We stayed at room 108, 3 pax, for 2 nights from 30 Nov -1 Dec. Chambermaid didn’t refill all 3 bath towels, tea leaves, coffee, stirrers, and tissue despite only one piece left. She also didn’t empty toilet bin, and left a used disinfectant in my toilet. The left bedside table (facing TV) is slanted and unstable. USB charging port is occasionally not working on that bedside table.

Everything was great and all like we loved it the only thing i didnt like was that we were given rooms in a basement 😅 i have never seen hotel rooms in basements which was a first and for breakfast it was ok not tht many optns but we still had enough the morning staff were really greaf i don’t remember the name of the lady with the golden hair but she was super friendly helpful and kind she made us feel home everytime she was on shift. The room service was also very nice they cleaned everything properly but i don’t know if we had to tell them for extra towels or not because we didn’t get new towels after room service only like two small ones but we were always in such a hurry in the morning that i forgot to ask at reception but other than that we liked our stay just hopefully next time i don’t get a basement room 😅 but the room was very spacious loved that part of it

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. I didn’t know until I went to fill my car with fuel that there is a Westfield Shopping Centre with restaurants within walking distance. It would help if they mentioned this in the hotel reception. As I was only staying 2 nights for a business exhibition it didn’t bother me, but would be nice to have a notice in reception.

Great 3 night stay with family

Perfect 3 night stay for our family. Spotless room and bathroom. Very comfortable beds, we had a very good rest, thank you 🙏 great breakfast and excellent service. No issue ordering a taxi via the front counter. Check in check out straight forward. It was our second stay with holiday inn express, last year 2 night stay in a different country, same hotel chain, similar experience. Highly recommended ❤️

An alarm went off at 7am in the hotel cafeteria and we all hadxto evacuate. The reason? Someone burned toasts !? I had read an older review talking about the same issue. You would expect they would have figured out how to fix that issue and be able to burn some toasts without waking up and asking clients to evacuate. Other tgan that, breakfast was great.

Best stay in Paris

As soon as we arrived we was given our room early as it was ready and normally you’d have to wait till checking in time. Great excellent service all round with the hotel staff going out their way and speaking to you, making sure everything is ok and we are enjoying our holiday. Two main people stood out for me Aurelia and Joe who made sure everything was ok and Aurelia going out of her way to help me with some of my cold food which I wanted to take back with me. I have to say it’s a great location, very quiet so you’ll not be disturbed and with great staff.

I’m a traveler and not picky about hotels, but this hotel disappointed me. We had three rooms. 2 of them ready at 5:30 pm and one at 9 pm. Room service was awful. They clean the room around 6 or 7 pm when we got back from our Daly tour and needed some rest and sleep. Always said we don’t have enough staff to clean all rooms in morning. I don’t recommend this hotel at all

Not happy at all

I called you guys ten days before I left and changed my booking. Lady on phone said it was taken care off. She put me on hold while she called hotel. I changed my booking from three nights to two. When I got to hotel they refused to change my booking to two nights and charged me for three nights even though I checked out after two nights. I want a complete refund for the extra night since you guys said you had taken care of it. It’s really not good enough. Would like to hear from someone immediately

It was not a good experience. Firstly the good points are definitely the housekeeping and breakfast. Staffs in housekeeping and breakfast were very friendly and helpful. But we had a bad experience with the reception staff. Firstly, TV wasn’t working in the room, Secondly, Telephone wasn’t working in the room. All these are manageable and they fixed it in the third day but it didn’t really bother us because we were out most of the times. But what really bothered us was that we booked the rooms for 11 nights which includes a sofabed. We had only three pillows. I spoke to shanika from reception and asked her for an extra pillow. She paused and said I’ll get back to u which she did not . So I called her from our room and the answer she gave was all the rooms are completely full and that they don’t have 1 pillow and apologized. I was very disappointed then I realized that 4 pillows were shown for the same room in the picture of the hotel’s website. So I called again and told them u are supposed to give me 4 pillows and there’s only three. She didn’t seem convinced so I told her please come up and see for yourself. She said she will call me back. Instead her co worker called back and said no pillows only two is given. I got really upset and said I’ll show pictures and went down to the reception, it was 11pm and they were calculating cash and told me to wait till they finish it because they are about to change their shift. I waited. When they attended to me I showed them the

Not bad place **never book taxi with hotel ***

No complaints about stay , breakfast could been better and more options .

One thing I will recommend, if you are flying from or in from CDG think twice you might be spending lot of time to Paris attractions. Secondly advice if you are dependent of taxi service don’t take from hotel. It cost about 133 Euro for a CDG trip which is a rip-off. I was looking Uber they quoted me about 53euro.

It has meals which you have to pick up yourself. Would be nice to have actual room service. The meals are actually canned and preheated. Would be nice if there were even a small cafe with a limited menu.

After staying at a few hotels which were not airconditioned it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel having been out in the heat all day. Unfortunately it has no facilities for in house dining but fortunately there was a diner within walking distance which was quite pleasant. It does provide a light breakfast although with a coach full of people staying breakfast was a bit of a madrush.

Really hard to find hotel. Allocated room 134 with sofa bed all made up for our daughter. Lovely room - until water started pouring in through the ceiling light the next morning. Told reception and they said we could move rooms. Went out for the day and came back - male receptionist with blonde hair - not impressed with him at all. I said about room and that we were told to ask for new room key on our return - he laughed and said...”let me guess....room 134!”. If it’s a known problem, don’t put a family in it - sort it first! Did not appreciate that he found out inconvenience funny. New room much smaller and had some wear and tear in bathroom. I asked the same man for a couple of extra teabags for the room and he made such a big deal of it, I was shocked. In the end he said “as you’ve had a problem I will, but there’s a camera behind you so here you go- shush” - I wasn’t asking for the Crown Jewels and every other Holiday Inn Express we’ve stayed in have been great. This man spoilt it for us. Wouldn’t stay here again mainly due to its position as really awkward to find. Car park entrance is in one road (underground) and exit is in another road behind. Very secure however.

Comfortable and convenient for a visit to Versailles, this hotel is also within walking distance to eateries. We enjoyed the good service at reception and at breakfast. The narrow carpark was harrowing to negotiate, but the 10 euros per night was worth spending to ensure our rental car was absolutely safe.

Had trouble finding the hotel with Sat Nav (uptodate Maps) Reception said this happens often. Plenty of underground Parking €10 a day. Staff v friendly & helpful. Small Bottle of water €2.80 rip off! No Resturant on site but plenty around a few mins walk. Bathroom very swish & modern, good shower. Breakfast is included, plenty of fresh pastrys & cereals etc. Happy to stay again if need be.

Der Preis für dieses Hotel war sehr günstig, dass muss ich vorab erwähnen. Die kleinen Erwartungen waren trotzdem nicht erfüllt. Das schlimmste war, dass unser Zimmer im Untergeschoss war. Sehr ungewohnt?! Die erste Nacht war für mich schrecklich, da das Zimmer für mich wie ein Bunker wirkte. In der Beschreibung ist dies nirgends erwähnt. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich das Zimmer keinesfalls gebucht. Das Personal war ich nicht freundlich, begrüsst wurde man nie wirklich. Ich habe bereits in anderen Hotels dieser Preiskategorie übernachtet und muss dazu sagen, dass dieses Hotel mit den anderen Hotels definitiv nicht mithalten kann. Fazit: Diese Hotel würde ich niemals wieder buchen.

I expect my money back

It didn't happen, because Hotels.com accepted the payment I made: €196.93 X 2 rooms that gave a total of: €393.86 r accepted the reservation without having rooms available. We had to sleep on the street. This happened on June 21, 2025 and they still haven't returned my money.
