The Staff was great. The room was not. The TV did not work. Tried everything but it wouldn’t let me connect to the Internet or broadcast from my phone. The first day, my towel smelled like vinegar, the second day my towel had stains on them. The room was also really really warm and I always had to play around with the thermostat. The phones in the room did not seem to work properly. Multiple times I called the front desk and it will ring and the one time they picked up they couldn’t hear me and kept saying “hello, hello” and you can’t say it’s because of language barrier because I speak French. The “restaurant” options were quite limited for dinner. I didn’t have breakfast so I can’t speak on that.
With that said, the staff was nice but the hotel could’ve been better.

When we got there, were given different types of room
The room price was less, i was told that they would not credit the difference. The reservation was booked 8 months in advance. Charge for something we were not given..The staff in the front desk were super rude to us.

The Executive Room was fairly spacious and the king bed was big enough, but the bed was VERY uncomfortable. After 3 nights of sleeping on that bed both me and my wife have lower back pain. Time for the hotel to spend a little money and get a new king bed

The refrigerator was broken.
The safe is not working.
I asked the service to fix the air conditioner and the safe. they came, check, and nothing happened after that.

I believe this was one of my worst experiences, if it wasn’t the worst.

Hotel in an industrial area with a small shopping center close by. It was great because we were there on a weekend and there was not much activity. The room was designed for someone on business, with a desk, which wasn't very useful for a casual traveler.

Practical option when attending HEC classes!!

Not \"Wow!!\" but definitely the most reasonable option when attending HEC classes as it is super practical. Good and friendly service. Smooth check-in and check-out. Forget room service order; expensive for the type/level of food offered (which remains limited anyway), go out instead if you can or buy stuff at the Auchan supermarket just 3min away.

I got an upgraded room which was very nice. The room is clean, bad is comfort and the shower is clean and big. Breakfast is nice although there are not too many options.
The hotel is quite far from Paris and also from local transportation, there's not too much to do outside the hotel except one Italian restaurant and supermarket

I paid for a 'Comfort Room' on my second stay, my first stay was in a Standard room.
The 'Comfort Room' gave bathrobes and slippers ( didn't need or use) and free water in the minibar and 1 packet of Lays.
the bed was bigger a little.
However the room itself was smaller than the Standard Room I had before, and much worse the Bathroom was half the size in the Comfort room compared to the Standard Room I had previously.
Conclusion - don't pay the extra for a comfort room!

Nice accommodations, cold & removed staff

I stayed at this hotel at the end of a three week trip all over France, both in the south, west and north. During that time I stayed at a lot of hotels and all of them were fabulous and the staff at those hotels were warm, friendly and kind, always going the extra mile to help. But when we arrived here the only kind and warm people were the receptionists. Everyone else felt like a zombie and were quite rude. One morning when I called to ask if there were eggs at breakfast (I speak French fluently) the gentleman I spoke with was incredibly rude and acted like he had trouble understanding my French (which has never happened to me in all of my travels in France, my French is very good) and when I asked nicely if he would like me to speak Spanish or English just hung up on me! When I had dinner in the restaurant the entire staff was cold, dismissive and even condescending--one woman refused to speak to me in French and only spoke to me in English no matter the fact I was speaking French and glared and uses rude tone of voice for no reason as we were kind as we always are. With the exception of the receptionists, everyone at the hotel looked like they were bored or was a zombie. We ended up eating elsewhere for the rest of our stay to avoid the unwelcoming staff at the restaurant in the hotel . My traveling companion commented that of all the hotels we stayed in, this was by far the weirdest. The rooms were great, but what makes a good hotel is the full 360• experience!

Great Location for visiting HEC University

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Jouy-en-Josasand is a 50 metre walk from the reception building of the HEC University, so if you need to be there, it is in a good location. Otherwise, unless you have transport, there is very little to do in the area, apart from visit the small shopping centre opposite, which has (amongst other things) a supermarket and a chic pizza/pasta joint.

The hotel itself is mid-scale and feels very smart, as well as in excellent condition. I was upgraded to an executive room, which was larger than normal and well equipped with a proper desk. The bathroom was slightly small, but perfectly usable and the bath doubled as a shower, with a galss screen - a bathrobe was provided.

Breakfast was a little limited and seemed quite expensive at 18€, although the food that was available was well presented and cooked.

Hotel is comfortable, familiar and reliable. Some staff extremely pleasant, some staff very nonchalant. the gym/fitness is PITIFUL, 2 dated cardio machines & that's it. Meals either good or poor, no inbetween. Access is easy.

Stayed one night, and didn't try the restaurant, so limited experience. The place is apparently very attractive to golfers, and the restaurant did look very good. The room was nice enough, the desk person spoke good English, and the place is easy to get to and has a supermarket across the road.

We only stayed one night but the hotel was a perfect location on our way to the Normandy area of France from Lyon. The location seems very quaint and quiet to be so close to central Paris, felt like we were in a small village in southern France. Staff was very accommodating and the hotel was nice.

The most quiet hotel I have ever been.

Let's set the record straight: if you travel to HEC this is the best hotel ever. If you travel to Paris forget about it, you will waiste your time in traffic while getting to the city. If you park the car in front of the hotel the staff is not responsible for it but it is free. The hotel itself is modern and nice, and I cannot complain about anything but price.

Good business hotel about 10 min. from Versailles

Good business hotel next door to French business college HEC (Haute Ecole de Commerce) and across the street from a supermarket and Italian restaurant (not bad) in a completely uncharming part of a tiny town about 10 minute drive from Versailles. Room and bathroom were new and 4 star. Had a sliding separator bedroom door inside room which was great so I could wake up early and not disturb my wife. Big flat screen T.V. with lots of cable channels. Swimming pool is outdoor which limits the warm day uses to almost never. Breakfast was OK, but I choked on the 17 euro price. Parking was 5 euro overnight and WiFi was good and free. If I had business to do near the hotel, I'd stay there again. Otherwise, I will try to find a hotel in Versailles near the Chateau and centre-ville. For a family of 4 this worked out great. Clean, fresh, new, comfortable, staff is awesome, free newspapers including International New York Times ....this is a good and fairly priced business hotel.

The hotel lobby and the room were very nicely furnished, and the hotel room's bathroom, in particular, was gorgeous and exceptionally clean. Nice touches, also, with complimentary robes, water, chocolate, etc. However, the air conditioning broke down and the hotel made no attempt at getting it fixed, so the room was very warm, which made it uncomfortable to sleep in. The next night I thought I'd open the window, but the stench of open sewerage wafting in from outside stopped that bright idea. The last night's stay was the worst...at 5 a.m. a group in a few rooms next door got into a heated argument in the corridor just outside our door. Apparently they did not understand French nor English, and neither I nor the fellow at reception could make them understand that yelling and opening and shutting doors during the wee hours of the morning is unacceptable. I think a hotel should have cctv, if only for security purposes, and a policy in place such that should a disturbance like this happen, the offending group would be charged for the other guests' room that had to make a complaint. Horrible night's rest, as the shouting and banging doors shut outside my door lasted for three and a half hours. My three children also had no rest. Hotel said they didn't have cctv and since I had already paid, there was nothing they could do.

Wifi slow and not working, cleaners entering the room with no warning but front desk staff and bar/restaurant staff are doing an outstanding job. Always willing to help with a smile. If the price would be lower and when the improvement are fully operational, this hotel could have some potential thanks to the quality of the staff besides the cleaner that need to be briefed about when entering a guest room.

UNPLEASANT STAFF, even more than usual for France.
Over charged me for parking, that wasn't secure parking
No indication the breakfast wasn't included, even directed us to the breakfast room.
Over a $100 just for breakfast !!!!!
It was a buffet with old food that was awful.
An hour away from central Paris, not close to anything.
Very small room, compare to Hong Kong for size.
WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE
Over priced for what you get, and I have stayed in 100's hotels all over the world.
One of my worst stays.

Nice and clean, modern and spacious but still far enough away from the city center of Jouy-En Josas to be a shocker to those who plan on walking to the hotel from the train station. Not only is a considerable distance but it's all uphill. We stayed at the hotel due to it's proximity to Versailles.

La chambre est sympa, avec un frigo, une bouteille d'eau d'accueil, du rangement et un bon wifi. La salle de bain est petite mais fonctionnelle et la literie trop ferme. Parking gratuit a seulement 3 minutes à pieds (dommage que celui de l'hôtel soit payant). Le sauna est bien chaud mais on y était dans le noir (lumière à remplacer) et il serait bien d'ajouter une fontaine à eau dans la salle de sport/sauna. La chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée à 17h45 mais les femmes de ménage ont été très aimable et se sont dépêché de terminer pour ne pas trop nous faire attendre.
