Very nice convenient location just a few minutes from the Metro station. Easy access to the city with train in 30 minutes. The reception staff was kind enough. We were lucky to get the room a bit earlier than check-in time. The room was very clean and cozy. We love the front water service 24 hours open and has sparkling water option! Also Kusumi teas at room was good.

If you are looking for a nice affordable place to stay while visiting Paris, this is the place for you. The hotel is right by the train station which makes central Paris 25 mins away and at a third the price. An 1-3 zone travel card is a cheap way to travel around a well organised travel system.

The front of desk staff are outstanding and looked out for us, giving valuable guidance and tips on how to get by.

The breakfast was good quality set in an intimately small dining area, perfect for families. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

Good business hotel: had a good location for the company I was visiting and very close to the RER A. Nice not to stay in the center of Paris.
The heating wasn't working in my room, so it was rather cold (January). The nice lady in reception brought up an electric heater but ended up giving me a different room - which was goo because the rooms are big and the electric heater would not have warmed it very well.

The location is not an ideal location. It’s very far from the main attractions in Paris. There isn’t any good restaurants in walking distance. The cafe at the hotel didn’t have much options and the food is just edible. The hotel does look new and modern.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area

Hotel is located in a business district, just a 20 min train ride to centre of Paris. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast has a good selection and tasty. There is a PS4 in the lobby for kids and nice little bar.
I would recommend this hotel, plus the was a charge of extra 30 euro for a late check out, which I found very reasonable.

Comfortable. Clean. Friendly staff - Anais on reception was welcoming, knowledgable and really helpful and pleasant. Impeccable English too. The hotel is in a business district on the outskirts of Paris. The major plus is the metro station which is very close - 5 minute walk. It takes 30 mins to get to Charles DeGaulle station (Arc de Triomphe). We stayed at a weekend in August. Incredibly quiet area - everything closed - including the hotel restaurant on the evenings at the weekend. We had 4 people in a double/ family room. The kids were in pull out beds with barely any space between them. All beds comfy though! The hotel has secure parking. They have their own garage which is at the bottom of the hill opposite the metro stop. It’s €15 a night if you pay through them. We booked the parking separately online where it was €20 for the 3 days we needed. Easy hotel to find and not far from the main road which made this an easy stop off between Calais and the south of France. Would definitely stay here again if driving.

I went to this hotel with my son and my husband. Overall we had a great experience since the hotel is at a 5 mn walk to the subway. The train then took us to downtown Paris in 15 mn. We only ate breakfast there since it was included in our hotel rate. The food was very good.The lunch/ dinner seem expensive but I guess it is to be expected for Paris. There is a supermarket close by in case one needs to buy groceries/ toiletries. They have free wifi which was one of the appeal of this location in my selection. The room and bed sheets were clean.

The actual location is okay as far as being close to the train. But there is nothing much in that area. The entrance was super difficult to find and you have to hike with your luggage on a cobblestone street just to get to the front door, it was horrible. There weren’t any nearby restaurants and its in a very quiet area that seems like there are more businesses. The staff was okay and the two front desk ladies were nice and spoke English well, but the 2 gentleman that worked the front desk at night were never very helpful or kind and didn’t speak English very well at all. The room was okay in size to accommodate 3 people but was very noisy early in the morning. I constantly heard chairs and people walking above me like that walls were very thin. I had to request blankets every night because the maids would take them when they cleaned the room and I also had to ask for things like toilet paper because the rolls were so small and there were never any extras. The showers were so difficult to use. I had to also request a person from housekeeping to come to my room to show me how about o turn it on. It was very embarrassing. Overall, I don’t think I would ever stay in another Novotel hotel again.

BEST BITS: All the staff could not have been more helpful. The hotel is situated only 1/2 mile from the antiques fair we were visiting in Chatou, (although about 40 mins on the Metro from central Paris.) The bed was one of the best we have ever slept in - Firm and with excellent pillows - and we are frequent continental travellers. Restaurant surprisingly good for 'hotel food' and there are plenty of others within walking distance if you want a change.

NOT SO GOOD BITS: Although we arrived at 18.30 the room was not ready. Car Park charges and breakfast charges were not visible on the net (Expedia) but having made representations we were not charged for parking or some of the breakfasts which was a wonderful surprise. We were also given the quiet room we had requested after the first night when we were facing the main road which was no good for an elderly couple wanting to sleep. If only we could have turned off the air-conditioning and opened the window more than 2\" the room would have been perfect.

Great value for service hotel. I will definitely use this hotel again. Staff very courteous and helpful. Room was of a very good size, very clean and with excellent room facilities. The hotel was very clean with great restaurant and overall facilities for the guests. The parking facility a great asset. Helps families that would wish to come to France and visit Paris by car. Easy ride by RER to Central Paris and Disney-World Paris. What a great little find this hotel was!!! Very happy indeed!!

I stay in this hotel when I visit my family in Paris; it is close to the RER station direct from Gar du Nord : I like the room which is spacious and clean - the location for me is perfect as it is close to where my family live, with plenty of restaurants, shops etc. nearby and a short RER ride from the main shopping mall at Le Defense.

Rubbish for the money

A skeleton staff did the bare minimum, impossible to find tucked away in a courtyard with no directional signage worth mentioning - just what you need at night after a long days travel. Morning receptionist was brimming with attitude as was the restaurant lady who asked me curtly to leave my bag near the welcome station. I politely declined as it was full of expensive camera kit and she looked at me like I was a real thorn in her side. The food was average at best and I couldn't find a clean plate in the restaurant - opting for the least filthy. This cost a lot of dough and I am used to paying about half to be so disappointed. I really enjoyed this hotel; I have stayed there quite a few times now; I visit family in Paris regularly and they live in this area so its very convenient for me. It is located very close to the train station where you can get into Central Paris very easily and to La Defence - the large shopping mall - in a few short stops. There are a couple of small supermarkets locally and a short walk to the Seine and some very nice eateries where in the summer you can sit outside in the square in full view of the seine.

Very good business hotel which close to undergroud

The staffs are very helpful during the check in and service request. The breakfast is enjoyable.
I stayed there just for one night but it really a relax sleep there with the comfortable bed. This is a business area, there is not too many things you can do here. I was there for business, therefore, i am very satisfied.

Good room, very clean. Bed hard but that's a personal preference. Sheets could have been nicer, however, they were very rough. Good breakfast selection and friendly girl at breakfast to be commended for excellent customer service. Reception were not so great unfortunately, they 'forgot' to order us a taxi! If you don't mind travelling in on the RER this is a great value way to see Paris. We were west of town due to a wedding and the location was ideal, just around the corner from the station. A shame the maids started banging doors just 3 hours after we got to bed! Overall, as you'd expect for a Novotel and fantastic value!

Business hotel with good access to Paris

This is a business hotel with large seminar rooms, but it is quite relaxed and our teenage kids were happy with free XBOX games in the lobby. The business district is a couple of miles from the old part of Rueil, but close to the Seine with some good restaurants nearby. There is a fast train (RER) to the centre of Paris, so you can be walking on the Champs Elysee within 30 minutes. You can use the same line to stop off at La Defense to see the modern face of Paris or go the other way to the pretty town of St Germain-en-Laye. The rooms are not large so if you are thinking of taking a family room it might be very tight for a long trip but is ok for a couple of days. To use the shower press the button on the bottom of the left handle and while holding it pressed down turn the left handle backwards. Easy :-)

I was now several times in Paris, used different hotels but have found now my best compromise. When you arrive in the lobby, everything looks more than promising. When you arrive in the room - it's a bit disappointing, but still ok. The real benefits are: RER 100 m to go (be aware that you need a ticket for zone 3 to 1) and within 20 minutes you are in the city center, the breakfast (best in class) and the surrounding. Jogging - when you like to do a little jogging - 500 m and have the chance to run the gorgeous Ile del la Chaussee and Ile des Impressionnistes sur la Seine, unbelievable nice. Next time Paris - again.

Good and convenience stay for visiting to Paris, but almost nothing around the hotel.

Good hotel. All hotel staffs are well educated (it can be expected to only few hotels in Paris hotel) and hotel facilities are well-maintained even some furnitures have got a bit tired. Nearest RER station is just in a few minutes walk, where connect to Paris central only around 20min. without any tranfer. Some restaurants are surrounding the hotel which gives nothing attractive, so that would be recommended to have lunch and dinner in Paris.

first time in Paris and wasn't sure where to go but wanted a hotel in a good neighbourhood, large rooms for a family, in a safe and quite area and certainly wasn't disappointed with this hotel. We were impressed with the cleanliness, excellent room, very near to the RER A stop which very easily takes you to the heart of Paris, at same time away from noise and traffic and a 2 minute walk to the river with excellent variety of restaurants by the river next to you.

Well located a few minutes walk to the RER you can be in the Champs Elysees in 20mins. Close to the river with a good choice of restauarants this Hotel was very easy to find by car. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, room and public areas were all clean and tidy, breakfast was of a good standard and plentiful. Only slight niggle was that the bedroom was quite small for two adults and two children, with the sofa bed down there was very little space between the beds.

The hotel stays at Rueil-Malmaison, a city nearby Paris.
To give a better example, the hotel can not be seen in Paris city map that we tourist usually use (from Primtemps or Lafayette's). And you do not have subway going this far, you have to use another transportation system called RER. The RER is connected to subway in some points, but you pay more expensive faries, it takes a longer time to reach your Paris destination and you have to change trains more often.
A cab from Louvre to the hotel costed me 35 euros.
I just think the saving on the hotel cost is not so good that justify what you are going to spend with transportation, and not justifies at all the convenience of staying in the city.
Otherwise, the hotel is clean, the room is OKAY, pretty much any other Novotel in the world. Except the front desk staff is a little dummy with english and of no help at all.

Hotel d'une autre époque, probablement du siecle dernier...
Mise à part les parties communes au rez-de-chaussée (accueil, restau), tout est dans son jus, abimé, écaillé.
Pas d'air conditionné, impossible de monter le chauffage dans une chambre bien fraîche, et même pas une bouteille d'eau, le tout pour près de 200 € la nuit !!

Das Hotel liegt sehr nah an einer Zughaltestelle. Gegenüber ist ein Bäcker, etwas den Hügel hinauf ein tolles Restaurant. Einkaufen ist auch sehr nah gelegen.
Das Hotel ist super sauber und klasse eingerichtet. Das frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Wir und die Kindern wurden immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Das zimmer war schön und sauber. Das Bad war sehr schön und die Dusche konnte ihre Temperatur halten. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden, auch mit dem Kindern hat es super gepasst. Klare Empfehlung

Bon hôtel sauf l'insonorisation

Hôtel propre, literie confortable, personnel accueillant mais mal insonorisé. On entend les portes qui claquent dans le couloir...

Quadrupla un po’ piccola

Hôtel con parcheggio poco fuori Parigi.
Abbiamo preso una camera quadrupla.
Letto matrimoniale molto confortevole
Le due poltrone letto per o ragazzi avevano il materasso completamente sfondato e con loro aperte non c’era più spazio per muoversi in camera.
Quindi credo che la nostra camera fosse una doppia adattata per 4 persone con le poltrone letto
In quanto doppia sarebbe stata perfetta.

Hotel comodo perché a pochi passi dalla fermata dell’RER A.

Plus de bouteille d eau dans la chambre pour des questions \"écologiques \", pas de fontaine à tous les étages.... mais les bouteilles d eau en vente à la réception !!
