The rooms and facilities are in excellent condition except the bathroom is weird. There is a step to climb into the bath tub which makes it exceedingly dangerous and the tub is very slippery.
Since it is located in Quito , a high altitude area, when I suffered a high latitude sickness attack, i was unpleasantly surprised that the hotel has no oxygen tank for its guests readily available. Emergency medical ambulance waiting is 1 hour. That is a very serious health concern.

I stayed at this hotel twice during my stay in Quito (once in the hotel portion and the other in the hotel section). I found the entire place to be very clean, modern, and convenient. The staff was accommodating, nice, and welcoming. The surrounding area felt safe and had plenty of restaurants, bars, and stores. I used the spa and had an amazing massage. It was too chilly for the pool, but the rooftop is great even to sit and have a drink.

The day I arrived, there was a party at the rooftop restaurant with loud music that went on until 1:30 AM. Yesterday, the music continued from midnight until around 2 or 3 AM, and I had to wake up at 5:30 AM to leave for the airport, so I was barely able to sleep.
The bathroom was also inconvenient. It had a strange bathtub instead of a proper shower, and you had to climb into it using an awkward and risky step. Overall, the bathroom setup felt outdated, and the room itself had a general 80s vibe.
On a positive note, the staff was kind, the food wasn’t bad, and the location was excellent. However, the overall experience was disappointing. I will not be coming back, and I would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located in a very nice and modern area of Quito, close to many restaurants and shopping malls. The rooms are spacious with views of the mountains surrounding the city. Also, little hidden gem is the Epicur restaurant tied to the hotel, which offers really delicious food.

We stayed two nights, with a 6AM departure the second morning. So we only have the chance to try the morning breakfast once, but it was fantastic. Did not try the pool or sauna. We were chauffeured to/from airport and on our tour of Quito, so cannot really comment on ease of access to transit or the city. But there was a convenience store across the street for water/snacks and a number of cafes nearby. We tried the attached restaurant for dinner, and it was decent. On the third floor traffic/motorbike noise was definitely noticeable for us. Overall service was pretty good and we enjoyed our stay. Wished there was access to a bigger store and more authentic Ecuadorian foods nearby.

Beautiful building in a great neighborhood. Park Carolina was just a couple of blocks away. I did think the lounge in the penthouse was over price and the food was less than great. To be clear the lounge is not run by the hotel, so the can’t be held accountable. I did not get a chance to eat in the hotel restaurants in the lobby. The only thing I did not like is the fact that getting to the rooftop pool was a bit awkward. You have to be escorted. They need to fix how you gain access to the pool. Everything else was excellent. I would rate it ‘wonderful’

I had the \"apartment\" on the 6th floor all to myself. Brand new, like a home, everything there for a fabulous stay. I want to live there. This hotel is way beyond 5 stars. Dario the front desk lovely man was so helpful and kind. Must mention Jorge, the sweetheart who made sure I had all I needed, found time to assist in luggage and taxis with a genuine smile and caring.

The taxi driver spoke to baggage agent on phone in Spanish and walked us to the place to meet and pick up our luggage. He never left us stranded. The room is brand new and stylish. The location is convenient. People were friendly and breakfast was nice. However the double blind in the bedroom didn't work so well. There was no blind in the bathroom so you could see the construction site across the street. Also there was no coffee or tea provided in the room, although it did come with a fully equipped small kitchen.

Room was super noisy, there are bars right next to the hotel and the room windows are huge - floor to ceiling on all walls. I don’t think they had double glass as I could hear every car o motorcycle passing by, people yelling in the streets and of course the music and people noise from the bar close by. They even put earplugs in your room so I believe they know about this issue.

The staff truly went above and beyond to help us enjoy our time, including opening up the rooftop pool for us to have an evening swim and giving us detailed advice for ways to navigate Quito during Santa Semana. They had 6 hrs to tell us in advance that they had a plumbing problem and could not offer us the room we had reserved until we arrived. They set us up at an inferior hotel in the area, delaying our check in by 45 minutes when time was a crucial element for us, and did not allow us the opportunity to find a different hotel of our choices as once we had arrived it was to late to exercise that option.

It was a nightmare! I arrived at 9:30pm and at the lobby told me that they were fully booked and no rooms! They provided me a room at the residencial area…but it was very cold I was freezing and I call the security who told me, he cannot do anything because he didn’t have any registration under my name….he called the lobby and they send another guy and they took so long to finally get me another room. On the new room was no TV because it wasn’t connected to the WiFi! They wanted to check for another room but it was 12:30am and I told him I was so tired! Anyway a total disaster
