Stayed here for a couple of night while we visited Paris. The lady on reception was not very welcoming and when I complained about a problem with the room was a bit dismissive. A shame because other staff were friendly. The fish on the toilet wasn't working and when I reported it I was told that it usually does, insinuating that I was lying. Someone came and looked at it but didn't fix it, I had to get it working myself. The room was comfy and clean, and the breakfast was very good. There was supposed to be a gym facility which my wife was looking forward to using but there was no sign of it, possibly because there was some renovation work going on. Generally good for the price but a few things let it down.

Good location, great staff.

We stayed one night as a part of a longer trip. It's a great location from which to visit the Château de Versailles. There is free underground parking which is very convenient.
The rooms are big and comfortable for a small family. The staff at reception were absolutely lovely and very helpful.
Our room unfortunately had an issue with the plumbing, and a very unpleasant smell was coming out of the sink by the toilet. As it became very noticeable only in the later eveving, and my son was asleep, I didn't notify reception until the morning after. The lovely gentleman there was very apologetic and said that they would have offered us a room change. I wish that I had done so, because the smell became intolerable as the night progressed.
Breakfast was nice. Simple, but it had everything we needed.

The shining point on this hotel is the staff. Alicia, who is a marvelous front desk agent and very knowledgeable of the transportation system through the metro, is very helpful in all possible ways. Hotel is kept clean and the area is quite. Breakfast is superb! The drawback is that, despite claiming being close to the center, is in fact not taking traffic jams into consideration. This hotel is around 35 to 55 minutes away from the center (it could be more depending on traffic conditions) It has a very closeby shopping mall, the Velizy 2 Centre Comercial. I recommend if distance from center is not a determining factor.

This hotel is located in a quiet but safe area. The tram is a few steps away and you can hop on to go to Velizy2 shopping center in 5 minutes. Velizy2 is a very big shopping mall which has everything you want (and need) including AuChan Supermarket. The staff is so friendly and nice, specially the man with moustache at the front desk who speak very well three languages (French, Spanish & English).

Check out is advertised for 12:00pm but an employee opened our room door at 9am without knocking while we were sleeping. There is no way to lock the door to prevent staff from coming in and they do not have “do not disturb” door signs. The employee opened our door again a second time about an hour later. When I questioned him, he asked what time we were checking out, to which I replied 12:00pm. Regardless, he still opened the door a THIRD TIME around 11:00am.
We told the front desk upon checkout and they said it wasn’t normal procedure.

Tv didn’t work, phone didn’t work, air conditioner didn’t work. Bathroom fan didn’t work. No usb charger outlets for phones. Thank goodness we had electricity and water. I felt like I was in third world country and not France. Quite shocked to be honest.

The reception staff was very polite and helpful. For someone used to North American size hotel rooms, keep in mind that these are tiny \"suites\". The four of us (my husband, our two teenagers and myself) had to dance around each other and coordinate the use of the space.

I stayed here back in 2015. It was brilliant. The toilets were clean, the bathroom was spot on. The bedroom itself was brilliant. This time, not good at all. The standard has dropped by a massive margin. The pillows were rubbish, couldn’t get comfy at all. The water drainage in the shower and sink was despicable. It took ages for the water to drain. The cleaners were great, they couldn’t really do anything regarding the plumbing issue. They tried to keep it clean but they fell short through no fault of their own. The breakfast wasn’t good, the service was rubbish. Croissant’s running out and no one from the kitchen refilling the baskets. Not much of a variety of breakfast options plus no halal catering provided either. It’s definitely got worse and I would not stay or recommend again.

Great selection of buffet Breakfast and absolutely delicious. Children under 16 eat for free.

This is a great hotel. Very clean, lots of space and we'll air conditioned in the summer.

Location is good. T6 tram easily accessible for routes into Paris centre. Lots of commercial outlets around the hotel Inc Velizy 2- a large shopping centre 10min walk away.

Didn't try breakfast, looked expensive for the quality and variety on offer.

Would definitely stay here again.

The staff are the problem at this place. At check in the man was forcing me to get breakfast added onto our booking. When I politely kept declining he said “is it because its too expensive?”. I was fuming as to how he had the audacity to say this. I told him thatl I DONT want the breakfast sternly. Only then he backed off. I wanted to really slap him after his attitude and behaviour. Then while we were in our room cleaners would come charging in to clean. No knocking. No apology. Idiots!
N finally at the check out time I was walking out of the room and the fone rang. Reception rang to say “check out time is 12”. I said I know this and I am coming.
The staff is horrible and this hotel is no higher than a 2 star hotel. No toiletries given, no large towels, only hand towels, they put cheap body washes into Rituals bottles. Also when they place tea in the room, there is only a sachet each of fruit tea. No English breakfast. Even sheets weren’t changed while we were there for 4 nights.
Donot stay here. It is a horrible place!

excellent parking. excellent size of suite. a few things hadn’t been cleaned out from the previous occupants, no ac, but that was fine as we opened the window! the room was a bit tired in parts but excellent facilities! microwave, small fridge, nespresso coffee machine, separate toilet, lovely shower and separate bath and sink, safe in room! all in all a great stay, we didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment! excellent location and super easy for public transport

Rubbish left outside the room was not picked up; black out curtains was also of no use and it was still bright in the room. Bed was too soft and sank as soon as you sat on it. Not recommended.

Firstly and most importantly, the air conditioning was not working throughout the stay; the so called air conditioner was only blowing out warm air, no matter what temperature was set, and the outside air was even cooler than the room air, which is totally unacceptable as I insisted that the room was cooler; there was also a knocking noise every 3 minutes that could be heard during the length of the stay, which was possible due to the guests or due to the thin nature of the wall.

Even after the room change, the same problem was still there, the loud noise every 3 minutes, and also the temperature was very warm from the A/C in summer!

Secondly, it was mentioned that there was blackout curtains, but this is not the case, the curtains was useless to say the least; the early morning sun could get into the room even after shutting the shades as early as 6 am. The combination of the warm air from the air/c + noise + light made is almost impossible to get a good night's rest.

Thirdly, it was not mentioned that the room would not be cleaned during the covid-19 period but it was only mentioned in the front desk during check in. Although I was fine with no cleaning, the rubbish that I had left outside the room was not picked up or taken care of leading to a lot of flies and fruit worms lurking around the room. There was also no replenishment of the liquid detergent and toilet rolls, which I had to get from a nearby supermarket.

My reason for not giving top marks is the room has been half updated just needs a refurb.

We spent the weekend here as a family, hoping to be clsoe to the Eiffel Tower. We used the public transport approx 10 Eur per day, which took us all over Paris to Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Grevin Musee and many more landmarks. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the the staff are realy friendly. As a big eater, I found that te breakfast was lacking lol. There was only breads, fruits, cheese ham and croissants. I really wanted a fry up lol, also, there were no veggie options

The lift was very unpredictable and often would avoid the floor I was going to and then would deactivate the floor selected. Access from the parking garage was equally unpredictable. This required a page to the front desk, which could take several minutes to be answered. The light fixture in the bathroom was dangling from wires in the ceiling. Even so, the room was pretty good with the right mixture of amenities. Breakfast isn't worth the price at all. The food was nice, but not comparable to other offerings for less money at different hotels.

The property is somewhat hidden in a business complex. Luckily, our Uber driver was familiar with the area and knew the location of the hotel. It is within walking distance of the tram and a nearby shopping mall. We noticed the room consists of \"movable\" furniture and bathrooms. We think the entire furniture and bath rooms come from IKEA, which is coincidentally next door. The toilet is separate from the shower / bath room. The TV has only French channels and subtitles. English channel offered is CNN and other news programming. The buffet breakfast is o.k, offering the usual and typical food staples of bacon, eggs, cheese, etc. The staff is very nice; however, make sure to check your hotel bill for any errors prior to leaving. I was accidentally charged twice the city tax, which has been refunded. I more than likely will book Novotel suites again.

Hard to find the hotel at the evening - the hotel is located in some kind of backyard of other building. Garage if free, generaly good hotel for reasonable prices. Beds are ok, room is little bit outdated, but if you plan to go in Versailles - perfect location!

Try to avoid this place.
No room service, rude staff, door in the room broken, safe deposit not functioning, tv not functioning, fridge not functioning, pretty much nothing was in order. Every time on our return we needed to wait for staff to open our room door. Such a joke.

The hotel itself was located a bit far from CDG. But once we reached and learnt about local metro, the rest was easy. A good hour from Paris downtown. But located just under 20mins from versaille. Tram station is located just a few min walk. From there, access to metro is just about round the clock. We returned from our tours almost past mid night all the time and did not have any issues reaching the hotel. Breakfast in the morning is very good. Room was clean but AC was not that great. Only regret was with the Bed frame that was in bad condition affecting my sleep. Then again, it was just in my room. Did not bother to report as I was only there for 3 nights.
