A hotel with parking in a busy suburb of Paris is already a blessing. The rooms were clean and presentable, breakfast was excellent. Reception staff was efficient and friendly. Access to public transportation from the hotel was also excellent. Guests interested in metropolitan Paris or Versailles could quickly hopped either way. On the overall, we were satisfied with our 2-night stay.

A comfortable stay

The bedsheets, towels, shower etc was very clean. The 3 beds were comfy but the rollout bed was not. The kids alternated on it and both complained after sleeping on it. For the price it was a good stay.
There were scuffs and stains on the walls. The sink was leaking constantly. Thankfully we had more than enough towels to spread under it for the two days we were there.
You can hear when the people above you are using the toilet if you're also in the toilet at that time which is a little unpleasant. I was on the toilet and in the shower same time as the person in the room above and I'd rather not know that. Also as soon as they turned on their shower my water pressure dropped by half, I'm glad I wasn't washing my hair! I turned my water off for few minutes praying they would take a quick shower and then when I thought the noise had reduced from upstairs restarted my shower and it was fine. Other than that everyone else had a very good experience I was probably just unlucky!
Like others have said the breakfast needs some effort put into it for sure. There weren't any form of eggs or protein. There were 4 types of bread with a few toppings. One small jug of apple juice which kept running out but was refilled. The coffee and tea were passable for a caffeine kick but I've had better from petrol pump vending machines. For the price of the breakfast I really expected more. Parking was available but charged as extra, not included as per the description. Good transport links.

Quite expensive. We travelled here to avoid the extortionate prices of central Paris. We used a ultraviolet light in the room to check for cleanliness and for the most part it was not bad. No bed bugs either, which apparently are spreading like wildfire in France.

We arrived early evening on the 27th and were immediately welcomed into the hotel by the front desk staff (apologies, forgot his name) He was great to talk to and was very knowledgeable telling us about the area.

Beds were comfy and clean. Could have done with a TV which possibly had internet access to allow English TV. Maybe also a few now condiments in the room.

Breakfast was lovely, just what you needed and again staff were friendly. A central location and great travel links for Paris and Versaille.

I would also recommend Au Bureau across the road for food and wine 👌

We stayed 5 nights but spent most of the time outside. Used the hotel for 2 things mainly - shower and sleeping. The room was basic (no fridge or wardrobes) but clean and not too small - which worked for us very well. There are shops and restaurants nearby the hotel, the bus stop is really close.

Bus stop immediately outside, or 15 minute walk to the RER C station. Took about 45 minutes to reach Eiffel Tower. Cheaper than staying in Paris and there were no issues with the room. After midnight Uber is a lot easier than public transportation for getting back to hotel, which was €22,00 from Eiffel Tower. Hotel is located in a quiet, non-tourist area where English is not guaranteed.

This is a value hotel in suburbs of Paris. It is close to palace of Versailles, but it is far from other train stations. You have to take metro as well as a bus to get here using public transportation. Takes about an hour and 15 min. Hotel room was nice and had no issues with the hotel itself.

This was a nice hotel, however, not the very clean. There were hairs in the shower, splashes of brown in the toilet and some splashes on the wall by thr toilet holder. Aircon was full of dust. The bed wasn't very comfy and the pillows were misshapen making them also uncomfortable. I wouldnt stay here again

Hotel was exactly what we needed it to be - clean, comfortable, and a great location. We were going to Versailles the next morning and wanted something relatively close without paying Paris town-center pricing, and that's exactly what we got. Available underground parking garage was also handy with a car to not have to struggle to find a parking place, and at 10 euros for the whole night, was very reasonably pried.

The USB chargers were not working in our room, but the front desk Let us charge our cellphones for a couple hours. Also our car had a dead battery one morning and the front desk guy helped us translating and giving directions to the towing company. We liked the location of the Hotel, there are a lot of places to eat and small supermarkets. We rented a car and the parking was only 10 euros a night. The hotel is very close to Versailles and about 30 mins from the attractions in Paris

Is pretty close to a train station. Wait times for drinks at the bar were long as it seemed they were maybe understaffed? But there was one man there running the front desk and making drinks and was doing the job of many! He was so great! He was very helpful with all the questions we asked. A good place to discover Versailles

We stayed 2 nights with my wife at this hotel. Simple, but clean and cozy hotel outside Paris, it's a perfect place if you want to discover Versailles, getting there by the bus No.171 in less than 20 min. The same bus No. 171 takes you to Pont de Sèvres, the terminus stop of metro line 9. Go for lunch/dinner to Au Soleil Levant, it's 3 bus stops from the hotel, really good food for good price.

Easy to find with private secure parking and close to train station and bus routes. Offered a non-smoking room which had been previously occupied by smoking guests. As the hotel was full Reception quickly remedied as best they could otherwise the room was clean and comfortable with large beds.

It was a little too far from the main area of Paris but overall good. the guy who checked us in Norbu was very nice. he gave us good information about travel to Paris and arranged a taxi which was convenient when were in rush. The roll away bed was too dusty for my son who did get sinus problems and was unable to sleep at night due to this. the roll away bed should not be advertised.

My family of 8 had a wonderful stay in two rooms. The underground parking was tight for our mini van, but doable. Plan to pay per day. The rooms were very comfortable and we were able to access one with a wheelchair. We were also grateful for the elevator from the parking level up to all floors as we needed the accessibility.

We could not use the elevator to get out of or into the underground parking.
We had to carry our luggage a up and down two flights of stairs. The elevator was working sporadically. That being said, the room was small but clean,great shower and we enjoy our burger at the restaurant.

The hotel is very clean. Nice personal. They do try speak English, what pleased me. One thing - the air conditioner is not working. As I was told it is changed manual in for the whole building by engineer. When I was in the hotel, it was very warm weather, and air conditioner was working only for hot air. One thing - very narrow parking, if you travel on a big car - advise not to use or do not try to go on the second level on the parking.
In general the hotel is very nice. The area is amazing, clean, quite. Nice connection with city center. I would advise to stay and think will come back there many times.

Great option!

It's a nice hotel that gives you what they offer. Good relation between price and quality, and even it's not in Paris center, the bus service from Paris to Hotel and viceversa is very good and at the end it doesn't increase the final cost of the Hotel. You can drop in and off the bus in front of the Hotel. Bus 171 that connects with the Line 9 of Metro at Pont de Sèvres station.

First, this hotel it is not in Paris, it's in a village outside Paris which makes the touristic attractions EXPENSIVE and HARD to reach. luckily I had a friend to helped me out a lot because not even the staff of the hotel were helpful, their answers for everything was \"I don't know\". If you have an early flight, good luck finding a taxi, literally there arent taxis that take you to the airport and if there were then they would charge you $120 euros. Also, if you have breakfast with them they charge $10.90 but the variety is very poor and nothing looks fresh! I cannot lie that the hotel was cheap but very uncomfortable and also all the money I saved, I spent it on buses and metro.

GREAT LOCATION OUTSIDE PARIS. WE WERE ABLE TO GET TO EIFEL TOWER WITH A SHORT BUS RIDE AND TRAIN RIDE WITHOUT HAVING TO CHANGE BUSES OR TRAINS. THE STAFF WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL. WHEN WE ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE WITH GETTING TO PARIS WE WERE DIRECTED ACROSS THE STREET TO THE BUS STOP. LUCKY FOR US A VERY NICE LADY THAT SPOKE PERFECT ENGLISH DIRECTED US TO THE BUS AND TRAIN WE WOULD NEED AS WELL AS WHICH STOP TO GET OFF AT IN PARIS. WE GOT OFF THE TRAIN WALKED AROUND THE CORNER AND HAD A PERFECT VIEW OF THE EIFEL TOWER. THERE WAS A PRETTY GOOD SELECTION ON THE BREAKFAST BAR. WE HAD DINNER 1 NIGHT AT THE HOTEL WHICH WAS GOOD BUT OVERPRICED.

For myself, my wife and 14 & 12 year old daughters, this was ideal. We only spent one night. As a place to freshen up and sleep it was great.
Beds were comfy, WiFi was adequate. Due to a roof box, we were unable to park underground (which would have cost extra). However, there was parking on the pavement outside.

alarm went off during the night was a slight worry as we came out at back.of hotel with several others and couldn't get round to the front also no one really checked or gave the alk ok do we were left worried when we finally got back to room as to safety no one seemed to know what was going on do felt at risk for me and my family as on top floor need to make plan for fire escape much clearer would be nervous on staying again on that point

Adventure Time!!! - Paris

I booked the Campanile Paris - Ouest for a surprise weekend away for myself and my girlfriend chose this hotel purely because of the good reviews it had and the price was very reasonable! When we arrived we were greeted by very friendly staff and although we speak very little French the staff helped us with everything!!! Planning our route in to the center of Paris and which stops to use for all of the main attractions, gave us all of our room and breakfast details and the wifi password etc (which was actually very good considering we were on the 6th floor).

The Hotel is extremely clean, modern and stylish and we were impressed with with the Double Room we had booked. The Bathroom is one area that I would give a 5* rating! There were two shower heads, a big fixed one (waterfall style) and a hand held one, so a great walk in shower and plenty of space. The Bedroom area was also well equipped with plenty of lighting e.g. wall lights, bedroom lamps and even a desk/reading lamp. It also had USB charging points built in to the desk area which was ideal to charge both Mobile Phones and Camera's (GoPro's). Again spacious and had air con which is always a bonus even though neither of us are too keen on it and a great LCD TV (I think maybe a 32\" Phillips Smart TV which also had HDMI and USB ports on for charging/streaming).

Breakfast was from 6:30 til 9:30 but we were impressed that on most days it was actually out until around 10am so a bonus if you like a little extra time in bed!

Really enjoyed our stay. We had a large family room which was plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 children. The location was ideal. Bus stop outside that takes you to the Metro in 15 mins, then 5 stops later and we were standing by the Eifffel Tower. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant indeed and exceedingly helpful. Food at the restaurant again was of high quality. Secure parking was available under the hotel for 10 Euros.

Another thumbs down for Paris area hotels

Booked a quadruple room. There were 3 beds and the forth slided from under one of them and remained at the lower level. In term of cleanliness, it wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed at in Paris, but still doesn't even compare to any German hotel. Wifi barely worked, which was very annoying. I asked them to hold me a parking spot but they said they couldn't and the parking was full of course when I arrived. A bit far from the center of Paris, but if you go there early or late, traffic is ok.

Nice hotel for a relaxing city break in Paris.

My previous experinces of staying at Hotel Campanile have been predominantly pleasant. This time, I needed a nice hotel, preferably in a nice suburb of Paris, for a family of 4 for a weekend break at short notice. Expedia was the first site I turned to. After having entered all my requirements, only a handful of hotels appeared. This Hotel Campanile branch was the cheapest. After looking at the pictures and the 4 out of 5 star rating, I decided on this one. I booked there and then, without even looking at other sites and hotels. I managed to secure a family room for 4 for 2 nights for a very reasonable sum.

Although the cost of parking was not included, we found an underground car park just in front of the entrance to the hotel for a cost of just a couple of euros a night.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very helpful member of staff who spoke good English and was familiar with the local area and was able to answer our queries. She handed us the keys and explained where our room was situated.

The family room we booked was a good size and included 3 single beds with a 4th which could be pulled out if required. Both the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Also included in the room was a large TV and tea/coffee making facilities. These proved to be very useful throughout our stay. However, a fridge to keep our food and drinks fresh in would also have been useful.

Overall, I would recomend this hotel to anyone regardless of the purpose or duration of stay.
