Believe all the good reviews

Everything you read online about this hotel that sounds too good to be true really is true. The staff are unusually helpful, and the beds are unusually comfortable. My only criticism is one that I could make of many European hotels these days, which is that there are no drawers in the rooms to make it easy to stay organized if you’re staying for a long time.

The hotel overall was fine, but we did have a few snags- twice the room was cleaned before 4pm when we left the hotel before 10am. We had a slow shower drain, and the biggest irritation was the refrigerator box that wasn't a real refrigerator! So, we wasted some snacks because the sign/information about this place to store your snacks was unclear. Did I mention that a rubber sealed box only gets hotter and hotter???

Anyway, as a Hilton honor member, I wasn't impressed with a few different things.

Recommended. Near to RER and TGV Station

The staffs are awesome and helpful. Proficient in English really helps with us foreigners who dont speak native french. The room is very good and clean. I wish they have heated toilet seat cover though. The location is very good as it is just opposite the RER and TGV station. Breakfast is standard continental.

I chose because of price and location across from major transportation hub. Hotel is modern and well-maintained. Breakfast buffet was average and overpriced. My last night’s stay the stopper in my bathroom sink had somehow been jammed in the close position by housekeeping . There was only one employee working and could not be fixed. Offered to move me to another room, but it was my last night. I declined. Was inconvenient and disappointing.

Hilton Garden-A great hotel to stay in Massy

Our stay at the Hilton was excellent from check in to check out. Quiet and peaceful, spacious bedroom, elegantly decorated with modern facilities. I loved the coffee expresso in the room. Great view of the town from our window. The staff were professional and friendly, very helpful and so was the cleaner. We felt welcomed and well served. We look forward to staying at the Hilton again.

This was a very comfortable bed and nice hotel with the train station just across the street. The only minor complaint I have is that there were no drawers or conveniently placed shelves so keeping clothes out of sight did not work well.

If you are hoping for quick transit for sightseeing, make sure that the construction is complete however as this substantially added to our travel time and was unexpected. The App Bonjour RATP will allow you to check travel times.

Our room was Hot, AC was not working, when I 1st called the lady asked me to turn up rhe Air, I did, room didnt cool off, I called the 2nd night, gentleman said, let me turn it up feom down here, room cooled off, but gor hot again, then front desk said, the people who maintenance the AC was not in on the weekend, so we were very uncomfortable in our room

This hotel is brand new so our stay was pleasant, but we had a problem with the housekeeper once her duty she was so rude and lazy to clean the room. The hotel is close to many restaurants and Carrefour grocery and BIO. However, I thank from the bottom of my heart the manager Sufyan and the warm reception, but unfortunately, he accused us that we gave the hotel a bad review and as a result, his treatment of us changed and he did not appreciate the situation and helped us book for a whole month. And there was a manager named Robin who was very rude to me when I asked him to explain the hotel conditions and that I have children, they count the child as an adult!

New and well-maintained hotel

Good service overall. Warm welcome. Modern and recent infrastructure. Just across the train station (so very practical for TGV and RER transport) and yet silent. Restaurant was average but the waiterq offered excellent service. Besids one can buy prepared food at reception to eat in the room or lounge.

I had some minor shortcomings about cleanliness. Housekeeping had forgotten to clean the toilets one day and soap was missing most days but nothing dramatic.

Only discomfort was the height of the toilet seat in my room. It was fixed to the back wall and too high to be comfortable. It seemed designed for guests 2m tall and for me who's only 1.72m (5'7\") it felt like halfway between sitting and standing. Besides, it was too close to the wall where the toilet paper holder would squeeze your leg when seated.

Covid measures were respected and all things considered, I will conclude that this is definitely one of the best hotels in Massy.

Overall great stay, downside was thw rock hard bed (i had to make a bed of pillows to sleep.on) and the egg soup they intended as scrambled eggs. Staff very friendly and helpful.

All'arrivo nessuna informazione su orari e spazio della colazione e sul wifi. Nella stanza non c'era cuffia per la doccia e non era disponibile in albergo (la abbiamo avuta 24 ore dopo precisa richiesta). La puulizia della stanza è stata approssimativa (due volte il cartellino da maniglia, caduto accidentalmente, è rimasto dove erano caduto), i pigiami non sistemati. Non c'era servizio in stanza nelle ore serali. In compenso colazione buona, caffè discreto, ma i vasetti per la marmellata c'erano solo il primo giorno e l'acqua non era disponibile. Bisogna lavorarci un po' per migliorare e portarsi ai livelli che Hilton, per quanto Garden Inn, dovrebbe offrire.La stanza era comunque silenziosa e abbastanza ampia.Molto vicini i mezzi di trasporto e ristoranti di buon livello.

Três DÉÇU! Misérable maintenant!

Cela fait des années que je fréquente cet hôtel.
Au début tout était parfait
Et puis la dernièrement c est la misère
J ai prix une chambre supérieure ( la plus cher qu ils proposent) et la déjà ils me donnent une chambre à 1 étage, alors qu ils ont 8 étages.
Ensuite la VMC de la salle de bain faisait un bruit de tracteur. Impossible de fermer les yeux. Inicialmente ils avait d’eaux bouteilles d eau, maintient supprimé
Inicialmente ils avait des capsules Nespresso, maintenu capsules degelaces de chez Lydl
Inicialcement ils avait des pantoufles inclus (dans les chambres supérieurs) maintenant supprimé

Halte au cours d’un voyage , hôtel propre et confortable . Par contre le petit déjeuner est à revoir , on sent les produits bas de gamme . Baguette compacte , fromages bas de gamme aussi . Pas de yaourts nature ou fromage blanc , fruits peu appétissants .. petit déjeuner complètement à revoir , dommage par rapport aux autres prestations…

Catastrophique au niveau du service client pour les clients expédia j’avais par erreur réservé 3 chambres au lieu de deux le réceptionniste n’a pas voulu faire un geste commercial sur la 3 eme chambre réservée par erreur et a exigé le paiement de la 3eme chambre a 100% ( il était 13h) pas de proposition de report ou de paiement uniquement des frais expédia alors que je suis venue de nombreuses fois dans cet hôtel. On sent que lorsqu’on est client expédia l’accueil n’est pas le même que lorsqu’on est client en direct malgré une fidélité de réservation… cela m’a clairement été indiqué … Aucune solution proposée, je suis extrêmement déçue de l’accueil.
