From check in the experience was exceptionally poor. Had to wait 55 mins to check in as the member of staff was dealing with the family before me and taking forever. Then at check-in, gave my booking number and was ready to pay the fee confirmed with Expedia but staff member advised I had to pay an extra €60 per night of stay = €360. Told staff member this was not mentioned when booking the hotel and I did not have and extra €360. The staff member was ready to leave myself and 3 children on the road with nowhere to sleep as we disnt jave the extra money. After 1 hour negotiations we were allowed to check in. 3 kids were in tears as we had just landed and they were scared we didnt have anywhere to go.
The room smelled constantly of urine, especially bathroom. Bath did not drain.
Towels were dirty. Pool area was dirty, broken furniture in the very small, dirty outside area. Very limited menu in restaurant that smelt like sewage. Will never stay there again.

Our stay here was fine. The staff were almost entirely extremely friendly and helpful except for the only man on the late shift who clearly didn’t want to talk to a client for the simplest reason (my card needed to be reprogrammed—for the second time, so maybe I get to be annoyed and not him?). All the women were lovely people. The building is very old and not well maintained and in a fairly industrial business section. But due to the very negative reviews of the restaurant we left the hotel and found wonderful restaurants and boulangerie in a few minutes walk. Great food nearby. The pool was decent enough for a relaxing dip. Very old but still enjoyable. The grate from a ceiling vent fell and made a loud noise during the night. Luckily nobody was under it. They fixed it right away but no comment. I recommend if you get it off the app at a discount. Probably nicer places on the same block.

We liked the cleanliness as when we came back to our hotel room the bed sheets were changed and clean and so was the room. However the tv remote didnt work and the heating wasnt working. Also at the food area downstairs it was only breakfast there wasnt lunch , dinner or a bar to have drinks.

A short 2 night trip to soak up the Olympics and Paris, the hotel staff were friendly and room was clean. The rooms are dated but quiet and comfy so a good nights sleep had by all. Breakfast was varied and plentiful even during busy times.
Good transport links to Paris nearby - buy the €16 ticket for all day public transport

There is no reception even, it's unmanned most of the time.

Olympic players were staying and even they were struggling to get staff to help. It was appalling experience.

Trying to get to the swimming pool was a big struggle with no direction, no towels, no staff and floor was too slippery.

Dinner at the bar. Found a piece of wire whool in my omelette. Absolutely terrible. Had a new dish served but incident although acknowlede by offering a free soft drink was merely acknowledged.
Staued in many Mercures and other hotels around the globe.
Staff in Velizy look uncaring and unbothered
As a matter of fact a manager was telling a staff off in recption divulging personal facts in public.

I'm a frequent stayer at this hotel, do to its convenient proximity to my work (and the Velizy2 mall ...).
There is a huge degradation in the maintenance level and the cleanliness of the hotel and room (stains on the floor).
On the other hand, the breakfast is good (I'm missing the possibility to order sunny-side-up egg ...) and the staff is helpful and nice..

Absolutely disgusting, loads of construction around the hotel and Ubers would reject rides because there was no proper signs to get to the hotel. Absolute nightmare getting Ubers!!
The staff didn’t provide a child cot for my 6week old baby.. the room we checked in first the AC was not working and after 3 complaints they finally changed the room.
It says it’s close to Paris but it’s literally 40 mins away..
I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this hotel who’s trying to enjoy Paris and wants a better commute.

In general the hotel is fine, beds are comfy. The bathrooms are tired and well used, our bath looked like it was peeling and had LOTS of long black hair in it. Generally the hotel is clean, the pool area left us feeling a bit grubby. There is lots of construction around the hotel. It’s a 30 euro taxi to the Eiffel Tower or a 25 min drive. Overall we were ok with the stay for the price.

The bathtub/ shower was not nice. It was peeling and the water did not drain properly. The bedding was clean and the staff were pleasant. There is major road construction in the area so it is difficult to find and get into. The elevators are slow and small so getting out in the morning takes a long time.

We stayed here 1 night on our way to Nantes.
The parking entrance is currently under roadworks and is not communicated in advance how to navigate. And lastly the way to the swimming pool is very dangerously slippery, you need to use a stair to the pool. Myself fell off even with the extreme care. Saw also other people fall close to the pool. For the rest breakfast was more than sufficient. Hotel very close to shopping center Vélizy 2 and a tram which can bring you closer to Paris.

Dirty hotel on the outside. The road is blocked and unable to access car park if you folllow Waze. after searching the entrance, I gave up and had to ring the hotel twice.

I had dinner at the hotel and had to ask 3 times before I got served a drink!! One of the waiter did not care much and need an intense customer service training The food is average and very expensive!! I paid €50 euros for a starter and a main + 2 drinks.

This hotels reception area is lovely, but don’t be fooled, the money spent on this hotel stops there!! The rooms are lovely and big for a family of 4 however we Arrived to an unclean room, keys wouldn’t work for the new room, the window was hanging off its hinges and we were on the 5th floor, construction works in immediate surrounding area so noisy, lifts are temperamental, dirty pool, never any staff at the bar or restaurant for drinks, snacks etc. spent a fortune on Ubers due to location of hotel. No staff at the desk when wanting towels or to ask about transport etc.

We have stayed at hotel for three nights when we entered to hotel they asked for £200 deposit which we haven't awere of. When we got our room we find out that fridge doesn't work and tv has only french channels. The rooms window wasn't close properly despite our report to the receptionist they haven't done anything to sort out problems. We couldn't communicate the receptionist girls because they can't speak enough english.
For the cleanliness the room was full of dust everywhere, everything has dirt on it. The pool is very small and also it was dirty too. The breakfast doesn't have any selections only croissants and some jams. In the restaurant all glasses and plates wasn't washed properly,there was dirt's everywhere.Don't recommend this hotel at all. Its not 4 star for me its like 2 star hotels

The property was really nice. The pool is not big but it is heated to 32C and it feels nice.
Food is great but you better be early on the breakfast. Near by is the Westfield shopping centre, tram and bus. Atmosphere in the hotel is really nice.
The shower should be replaced in the bathrooms as it does not have very good pressure.
The property is very close to parking for Westfield but on the positive side in the shopping centre you have lots of restaurants, fast food and supermarket.

Firstly, the pool is crowded with a lot of people and our room hasn’t been cleaned in 5 days. So we have to switch to a new room. It’s too hot in our room we can’t sleep at night, the air condition doesn’t even work and when we asked the staff they were very rude and told us that everything was working perfectly. Someone plugged out our phone from our room so that we couldn’t call the reception anymore. The cards we get to open our room are not working every other day which is really annoying where we have to go to the reception to get that fixed every time. From my point of view this is not a 4 star hotel, this is more like a 3 star hotel, also the hotel is really old and the bathroom is really nasty. Also they charge your card daily for no reason even though we already paid for everything in advance.

I also lost my bag and they didn’t help me get it back :(

The reason it’s a 2 star review and not 1 star is because of the breakfast but you need to pay for that seperately as well.

Hotel was comfortable, it was great to have an indoor pool. Receptionists were extremely helpful. Only downside was the service in the bar and the restaurant. When I went to get dinner and breakfast there was no body working in the bar or the restaurant, on both occasions I had to go to reception to ask them to find someone that was supposed to be working in the bar/ restaurant

Poor experience compared to the price (190eur for the night). Room was in poor condition, with a broken light bulb and kettle. Called front desk and asked for boiling water in the morning, still didn't receive it an hour later. Room door not closing unless pulled hard. Only positive point were the comfortable beds.

I don’t think I’d recommend this hotel to a friend because it is in an odd, slightly sketchy location that was difficult to get to. There were also numerous huge tour busses with hundreds of tour group guests that flooded the common spaces and elevators, making movement inconvenient. The room and service were quite nice though.

The area has lots of option that were close by. A large mall was only about one block away and it was a 10-15 minute walk to the tram, with connections into Paris. The hotel was comfortable and clean. It is not close to central Paris, but was a very good option for us and the price was really good for what you get.

Room needed redecorating and new bathroom but a very large room with very large comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again as well located for Versailles (30 minute bus ride from outside hotel €4 pp return!!) and Paris (bus and Metro took about 40 mins and €8 pp return!!). If you go to Versailles pre-book your tickets on the official Versailles website. If you don’t you face an incredibly long queue for approximately 1.5 hours with no shelter from sun or rain whatsoever. We got in within 10 minutes and had a wonderful day. All in all a great stay!!

Picked the hotel for the pool and proximity to Versailles.

Good for our kids, quiet, safe and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, great choice in the buffet. Staff friendly and helpful. We left an item in the room and the cleaning staff had found it and kept it aside at reception when we returned to find it.

One complaint - service in the hotel restaurant late on the Sunday evening was very slow. Over 45 minutes we waited for one course, with only 10 people in the restaurant. No apology, no explanation, very bad service.

It is a bit of a maze to find the place on the roads, but the car park was very secure.

The room was tidy and beds comfortable.

Very unprofessional staff. Need urgent training. Definitely not 4-star!!! Breakfast was served straight from the refrigerator and allowed to warm up slowly in electrical warmers. Fruit tasted stale. There was no service on Easter Monday in the restaurant and bar and the room was not ready until 5. We were exhausted after a 7hr drive. They did however upgrade us and put the snack bill on the house in compensation for their inefficiency. The room was large with a minimum on toiletries. It didn’t feel very clean and we were restricted by housekeeping to only one Bsthrobe and 2 towels even though we were 3 adults. I suppose they expected us to take turns! Location was an hour from Paris by public transport which spoilt the fun. We took a bus, tram and metro to get into the city, but sometimes gave in to Uber which cost between €23-32. Taxis cost €55. We took the hotel due to the pool and gym but they were really excuses in size and offer and certainly not worth coming home to. The plunge pool was heated though which was a trade off for size. Definitely 3 star property and not to be recommended for tourists headed to Paris.

Good room but had some bad services

Had trouble with the reservation. I booked in advance 4 nights with hotels.com, but after 1 night they told me I booked only that 1 night. It seems that when I checked in, they input my room manually for just 1 night, regardless what I reserved in hotels.com. After telling me they can’t find my reservation, they found their mistake and ”admit” me to stay more! Without any apologies! What a bad service attitude. The room itself is good and clean. The hotel’s outside door is difficult to open because it normally locked. When we asked they opened it. No explanation before.

The hotel was very clean, nice, modern and only thirty minutes away from Paris. The staff's were very helpful, especially the male front counter staff but unfortunately we did not get his name. He was able to explain, give directions and assist us with our large family when requesting for taxi's. The hotel beds were very comfortable especially when getting off the plane from an eight hour flight into Paris. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and families.

Rude staff

The staff were very rude and unfriendly. The maids never replaced the soap or shampoo just took the old containers.

Rooms were clean and comfy!! Was in a good area of Paris! Breakfast and dinner were amazing and staff was friendly and helpful!

Not Bad

We stayed here four nights. Nice room and building. Packing is 12 euro a night in gated lot. To save time and transfers we decided to walk to bus station about 15 min. walk. Took bus to metro then to Paris. We bought day passes and could use bus, metro (subway) and trains. Subways had some shading characters. We drove to Versailles which was easy, packing on site. Coming back about 6 to 7 PM was a difficult with traffic. If you want to see only Paris with no car, stay closer to Paris and use bus, metro, or train. Tip: there is an Avis car rental on site.

Don't eat the breakfast!

Everything went well for our one-night stay until breakfast. It was pretty bad. The scrambled eggs were runny and the potato patties were frozen in the middle. Don't waste any extra money on the breakfast!

Nice rooms,great restaurant and bar. Only downside was the smelly bathroom. But I would stay again.

Convenient, clean and friendly hotel

Typical good business hotel - just what one needs at the end and start of long days. Thought 18 euros for decent but not outstanding buffet breakfast was a tad naughty...

Secure fenced area with underground parking. Besides shopping mall there is nowhere to go.
