The property is in a quite location and is accessible by bus and car. Nearest train station is 15 minutes away which may be a problem for some but wasn't for us.

The actual apartment was in good condition except from the shower that could've used some mold cleaner in the grout, but it wasn't too bad.

The girl who worked at reception was really nice and friendly, however when we booked it said there was AC and we got there there was no AC and it was the hottest day of the year. It was a little far from the airport and Paris city center but overall it was a decent place to stay.

i was very happy at how well the concierge spoke english. they helped me find local tourist sites. they were very helpful with storing our luggage securely the last day while we shopped a bit more. the amenities in the room were great - microwave, frig, stove etc. the small balcony was an unexpected benefit. they were in the middle of remodeling and were doing a good job of keeping that from inconveniencing us.

I only stayed for 2 nights to go the a kocal \"attraction\". The property is easy to find and I was greeted by a lovely young man who came out to tell me where to park, which was a covered carpark, at a charge, which is fine. The actual property feels like some sort of shabby student accomadation though. Bits of paper stuck on walls, filthy corridors and the rooms are tiny with a dirty little kitchenette type thing. Mext time I will double my budget and advise anyone to do at least the same.

It's too far from Paris downtown, but cute suburb!

The reception staff was excellent, very professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet needs some variety. Every day the same. We stayed there for a week, At the end, we couldn't stomach the same stale food anymore. The last three day in the hall leading to our room, there was a big spot on the floor that was not cleaned. On our last night, we went to town to experience the 14 of July celebrations at the Eiffel Tower. We returned around 2 AM needing to use the bathroom. My son went ahead and use the room and I proceeded to use the reception bathrooms. I could not. One of the employes started telling me, very upset, something in French. He talked to fast for my minimal French. I tried to explain to him that I was a guest and told him so in English, French, and Spanish. He continued to speak very fast and upset, so I decided to go to my room and use the bathroom up there.

Very hard to find the entrance because buses were blocking it. Bugs, dust, and crumbs under the bed. No freshly new shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or hand soap. All that was left was the leftovers of the previous guest who had stayed there. We found some next door in a open room with cleaning buckets and found the bottles on the floor. Good size room overall.

Shady owners need to know not doing the right thing should cost them far more than $150 dollars they earned while never allowing us to enter

This owner was unresponsive. I booked night of and the listing said after 4pm check out through no end time was okay. We were planning to arrive late. I felt like the listing upon booking meant this would work. After booking automated communication said we have to contact the owner greater than 24 hours. Obviously that couldn’t apply in our situation. We arrived at the property and contacted the owner. There wasn’t a working phone number and they never responded. I didn’t wait around forever as it was late and I needed to get my kids to bed.
When I tried getting a refund which I think this was a very reasonable situation the owner should have recognized they didn’t respond to us or communicate.
The owner has refused to refund. Very poor practice.

Please don’t rent here. Support fair practices

No frills, huge place, great location

It's so big! Three sleeping areas, a bathroom with a tub, and a cooking area. We were very happy that we could spread out and have space.

It has dedicated parking, is close to cool sights in Versailles, short drive from Paris.

We had a room with kitchen amenities for a week. There were no clean towels or sheets changed for the time we were there, no ice, no air conditioning in the room although we did get two small fans which did not provide much relief. During our stay there were riots outside the hotel, lots of damage and loud noise and smoke. Very scary, no one informed us what was happening, and we did not sleep that night . we are there for 2 days day we went there start getting sick room was to much bad smell we ask the person behind the counter show us other room but same thing same condition no any food for eat around the area no milk around for baby's no taxi service they need 40 euro to just come there then what ever more going to be and takes hour to come there any taxi no ac in the rooms ask for no smoking room but they provide smoking smell room which my wife got sick then throwing up all night with migraine we ask guy if we need to cancel the room he told us wait for next morning for manager comes by 8am we could not sleep cause they not told us they also offer free party outside the building more then 10 peoples was playing music by the main entrance they was too loudly with music making noises with cars and doing pee by that area we was there for 2 days to njoy you can njoy but have to sleep and we cant next morning we went to front desk so we can talk to manager that lady was awful just straight no we cant refund no way they we ask her name so we can complain her and she not provide her name then other guy came and said we have to go thru site we book from we did and email them back we recommend to anyone not go to that place we hope we can get our money back,

Property is near to highways and near the center of Paris by car, a 30 minute drive can take you to all the sights you want to see in Paris. Except for one employee it was easy to communicate in english. There are some maintenance issues like locks on door and sliding closet doors need to work better. If you're using this property for a few nights like we did, it is a good place to saty, near versailles palace and near supermarkets, overall not a 5 stars place but convenient and clean. I would revisit.

Misleading pictures

This place is falling apart. We paid for 2 nights and ended up moving out after the first night - all walls were super dirty, sofabed stained, the walls were peeling and the corners of the walls were all chipped. The main bed had its little side bed table ripped on one side, so you could see the fake wood underneath...

Kitchen had a horrendous plastic table that looked as if it had gone through the apocalypse.

Only reason we stayed one night is we arrived quite late and we had nowhere else to go - with 3 kids on tow.

Definitely misleading pictures (it looked quite new) on the hotels.com pictures. I would say this gets to the point of fraud...

Staff were quite nice... it was the only saving grace - and it's not their fault that the hotel is in such deplorable conditions.

This seems to be an apartment building with kitchenette rooms. Bus stop was 3 min walking distance to take the bus ride to Versailles.
The front desk personnel is pretty bland when checking you in. Walking into the halls of the rooms was a very strong odor. Not sure what it was but our room smelled very strong too. Maybe a cleaning product they use. For some it might smell good but not for me. The room was perfect In space. Some might think too small and tight which it can be but for us it was fine. The room was dated. I didn’t like The carpet. The bathroom was a bit dirty on the corners of the floors. It only had a almost finished toilet paper roll had to ask front desk for an additional roll. The beds sheets looked clean but found a few hairs. The mattress looked clean. Over all we made it work.... not quite like the pictures but we got what we paid for...

Just do not stay there it was the worst hotel ever

Massive stains all over the carpet, very rude check in staff, no hot water,everything inc vending machine in lobby broken. Pull out awe full beds, no soap or any amenities in the bathroom which was terrible and dirty. This was worse than a hostel!

For the price and proximity to bike ride start in st. Quentin, it could not be beat. If you expected US 3star amenities like a Hampton or holiday inn express you'd be disappointed. They had the basics, that's it. Had to ask for soap in room, no daily change of towels, wifi in lobby for fee...no AC, but clean comfortable little \"appartments\" worked for us.

There was a particularly hard working employees there while the hords of cyclists descended on the hotel with bikes...I wish I could remember his name. really cared.

Good value for money hotel near Velodrome.

We were staying to be close to the National Veledrome for 6 nights - the hotel is 3 miles away so fits the bill perfectly. The room as promised had a small kitchen which was good enough for limited self catering. Nice size room and bathroom. Lucky enough to get a balcony (not all rooms do).
Negatives - supermarkets and restaurants are at least 10 mins walk away. The room had almost no cutlery (just a few spoons)

Hotel was clean and man on reception was very helpful. However, no plug in bathroom sink and when asked for one was told they don't have any and no longer give them as they keep getting stolen. Return deposit an idea????? Also shower flexi tube broken so shower didn't work and instead squirted the whole bathroom with water. Neighborhood nice, plenty of nearby restaurants and nicely located for Versaille Palace.

The rooms were basic but clean. The kitchenette was small but had all the basics & able to prepare a simple meal & good for breakfast inc a toaster. Located close5 mins from Versailles which is the best option for a evening meal as there is not much close to the hotel. If you want a basic room at a low cost, this hotel/apartment is ideal.

Worst hotel I've ever been to. Terrible facility, terrible staff, the clerk didn't know where was our room and was not helpful, they don't have Internet but in the lobby and they charge you for it. You come in the evening and half of the hotel guests are sitting in the lobby surfing on their computers, and the lobby is not that big. You have to pay for towels if you want to change them every day. No air conditioning, so people open their doors and you can hear everything in the hallways. You have to go down to the front desk to ask for toilet paper when the roll is empty. The only answer you get is \"this is an apartment hotel, we don't provide anything\". The pictures on their website do not reflect the reality of the hotel. Very small rooms and beds. Small bathrooms that don't have any windows or fans. We didnt finish the time we booked this hotel for and we didn't even ask for refund. We just wanted to be out of there.

It was extremely difficult to check in after \"reception hours.\" We were not warned about having to reserve parking in advance, so we spent a lot of time searching for street parking. There was a strange smell in the room and bathroom. That said, it wasn't expensive, which is about the only thing this hotel had going for it.

The size of the apartment was great. The carpets really needed a good cleaning though. They charge to park but we were able to easily find street parking. Great for a short stay when going to Paris.

We stayed there for 3 nights. We were worried after reading some of the reviews, but were pleasantly surprised. We were able to check in late after a long trip. The front desk is open till 11 pm, so as long as you make it there before then you should be fine. We had no problems checking in, but while we were waiting we heard many complaints, one of which was about rooms not being cleaned. When we got into the room we were happy with what we saw. The room was really nice, clean and spacious. The sofa bed in main area was pulled out the whole time, but if you fold it up there would be even more room. The sofa bed looked like a full size and the bed in the other room was either a queen or king. We had 4 adults so the bed size was great and the room was a decent size for European hotel.. The bathroom was huge compared to other hotels I've been at or seen. We had a balcony that looked out onto the other side of hotel or some building and an alley, but view in the distance of the morning sunrise was pretty. Kitchenette was stocked with dishes, pans, cups and silverware and had a flat top stove. They even had dish detergent and a mini dishwasher and the fridge was clean. The cleaning people don't come every day which was fine for us cause then we knew people weren't in our room while we were away. The train station was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. The train will take you into Paris and all over.
Now for the cons of the hotel/room. Not enough towels for everyone, not even one per person. Maybe take your own in case (like we did). Also might be a good idea to bring spare toilet paper as well (as we did). We read where they charge you extra euro for towels and toilet paper. Our room had a water heater in the closet but we never heard it click on and after 2 people showered the other 2 got cold showers. Breakfast was 10 euros and was not a very good selection for the price. Wifi is available for a fee and only works in lobby.

Get your walking shoes on!!

Hotel clean but not very helpful reception staff. WiFi only available downstairs in the reception area, very inconvenient. No taxi service at the stations so if you arrive late, be warned! It's very rural and shops close early in this area. Not the best location for tourists.

What a shame, the building is quite new, but the furniture is so cheap...a lot of thing was broken, 3 lamps out of service one curtain missing, the other one broken...the bed was noisy (metallic springs), and finaly we have had a water leak...Hopefully the staff was great, they seem to be used to all those issues, they quicckly change our flat after the leak. For us the hotel were in a great location however, public transportation is far. I don't recommend it except for one or two nights and if you have your car, it can be a good alternative to a classic hotel.

It's an apartment hotel; pretty recent/modern, basic/no thrills but quite clean. The rooms are decent; equipped with a small kitchenette, bed and lining are OK (no bed bugs detected). Internet by cable, EUR1 a night. Spacy underground parking at EUR6 a night, but the urban surrounding is really busy in the morning - not recommended if you want to be on time for a meeting. Staff are not warm. Moreover, they ask you to clean up and carry your garbage when you check out! Breakfast is very poor; expect to be surrounded by a bus-load of noisy Chinese. Relatively low-priced compared to other offerings in the Versailles area. For what you pay it's bordeline OK.

But the location is too far from the Paris city centre, especially in rush hours took ages to reach Paris.

Stuff was dreadful very condescending.No AC in rooms ad said free parking but is not only on the street for hotel you have to pay 8.50 Euros. Wi-Fi only works 2 meters from reception desk at night it is not available at all.When you ask for something they ask you where are you from and than sarcastically say welcome to France. Beds where so small so was room you could not open the door of balcony it was so close to the door.

Perfect if you need to be in that area

This is a great place to stay if you have a specific need to be in this area east of Paris and are not doing tourist stuff. You need to have a car and you need to accept that the hotel is essentially for business and travel stop overs: it's in a non-descript, although quite affluent, suburb close only to the French Military Academy at Saint-Cyr. But if that's what you need and where you need to be, it is excellent. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious and the facilities allowed us keep food in the fridge and prepare it for eating. If you want to go on the free internet in your room, take a laptop with an ethernet port: your tablet or iPad will only work in reception. Parking in the basement is convenient but an extra €8/day. Reception weekdays does not close at 1900 as stated in the details but stays open until 2300.

Autant l'accueil était super, autant la propreté de l'hôtel laisse à désirer. Le bruit de la VMC a moitié cassée faisait que dormir correctement était très compliqué. Une serviette était pliée posée par terre dans la douche a même le sol. Le lavabo de la salle de bain fuyait par le dessous. La chambre sentait la cigarette.
Le TPE ne fonctionnait pas j'ai du avancer 100€ de caution, quand j'ai appelé 3j après car je n'avait pas encore été remboursé, la dame au téléphone était très désagréable me disant que le remboursement était parti et qu'il fallait attendre.
Bref pas terrible.

L'odeur en revanche à l'étage où j'étais n'était pas agréable ni même dans la chambre. Sur les serviettes de bain une tache rouge était présente alors que la serviette était propre et plié.
La télé quant à elle avait des problème de réception visiblement. Literie confortable et peut de nuisance sonore ce qui était agréable

Chambre très sale et poussiéreuse, linge taché

Séjour d'une semaine en famille, aucun passage de femme de ménage, état de la chambre très sale dès l'entrée car beaucoup de poussières en dessous du lit et au niveau du dessus du volet roulant, faisant des allergies à la poussière je suis tombée malade, j'ai dû le signaler et ils m'ont changer de chambre. Mais l'état de l'autre chambre était aussi sale. Les serviettes et les ont des tâches. Je ne recommande pas ce lieu.

Absolument scandaleux

Nous sommes arrivés à 2h du matin nous nous sommes rendus à l’accueil pour récupérer le code du portail et accéder au parking
Le jeune homme a l’accueil est très gentil et courtois seul point positif de notre séjour
Nous arrivons dans un parking qui ressemble plus à une décharge qu’un parking tant il est rempli de déchets lié aux travaux de l’hôtel
Nous demandons à l’accueil notre carte on nous donne une chambre libre sur l’ordinateur
Sauf que celle ci était déjà occupé et nous nous sommes retrouvés n ne z à nez avec l’occupante que nous avons réveillé
Nous prenons l’ascenseur placardé de cartons le sol est tapissé de bâches
Nous changeons de chambre et avons un lit avec des poils et autres miettes sur le drap
Nous prenons le petit déjeuner le sol est sale gras dans le réfectoire à 9h15 seule 2 tasses se trouve sur le meuble
dans la chambre là télécommande de la télé sans piles
La propreté de l’hôtel est honteuse
Ne me sortez pas l’escuse des travaux pour justifier l’inacceptable
Je vous demande le remboursement de la nuit
Les photos du site sont à là limite de la publicité mensongère car tout est sale dans l’ensemble de l’hôtel
C’est inadmissible que vous ne contrôliez pas les établissements que vous présentez sur le site
Point positif le personnel qui je pense doivent avoir honte de travailler dans ces conditions et font face aux critiques des clients au moment de partir déjà 3 personnes dont moi étions entrain de faire des remarques auprès de l’accueil

Aucune inormation ne m'a été donnée concernant le stationnement et le garage ni les infos \"comment utiliser le \"passe\" de la porte d'entrée de chambre. Ce fut très très décevant ! Car obligée de sans cesse, contacter l'hotesse d'accueil.... je n'opterai plus pour ce genre d\"hotel.

Pas génial, je ne reviendrai pas !

Heureusement que l'accueil fut sympathique, sinon quoi dire de l'état général : beau de l'extérieur mais rien de bien à l'intérieur !

J'arrive problème de clé, la chambre ne s'ouvre pas, une fois résolu j'entre dans un studio avec une odeur de tabac froid, je redescends on me propose de changer de chambre, ce que j'accepte bien évidemment !

Problème technique avec le portail donnant acces au parking de l'hôtel !

Le studio est tout petit mais une salle de bain immense, dommage je ne cuisine, ni ne dors dans la salle de bain !

Cela pourrait être mieux si les locaux et le technique était entretenue de façon convenable et régulière et surtout si tout le monde respectés les locaux, ne pas fumer dans une chambre non fumeur cela me semble être la base.

Et enfin je finirais par dire que les studios ne sont pas très bien insonorisé !
