I appreciated the room upgrade. Dust on the ceiling panels everywhere. Not a huge deal but it wouldn't be long to vacuum tor dust off these once every 3 months. I found it annoying not to have any hot water in the shower at midnight and at 6.30am. Apart from late night and early morning hot water was fine. I didn't have these observations during prior stays 2 years ago and earlier this month as I come stay regularly at this hotel. I'll still return because location is convenient for my particular needs. Front desk friendly.

Friendly front desk staff. Room a bit run down but decent value considering the cheap price. Location was ideal for me but may not be for others. Bath tub front panel was completely unacceptable in my room as if bathroom was under renovation. Easily fixable but not my job as a hotel guest, not their handyman. I didn't mention it to hotel as I didn't have time and I had unconventional schedule. I will still come back though.

Hotel room interiors were looking aged. The room carpet can only be described as terrible. TV Antenna was pull from the wall.

Great after some needed TLC.

Hotel staff was very friendly and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. It took approximately 50 minutes to get into Paris between the 20 minute walk to the train and a 30 minute train ride. Hotel room was spacious but the carpets need to be replaced ASAP. I didn’t want to put anything on the ground.

The hotel is situated in a residential section of Chatou. The parking was a real plus and the breakfast excellent. The room was not appointed that well and lacked some basics. Otherwise OK.

Very tired hotel.

I had to book this hotel due to its location. Other local hotels fully booked. My room (106B) was VERY TIRED. Carpet was very faded from sunlight and age. There were huge horrible stains on the carpet. However the bed was lovely and comfortable, pristine sheets and pillows. Shower very clean. No toiletries or hairdryer.

Good value for money

Stayed here for a business trip and the bedroom was big and clean. Handy to have a kitchen corner to reheat food and have a quick breakfast in the morning. The carpet probably needs to be changed though. Staff at the reception was nice but the receptionist in the evening forgot to book a taxi for my boss.
Bed was ok. Bed linen kept being undone so in the morning the bed looks messy.

Room was comfortable. Shower was excellent, beds comfortable. Receptionist were friendly and helpful. Good area for cycling, There is a cycle path along the Seine not far from the hotel and we used the underground carpark to lock the bikes away at night.

Tired hotel. In need of some investment.

Staff friendly and tried to be helpful. Room quiet and comfortable bed. Good breakfast.
Room had stained carpet and chipped furniture. Hostess facilities very limited. Kettle dirty. Toilet stopped working Saturday and no maintenance available until Monday! Room was smokey. Light sensor in corridor slow, so once door closed when leaving room, left in darkness!

Great value, nice room, friendly staff. Unless you are staying in that area for a purpose, you are nowhere near Paris or any sightseeing. We used it for friends to stay while visiting people in the area. For that purpose, it worked out great! Would definitely stay again....

It was a very hot week in Paris and it was disappointing that there was no fan or air conditioning in the hotel. We had to sleep with the windows open and curtains drawn to avoid the glare of the street lights. Also a courtesy washing up sponge and soap for doing the dishes would be a nice touch especially as you get charged for leaving dirty dishes.

Reasonable hotel, bad location for tourists

The hotel is quite reasonable. The problem is the location: It is far away from any transportation. and the surrounding is commercial. You will not find any restaurant or shopping center in nearby area.
Another problem is the hotel states free ei-fi connection, but the signal is very poor, and very-very slow.

Good basic hotel in Western Paris

The hotel is quite basic, but OK. I has WiFi, there is in-room tea/coffee, the facilities are OK overall, and it's well located if you have business in the Western part of Paris. Front desk staff don't speak much English, but OK for checking guests in/out. The RER (Metro) is about 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. The price was good, so overall I'd say it's a good value option if you need to stay in that area.

The hotel was excellent. The rooms were very clean with friendly staff. the location was a little bit out of the way but nice walking through the streets in a safe neighbourhood. We would definately stay here again.

Nice hotel but some challenges.

Overall the Cerise staff and hotel are good and I would recommend staying there with a couple caveats. First, the hotel advertises daily cleaning but when I got there I had to pull out the bill to show them this was in fact what I paid for - and even then the cleaning staff \"forgot\" to clean my room a couple times. The timing for room cleaning was also a challenge despite my asking for the room to be cleaned at noon or later the femme de menage (maid) would knock on my door almost daily around 10:30 and ask to clean the room??!!
The kitchenette was well stocked with utensils but note that they do not wash your dishes OR provide dish soap, towel etc. so the dishes can be washed. They want to charge 5 euro for dish soap too, but were nice to give my one welcome kit until I could go the Super U in Chatou where you can buy enough soap to last a month for .50 cents.
The hotel is about 1.6km or 1 mile from the RER in Chatou and is a nice walk, but with suitcases or in the rain there is a bus that serves the Emile Pathé stop around the corner. Chatou RER is served by #4 and Houilles RER by #3. Both are RER A stations but recommend Chatou. If you miss either of these buses the #2 bus stops a block further away at Republique Pathé and is faster but just a bit farther walk.
I would advise to pick up whatever supplies or food you want in Chatou before arriving as there are no stores anywhere close to this location.
Overall, nice, helpful staff and would stay again.

hard to find and next to a cemetary

It took us over an hour to locate this place and by time we found it was so dark and we were so tired. we went up to our room and opened our windows to discover our room was right next to a cemetary. to say the least my kids were so freaked out and not happy. My husband was so stressed he made himself sink and we had to ask the front desk where a hospital was at or to call emergency. The guy working at the front desk said he did not know where a hospital was nor how to get help. Great thank God my husband was not dying. The place was clean and affordable, but just too far out of the way from everything. Also the doors in our room were a crazy maze. four doors right next to each other and if you opened them all at once, you would get trapped in the bathroom, toliet hall or bedroom. Someone did not do a great job of designing these rooms. We paid for three nights, but left a night early to change hotels to something better.

Very nice hotel, free WiFi which is better than most bigger chains. Nice view of a clean neighbourhood. Friendly receptionist who greeted us at gone 2am and informed us of the free parking available due to the time of our stay/vacation of surrounding businesses.

Good hotel, yet not lucrative to being near Paris

It was a very good experience to be at this hotel. However, its location is ambiguous even to some cab drivers. After it was located (and 50 euro later), it was apparent that the neighborhood I was in was safe, secluded and limited in the things I could do.

The hotel itself was very acceptable and very nice. The futon bed was not as comfortable as I would have hoped, but the room overall was very good. It was equipped to also make food and serve it, with a stove, refrigerator, and other amenities. Also, the bow windows were lovely, even if they did open up to a parking lot.

All in all, this hotel was a good experience. The RER train took me into downtown Paris for my next location (a youth hostel) afterwards, which was not as easy as I would have hoped. Suggestion: take cab from this hotel to train/metro. You won't regret it.

Despite being slightly difficult to find (easier to type in the nearest road to the hotel on the sat nav), the hotel was located in a nice place. There are shops and restaurants near by, though be aware that most don't understand a word of English but hey, you're in France!

It took about 20 minutes to get to central Paris from the hotel with a car, so you get a good deal, money and location wise.

The hotel was clean upon arrival and there was a maid service too. Parking was available nearby to the hotel but not in the best location (near a cemetery). However there was a hotel parking at 7 euros per night. Internet WiFi was also available but at an extra cost.

Overall we had a pleasant stay, with no troubles in regards to the hotel and would definitely not hesitate to return there....

Leider sehr stark heruntergekommen. Ich würde nicht nochmal dort buchen. Es ist dreckig, vieles ist im schlechten Zustand. Wie man an den Bilder sehen kann, ist vieles kaputt und ganz ehrlich, keiner kann in dem Zustand sagen : habe ich nicht gesehen. Dafür sind viel zu viele Sachen kaputt als dass man das als Ausrede nutzen kann. Nur das Personal war freundlich, das war das einzige.

Une des portes de la penderie était cassée.
Le plafonier de la SdB ne fonctionnait pas.
La longueur du cable pour la bouillaoire éléctrique n'était pas assez long. Il fallait mettre parterre.
Les joints de la douche étaient jaune / marron.
Sinon les lits étaient confortables, mais nous avons euu une chambre avec 2 lits au lieu d'un lit double, pourtant réservé.

Clean but... the curtain was on the floor, there was no chair in the room, there is no fixture to hold the shower head, all the furniture is in extremely used condition, the heater works sometimes, there are no lamps next to the bed, there was no art or decoration hanging on any wall. Beskidt hotel, vi følte os til besvær

Boede her i 5 dage, og fik én gang rengøring. Håndvask på wc var stoppet og dryppede ned i skuffen - drypperiet blev dog ordnet. Resten måtte vi selv klare. Morgenmad buffet var klam med scramble egg der var blevet tørre og med skorpe på allerede kl 8.30(morgenmad ml 630-11). Vi måtte spørge efter lidt ekstra brød, som dog aldrig kom på bordet fordi det blev brændt på. Spiseområdet var beskidt og bordene klistret og trængte til en lille vaskeklud.
Huller i væg på værelset der var lappet med toiletpapir, en receptionist der virkede HELT uinteresseret i kunderne - fik hende dog op af stolen da vi nævnte at håndvasken dryppede ned i skuffen på badeværelset. Det blev fikset, men vasken var fortsat tilstoppet. Måtte bede om hårtørreren, som var i receptionen og ikke på værelset som ellers skrevet i beskrivelsen.
På INGEN måder pengene værd.
Vores bil stod dog fint og godt i parkerings kælderen, HVOS vi skal nævne en enkelt ting der var ok.

Il est regrétable qu'il n'y ait pas de sèche cheveux dans un établissement de cette classe.

Un établissement intéressant qui demanderait un rafraîchissement intérieur chambre et mobilier.
Attention aux zones de poussière tuyauteries en particulier qu'ils faudraient encadrer pour pas que la poussière s'y incrusté. Chambre très spacieuse.
Personnel à l'accueil fort emable.
Point noir. Le prix du parking de l'hôtel pour ses clients. Plus cher qu'en Espagne 12 euros c'est exagéré.

- les ressorts du matelas se font ressortir,
- des traces de rouille au niveau de la douche,
- pas de bouteille d’eau gratuite,
- petit-déjeuner très très moyen sans pain spécial, pas de fruit frais, et ce pour 16€.

Nous avons réservé pour 3 collaborateurs des chambres pour plusieurs jours, une collaboratrice a découvert une grosse trace de sang dans ses draps, et a visité 3 autres chambres à 23h30/minuit avant d'en trouver une dans un état \"satisfaisant.\"
Une autre collaboratrice avait un matelas dont elle sentait les ressorts.
Les photos ne sont pas le reflet de l'état des chambres, elles sont vieilles et sales, plus jamais nous ne loueront dans cet établissement.

Je réserve plus de 80 nuits / an mais cette hôtel mérite pas plus que 2/10 car la chambre avec des fortes odeurs d'égout, salle de bain sale, pas de pression, le lit pas très confortable, accès garage ne fonctionne pas pour le prix de 12€, petit déjeuné idem, médiocre, les œufs froid et le bacon pas cuit. La cerise sur le gâteau

Arrivée difficile avec le réceptionniste. Nous avions réservé pour nos enfants et 2 petits enfants. Quiproquos entre studios confort ou appartement . Paiement de la taxe séjour avant de nous trouver une solution. Après discussion nous avons eu 1 appartement. Douche qui fonctionne pas solutionner la lendemain. Petits déjeuners non disponibles, pas réservé. Le lendemain tout est rentré dans l'ordre. C'est la première fois que nous rencontrons un problème. C'est dommage mais nous sommes satisfait des solutions trouvées.

La chambre etait propre et confortable. Le Petit déjeuner est une arnaque au prix exxorbitant de 16 Euro.
Pas de bol, pas de pain, ni de lait froid a disposition. Les quelques viennoiseries etaient sèches comme de la vieille.

Je suis un habitué de l'hôtel : il est calme, propre et le personnel et discret. Seul point qui peut différer selon les chambres : l'état général (même s'il reste très bon au regard du prix).

Réservation chambre 101B pour 1 nuit. chambre confortable, propre avec plateau de courtoisie. Seul bémol, un peu bruyante car située juste au dessus de l'entrée de l'hôtel et fenêtre donnant sur la rue.

Tout était bien, hormis le fait d’etre Installée dans une chambre communicante. Entendre les voisins, leur télé,leur conversation à chaque fois que j’allais à la salle de bain ne m’interesse pas. Heureusement il y avait une porte pour ne plus les entendre entre ma chambre et l’entree

Réceptionniste d'aspect plutôt endormi comme un dimanche matin après la fête .. a oublié de nous réveiller à l'heure demandée (1 demi heure de retard!!!), alors que nous avions un avion à prendre...!!!

Le paiement a été effectué pour 4 jours à l’avance . A embarrassé On nous fait payer 4 parking et taxes de séjour, et au moment de rendre les clefs on nous redemandait 150euros sans trop savoir à quoi cela correspondait. Le jeune homme a l’accueil à été correct mais embarassé face à la situation. Par ailleurs les equipements succincts ne sont pas pointés entre deux sejours. Qu’une fourchette dans une chambre de 2, le café pas renouvelé les autres jours.
