Hôtel près de restaurants et d'épiceries, assez facile d'accès en transport en commun de l'aéroport d'Orly. Propre avec un personnel sympathique. Petit problème avec le Wi-Fi si on s'enregistre par la borne libre-service, il faut attendre l'ouverture de la réception car le système n'associe pas notre nom au numéro de chambre. Ca devrait être facile à corriger...Bon rapport qualité-prix !

Worst hotel condition
The hotel is nothing like pictures provided on here. It's in an excluded area and very scary you barely see anyone around. The hotel closed it's doors at 9pm and you're required a code to enter after that time which speaks to how dangerous the area could be. The hotel itself is very old and dirty. Poor Wi-Fi. Booked this for 6 nights but had to leave after 1 hour of staying there due to the condition on the hotel and the area.

Cheap and OK but late arrival problems checking in
The hotel was very cheap for the outskirts of Paris. It is located in an industrial estate and I would not have found it without GPS. The room was basic but comfortable while the overall decor of the room and common areas is a bit "tired" though clean. Free wi-fi is available but was very sloooow. My main problem was access late at night. Delayed by traffic jams I arrived after 9pm when reception closes. Access is then by an automated system but the lobby lights were out so I struggled to enter details by the light of my mobile phone. Then, no receipt was printed - which I needed for the code to enter into a keypad at the main door. Frustrating. I was just about to call the emergency mobile phone number on the door when another guest arrived with the code.

Hotel was fine, very comfortable beds, and good breakfast.. but hotel was in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing close by. Even the bus stop was a very long walk uphill! We did not get a door code so when we arrived at the hotel, we were locked out until 5pm when lobby was open!

The lady at the front desk was lovely the only thing I think the breakfast buffet was poor, not many choices of bread, one type of cheese and no ham at all, for the price of €6. And a phone in the bedroom would be helpful for any emergencies as the front desk service is closed from 21h-6h.

We really liked the hotel itself, but its location was a big inconvenience for us. It was in a nice little city outside Paris on the Southwest corner (not too far from Versailles). We didn't mind the time it took to take the train to Paris from there (which was about 30 minutes), but it was a 30-40 min walk to the train station.

Needs refurbishment
We like hotel chains for transit because they are usually modern, well-maintained, and clean. Sadly this hotel is long overdue for a refurbishment. Although the reception and breakfast area has been refreshed relatively recently, the rest of the hotel is not very pleasant - some repairs to the bathroom were messy, the paint is generally yellowed and chipped, the lift was out-of-order when we checked out, carpets and ceilings in the corridors stained and slightly smelly. Although all the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, confirmed with a sign on the door, there was cigarette smoke in the air, perhaps through the ventilation.
The Expedia description, complete with complimentary newspaper and "signature bedding", gives a much classier impression than the reality. That said, we had booked for 2 nights, and we returned for the second night, so it wasn't the worst hotel experience we've ever had!

Nous avons attendu presque 10 minutes que la personne de l’accueil vienne nous remettre les clés, même si elle était très sympathique ce n’est pas super.
La chambre en elle même était nettoyée mais tout paraît vétuste et ne donne pas envie.
Odeur de tabac infernale dans la salle de bain.
Mais le pire est l’insonorisation, et certaines familles n’ont visiblement aucun respect pour les autres et ont fait du bruit jusqu’à plus 1h du matin. On entend bien la route aussi qui est juste à côté.

Les portes des chambres claquent toute la nuit. Les gens qui rentrent a 3 heures du matin parlent aussi fort que le jour. On entend les wc toute la nuit ainsi que ceux qui ronflent. Le parking sert a tous les gens qui travaillent dans le coin. Les murs en carton. Il serait bien de mettre une affiche pour dire de respecteur le sommeil des autres et un panneau. Parking privé. Un petit bonjour le matin fait partie de la politesse lors de notre depart. Autrement le personnel d'accueil et de menage super.

Pour commencer j’ai réservé une chambre pour la nuit du 27 au 28 octobre la date pour la réservation à été modifié, je me suis aperçu qu’au final elle a été mise pour le 30 au 31, j’ai donc appelé pour changer de date.
La personne m’a dis qu’elle avait annulé cette réservation et que je ne serai pas débité puis bien réservé pour la nuit du 27.
En revanche d’après les mails reçus, la réservation n’a pas été annulée et j’ai bien été débité pour une nuit de plus.
J’aimerais bien pouvoir me faire rembourser.

3 ore per arrivare da Parigi all'hotel. I km sono pochi, ma 3 ore per percorrerli con i mezzi pubblici sono davvero troppi. Camere piccolissime e bagno sporco. Cena con due insalate ordinate al totem presente nell'albergo arrivate per giunta senza posate. La colazione è stata con due pezzi di baguette e la Nutella per giunta col barattolo finito. Il cappuccino pari ad acqua. Avevamo fissato per due notti, ma dopo la prima abbiamo cambiato albergo.

Hotel F1 Igny Massy TGV déception
Appel à l'hôtel pour savoir si on pouvait arriver à n'ilporte quelle heure. On m'indique que c'est possible si je paye par CB. Je réserve donc via le site de deux chambres avec lit double ce qui est confirmé dans le mail du mail de confirmation. Arrivée donc lorsque la réception est fermée et prises des chambres sur la l'ordinateur à l'entrée et après avoir récupéré les deux badges nous nous retrouvons avec dans chaque chambre deux lits superposés et un lit simple. Nous sommes très déçu de ne pas avoir les chambres demandées.
Les chambres sont propres, la literie correcte sans plus et les oreillers un peu mou. Endroit assez calme même si les portes des chambres font beaucoup de bruit en se refermant. Toujours bien vérifier que la porte soit bien fermée ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas
