Le chauffage est resté à fond (réglé sur 25-30 degrés) et malgré cela, il ne faisait pas très chaud. Il doit y avoir un souci avec les Thermostats . Cependant il m’a été proposé d’ajouter un chauffage d’appoint :)

Le groom de la porte (chambre 502) est cassé, elle claque (fort) systématiquement.

Petit déjeuner bien trop cher par rapport au service proposé

Convenience location

Very good location which is just a min walk to the nearby train station. The room is large enough for a couple. However the underground parking is quite challenging unless you have a small car.

Happy to find this hotel very convenient to train & bus transportation but very nice at a great price. Friendly & helpful staff. Elevator, nice lobby, bar and then a comfortable room that was clean. Perfect one-night stay to visit Versailles. Appreciate the secure luggage storage. Huge shopping centre one block away.

If you are driving (car), It is very convenient, since you have Versalies Palace at 5min and you can pivot to Trocadero Square (Eiffel Tower) in 25-30min. WARNING: Consider traffic of the morning, because those 25-30min DOUBLE.

Great place to stay

This hotel is literally steps from the train and buses. I wish every property we stay at was this convenient to transport. It’s a very clean and comfortable room. Our only problem was being locked out a couple times. The daytime person would disappear into some back kitchen space and be gone for 10 minutes or more and the automatic door wouldn’t open.
Loved the small fridge in the room. It was a pleasant experience to be here.

Terrible Experience

Terrible stay at this hotel. I arrived to find nobody at reception and had to make noise to get attention. Then when I got to my room I found that the room was totally dark even though the curtains were open. I found the outside covered in scaffolding and sheeting so not only was there no light coming in there was also no way to open window as it was sealed up. Noise in the morning terrible from the works. Was told I could not change room. Probably the worst hotel experience I have had. Like staying in a dirty basement with no air or light.

Charming central hotel on river side. Super staff

Orleans was so worth a stop over. Lovely old pedestrian streets, beautiful stained glass in the cathedral, Joan of Arc everywhere and loads of restaurants and bars - and few tourists. Hotel has character, small spa (hot tub, sauna and steam room) very welcome at the end of a days walking. Nice room and charming staff even super helpful when we were leaving so seemed genuine.

Not really a 4 star hotel

we booked this hotel assuming that it was a 4 star hotel close to the train station. The room given to us was small with little space to maneuver around the bed. the toilet was not clean. even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, one could tell that someone had previously smoked in there. the construction that was going around the hotel did not help either, as the machine sounds woke us up earlier than we wanted on our vacation.
The food in the breakfast area was ok but way overpriced. i would not recommend this hotel and will not use it again.

Good hotel for the location

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, my company has offices close to the hotel. The staff are very nice and helpful, and the hotel is clean and in a good state of repair. I had a comfortable stay here, although it would be good to have in-room safes and an ironing board and iron by default in all rooms.

Comfortable and well located

I visited this hotel on business. The hotel is comfortable and modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a good room, although since it was next to the lift shaft I did hear a noise every time the lift was going up or down. All in all a good stay though and I would visit again.

Excellent central location, close to eateries etc

Hotel staff were amazing through entire stay! Rooms were clean & well maintained. Definitely on the small side compared to rooms in Asia but in line with European standard...comfortable bed. Restaurant is not the greatest but such a selection of great eateries within 5-10min walk you dont need it.

Je suis déçue , il fait froid ds la chambre, le chauffage ne fonctionne pas, le réfrigérateur ne fonctionne pas non plus, la réceptionniste est au courant mais n’a pas bougée , j’ai du jeter ma nourriture, il ya de la poussière sur le socle de la lampe halogène, pour le prix payé prochainement j’irai ailleurs.

Hôtel très bien situé. Personnel extrêmement sympathique. Le seul bémol est que la femme de chambre nous a réveillé tôt pour faire la chambre (alors que nous avions mis l’affiche de ne pas déranger). Et elle n’est jamais repassé faire la chambre. Sinon tout était super.

Les personnes de l’accueil sont extrêmement professionnelles et agréable.
Quelques petites remarques ou idées d’améliorations néanmoins :
- Le mitigeur dans la douche devrait être remplacé par un thermostatique car l’eau change de température brutalement tout le temps, c’est désagréable car ça brûle (2 séjours, 2 fois le même problème)

- Dans la douche, il y a du shampoing et du conditionner mais pas de gel douche, celui-ci se trouve vers les lavabos, ce n’est pas super pratique
- Pas de miroir grossissant pour se maquiller dans la salle de bain, ce n’est pas pratique car les lavabos sont profond, difficile de se rapprocher pour se maquiller

Service digne d'un campanile !!!

Le personnel est sympathique mais le service n'est pas à la hauteur d'un mercure. Séjour de 2 jours, lors de la recouche le lit n'est pas fait et les serviettes laissée par terre pour changement ne sont pas renouvelées. Pas de produit de courtoisie, les serviettes fournies ne le sont que pour une personne. L'argument : LE COVID !!!
Par contre, lorsque l'on réclame, le collaborateur s'excuse et fait le nécessaire.
