Photo of all room types showed a bathtub, but there was none in the room we booked.

We stayed there for ~13 nights and staff told us there’ll be housekeeping twice. They came only once in the end.

This property was nice, good atmosphere, family friendly, has A/C, and was quiet, laundry on site, close to metro, short walk to more food options, etc. It could’ve been cleaner. I don’t know if sweeping is just not a priority some places or what, but it was dusty and floor was not thoroughly swept, same in the bathroom. Looked like corners are cut when cleaning the floors. I believe it said they only clean your room if requested, which is fine we clean up after ourselves and keep things tidy anyway. Some shops and places were on an annual break so that was a bummer, but not the property’s fault just FYI. We enjoyed our stay here.

My first night I was awakened by a fire alarm at 2am as someone was cooking and burned food. Also, I had an early flight at 7 am. There was no one at the desk to check my out so I had to leave a note for someone to check me out. Very unprofessional considering I explained the night before that I had an early flight and needed to check out early. The staff assured me that someone is always at the desk. Well that was a lie. That made me feel totally unsafe. Anyone could walk into the hotel as the outside lobby doors were never locked and no one was manning the desk. Overall the hotel is beautiful and clean. The location is great and the bed slept very well. I didn’t like the half of a door in the shower.

We had no problem at the hotel. We had an alarm at 1:30 am with fire drill and in the end it was a room with toast burned. The staff was okay and helpful. The bathroom was 75% okay I would say. Beds okay and space okay. There was a convenient boulangerie and a supermarket very close. I would come back.

everything was average, few downsides were the tv was a very old outdated tv, no netflix or apps, doesnt correlate with the cost of the stay, also it was quite expensive to get your room cleaned and is something you have to request and pay for not something which is offered, nice little pond and kids park behind the hotel tho, a little shop behind too, youll need an uber to get to the main places you wanna go to in paris which is expected cause it's cheaper for the reason that it's not that close as more pricey hotels, but yeah overall it was okay

Very nice aparthotel with a few little issues firstly its quite far from paris and a bit difficult as you have to take a tram and a metro and takes about 1 hour costs 4.50 euros each way and a uber is 15-20 one way...so if u dont mind the commute into paris then its great. The hotel itself is much more spacious and comfortable than anything in paris for even double the price and has a nicely equipped kitchen too ,theres a ful supermarket right below the hotel and a very good boulangerie 1 min away , the restaurant choices are limited about 3 or 4 in the immediate area but you xan find a few more further away. You won't find the exciting food choices as you do in Paris though. One more thing which people should be aware of the hotel is nexr to and overlooking a huge cemetary, for some people that is a cultural issue as it was for me too and many of the rooms have a view of the cemetery, thankfully they gave me a room with just a partial view but even that made me quite uncomfortable. I feel that the hotel should say this on their booking details on expedia as many people are not totally comfortable with it.

I loved this hotel for the area even though it’s “far” from the city center it’s a beautiful nice neighborhood, and grocery store near plus a few restaurants to choose from and even though it’s far I didn’t find it as an inconvenience. The room for only me was super spacious, kitchen, nice bed, bathroom, etc. the only thing I will say is that for example the walls were dirty from spills, which makes me think it’s probably not the cleanest place but overall I would stay there again

I stayed here for 5 nights, was there for a wedding. The hotel itself is ok, I really loved the location and everything around it (Plenty of restaurants and everything you might need) but everything in the hotel was kind of mediocre. The staff was kind of rude and disengaged, the breakfast at the hotel was a joke and way to expensive for what it was (I recommend the bakery, however they are closed on Sundays and Mondays, unfortunately). They never cleaned my room or even changed towels, I had to chase the cleaning lady for more towels and toilet paper. My room was missing a coffee machine, I asked and was given one that was soooo dirty and disgusting... I asked for extra hangers and they never came. The room was not entirely clean, there were hairs in the bathroom floor, so I put down towels, since they said they couldn't clean it until the next day! They still never came. I have to say that I was not impressed with their way of handling simple requests by other guests either, but the location of it is fantastic and for that reason alone I might consider it again.

Fabulous area new clean lovely restaurants small supermarket pharmacy bakery, hotel was perfect for what we needed if a little far out from the centre of Paris. The hotel is more than adequate but not plush excellent for a couple of nights . We didn’t experience the breakfast as the bakery has an amazing selection and we thought it was a little expensive for a basic offering on the whole would recommend hotel. Tram stop in front of the hotel which is convenient but then 11 stops on subway to centre of Paris. Cabs can be as much as seventy euros.

This is a really nice and quiet hotel/apartments near Paris. Yes, it’s going to take about half an hour to the center but you will be very comfortable, it’s located in a very nice looking area and looks very safe. There’s a delicious pastry shop very close and also a supermarket so you can buy your stuff there. Rooms are very comfortable. Recommended!

Residhome Clamart is a great place to stay in a budget, it is just 3 min walk from the T6 tram that leads you to the metro, you must have in mind that even though it is well connected to the public transport you'll probably take 45 to 60 min to go from the hotel to most of the city centre tourist spots and back.

This hotel is perfect for a long visit, since it has a kitchenette and laundry services. We like the fact that is is part of a development where you have restaurants, markets, shops, bakery, and such just a short walking distance. And it it very close to the metro rail.
The staff helped us each day with taxis and are all very nice.
Cons: room service does not come to the room to clean and replace towels every day. We had to request clean towels, which were not available. We were able to get clean towels the following day. On arrival day, the room/ bathroom in general could have been a little cleaner in my opinion.
The shower water only gets warm, not hot.

Well what an amazing find ! We had never been to Paris before so were very anxious of what and where I had booked but based on the reviews I thought it sounded great ! We were not disappointed we were in fact astounded !
2 adults 2 teenagers , arrived to find 2 huge interconnected apartments not rooms , each with their own kitchenette and bathroom with bath , air con , they had thought of everything, coffee biscuits 4 waters , cleaning pack with dishwasher tablet yes you get a mini dishwasher!
Everything was spotless, tv only French but you are not in Paris to watch tv ! Wi-Fi brilliant and free !
2 min walk to the tram which was around 8 euros for the 4 of us into Paris outskirts, then 2 min walk to metro line which took us straight to centre , one day there was a strike so we had to get a taxi home it cost 40 euros so not bad ! Orly was 40 there around 25 minutes , and 55 euros going back as traffic was awful took around 30-40 mins , , staff are so helpful and polite , around the hotel there is a stunning lake with water features you can walk all round and there are restaurants and shops , great supermarkets open til 9pm chemist etc further down the rd there is a great Indian we got take away , last day we had time late flight but didn’t want to risk going into Paris so went to the best shopping mall , it was huge with everything there , just 6 stops on the tram so easy , this place was 10 out of 10 I could not fault it at all would highly recommend thank you so much x

The location was convenient with everything we could want right around the corner including a beautiful plaza with fountains, benches, restaurants and supermarket. The room was interestingly laid out with the toilet in a room by itself and the large bathroom with the door to the balcony, which had a view of the Eiffel Tower! Unfortunately, the window and balcony were disgusting with the balcony covered in old cigarette butts and pigeon droppings and the window covered in pigeon dirt. We couldn't enjoy the balcony or even open the curtains on the window because of the filth on the outside of the window. But compared to the rest of the room and hotel location, this was a relatively minor annoyance.

We had our lights go out of our room, so they moved us to a different room. It was an upgrade which was nice but didn’t have any water pressure when using the hot water. We made due but it would have been nice to have. There were towel warmers in the bathrooms which was definitely one of the perks in my opinion. The cleanliness of the common areas was very nice, but the rooms could have used a bit more deep cleaning. The kitchen came with dishes and cookware which was very convenient. Staff were very nice and attentive. The view from our room was beautiful and I liked the close community feel. There was a grocery store, pharmacy and many restaurants around us. The hotel was very close to the buses so transportation was easy once we figured out how it worked. Overall was a great stay and would for sure stay here again.

We stayed at this aparthotel for one week and we truly enjoyed it. It was spacious, in close proximity to the city center and also surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. I’d recommend here to anyone. There is also paid onsite parking which was super convenient for us because we rented a car. The location was exceptionally beautiful with the pond and park centrally located, and shop and dining on the main walking corridor. After a busy day in Paris, to come back to this quiet, beautiful and stylist district was such a pleasure and treat.

The Metro line went right next door, so we could get into a Paris quickly, safely and effortlessly each day for sightseeing.

The shops and dining were all exceptional, and I would highly recommend the Clarmont district, specifically this destination for lodging.

The staff was not engaging, never made eye-contact, and would provide help only upon us making the effort to engage and specifically ask for support, directions, recommendations, etc.

The room was very clean, all modern and very quiet. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice small suites for couples. It is a tram- line and two subway connections to the Louve (about 1 hour of grueling incredible packed travel). To do again would use Uber
($90) round trip….one last note…they nickel & dime you at this place…BUT the price is fair…all trade offs…no bargains in Europe.

Great mini stay for the Champions league final. Staff outstanding, hotel very good and the actual location is fantastic although the brief is a little misleading. it is not 0.8 miles from City Centre. Nonetheless it is on the tramline which leads to the metro. Local Parisians could not have been more helpful in assisting us with knowledge of how to get around. Did ask for single beds but they could not accommodate which was a shame but did not sour the overall experience. Would definitely come back to the hotel it was that good. Very clean, great room and facilities with helpful staff. Very pleasant and impressive area.

Petite erreur de la part de la gestion de l’hôtel qui nous a attribué lit double alors que nous avions bien précisé des lits séparés. Mais le problème a été résolu rapidement (Heureusement pour nous, il y avait d’autres chambres de disponible. Sinon ça aurait été compliqué.)

À côté de l’appart’, hôtel est très bien, il y a un parking souterrain à disposition même si très cher, donc nous avons réussi à trouver des places un peu plus loin gratuites.
Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Et la salle de sport est un véritable plus. De plus, l’environnement autour de l’hôtel est très agréable.

Bonjour je tiens à vous faire part de mon mécontentement. J’ai même quitté l’hôtel plus tôt que prévu. J’avais demandé à ce que la chambre soit prête tôt car j’arrivais après un vol d’une durée de 8h. La chambre dans la catégorie choisie n’étais pas prête. En faisant part de mon mécontentement ils m’ont proposé une chambre avec deux lits séparés. Ma chambre était prête au final vers 16h la salle de bain wc n’était pas totalement propre (j’ai les photos !). Nous avons décidé de changer d’hôtel et sommes repartis le lundi 4 janvier matin (au lieu du vendredi 9) l’un des gérants m’a très mal parlé car il estime que la chambre de 2 lits séparés était un effort de leur part. J’ai quand même pris la peine d’appeler deux jours avant mon arrivée pour avoir la chambre plus tôt. Ils étaient prévenus. Je tiens à préciser que je suis enceinte ! Je ne reviendrai plus jamais dans cet hôtel ! Mon compagnon était tout autant mécontent et nous avons perdu notre argent. Je trouve ça encore plus grave qu’il m’ait mal parlé alors que je suis une cliente qui était déjà resté 3 mois dans cet hôtel ! Hôtel à fuir !!
