This is regarding the daily cleaning service for my room, during my recent stay of four nights, I noticed that the room was not cleaned on a daily basis. I had expected daily cleaning services to be included.
I did speak with the cleaning staff meet in the corridor, and he mentioned that I should discuss this matter with the reception team. I would appreciate if this property could clarify the cleaning policies and ensure that daily cleaning services are provided.

Hotel is close to Versailles. Quiet location with ample parking in secure lot. Check in was a bit frustrating as the staff was initially convinced that we had no reservation despite Expedia confirmation email; took a bit for them to locate it. Room was small with a lot of furniture for the size. Everything from the kitchenette to the bathroom to the linens were pretty clean. Bed was pretty uncomfortable. Wifi was pretty good, easy to connect to. Not too much in the general vicinity with only a few restaurant options and one express market within walking distance.

A good place to stay if visiting Versailles. A bus to Versailles stops just round the corner and saves parking charges at Versailles. There is also a good restaurant near the bus stop.

Here's nothing wrong with this hotel other than that the rooms are incredibly small. But it is great value with well-equipped kitchenette and a convenient locale just a block from a supermarket and retail area. I'd stay here again if I needed a clean, inexpensive place with kitchenette in the St Quentin en Yvelines area. My only suggestion is that the staff needs to be friendlier and with a better customer service mentality. I had a huge stressful hassle over storing a bag for a few days while I used this hotel to bookend a short trip. I'd cleared it ahead of time by email before I booked and prepaid the hotel, but the reception desk said 'no not possible' when I went to check out until my return three days later. We had to get into an argument, phone management etc. I did not appreciate the stress of this at all although it was eventually resolved.

I stayed asset this hotel during an event at the velodrome in Saint Quentin en Yvelines. The room was nice and clean, but the staff was not courteous and did little to make the stay better for those of us staying there with bicycles. The location is pretty poor, especially if you don't have a car. There are no restaurants nearby and it's a 3-4km trip to the shopping center with restaurants.

When we arrived receptionist off hand. We checked in and went to our room. A double bed was there despite us requesting twin beds. Went back to reception and they seemed surprised when we said we wanted twin beds. Had to wait until this was changed in our existing room. Beds very small.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding close by. Staff was friendly and helped us figure out some public transport issues we had. Rooms are small but nice and clean. Shower is open concept style with a little glass door to stop water from splashing everywhere but it doesn't do that good of a job.
We took the buffet breakfast at 10 euros extra. We arrived 30 minutes before it closed and there were no eggs left. Just bread, yogurt, mini hotdogs, cereal, etc... Nothing to write home about.
Bus stop is about a 5 min walk away and quite convenient.
Overall we were quite pleased with our stay.

This room had many good features. The kitchen, full desk, and large amount of shelving and closet space made it very convenient. The only downside was the comfort of the bed. It was two single beds pushed together, but during the night they drifted apart and it kept waking me up as the gap between them grew.

We really liked this hotel. We did have difficulty finding it, even with the help of GPS. However, it is quiet, very clean, comfortable if not a little small, but with all the amenities. The bed was super comfortable. We used it as a base to see Versailles (we had a car) and found it a great value. Fenced secure compound ensured the car was secure. The staff were very helpful. Highly recommeded.

J'ai demandé à l'accueil, on m'a répondu qu'il avait dû être arraché et que je ne pouvais pas en avoir, point barre ! Réponse séche sans alternative... Attention aussi au parking payant (10 € / nuit), places gratuites dans la rue.

Quand nous sommes arrivés avec nos bagages un peu après 15h, le ménage de celle-ci n'avait même pas était commencé alors qu'elle était inscrite comme prête à la réception. Un étranger c'est introduit dans notre chambre une carte lui avait été fourni par le réceptionniste,un sac a disparue, puis il nous on changer 3 fois de chambres car de nombreuses chambres on était forcé et le dispositif de verrouillage ne fonctionne plus , honteux de plus il y as de grosses fissures structurel du bâtiment , établissement dangereux photo disponible si besoin.

Séjour acceptable, chambre propre en général. Le point négatif c’est l’attitude du personnel (au niveau de l’accueil). Ils ne sont pas chaleureux, aucuns sourires, limite tu as l’impression de déranger quand tu les abordes pour un renseignement. C’était assez dérangeant. Aussi, c’est quand même étrange de séjourner pratiquement une semaine, et aucun service ménage ne passe, ne fusse que pour quand même changer les draps, mais bon….. Je ne sors pas satisfaite de ce séjour, surtout quand j’ai mis de mon argent.

C'est une très belle résidence, très bien entretenue et calme mais si votre chambre donne sur le parking, on peut tout voir et tout entendre. Pendant mon séjour, ma connexion internet a été brouillée, ce qui est anormal et inacceptable en 2023. La recharge de mon smartphone a été anormalement longue dans cette résidence. On ne peut pas séjourner dans un immeuble qui n'offre pas les conditions optimales pour se connecter à internet.
