The worse place to stay. Room was infested with bugs. Toilet was tiny. LED lights hanging off the wall. Mould and paint falling off the walls and floor. Even shower head was broken and wouldn’t stay in place to have a shower! Would not recommend this place at all. Booked for 5 nights but ended up leaving after the 1st night and they didn’t even give me a refund on the remaining nights

On arrival at this hotel there was a really strong smell of urine in the corridor and also in the toilet in our room.
The room and the hotel was extremely runned down. The safety lock on the window was broken. Imagine being on the third floor with young kids and big open window they could fall out of!
We requested house keep three days straight but no one cleaned out room. I had to go to the desk to get towels, toilet paper and a garbage bag to clean it myself and stuff to use. One of the receptions was absolutely unfriend ly. No one could speak English, contrary to what is stated on their website. One guy was pleasant a d he did make an effort to translate and resolve the hot chocolate issue ( thank you).

Stayed two nights whilst visiting paris as it offered free parking. Nice size room for family of 3 for the price I paid. Although travelling to city costs me 17 euro per trip. Lots of families during school hols and front of the hotel gets bit noisy during late evening. Otherwise it is good.

Don’t be fooled because of the reception.
The rooms was very dirty. The to was full of dust. The toilet was terribly dirty. The corridor carpets was very dirty. Seems like only the receptionist was nice and clean. Reception looks amazing but when you start walking to the rooms you will definitely be disappointed.

Overall basic accommodation for price
The hotel was as expected. It was clean and basic but the wooden headboard on the bunk bed had not been secured to the wall properly and fell on my daughter as she was laying in the bed. There was also a wire coming from the headboard. The reception staff were told and shown the issue and an offer to move rooms was made but at 10:30pm it wasn’t ideal as children were tired.

“Interesting” smell experience
It was awful! People barely speak English, it was even hard to check in or check out. The rooms smell bad and the hallway as well, the rooms smell like cigarette, even the bathroom. The entire experience there was very poor!

If you've been to one of ibis budget hotel, it was exactly like that. :)
1. The room was cleaned daily, but the sheets were changed once a week, as far as I noticed. We also got daily clean towels.
2. The check in was quick and easy. The check out was even better, because there is an option to pay 5 euros to stay 2 hrs past the checkout time, or 10, for 4. This helped us a lot having the flight later in the evening.
3. We didn't try the breakfast, but there was a touch screen in the lobby with a few restaurants that deliver.
4. There were a few receptionists. Half of them spoke English, half of them didn't, but they were all very patient, so there were no issues.
5. The room was very well heated, with a private shower and a private bathroom.
6. As far as public transport goes, there are plenty of options within a few dozen meters after leaving the hotel grounds. The ride to the center is around 45 to 1hr 15 minutes, depending on which rides you take (t6, then m13, or, 379 then rer B, or, 190 then rer b). Bolt is also an option, and it will cost you around 25eur from the hotel door, to mostly anywhere in the city.

4. There were a few receptionists. Half of them spoke English, half of them didn't, but they were all very patient, so there were no issues.
5. The room was very well heated, with a private shower and a private bathroom.
6. As far as public transport goes, there are plenty of options within a few dozen meters after leaving the hotel grounds. The ride to the center is around 45 to 1hr 15 minutes, depending on which rides you take (t6, then m13, or, 379 then rer B, or, 190 then rer b). Bolt is also an option, and it will cost you around 25eur from the hotel door, to mostly anywhere in the city.

How embarrassing ! We arrived to an industrial estate (not mentioned anywhere on the advert) to a pokey room (looks nothing like the photos) stained bed sheets also with rips, daudou rail falling off, shower made the floor wet, toilet paper was enough to ruin anyone’s private’s ! Couldn’t turn the tele to English, no where did it say the toilet and shower had hardly any privacy! The towels were as big as flannels ! The breakfast wow ! €19 for a bowl of fruit, bread and a cuppa ! Woken up both mornings at 6am and 8am to the sound of building works! We was so disgusted with this hotel we decided to get flights home early ! Terrible place and terrible area ! Also terrible adverts as nothing was as it showed on the photos !

Budget is in the name. No air-conditioning and situated in what looks like a low income area outside of Paris. Window is your only access for fresh air. There is no screen or even a fan in the room so we had to hope no pigeons flew in. The staff were helpful in ordering food, but that was it. It is situated near a busy location so 5am and your window is open you will hearn all of the trucks unloading. Room was small but really clean. Tram service to th email train station is close, so you can get to Paris to see the Eiffle tower or Versailles relatively easy. Breakfast is also served for 6 euro, but it's your normal hotel breakfast except their croissantsite were pretty good.

U get what you pay for cheap accomodation close to shopping mall. We spend 3 days in parisclose to gare du nord so being in the fresh air at ibis veluzy was great. When u drop off at robinson rer take the 179 bus an the driver will drop you at ibis just tell him.

Anche se il personale è stato disponibile e gentile la struttura mostra evidenti segni del tempo. Una camera piccolissima senza nemmeno lo spazio dove poggiare i bagagli. Un bagno diviso in tre parti, con la porta della doccia quasi penzolante, il soffione che non reggeva e la piletta per la raccolta smontata in tre pezzi. Senza aria condizionata. Una brutta esperienza.

Doch wenn man sich den Preis ansieht, dann ist es absolut okay und eigentlich besser als erwartet. Man ist halt direkt an der Autobahn. Man kann es aber aushalten und da wir ohnehin nur zum schlafen im Hotel waren , können wir uns absolut nicht beschweren. Sauber ! Freundlich! Parkplatz am Hotel und das zu dem Preis :))

Nous avons choisi cet hotel car l’hotel a une navette gratuite. Nous avons telephone a l’hotel et il a ete confirme que la navette fonctionne. Quand on est arrive pn nous a dit que la navette ne fonctionne pas dimanche. C’est histoire m’a coute 50 euros. On nous a donne une carte pour la chambre 201. On y est alle, il s’est avere que le receptionniste nous a donne une mauvaise carte, notre chambre etait en realite le numero 11. Tout cela a 23 heures 30, c’est tres amusant.
