This is our second time staying at this hotel, two years apart. The experience was the exact same both times and that's not a bad thing! It is a hotel with spacious rooms, a refrigerator (thank you!) and an amazing staff that speaks English and is always so friendly. We stayed here out of necessity in 2023 when a Vrbo ghosted us and, in a way, I'm glad they did because we found reliable accommodation in a great area. There is a Franprix right across the street and good restaurants within walking distance. Not only that, but it's right next to the Billancourt metro station and that opens up a world of possibilities. Even though it added a extra time onto our commute each day, I'd rather stay here than spend twice as much on something a few stations closer.

Thanks again for a consistently great experience and we appreciate you letting my sister freeze her icepack. If I'm in Paris again, I will definitely stay here.

Comfortable and well equipped

The welcome at the Best Western Select Hotel was very nice and although we were quite early for checking-in, we were given an available room straight away. It was on the small side (as is usual in a city hotel) but well equipped. We did not realise at the time that a room at the front of the hotel would be subject to quite so much traffic noise despite the double glazing and shutters. We did not take the hotel breakfast. The location is good for exploring Boulogne-Billancourt and handy for the Metro to get back into Paris. We would be happy to stay again but would ask for a room away from the main road.

It is a beautiful Hotel in a nice, quiet, well-located place. It is easy to get around in, with a supermarket across the street, plenty of eateries with variety around, and a metro station within 100 meters. It is so beautiful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I will stay there again.

It was nice being so close to the Metro, as well as a pharmacy and grocery store which we all needed. The room was clean and while small, had good sized amenities. The elevator was tiny but much appreciated. We appreciated having a refrigerator. The only downside was a lack of a washer and dryer on site.

Despite the small size of the room, it was skillfully organized, with everything arranged in a thoughtful and practical manner. However, there were a few small issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. On the first day of my stay, I discovered that the safe was not functioning properly and the hotel wasn't able to fix it or move us to another room. So I had to carry my laptop with me throughout the day which was very inconvenient and burdensome. In addition, the bed sheets were torn and dusty, and while we requested a replacement, it was never provided. Similarly, there was no hair conditioner provided, despite our request for some. Moreover, the hot water kettle had unsightly stains on the inside, and the hotel was noticeably stingy when it came to providing coffee sachets each day.

Stayed for 2 nights for a business trip. The comfort room was perfect for my needs. There were plenty of plug sockets and a slim desk in front of the window. The bed was nice and comfy and the room was well laid out with a separate bathroom and toilet. All the staff were nice and friendly which enhanced the stay. I would definitely stay again

Lovely little hotel on the outskirts of Paris and right beside Metro line 9 which takes you straight in to the city within 25 mins. Staff really helpful and friendly. Room super quiet, small but has all you need and bed really comfortable.

The hotel was an easy walk to the French Open about 25 minutes easy pace. Lots of restaurants nearby which was convenient. The hotel room was compact and clean. We asked for a room that was quieter towards the back because the main street in front can get loud with traffic. Our room was very quiet.

I was in Paris on an intense 5- day business trip. When I told the receptionist this, she very kindly put me in a room that faced a quiet courtyard, rather than the busy street. Every staff member I met/interacted with was superior in friendliness and helpfulness. A++++

I picked this hotel for it's location (outside of peripherique) and its parking, both of which helped to ensure a trouble-free access in car. The location does mean that one sits in the metro train (from very nearby station) before getting to the city centre, but that is the basic idea.

The room was fine, the breakfast buffet adequate, and the staff very helpful.

Newly renovated room. Excellent condition. In Paris, this room would probably be worth three times the price. Small but perfect for one person. Everything was clean and comfortable. Very modern decor. Highly recommend.

Old, neat hotel in suburb Paris

Navigated from the subway station. Sign was not clearly visible from the street and had a hard time finding it. Even walked right past the entrance as the Best Western sign was not posted towards the street.

Elevator was old and carpet looked pretty dirty. They were moving boxes for renovation for the hotel on Friday evening and it took like 5 mins for the elevator to come down.

Room key was quite unusual, took a few attempts to learn how the key works. There was no shower curtain so the water splashed all of the bathroom.

Room was very tiny but I suppose it's normal for hotels in Paris.

The service at the front desk was good. No issue with the wake up call and taxi request.

Great area & staff let down by poor rooms.

Area ok and easy to metro into Paris. Hotel staff nice, but the rooms are very poor and dated. It needs a complete overhaul. Rooms 71 - 76 are new and much better. We moved room 3 times as the air conditioning didn't work, but in room 74 it was ok.

Practical Hotel

This is a small hotel in a predominantly business area. Ideal for my location meetings. It's near metro stops so handy to get around Paris. It's an old building and that's pretty obvious in the decor, the room, the facilities, etc. €13 for a continental breakfast is steep. I would absolutely stay here again if I had meetings in the area but not sure if I'd stay for a weekend or sightseeing trip.

Okay stay. Nothing special, just a room. Front desk staff all spoke English and were helpful. VERY convenient to Metro (9/10 lines.) Room cleaning weaker than most European hotels I've stayed in. Probably more a function of a weak specific housekeeper than the hotel in general.

Great for Roland Garros

Stayed for one night (Sunday/Monday). Will start with all the positives.
On arrival (by car) finding the hotel was easy and secure parking very good. The staff are all very polite and helpful. Checking in process was very quick.
Our room was on the fifth floor overlooking the main road, room was very clean and bathroom very clean as well. Bed was comfortable and street noise was barely heard with window closed.
The negatives, windows have more sound proofing than the walls, you can hear your neighbours talking (luckily they stopped talking early). Also squeaky floorboards and finally a shower curtain for shower would be handy, but not a real problem.

Yes would stay here again for a short trip as it was ideal for Roland Garros. Also metro station is 50m away and your only 20 min from Central Paris.

L’hôtel est très bien globalement, mais les indication demandées (chambre côté cour) pourtant il y a plus d’un mois n’ont pas été respectées. De plus il fait très chaud (pour la saison) et la Clim n’a pas été autorisée (commande centralisée) et du coup on a le choix entre ne pas dormir à cause de la chaleur, ou ouvrir la fenêtre (sur une avenue très passante) et ne pas dormir à cause du bruit.

The hotel is very good located, the metro station is only a few steps away. There are also several restaurants, stores, backeries in the area. The room was quite small but it was ok since we only were there for sleeping and taking showers. The room has also air conditioning which was great for the hot days in Paris. In general I‘d recommend the hotel.

Traveling for French open tennis tournament

Small and nice hotel in good location if you want to walk to Roland Garros. Quite a lot traffic in the road but noise did not disturb at least in the floor 6.
One incident happened. We were already sleeping when some other hotel guest opened the door with his key. I don't know how this was possible but definitely not accepted.

Good hotel close to Metro line 9, serving main touristic points. There a few options for dining around (sushi, kebab and French restaurants). The room is comfortable and the show recently refurbished. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Try to avoid the rooms over the street if you are a light sleeper, it is busy and noisy.

Nous avons été charmés par l’accueil et la disponibilité de votre personnel, le calme et le confort de vos chambres supérieures en bungalow sur cour.
Par contre nous souhaitions vous interpeller sur la qualité et la diversité de votre petit déjeuner qui n’est vraiment pas en adéquation avec le standing que vous souhaitez donner à votre établissement.
Pas de produits chauds, ni d’œufs, ni de fruits frais.
Pour le tarif demandé nous avons été vraiment déçu du buffet proposé, choix de pain unique, pas de toasts, une salade de fruit qui n’était pas du jour…
Nous avons vu beaucoup mieux dans des établissements où des chaînes d’établissements beaucoup plus modestes.
