One night a terrifying incident occurred during our stay here 3 weeks ago. My family and I were returning back to our room around 11 pm and we saw a young lady supposedly in her early 20s alone in the corridor. As soon we entered our room, within minutes the same lady (we could see her from inside) came by and started knocking hard on our door saying something in French. We couldn’t understand so we asked her if she could say that in English, but she couldn’t. We didn’t open the door instead called the front desk immediately to know about the lady. To my surprise, the guy on the other end said, “oh that girl”! I asked the guy if he knew her to which he quickly changed his statement saying, he would check and let me know but he didn’t do anything. Next day, my wife and I approached the lady at the reception, narrated the whole incident and asked her if she could find out about the stranger from the CCTV footage. She said that only their director has access to the CCTV. She too had no idea as to who that person was and why she was there at that odd hour. We didn’t get any update from her as well after that. It’s been 20 days now after we left the hotel, yet we haven’t heard back from them. This was such a creepy incident. I wonder what the lady’s intention was to knock that late night. Hence I am cautioning everyone staying there to be safe and never open your door to any unknown person. We could easily land in some trouble

Because of delays at the euro tunnel we arrived late just after 10.30, we could not gain access to the hotel as the remote gates were shut, we called the emergency number given on the gate six times to no avail!, we ended up travelling to a nearby hotel which was fully booked do we had to spend a very uncomfortable night in our car, the next morning at 6,30 we went into the reception and Ty old the assistant what had happened and that we wanted to clean up in the room and have breakfast for which she charged us the full amount for a couple of hours use!!!! Very disappointing, I wouldn’t use this chain of hotels ever again!

What a dump in a beautiful city.
What a rip off. 149 euro per night no breakfast terrible service in the restaurant we walked out and drove to the Japanese around the corner. Reception staff lady was the only great thing about the place. Don’t stay there unless it’s <49 euro. Otherwise you will be better off in a tent.

Great hotel for a visit to Versailles, clean, comfortable and quiet at night with very helpful staff. Would recommend highly as a budget hotel which is what you are paying for, it is on a the edge of a business park so don't expect glamour and frills.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were extremely helpful-they helped us to plan our trip to Paris. Breakfast was delicious. The hotel is a 10 minute drive to Versailles. Fortunately in August parking in Versailles is free so we were able to drive there and leave the car all day. We took the train to Paris one day and spent the other day at the Palace of Versailles-perfect!

We stayed here for our visit to Versailles. Located about 15 minutes south by car in an industrial area. Reception was friendly and efficient. Room was small but clean and adequate. Bathroom clean and modern. Breakfast was adequate. Wifi did not reach our side of the hotel which was annoying. Maybe improved by now? We drove to Versailles and arrived prior to opening at 9 AM having purchased online tickets. Don't just show up unless long line waits are your pleasure. Parking prior to 9 AM was readily available right in front of the palace but it fills up later. Allow about 6 hours for the full visit. If driving to this hotel, pay strict attention to the speed limits and automated enforcement of them. Go 30 where it says 30. Not 33. Go 30 or face an unpleasant surcharge to your car rental final bill.

The staff and hotel were a pleasent changes to our European trip. It is located in an industrial village convenient to both Paris and Versailles. The staff was extreamly nice, courtious and accomidating. The only problems that I saw with the room were very minor. Some trim coming loose and some spots on the shower that weren't fully cleaned. This stay was well worth the price. I would highly recomend it for anyone planning a trip to the Paris/Versailles area.

Here for 4 nights for a business trip. There's no ironing board, just an iron so you have to iron on a desk! The rooms look better in the photos than they are in reality- rooms appear low budget when you're there and the bathroom smells - probably a sewage problem, my colleague had the same problem in her bathroom. Having said that the bed is comfortable and the food is quite good- however the breakfast is a let down compared to their lunch/dinner offering thus I get it 2 stars overall

This is farther from Versailles than ai realized. However, it is new, spotless and the employees are lovely. It is at the edge of town- beautiful fields across the street and a bus ride away from the train stair ion Gare Chantiers Versailles. The dinner menu is good for such a small place.

La pulizia della camera, seppur complessivamente accettabile, presentava alcune criticità: il bagno non era perfettamente pulito al mio arrivo, pur rimanendo in condizioni utilizzabili. Sarebbe auspicabile una maggiore cura in questo ambito.
Per quanto riguarda il servizio di ristorazione, ritengo che l’organizzazione possa essere migliorata. L’hotel si trova infatti in una zona industriale priva di alternative nelle vicinanze, ma il ristorante interno chiude già alle ore 20:30. Questa scelta risulta poco funzionale per chi, come me, arriva da un viaggio proprio in quella fascia oraria e non ha la possibilità di usufruire del servizio (ho chiesto alla receptionist alternative, ma non mi ha saputo aiutare nonostante ancora orario di apertura del ristorante)

Cet hôtel est un bon choix concernant le très bon petit-déjeuner (oranges et oeufs frais, buffet propre et fourni) ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel à l'accueil. Pour avoir 5 étoiles, il faudrait un rafraîchissement des chambres ainsi qu'une boîte de mouchoirs.

je ne mets pas 5 étoiles aux services car pas informé à la réservation que le restaurant est fermé, obligeant à reprendre la voiture pour aller diner. Ce qui avait coûté a cet établissement un 3/5 lors de mon arrivé...et les foudres en retour du chef d'établissement (on me l'avait encore jamais faite celle la).
Sinon à part la tv pas branchée et les piles a l'envers dans la télécommande, pour le reste du classique ni mauvais ni exceptionnel.

Bonjour- Etions déjà venus cette année avec une chambre au RDC. Avions été contents de notre séjour. Cette fois, on nous a donné une chambre au 1er étage, une demande faite lors de notre réservation et exaucée ! MERCI. Nous n'avons pas pas été déçus !! Très belle chambre propre (106), claire, calme car à l'écart, bien exposée, rien à dire sur la literie, une douche plus récente à priori et silencieuse, bref, sommes vraiment satisfait de notre séjour dans votre établissement. Nous devrions venir vous revoir en 2023 sans hésitation.
