Great location in Chatillon, right next to Tram stop, close to restaurants, grocery and pastry stores. It is very close, convenient to center city by public transport with nice, friendly and accommodating staff. It is a 2 stars hotel so don’t expect a lot in terms of amenities. However the hotel and rooms are well kept, clean and comfortable.

Not a bad stay here. Very cheap considering it’s not too far from the centre of Paris on the metro. Very basic hotel, they only serve breakfast, nothing else. The room was very small with a double bed and pull out from the wall bed, there really wasn’t much room in our room by the time I put the bed out. Bathroom was extremely small, but to be expected from a budget friendly hotel, the area was quite good and the hotel itself for the price was good. Would stay here again as we knew what to expect on a budget, ideal if it’s just to stay there for the night, bed was comfy and cleaners were friendly,

Booked 4 rooms last minute and got to the hotel at 1am, checkin was easy but a little slow. Beds very comfortable and nice clean modern rooms. Breakfast we were told there will be sausages, bacon etc but was on simple continental, was still good.

This property is under re construction/ remodeling. We did check in and in the rooms the smell of paint was horrible. We left this hotel inmediatly, book another one and still I am waiting for my reimbursement. Nothing similar to the photos when I booked thw hotel through expedia. Ibis Budget Chatillon has a friendly staff, great continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi access, clean and organized rooms and lobby area. It is well located in relation to Chatillon, Fontenay Aux Rose, local parks, including Seaux. Price is excellent.

Its a very basic hotel, even for a budget hotel you expect a little more. Especially dor the beat part of €200 for one night.
The rooms are like a hospital room, very clinical feeling.
No kettle to even make yourself a drink, although there is a venfing machine in reception.

The service was really bad, the team is not ready to help, you can only rely on yourself, no air conditioning during the hot weather, sleeping was difficult for the whole family. However the place is well situated near the metro and not fare from Paris city centre, we could do a lot of activities in the same day. The room was clean.

It’s a budget hotel so it’s basic. Shame the local metro station was closed but not hotel’s fault. The price we paid was far in excess of usual rate due to UCL final but every hotel increased prices. Fine for 1 night stay.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helping.
However the room was below standards and no one cleaned the room throughout the entire week.
I have complained to the desk but nothing was done.
The room has no place to place your cloths (no closet), no safe deposit to place money or passport, and the heating did not work.

Segue o padrão Ibis Budget, pequeno e sem muitos serviços. Mas não tenho nenhuma reclamação. Tudo foi perfeito. Tem um ponto do monotrilho atravessando a rua, que faz ligação com o metrô (está dentro da área 3 que engloba o passe diário de Paris). - Day receptionist is bilingual.
- The room was pretty clean.
- Located in a quiet area.
Cons:
- The room became infested with flies. (Mind you, we didn’t keep food in the room. Even the housekeeper attested to this.) I, literally, killed about forty flies in a span of three days. That’s insane. Granted they tried their best to do something about it, but that was gross.
- No personal air conditioning. I know Europe isn’t known to have air conditioning in private homes, but in every hotel I’ve been to in Europe, this hotel is the only one that doesn’t have one.
- People smoke in their rooms, even the hotel doesn’t have any rooms where you’re allowed to smoke in. How the smoke detectors don’t go off? Who knows?
- The bathroom isn’t a separate part of the room. I found that odd.
Overall, this place is a last minute place to stay for a night when you have a long connection. But I wouldn’t stay here nor recommend that anyone else does.

Staff is not very multilingual and we had a hard time communicating with english. Housekeeping would always knock on our door and wake us up even if we had the do not disturb sign on the door. The room was good, small though. The view from our room was nice as you could see the Eiffel Tower in the distance. No English Chanel’s on tv, but that was expected. We did not get a great sleep, as there was a man who was singing absurdly loud at 1-4 in the morning for the next few days straight in the room across from us. Staff didn’t help with any info around the area. There is a vending machine downstairs with some snacks and coffee, and breakfast is available for an extra charge. The area of the hotel is right outside the t6 which is great for getting to the metro. The area feels nice and safe and it was a short 40 min transit to city centre :)

Hotel’s location is good. It is located at the quiet neighborhood of Paris. View from the window is excellent as you can see the eiffel Tower. You can even watch the 10pm show in your window. Bed is very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit

L a chambre attribuée est l'annexe d'une dite familiale; pour un si court séjour, pas de soucis; mais il m'a manqué tout de même le téléphone fixe, compte tenu du fait des \"difficultés\" de transmission du portable.

Arrivati in struttura mi è stato chiesto il costo della colazione per la bambina di 2 anni pur avendo già fatto fin dal principio il pagamento tramite Expedia. Le ragioni secondo la reception erano problematiche con Expedia di comunicazione con il cliente dicendo che loro non permettono il pagamento dei bambini tramite siti di ricerca come Booking o Expedia. Alla mia volontà di avere maggiori delucidazioni e al fatto che la mia prenotazione riferiva il pagamento completo (incluso di colazione) di tutti gli ospiti, l’addetto ha risposto: inutile che continua a parlare, tanto questa conversazione non porterà un risultato differente, perciò deve pagare. Zero capacità di dialogo e cura del cliente. Solo alla mia reiterata richiesta di spiegazioni e mostrando le mie email di prenotazioni, mi hanno a riferire da loro “gentilmente offerto” il servizio per cui io avevo invece fatto richiesta dal principio.
