The air conditioner was not working and the electrician didn’t come to fix it during our entire stay! Not at all flexible for even an hour extension from our stay time! They mentioned that we have to pay for every hour! The receptionist were not helpful or friendly! They didn’t even assist us giving changes to pay for our Uber! Which was absolutely ridiculous…

When we arrived the room smell like smoke, there was hair in shower, kitchen was dirty and the blankets had stains. We asked them to take care of it and they were apologetic and did. Location was about 30min from central Paris and it was fine. Def not great but good enough

But there are some points which shall be considered by the hotel:
1. Hotel staff should not enter into hotel rooms without giving prior notice (Hotel staff was coming into rooms using their master key at any time without informing in advance to keep things in rooms like soaps, pillow cover, etc. This should be done on a predefined time frame or at least should be informed in advance. Coming into rooms using master key un-announced is not a good practice.)
2. Drinking water bottles or at-least a common water purifier should be available.
But there are some points which shall be considered by the hotel:

This hotel is in the business centre about 40 minutes away from Paris and is very clean and modern. It’s also well equipped with all your need for a short stay. On the down side, the staff were very unhelpful and you get charged £5 every time you want to wash the clothes which is not in the description. The staff told me when machine broke, I had to call an engineer out to fix it. Not acceptable at all. Also a lot of drunk people crowded in the pool until late, so using the pool was very difficult.

My sister and I stayed at Nemea for the weekend of the Champions League and it was an amazing time. The rooms were clean, comfortable and it felt like a home away from home!
There is a mall center nearby where you can pick up a few items if you plan to stay there a while.
The only downside is perhaps how far it is from Paris city center but if you're planning to travel to Velizy or somewhere close by, you're good!!

L'hôtel était parfait en terme de propreté et de confort. La chambre était très spacieuse et le personnel très agréable.
Nous avons malheureusement passé une mauvaise nuit car une chambre de l'étage du dessus avait visiblement été réservé pour faire la fête et faisait un bruit inimaginable. Impossible de dormir malgré la bonne isolation phonique.
En revanche, dès notre signalement, l'hôtel a fait le nécessaire pour faire stopper ce bruit et nous n'avons plus été embêté par la suite. Merci à eux !

très bon séjour, l’hôtel est très correct beaucoup de points fort. Le seul petit bémol ça serait que l’eau de là douche passe à travers de la vitre.Sinon le reste est totalement ok.PS attention il y a de la moquette.

Nous avons passé un bon moment. Piscine top. Par contre le canapé lit était cassé ce qui rendait le rangement / installation un peu complexe. Il y avait une fuite d eau qui a été réparé le lendemain par contre notre sortie de douche a été utilisé pour aspiré l humidité sur la moquette et nous n en avons pas eu de nouveau. La soufflerie fait aussi beaucoup de bruit. Nous avons trouvé la solution la deuxième nuit, il y a un interrupteur dans la chambre.

Un super séjour, la fille à l accueil , une femme ronde et blonde très avenante et poli. Elle ns a appelée avant notre arrivée , m'a donnée une serviette et une télécommande de rechange car la nôtre ne marchait pas. Hôtel confortable et bien placé, mais pendant notre séjour, pas d’eau chaude. Nous n’avons pas été informé de la panne avant notre arrivée, la réception nous a offert les petits déjeuners le dernier jour suite à une réclamation de notre part, mais nous avons dû nous doucher à l’eau glacée et la piscine était froide en raison de la panne d’eau chaude du quartier qui est en travaux. Nous vous conseillons d’attendre la fin des travaux du quartier pour ne pas à avoir ce type de désagrément pendant votre séjour.

Personnel très accueillant, disponible et arrangeant, c'est un vrai plaisir. Je descends régulièrement dans cet appart 'hôtel, et j'apprécie beaucoup la piscine couverte et chauffée, le sauna et la salle de musculation.

On a appelé plusieurs fois l’établissement dès la veille pour les informer que nous arrivions après la fermeture de la réception et donc recevoir les infos pour accéder à la chambre. On s’est retrouvé dans une chambre glaciale pas de chauffage vous avez beau mettre la température dans le panneau de contrôle rien ne se passe et si vous choisissez le mode ventilo c’est de l’air bien froid qui sort. Donc une expérience des plus désagréable on a du rester complètement habillé sous la couette pour tenir. Et comme pas de réception ben personne pour vous aider.

Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, ein Fenster und der Duschkopf waren defekt, der Staubsauger und die Dunstabzugshaube waren ebenso defekt, auf dem Schlafsofa konnte man kaum schlafen, der Esstisch wackelte - die gesamte Möblierung und die technische Ausstattung waren in unserem Appartement sehr schlechter Qualität.

Dommage que dans un appart hôtel il n'y ai pas de produit ni d'éponge pour faire la vaisselle. Forcément pas de torchon non plus.
