; hot food, bread, pastries, cold meats and cheeses. The choice is small but what is provided is of exceptional quality and delicious and the scrambled eggs were the best I have ever tasted. What made the stay very memorable was the service from all the staff. The two women at the front desk Ayushi and Roberta were absolutely wonderful and the nicest front desk staff I have ever met. In the world! They were so warm and friendly and offered a lovely welcome. They were knowledgeable about the city and always so helpful with big beaming smiles! Nothing was too much and their enthusiasm was energising and it was a pleasure to engage with them. Honestly, this is so rare to find in Paris!The waiting staff at breakfast were lovely too and for the service alone we would return again. Ayushi & Roberta were exceptional!

Stopped in the hotel for one night after a long drive from the south of France.
The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, the hotel replied to my message’s prior to my stay in really quick time and could help with my questions.
The location of the hotel was very good as we wanted to visit the Eiffel Tower with a quick ride on the number 72 bus route just outside the hotel.
Overall an excellent hotel which I would have no hesitation in using again.

Our 1st trip to Paris, we loved it....being a few miles on the outskirts of Paris, the restaurants closed a bit early as a result. Taxis were tad pricey to Paris Centre, So location would be the only thing making it 4 stars vs 5 stars, but balanced out by the great price.

We spent 4 nights at the Courtyard Marriott Boulogne Billancourt. Our room was extremely comfortable & spacious. Check In was easy as the staff speak English. Free Wifi & 14 Euro breakfasts if you sign up to join the Marriott club. The location was perfectly situated to catch bus 72 into the city of Paris to see all the tourist sites along the Seine. There were also 2 Metro station nearby. The Courtyard Marriott is a really beautiful looking hotel with a pretty park across the road. There were plenty of places to eat in the area, not to mention an amazing boulangerie!

This Marriott is wonderful. The staff is great the food excellent. The windows are awesome as they lock out the noise of the street at night but otherwise can be open to enjoy the air and the view of the park Its a 3 block walk to the metro. Very doable.

5 great days in Boulogne + Paris

We knew Boulogne for a while and were pleased to see this great hotel pop-out. Great location near the excellent 72 bus, the metro station, convenience stores and bakeries. Great welcome the first day we arrived, the staff is just excellent, kind, all answers to our questions. The room was great, very clean, spacious, with all the right amenities. We had a late dinner in their restaurant and it was also very good. All in all ,we warmly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants the calm and comfort after a hectic Paris visit.

The room was a bit smaller than what I expected. But it was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very friendly, attentive, and professional. Breakfast was ok but again services were very good. Two things I did not like. One was a desk in the room. There was a metal bar under the table, which was dangerously sticking out. Almost every time I tried to sit and use the desk, I hit my knee on that metal bar. I really thought my knee cap get broken by that. The other thing was about bath room. Like many European hotels, they did not have shower curtains. So when I took shower, the floor got completely wet...But overall it was very good stay and I would like to return some day.

This hotel has two distinct and contrasting personalities. One is positive and the other not so much. On a longer stay the \"not so much\" leaves the lasting impression.

Let's start with the good...
The lobby and restaurant are modern and very nicely decorated. This gives the hotel a very good first impression. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. They speak good English and were helpful with information about the area.

The hallways smell dusty and of chemical deodorizer likely an attempt to mask the dusty smell. The carpet seems clean and in good repair.

We booked a family room for 4 people. On the website pictures showed a rather large room with two twin beds in an area separate from the queen bed. In reality we received a moderate sized room with two queen beds. Although this was adequate it was a disappointment from what we expected.

Our room was on floor 1 (second floor by North American standard). There was a nice enclosed Courtyard accessible from the patio door in our room. This was a life saver as the room was 24.5C when we arrived and soon reached 26C. This was unbearably hot and made sleeping difficult. When we called the front desk they told us the cooling system had been turned off for the season. We were forced to sleep with the outside door open for part of the night which did not seem safe.

We found there was a shortage of power outlets for charging our electronic devices. There were 3 outlets we could find: one in the desk, one in the nigh
